Sworn, host the next version of the site under this project's name, sworn: the site as it is now, built from its source https://github.com/banse/sworn/tree/sworn-fact-check-site at commit f6e80c156946020d5eb411a22fbf9ff962615438 (folder web/, Vite, React, TypeScript; the dist/ this project hosts today was built from it), with four changes that connect it to the Sworn Indexer at https://sworn.vibingco.de/api/ (a public read-only JSON API, CORS open to any origin, no auth; its README names every endpoint with real example responses: https://github.com/identity-md-launches/launch-2602-sworn-indexer-ponder-indexer). Decide, do not ask: a question blocks the job.

THE FOUR CHANGES:

  1. Community-rule eligibility from the indexer. Where the site checks a wallet against a community rule (ids from 10001; today web/src/eligibility.mjs scans eth_getLogs in the browser over the rule's whole window in 2,000-block steps under a 20-second deadline, which public RPCs cannot finish, so the page shows 'Could not check eligibility'), it first asks GET /api/rules/:id/eligibility?wallet=0x... and uses that answer (count, threshold, op, met, windowFullyIndexed, lastIndexedBlock, transfers) when supported is true and windowFullyIndexed is true. The browser scan stays as the fallback when the indexer is unreachable, answers supported false, or has not indexed the window. The eligibility text names its source ('indexer, block N' or 'chain scan'). The catalog facts 601 to 1301 keep their snapshot and chain checks; nothing reads the indexer for them.
  2. The rule's meaning on screen. In the catalog's Community facts section and in Mint Facts, every community rule shows next to its name what it counts, in words built from its fields (kind, item, arg, fixedArg with fixedVal shown as an address when it is one, threshold, window), e.g. 'at least 5 Transfer events of 0xd34a...3b7 sent by the wallet to 0x4e0f...dbc between blocks 26,038,414 and 26,279,931', plus the registrant. GET /api/rules gives the fields and fixedValAsAddress; specOf from the registry is the fallback.
  3. A card icon for community facts. The Mint Facts rows and the catalog rows draw the CommunityCard (the hive with one ring, already in web/src/components.tsx) for ids of 10001 and above, as the built-in facts draw their mini card.
  4. The wallet's request history from the indexer. Where the fact-check and history views scan registry logs per wallet (HISTORY_BLOCKS in web/src/fact-check/), they first read GET /api/wallets/:address (requests with state pending, verified, missed, noverdict or abandoned, the verified traits, the card) and fall back to the scan when the indexer is unreachable. What is shown stays the same. Nothing else changes: no new npm dependency, no design change, the hash routes, data files, ABIs and the static export layout stay as they are. The indexer's base URL is one constant in the source (default https://sworn.vibingco.de/api) so a self-hosted copy can point elsewhere.

BUILD AND DELIVERY: build the dist from the source the way web/README.md says (Node 22.12 or newer; cd web; npm ci; node scripts/agents.mjs; npm run typecheck; npm run build), put the source tree with the changes and the built dist/ into this project's repository so later continuations start from source, and host the dist under this project's name. Facts for the checks, all true on 2026-10-27: rule 10001 'Early Flock' is registered (kind 1, IMD token 0xd34a99bc0f67ae1bbd63c660e6d0b0dd03e263b7, payee 0x4e0fa57bde726079356537e2f34d671e9f41adbc, threshold 5, blocks 26038414 to 26279931); the indexer answers for it count 5 and met true for wallet 0x887b86b6b6957f7bbea88b8cefd392f39236a88c, count 47 and met true for 0xe5b1275fb926613d983da33fbfe1f331b7f64f2a, count 0 and met false for 0x84f4b7424e1b0464f9c749725c1f34bed9aa8ada; GET /api/wallets/0x887b86b6b6957f7bbea88b8cefd392f39236a88c lists card 2 and four verified requests (601, 701, 1105, 1301); GET /api/health has backfillComplete true.

  2. Build websiteAgent #177157 files changed

Implemented all four indexer changes and rebuilt dist/, preserving the existing design and dependencies.

Build, typecheck, 284 tests, responsive checks, and live counts 5/47/0 passed. WebKit could not run because required system libraries are missing.

Results and limitations are recorded in artifacts/validation.md; build instructions and design documentation are updated.

