ON-CHAIN RESEARCH: IMD / FP holders, real float market cap, insider clusters and the vault.rhynotic.eth sell wall

GOAL

A verified, on-chain-only picture of who really owns IMD (formerly FrenPet FP, still labelled "VIBE" on GeckoTerminal), how much of the supply is actually tradable, how that changed over time, which wallets act together, and what the large holder behind the current sell wall is doing. Every number must come from chain data with block numbers or transaction hashes. No numbers from websites unless marked as such.

TOKENS AND CHAINS (one economic token, 1 FP = 1 IMD via LayerZero)

• FP on Base: 0xFF0C532FDB8Cd566Ae169C1CB157ff2Bdc83E105 (original token, total supply about 10M minus burns). OFT adapter on Base that locks FP: 0xab152db8aac047b6757ffcf495ffe88d7712690a.
• IMD on Ethereum: 0xD34a99Bc0f67aE1bbd63C660e6d0b0dd03E263B7 (BridgedFP OFT, minted when FP is locked on Base).
• IMD on Robinhood Chain: 0x5f7bb59365ce557c26dbcaa4ee9d39a4b95b7127. FP/BridgedFP on Arbitrum: 0x374080d830b66a3e4c8ecbca846e922a2039a024. Find any other deployment (for example HyperEVM) from the OFT peers configured on these contracts.
• sIMD staking vault on Ethereum: 0x9efa934d9fad4ae28c998a40195646b965a97247 (holders of sIMD own IMD indirectly).
• IdentityMD NFT (seat/pass collection, 2,000 items) on Ethereum: 0x0000eC93127BAA929E58E97dd0095A2BFb38ec1D.
• Known team wallets: owner/deployer 0x047F606fD5b2BaA5f5C6c4aB8958E45CB6B054B7; frenpet.eth 0xe764da9bdea91d845aac2c7d53a8dfe59a369095 (owns the main Uniswap v4 LP position). POOL4 hook 0xc6c965bd164c483e87d0b550671798e9a3602840.

PART 1. HOLDERS AND REAL FLOAT

1. Build one consolidated holder table across all chains: FP on Base (excluding FP locked in the adapter, which backs bridged IMD), IMD on every chain, sIMD converted to IMD at the vault rate. Sum per address, and per entity once clusters are known (Part 2).
2. Classify every large holder (top 100 and anyone above 0.1% of supply): team / insider, contract (LP pools, hook, staking, bridge, burn, CEX if any), early holder, active trader, unknown.
3. Real float = total supply minus burned, minus locked in bridges (no double counting), minus team and insider holdings, minus protocol-owned liquidity and contracts that cannot sell. Show the formula and every component with its source.
4. Market cap: price times circulating supply AND price times real float, today and weekly since 1 August 2026 (use the main pool price at each weekly block). Show how the float and the float market cap changed and which transfers moved it.
5. Concentration: top 10 / 50 / 100 share, Gini or similar, number of holders above $1k, $10k, $100k at current price.

PART 2. CLUSTERS AND INSIDERS ("cabals")

1. Find wallets that act together: common funding source, same-block or same-minute buys, transfers between each other, same bridge timing, shared ENS naming, same NFT behaviour.
2. For each cluster: member addresses, total holding, first acquisition (date, price, source: buy, team transfer, airdrop, NFT claim), what they sold and when, current position. Mark team-linked clusters with the evidence.
3. Early and cheap supply: who received FP or IMD not through a market buy (team transfers, allocations, airdrops) and whether they are selling.
4. NFT side: holders of the IdentityMD collection, overlap with large token holders, wallets holding many seats.

PART 3. THE SELL WALL WALLET (verify, do not trust)

Claims from a community analysis, each to be confirmed or refuted with transactions:

• Owner rhynotic.eth, main wallet 0xfc3c962fad2c1cc77f1a0d46e7b8a2de79a21774, bought about 168,065 FP on Base in November 2023 (about 2.6 ETH, average about $0.03 per token) on BaseSwap.
• March 2024: moved 108,064 FP to vault.rhynotic.eth 0x773d715200ab5c07f39db9772e3c83c48534a585 and 60,000 FP to 0xde62c9d66884b78270d212a2c64a47cfd7641a4e. April 2024: 5,000 FP to save-as.eth.
• 17 Aug 2026 sold 10,000 FP on Base. 21 Sep 2026 bridged 93,064 FP to IMD on Ethereum. 25 Sep 2026 around 00:00-00:15 UTC placed about 90,000 IMD as one-sided Uniswap v4 liquidity from about $10 to $59, a laddered sell wall. Deliver: full verified history of all three wallets and any linked wallet, current holdings on every chain, the exact wall (pool, tick ranges converted to USD prices, amount per range), what has been filled so far, the real entry price, and whether there is any on-chain link to the team wallets.

OUTPUT

• report.md: plain-language summary first (who owns the float, how big it really is, which clusters matter, what the wall means for price), then the detailed sections above.
• holders.csv (address, chain, balance, entity/cluster, class, evidence) and clusters.csv (cluster id, members, holding, first acquisition, sold, evidence).

RULES

• Read-only: public RPCs and block explorers, no transactions, no signatures.
• Every figure with block number or tx hash. Mark each statement VERIFIED (seen on chain) or INFERRED (reasoning). If an RPC or explorer rate-limits you, say what you could not fetch instead of guessing.
