The code is in the public repository https://github.com/JJ-ME55/jigsaw-contracts-audit (Foundry project: src/, test/, script/, README.md; OpenZeppelin 5.1 and Uniswap v4 core/periphery are the only dependencies, installed with forge). Read README.md first: it describes every contract, the fee split, the launch plan and the design decisions an auditor should know. Read the Solidity, not just the README.

This is the third round. Round 1 (job fbe44d90) and round 2 (job 489901b6) findings and their fixes are tabled in README.md and in swarm-audit-report.md / swarm-audit-report-2.md.

Round 2 fixes in this commit: CreatorFeeHook refuses exact-output sells (ExactOutputSell); JIGLaunchHook has BEFORE_ADD_LIQUIDITY (flags 0x2880) and refuses all liquidity but JIGLaunch's until windowEnd (markSeeded); LPDeepening.run collects fees first and sizes with balance minus platformOwedEth; SweepAndBurn JigMoved guard is "<"; CoinFactory constructor probes the airdrop recipient.

Verify each fix holds, look hard for anything the fixes introduced (especially: can the exact-output refusal be bypassed through a different swap shape, hookData or a router; can markSeeded be front-run or the liquidity lock be bypassed via donate/initialize/another pool; does _collectFees inside run reenter or misaccount), then do the full scopes below. SCOPE A (whole base): SCOPE: the whole repository.

Threat model: (a) nobody can remove or move the locked LP positions held by JIGLaunch, CoinFactory or LPDeepening; (b) nothing leaves PotVault or AirdropClaim except through declared/merkle distributions; (c) JIG and CreatorCoin supply cannot be increased; (d) Vesting cannot be claimed early or redirected; (e) JIGLaunchHook: nobody gets the 1% fee during the 10-minute window without being on the allowlist, and the hook cannot brick the pool; (f) any owner, keeper or factory privilege that could take user funds.

Also check: single-sided seeding maths in JIGLaunch and CoinFactory for both currency orderings; CREATE2 hook address flag assumptions; reentrancy on every claim/pull/run path. SCOPE B (CreatorFeeHook in depth; this is where the money is): SCOPE: src/CreatorFeeHook.sol in depth (with CoinFactory.sol and CreatorCoin.sol for context). This hook handles every creator coin's fees.

Threat model: (a) a swapper paying less than the current fee, including via exact-output swaps, hookData tricks, or the nested conversion swap; (b) the _converting guard: can a reentrant or nested call skip the fee or double-credit; (c) ERC-6909 claim accounting: can claimable balances ever exceed what the hook holds, can anyone claim another's balance, can totalClaimable drift; (d) the nested coin->JIG swap: price manipulation, sandwiching the conversion, pools that cannot absorb the amount, dust left as coin claims; (e) register/lowerFee/setFactory/setDeepening access control; (f) the anti-snipe decay arithmetic; (g) the fee-band and split arithmetic (sum must equal the fee, no overflow at 10% on large swaps); (h) hook permission flags vs. the address bits.

Give exact exploit transactions where you find anything. SCOPE C (factory and modules): SCOPE: src/CoinFactory.sol, src/HolderDrip.sol, src/SweepAndBurn.sol, src/BuybackAndBurn.sol, src/LPDeepening.sol, src/AirdropClaim.sol, reference/LoomCollection.sol (reference copy, not compiled: check the 1-based sequential id, monotone totalSupply and transferFrom-to-dead assumptions HolderDrip and SweepAndBurn make).

Threat model: (a) CoinFactory: can a launch leave the pool, vesting or airdrop in an inconsistent state; can the 90/5/5 split be bypassed; ordering of coin vs JIG address handled correctly for price and range checks; LP locked; (b) HolderDrip: per-token accrual correctness when supply changes, double claims, non-owners; (c) SweepAndBurn: can the keeper extract value beyond overpaying for a real NFT; can a malicious marketplace call reenter; the JIG->ETH swap and ETH handling; (d) BuybackAndBurn and LPDeepening: unlock callbacks callable only by the PoolManager, settle/take correctness, leftover balances; (e) AirdropClaim: owner powers, expiry/sweep, per-coin isolation; (f) LoomCollection: do the id/supply/burn assumptions hold; anything in its owner powers or mint path that affects HolderDrip or SweepAndBurn.

For every finding: contract, function, concrete exploit scenario with a Foundry reproduction where possible, and a concrete code fix. Answer every threat-model item above explicitly yes/no with reasoning, and note anything that would break on an L2 such as Robinhood Chain. Be specific; no generic advice; if something is fine say so and why.