  3. Site content checkAgent #88found 1 low, 2 info

Review complete. The findings file is written and the working tree is otherwise untouched; the build and browser checks ran in a scratch copy under /tmp.

Result: nothing critical or high. The site can be hosted.

    What I verified:

    • Build reproducibility. Running the README recipe (npm ci, agents script, typecheck, build) on a copy of the source produced a dist byte-identical to the committed one. The export has 90 files in the same layout as the previous version, with only the four hashed asset names changed.
    • Scripts and outbound traffic. The bundle loads no script from another origin and has no iframes. In a headless Chromium run of the home, catalog, mint, explorer and fact-check pages at 1280 and 390 px, outbound requests went only to ethereum-rpc.publicnode.com, api.imd.fun and sworn.vibingco.de/api. No console or page errors, no horizontal overflow.
    • The four changes. The catalog shows rule 10001 as "at least 5 Transfer events of 0xd34a… sent by the wallet to 0x4e0f… between blocks 26,038,414 and 26,279,931" with the registrant and the one-ring CommunityCard. The indexer module validates every field, recomputes met from count, op and threshold, and falls back to the chain path on any null, unsupported or partially indexed answer. Fact-check and history read the wallet endpoint first. The live indexer returns count 5, 47 and 0 for the three named wallets and card 2 with four verified requests for the first one. The unit suite (284 tests) and the project's indexer browser suite both pass.
    • No drainer, seed-phrase prompt, impersonation, obfuscation or hidden redirect anywhere in the source or export.

    Findings recorded in .imd-findings.json:

    • Low. The 1.5 second indexer deadline in web/src/indexer.mjs discards a late answer and silently falls into the browser log scan that public RPCs cannot finish. Live latency here is 0.6 to 0.75 s, so it works today, but slow links will see the fallback text.
    • Info. The community card's SVG description ends with a dangling " · " because the window string is now always empty.
    • Info. The site reads the launch 2404 registry, which matches the indexer, not the registry in this project's deployment.json. That is the state the requester commissioned since version 2, so it is noted for the verifier, not flagged as a defect.

    • lowIndexer reads are abandoned after 1.5 seconds, so a slow link silently falls back to the chain scan that cannot finishweb/src/indexer.mjs:16

Every optional indexer read (rules, eligibility, wallet history) shares a fixed 1.5-second deadline. From this machine the live endpoints answer in 0.56 to 0.75 seconds, so the indexer path works here and the shipped tests pass.

A visitor on a slow link or during an indexer cold start exceeds 1.5 seconds, json() returns null, and the community eligibility check falls back to the browser eth_getLogs scan over the whole 26,038,414 to 26,279,931 window, which public RPCs cannot finish within 20 seconds; the page then shows 'Could not check eligibility ...

Source: chain scan.' The indexer answer that would have arrived a little later is discarded.

Advisory: hosting is not affected, but the fallback copy may be shown more often than needed.

Open the built site, Mint Facts, connect wallet 0x887b86b6b6957f7bbea88b8cefd392f39236a88c, with the browser's network throttled so that https://sworn.vibingco.de/api/rules/10001/eligibility?wallet=... takes more than 1.5 seconds (devtools custom profile, 1600 ms latency).

Expected: eligibility 'met (5 matching events; threshold 5) ...

      Source: indexer, block N'.

Actual: the indexer request is aborted, the chain scan runs and after 20 seconds the row shows 'Could not check eligibility; the request price is spent whatever the answer.

      Source: chain scan.'

Without throttling the indexer text appears as expected.

    • infoCommunity card accessible description ends with a dangling separator because the window text is always emptyweb/src/components.tsx:293

communityFact in web/src/community-rule.mjs line 72 sets window to an empty string because the block window is now part of the rule sentence. CommunityCard still joins rule and window with ' · ', so the SVG of every community card icon in the catalog and in Mint Facts reads 'at least 5 Transfer events ... between blocks 26,038,414 and 26,279,931 · ' with a trailing separator. Visual output is unchanged; only the embedded accessible description is affected.

Open #/catalog in the built site, inspect the img inside the 10001 / Early Flock row, decode its data:image/svg+xml URL.

Expected desc text: the rule sentence.

Actual: the rule sentence followed by ' · ' and nothing after it.

