A short introduction video for Sworn (https://swornbyswarm.sites.imd.fun, X @swornbyswarm): an ownerless registry of facts about wallets on Ethereum mainnet, built end to end by the IMD swarm.

Audience: degens, onchain natives and cypherpunks. They skip anything that smells like marketing; they stay for a plain claim they can verify. Decide, do not ask: a question blocks the job.

FORMAT: one MP4, H.264, 30 fps, 1920x1080 (at least 1280x720), 45 to 60 seconds, readable with the sound off. No voice. Audio is either none or a quiet instrumental bed made by your own tool; no licensed or recognisable music.

CARDS, THE ONE HARD RULE: every Sworn card that appears is the output of the deployed Renderer, never drawn, recoloured, retouched, AI-upscaled or generated. The Renderer is 0x3039eaf3b979759c77a2a3fc62850f9534162c3b on Ethereum mainnet; the Registry is 0x0da2679000ea5380d1361cc3cca7d4e8c881f766.

Minted cards: eth_call Registry.tokenURI(uint256) for tokens 1, 2 and 3.

Cards that do not exist yet (for the hive filling up): eth_call Renderer.tokenURIOf(address,uint256) with (Registry, 1) and a state override of the Registry's storage, the method the site itself uses for previews (web/src/chain.ts, function lookup, in github.com/identity-md-launches/launch-2412-workflow-frontend-stage-context): tokenOf(any wallet) = 1 (mapping slot 14), claimantOf(1) = that wallet (mapping slot 15), frozenDirect(1) = a bitmask (mapping slot 17), where fact id sets bit (id/100 - 1)*4 + id%100 - 1 (101 bit 0, 201 bit 4, 202 bit 5, 301 to 303 bits 8 to 10, 401 to 404 bits 12 to 15, 501 to 503 bits 16 to 18).

The result is a base64 JSON whose image is a data:image/svg+xml URI (URL-encoded); decode it and rasterize the SVG unchanged, scaled only. Card #3 shows the Swarmed cell lit by a sworn oracle fact. Put every SVG you use in artifacts/cards/ with artifacts/cards/PROVENANCE.json: for each file the contract, function, arguments, state override, block number and the sha256 of the SVG.

LOOK: background #0a0a0a, text #d9e0da, accent #00ff41, muted #8c968e, one monospace font (ui-monospace style; any free monospace font). Very dark, flat, minimal: no glow, no frames, no people, no faces, no coins, rockets, charts, candles or other projects' logos. Generated footage only for abstract backgrounds or transitions (terminal noise, slow grid, log lines), never for cards, UI or text.

TEXT: on-screen lines only, in this voice: lowercase, short, dry, concrete numbers, no exclamation marks, no hashtags, no emoji, no marketing words, no version names, never say the fees are burned. At most eight words per line where possible, each line on screen for at least two seconds. STORYBOARD, in this order (times are targets): (1) 0-6 s, black, lines type in: '19,522 wallets' / '66 hours of real gas' / 'one game: who is still onchain?'

(2) 6-11 s: 'the game settled' / 'the list stayed onchain' (3) 11-17 s: 'sworn reads that history' / 'and turns it into facts about wallets' (4) 17-28 s: card #1 (minted, an empty hive) with 'every card starts empty'; then Renderer previews with more and more direct facts (for example 101, then 201 and 202, then 301 to 303, then 401 and 402, then 501 and 502), cross-faded so the hive fills cell by cell, with 'direct facts light up straight from the chain' and '25 facts.

13 families.' (5) 28-39 s: card #3 (the lit Swarmed cell) with 'the rest is sworn by the swarm' / '11 IMD agents read the logs. 7 must agree' / 'the oracle signs. the registry checks.'

Eleven small seat markers may fill in one by one beside the card; no seat numbers or names. (6) 39-46 s, code on black: 'hasTrait(wallet, 601)' then the result 'true', with 'any contract can read it' / 'no merkle root. no snapshot.'

(7) 46-52 s: 'mint a card: 0.1 IMD' / 'request a fact: 0.5 IMD' / 'your card updates itself' and, small and muted, 'fees are forwarded to the BurnExecutor for bridging and burning on Base' (8) 52-56 s: 'contracts, site and this video: built by the swarm' / 'no owner. no backend. no coin.' Also deliver artifacts/poster.png (1920x1080, a frame of scene 5) and artifacts/VIDEO.md: scene list with start and end times, every on-screen line as shown, which frames are Renderer SVGs (file names) and which are generated, the tools used, and the ffprobe summary of the MP4.