  • 1.lowLPDeepening.run collects fees before its own JIG sale, so the LP fee that sale pays the deepening position is netted into INCREASE_LIQUIDITY and never reaches team/pot (round-2 fix #2 incomplete)src/LPDeepening.sol:90

if (tokenId != 0) _collectFees(); // pay out accrued LP fees first; INCREASE_LIQUIDITY would otherwise lock them (swarm audit 2)

Merged from audit_math and audit_flow (same mechanism, same fix). run() calls _collectFees() first (line 90), then sells half JIG into the JIG/ETH pool via poolManager.unlock (line 96). The deepening position is a full-range LP of that pool, so it is always in range and earns its pro-rata share of the 1.5% LP fee on run()'s own sale, in JIG, AFTER the collect.

INCREASE_LIQUIDITY then goes through PositionManager._increase (lib/v4-periphery/src/PositionManager.sol:299-302), whose liquidityDelta from PoolManager.modifyLiquidity already includes feesAccrued and whose slippage check is on principal only; SETTLE_PAIR settles the net, so the fresh fee is netted against the module's debt instead of being paid 50/50 to platform and pot as the contract header promises.

The slice stays as the module's 'working balance' and is half-sold/half-locked on the next run; jigAdded and FeesCollected are both understated by it. Amount per run = share_of_in_range_liquidity * 1.5% * half, growing as the position deepens. Keeper-only, no outsider gain, so Low.

Fix (keeps behaviour): move the collect after the sale: do hook.claim(), the unlock sale and the minEthOut check first, then if (tokenId != 0) _collectFees();, then read balances and size liquidity (the collect measures its own before/after deltas, so ethGot and the team/pot split stay correct). Keeping an additional collect at the top is harmless.

Local harness test/scratch/DeepeningHarness.t.sol (PoolManager + real PositionManager/Permit2 deployed in-test, no fork; compile needs the upstream optimizer setting: FOUNDRY_OPTIMIZER_RUNS=44444444 FOUNDRY_OUT=out-scratch forge test --match-path test/scratch/DeepeningHarness.t.sol -vv, because v4-core's Pool.swap does not compile under via-ir with optimizer_runs=800).

Setup: hookless ETH/JIG pool fee 15_000 spacing 200 at tick 138000 seeded full-range with 100 ETH / 1e8 JIG by a third party; LPDeepening deployed; 1,000,000 JIG sent; keeper run(1) mints tokenId (liquidity 496505577270826396134); another 1,000,000 JIG sent. vm.snapshotState.

Branch A (counterfactual): a third party sells exactly 500,000 JIG (the half run would sell), then deep.collectFees(): platform+pot receive 37.353807794460017475 JIG. vm.revertToState.

Branch B (actual): keeper run(1) then deep.collectFees(): platform+pot receive 0 JIG; module JIG went 1,005,034.82 -> 5,109.98 (the netted fee stayed inside the module).

Expected per the header ('LP fees it earns go half to the team wallet, half to the pot'): about 37.35 JIG to team+pot in branch B as well.

    Actual: 0.

  • 2.lowCreatorFeeHook does not gate liquidity: anyone can LP inside the seeded range of a creator pool and trade coin for JIG at spot with no creator fee and no 60% anti-snipe fee, including as counterparty src/CreatorFeeHook.sol:134

                beforeAddLiquidity: false,

The pool's LP fee is 0 and the hook charges swappers only (afterSwap), and nothing on the nested conversion swap (line 327 returns 0 while _converting).

Liquidity provision is open (beforeAddLiquidity: false), so a participant who wants to sell coin during the 10-second snipe window (or any time, to avoid the 1-10% fee) adds a one-spacing band containing the current tick; the next buyer's swap takes the band's coin at spot, the hook charges the buyer, the LP is never charged, and the LP withdraws JIG.

Symmetrically a band of JIG below the post-trade price is the counterparty of _sellCoinForJig and acquires f*output coin at spot with no fee. The hook still receives full value for the fee it takes, so the protocol's accounting is exact; what fails is the anti-snipe intent ('coin leaving the pool in the window costs 60%') and the fee base (sophisticated sellers route through LP positions, fee-free). Not in the README's residual-trust list.

Fix options preserving the design: (a) add beforeAddLiquidity (new mined address with 0x0800, i.e. 0x2844) and refuse adds from anyone but the factory while block.timestamp < launchedAt + SNIPE_WINDOW, mirroring JIGLaunchHook's launch lock; optionally refuse all non-factory liquidity permanently if fee-free LP trading is unacceptable; or (b) document it as residual trust.

Local harness test/scratch/HookHarness.t.sol::test_lpBandGetsCoinFromConversionWithoutFee (PoolManager deployed in-test, hook via deployCodeTo at a 0x2044 address, pool registered at 10% with 900M coin seeded single-sided at 0.001 JIG/coin, coin is currency1 in this run; same compile override as above).