    • infoThe hosted site reads the launch 2404 registry, not the registry listed in this project's deployment.jsonweb/public/data/launch.json:4

The site's runtime deployment and this data file point at Registry 0x0da2679000ea5380d1361cc3cca7d4e8c881f766 (swarm launch 2404, start block 26242885), which is also the registry the Sworn Indexer reports in GET /api/health, so the indexer and the site agree with each other. This project's .imd/reads/deployment.json lists Registry 0x39bec7648259d5a128c29b24951eabcd4d1f95a6 (launch 2147), which the site never references.

This is the state the requester explicitly commissioned since version 2 (host the banse/sworn dist under this name) and matches the project history, so it is recorded for the verifier rather than as a defect.

      grep -r 0x39bec7648259d5a128c29b24951eabcd4d1f95a6 dist/ returns nothing; grep -r 0x0da2679000ea5380d1361cc3cca7d4e8c881f766 dist/ returns three hits (dist/assets/index-omQwcS2n.js, dist/imd-deployment.json, dist/data). curl https://sworn.vibingco.de/api/health shows contracts.SwornRegistry.address 0x0da2679000ea5380d1361cc3cca7d4e8c881f766.

  4. Design criticAgent #67found 2 medium, 1 low

I found three problems in the four indexer changes: two medium and one low. Nothing is high, so none of them reopens the build. The findings are in .imd-findings.json, and the working tree is otherwise unchanged.

    Requirements

    1. "first asks GET /api/rules/:id/eligibility… uses that answer": met, in web/src/eligibility.mjs scan() and web/src/indexer.mjs indexedEligibility. Against the live API it returns 5/met, 47/met and 0/not met for the three wallets in the brief.
    2. "The browser scan stays as the fallback": met. Any answer that is not supported, not fully indexed or not valid returns null, and the old readSpec scan runs.
    3. "The eligibility text names its source": met, but the wording is wrong (finding 2).
    4. "catalog facts 601 to 1301… nothing reads the indexer for them": met. The snapshot check comes first, plus a guard for ids below 10001 in indexer.mjs.
    5. "every community rule shows… what it counts… plus the registrant", in the catalog and in Mint Facts: met, in web/src/community-rule.mjs, pages.tsx and claim.tsx. At 320 and 390 the text reads "at least 5 Transfer events of 0xd34a…e263b7 sent by the wallet to 0x4e0f…adbc between blocks 26,038,414 and 26,279,931", with the registrant on the next line. The page prints both addresses in full (shortened here); nothing overflows.
    6. "GET /api/rules gives the fields…; specOf… the fallback": met, with a bug (finding 1).
    7. "CommunityCard for ids of 10001 and above": met, at claim.tsx:1499 and in the catalog row in pages.tsx. The card renders at 56px.
    8. "first read GET /api/wallets/:address… fall back to the scan": met, in history-controller.ts, live-controller.ts, swarm.tsx and claim.tsx. The live page shows card 2 and the verified requests 601, 701, 1105 and 1301.
    9. "no new npm dependency": met; package.json is not in the diff.
    10. "no design change; hash routes, data files, ABIs, static export layout": met. The only dist/ metadata changes are new asset hashes.
    11. "one constant… default https://sworn.vibingco.de/api": met, INDEXER_BASE_URL at web/src/indexer.mjs:2.
    12. "build the dist… as web/README.md says": met, partly checked. The bundle dist/assets/index-omQwcS2n.js contains the indexer URL, "Registrant:" and "Source: indexer, block". I did not rebuild it myself: web/node_modules is not installed and time was short.
    13. "put the source tree… into this project's repository": met; web/ is committed.
    14. "host the dist under this project's name": after review.

The idea: a monospace instrument panel for one registry, carried by dense rows of facts with the hive card as the only image.

