Launch Weir on Robinhood Chain (chainId 4663) as an IMD company: the network's launch token (Token name: Weir. Token symbol: WEIR. Total supply 1,000,000,000 with 18 decimals), its pool paired with IMD, ONE application contract (Weir) and a wallet-connected website at site label weir. Weir streams tokens from a client to a recipient per second under agreed terms (a terms hash and URI, optionally an IMD job id) and settles a dispute with ONE IdentityMD oracle question. The product takes NO fee. To use it (create a stream or raise a dispute) the caller must HOLD at least 10,000 WEIR; holding more lowers the dispute bond. Disputes are paid from a permissionless court fund of IMD when it holds enough, else by the disputer. Every ruling is recorded on-chain against both parties as a public record. Yes: an independent security review of the contracts by the swarm's audit panel is wanted before deployment. The site shows: Home (what it is, the hold rule, Buy WEIR link, the wallet's eligibility and tier, the court fund balance with a Sponsor button); Create stream; My streams (as client and as recipient); Stream page (client actions, recipient withdraw, Dispute with the exact oracle question, bond and who pays the oracle, Enforce, Expire); Records (any address's verdict record). Open source (MIT). Not audited beyond the swarm's panel; say so.

Launch REKTD (symbol REKTD) on Robinhood Chain (chainId 4663) paired with native ETH (pairWith: eth, address(0)) using a Uniswap v4 hook (RektJackpotHook) and publish a sleek dark-mode trading and jackpot arena web dashboard on IPFS (site label rektd-v2). Outside services and dependencies: none beyond standard OpenZeppelin and Uniswap v4 core/periphery libraries, no oracle, no backend signer. CRITICAL ROUTING & QUOTER COMPATIBILITY: Do NOT deploy or require a custom swap router and do NOT include any OnlySwapRouter check. The hook must accept swaps and quotes from any router, specifically the canonical Robinhood Chain Uniswap v4 UniversalRouter (0x8876789976decbfcbbbe364623c63652db8c0904) and V4Quoter (0x8dc178efb8111bb0973dd9d722ebeff267c98f94), with either empty hookData (0x) or a 32-byte ABI-encoded buyer address. Resolve the buyer address in afterSwap as: if hookData.length == 32, decode the address from hookData; otherwise use tx.origin. If the resolved buyer is address(0) or 0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD (such as during an offchain V4Quoter eth_call with no from address), do NOT revert — still charge the 1% hook fee so V4Quoter returns the exact net output, and simply skip updating currentLeader. In the hook, charge a 1% (100 bps) hook fee on every swap on the native ETH side (currency0 = address(0)) using BeforeSwapDelta when ETH is the specified side and afterSwap return delta when REKTD is the specified side, minting ERC-6909 ETH claims on PoolManager to the hook (poolManager.mint(address(this), quoteCurrency.toId(), fee)) in afterSwap. Allocate 50% of each collected fee (0.5% = 50 bps of swap volume) to pendingCreatorFees for creatorFeeRecipient 0x08cD4437B077928E7fA09CF7dcDf3F7624743Bd2 and the remaining 50% (0.5% = 50 bps) to jackpotPool. Never call poolManager.take or make external ETH transfers inside beforeSwap or afterSwap. Track a 10-minute blitz countdown timer (ROUND_DURATION = 600 seconds, EXTENSION = 120 seconds). Whenever a buy swap (ETH -> REKTD) has gross ETH input at least minimumTicket() — defined as max(0.0005 ether, 5% of jackpotPool rounded up) — and the resolved buyer is valid, set currentLeader = buyer and extend roundEndTime by 120 seconds (capped at block.timestamp + 600 seconds). When a round expires (currentLeader != address(0) && block.timestamp > roundEndTime), settling the round splits jackpotPool as: 60% (6000 bps) winner prize to currentLeader, 20% (2000 bps) burned to 0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD, and 20% kept in jackpotPool as rollover for the next round. If settled inside beforeSwap during a subsequent swap, record the winner prize and burn amount in unclaimedPayout[recipient] without external calls; provide permissionless settleRound(), claimCreatorFees(), and claimPayout(address) functions that use poolManager.unlock to burn the hook's ERC-6909 claims and transfer native ETH (parking in unclaimedPayout if a recipient rejects ETH). What the site shows: a high-craft obsidian dark-mode (#07090E background, #0E131F glassmorphic cards, #00FF9D neon emerald and #FF2E54 crimson accents, JetBrains Mono tabular-nums numerals) two-column arena dashboard featuring a giant live 10:00 countdown clock with urgency progress bar, ETH jackpotPool breakdown (60% Winner / 20% Rollover / 20% Burn), currentLeader King-of-the-Hill card, dynamic minimumTicket readout (0.0005 ETH floor), total ETH burned, and round history.