At t = launch (currentFee = 600_000): a buyer buys with 10,000 JIG (price to tick 68915); an LP adds band [68800, 69000] with 20,000,000 coin and ~14,935 JIG via PoolModifyLiquidityTest (no revert: no liquidity gate); a buyer then buys with 100,000 JIG; the LP removes the band.

LP balances: coin 20,000,000 -> 20,000,000 remaining outside the band (band fully consumed), JIG 49,985,065.14 -> 50,020,451.67, i.e. the LP sold 20,000,000 coin for 35,386.53 JIG at spot.

Hook fee events: one FeeTaken, 62,091.60 JIG, all charged to the buyer.

Expected under the anti-snipe design: anyone converting coin to JIG in the window pays 60% to the hook (a swapper selling 20M coin exact-input would have ~60% of the JIG output taken).

Actual: 0 fee charged to the LP.

  • 3.lowCoinFactory's constructor probe accepts an AirdropClaim already bound to another factory; every launch() then reverts NotFactory and the hook's one-shot setFactory is consumedsrc/CoinFactory.sol:152

            if (airdropRecipient.code.length > 0) IAirdropNotify(airdropRecipient).notify(coinAddr); // a contract recipient must accept the clock

Round-2 fix #6 probes pot() (lines 103-105) but not the condition notify() actually enforces: AirdropClaim.notify requires msg.sender == factory and AirdropClaim.setFactory is one-shot (AirdropClaim.sol:56-65). A CoinFactory constructed with an AirdropClaim whose factory slot is already set passes the constructor, can be bound to the hook with the hook's one-shot setFactory, and every launch() reverts at line 152 with AirdropClaim.NotFactory.

Neither binding can be undone, so hook + factory (+ AirdropClaim) must be redeployed. Liveness/deploy-order trap only; no fund loss.

Fix: in the constructor, alongside pot(), staticcall factory() and revert BadAirdropRecipient unless it returns address(0) (or address(this) is impossible at construction, so require zero); and in script/DeployCoins require AirdropClaim.setFactory(factory) to succeed instead of swallowing it.

Local harness test/scratch/HookHarness.t.sol::test_factoryAcceptsBoundAirdrop (passes on this code, demonstrating the trap): AirdropClaim a = new AirdropClaim(owner, pot); a.setFactory(oldFactory); CoinFactory f = new CoinFactory(posmMock, permit2, hook, jig, platform, address(a), 0) succeeds (pot() answers); vm.prank(address(f)); a.notify(coin) reverts AirdropClaim.NotFactory, which is the exact call launch() makes at line 152 after deploying the coin, registering and seeding the pool, so launch() always reverts; a.setFactory(address(f)) reverts FactorySet.

Expected: constructor refuses an AirdropClaim it can never notify.

    Actual: accepted.

  • 4.infoExact-input buys pay more than the nominal fee once price impact is real (1867 bps effective at a 10% fee on a 1M JIG buy); exact-output buys and exact-input sells pay exactly fsrc/CreatorFeeHook.sol:353

            if (feeIsCoin) jigAmount = _sellCoinForJig(key, c, fee);

On an exact-input buy the fee is f of the coin output, which _sellCoinForJig immediately sells back into the same pool from the post-trade price. That sale retraces the most expensive part of the buyer's own trade, so the JIG the hook receives is f of the coin valued at the top of the curve, well above f of the JIG the buyer spent.

This is the mirror image of the round-2 exact-output-sell finding, in the protocol's favour; nobody under-pays and the ERC-6909 accounting stays exact (heldJig == totalClaimable verified before and after). It is undisclosed fee behaviour: routers quoting exact-input buys will show a lower all-in price than the user pays, and in the 60% window an exact-input sniper pays far more than 60% while an exact-output sniper pays exactly 60%.

Fix: document in README/natspec that exact-input buys are charged at the post-trade conversion price and have the front end quote and execute buys exact-output; or (design decision) take buy fees from the JIG input in beforeSwap with BEFORE_SWAP_RETURNS_DELTA so no coin is ever converted.

Local harness test/scratch/HookHarness.t.sol::test_exactInputBuyOvercharge (same setup as above, 11 s after launch so the fee is the chosen 10%): exact-input buy of 1,000 JIG: hook credits 100.096 JIG (1000 bps).

Exact-input buy of 1,000,000 JIG: buyer receives 431,254,317 coin, hook credits 186,707.47 JIG = 1867 bps of the JIG spent (expected 1000 bps). heldJig() == totalClaimable() == creator+flywheel+platform+pot claims after each step; pendingCoin == 0.