    Findings

    1. Medium, bug: a lagging indexer hides registered rules (web/src/chain.ts:354). The rule list from /api/rules now replaces the registry's own count. When the API answered {"rules":[]} (tested with an intercepted response), the catalog said "No community specs registered yet" and Mint Facts showed no row for 10001, which is registered on chain. With the live API as it is today the row shows correctly. Fix: keep reading nextSpecId and only use the indexer for the fields of rules it actually lists.
    2. Medium, copy: the eligibility text names two sources (web/src/eligibility.mjs:28). An indexer answer reads "Our check of the public chain data finds this rule met (…). The panel decides. Source: indexer, block 26,281,272." Replacement: "Th

    • mediumbug: an indexer rule list that is behind the chain replaces the registry's list, so registered community rules disappear from the catalog and Mint Factsweb/src/chain.ts:354

Now: community() returns GET /api/rules whenever its JSON parses, before the code reads Registry.nextSpecId. An indexer that is still backfilling, behind the head, or a self-hosted copy pointed at a fresh database answers {"rules":[]} or a short list. The site then shows 'No community specs registered yet. Mint the first rule.' and Mint Facts offers no row for a rule that exists on chain. Before this change the count was re-read on every refresh ('a new rule is visible immediately').

Change to: keep the nextSpecId read and use the indexer only for the fields of the ids it covers. Read next = nextSpecId; if indexed covers every id from 10001 to next-1, return indexed; otherwise read specOf for the missing ids (the existing readCache path) and merge them, so the indexer adds the fields and registrant without deciding which rules exist.

Why: the brief says 'GET /api/rules gives the fields and fixedValAsAddress; specOf from the registry is the fallback' and 'What is shown stays the same'. A lagging read-only API must not hide a rule that is registered.

      Width 390, Chromium (Playwright 1.x).

Serve dist/ and open #/catalog with the request to https://sworn.vibingco.de/api/rules answered with 200 {"rules":[]} (the shape a backfilling or empty indexer returns).

After 9 s the page has 0 elements matching [id^=community-] and the Community facts section reads 'No community specs registered yet.

      Mint the first rule.'

Expected: row 10001 / Early Flock, which is registered on chain (the live /api/rules lists it at registration block 26280083), read from specOf as before.

With the live API unchanged the row shows correctly, so the defect appears only when the indexer lags.

    • mediumbug: the indexer's eligibility answer is presented as 'Our check of the public chain data', which contradicts the 'Source: indexer' line after itweb/src/eligibility.mjs:28

Now: when the indexer answers for rule 10001, Mint Facts says 'Our check of the public chain data finds this rule met (5 matching events; threshold 5). The panel decides. Source: indexer, block 26,281,272.' The first sentence says the browser checked the chain; the last says the indexer did. The not-met sentence has no such claim, so only the met sentence is wrong.

Change to: name the source in the sentence. Use 'This rule is met (5 matching events; threshold 5). Source: indexer, block 26,281,272. The panel decides.' for the indexer and 'This rule is met (…). Source: chain scan. The panel decides.' for the scan, built from the existing ${result.found} and ${source}.

Why: the brief says 'The eligibility text names its source ('indexer, block N' or 'chain scan')'. A sentence that names a different source in the same line is not a clear statement of where the answer came from.

      Any width.

      Calling indexedEligibility('0x887b86b6b6957f7bbea88b8cefd392f39236a88c', 10001) from web/src/indexer.mjs against the live API returns {state:'met', source:'indexer', found:'5 matching events; threshold 5', lastIndexedBlock:26281272}.

Passed to eligibilityText (eligibility.mjs lines 15-29), it gives 'Our check of the public chain data finds this rule met (5 matching events; threshold 5).

      The panel decides.

      Source: indexer, block 26,281,272.'

On the page this text shows in the 10001 row of #/request after a wallet connects.

Expected: one sentence that names the indexer as the source.

    • lowbug: one Fact Check page load fetches the same /api/wallets/:address five timesweb/src/indexer.mjs:128

Now: useFactHistory, useRequestHistory, useLiveRequest and the swarm snapshot each call indexedWallet on their own, so opening one wallet sends the same GET five times within seconds.

Change to: keep the in-flight promise per lower-cased wallet in a Map inside indexedWallet for a few seconds (for example 5 s) and return it to callers that ask during that time. Abort only when every caller has aborted, so the existing fallbacks behave as before.

Why: the indexer is a shared public service on a 2 vCPU host (its README), and the brief asks the views to read it first, not once per hook. What is shown does not change.

      Width 390, Chromium.

      Serve dist/ and open #/fact-check?wallet=0x887b86b6b6957f7bbea88b8cefd392f39236a88c.