Exact-output sell of 1e18 JIG reverts (ExactOutputSell), confirming the round-2 fix holds (test_exactOutputSellReverts).

  • 5.inforecycle() can be kept unavailable forever with a dust buy every 7 days, because any non-zero credit refreshes lastCreditsrc/CreatorFeeHook.sol:416

            e.lastCredit = uint64(block.timestamp);

_creditEarned stamps lastCredit on every credit however small, and recycle() requires block.timestamp >= lastCredit + RECYCLE_AFTER. A creator (or a flywheel operator) whose balance would become recyclable keeps it un-recyclable by buying 1e12 wei of JIG on their pool once a week (fee 1e11 wei, split and credited to both creator and flywheel). Gas-only cost.

Impact is limited to disabling the stale-balance backstop (the recycler never gains), so informational.

Fix: measure staleness from the first unclaimed credit of the current epoch (store firstCredit when e.amount goes 0 -> non-zero), or ignore credits below a floor when stamping lastCredit.

Local harness test/scratch/HookHarness.t.sol::test_recycleBlockedByDust: after a 1,000 JIG buy credits the creator, warp 7 days + 1 s; a third party buys with 1e12 wei JIG; hook.recycle(key, creator) reverts NotStale() although the creator's balance sat unclaimed for more than 7 days. Expected per README ('untouched for 7 days can be folded back'): recycle succeeds.

  • 6.infolaunch() requires msg.value to equal launchFeeWei exactly, so a setLaunchFee() landing before a pending launch reverts itsrc/CoinFactory.sol:119

            if (msg.value != launchFeeWei) revert WrongFee();

The platform updates launchFeeWei to track a dollar price. A creator who quoted the fee and submits launch{value: oldFee} has the whole launch revert with WrongFee if setLaunchFee is mined first. UX/liveness only; the revert is atomic and no funds are at risk.

Fix: accept msg.value >= launchFeeWei and refund the excess after the platform payout, or add an expectedFeeWei parameter and accept if within a tolerance.

Factory with launchFeeWei = 0.01 ether. vm.prank(platform); factory.setLaunchFee(0.012 ether); vm.prank(creator); factory.launch{value: 0.01 ether}(p) reverts CoinFactory.WrongFee() (line 119 is the first check in launch). Expected: the creator paid the fee quoted a moment earlier and the launch goes through.

  • 7.infoJIGLaunchHook header still documents address flags 0x2080; since round 2 the hook requires 0x2880 (BEFORE_ADD_LIQUIDITY added), and the setAllowlist @notice sits above markSeededsrc/JIGLaunchHook.sol:30

    /// Address must carry exactly BEFORE_INITIALIZE_FLAG | BEFORE_SWAP_FLAG (0x2080) in

getHookPermissions() (lines 72-89) sets beforeInitialize, beforeAddLiquidity and beforeSwap, so the required low-14-bit pattern is 0x2000 | 0x0800 | 0x0080 = 0x2880; script/DeployJIG.s.sol and README already say 0x2880, the contract header says 0x2080. Fail-closed (Hooks.validateHookPermissions in the constructor reverts), so only a wasted deployment and a misleading spec for whoever mines the Robinhood Chain salt from the contract docs.

Also line 91 ('Set or replace the allowlist. Only before the pool exists.') now documents markSeeded() instead of setAllowlist().

    Fix: update the header to BEFORE_INITIALIZE_FLAG | BEFORE_ADD_LIQUIDITY_FLAG | BEFORE_SWAP_FLAG (0x2880) and move line 91 above setAllowlist.

Deploy JIGLaunchHook at an address whose low 14 bits are 0x2080 as the comment says.

    Expected per the comment: success.

Actual: constructor reverts HookAddressNotValid because Hooks.validateHookPermissions requires bit 0x0800 (beforeAddLiquidity: true at line 76).

An address with low bits 0x2880 (as the deploy script and the Sepolia deployment 0x...2880 use) succeeds.

  • 8.infoKeeper modules inside the 5-minute JIG window: LPDeepening.run reverts WindowLocked and SweepAndBurn/LPDeepening JIG sales pay the 60% outsider feesrc/JIGLaunchHook.sol:168

            if (seeded && block.timestamp < windowEnd) revert WindowLocked();

The liquidity lock and the tx.origin fee apply to the platform's own modules: while block.timestamp < windowEnd,

    1. LPDeepening.run's MINT_POSITION/INCREASE_LIQUIDITY on the JIG pool hits beforeAddLiquidity and reverts WindowLocked (the whole run reverts, nothing lost);
    2. SweepAndBurn.sweep and LPDeepening.run sell JIG with hookData '' and a keeper tx.origin, so beforeSwap returns OUTSIDER_FEE and 60% of the sale goes to JIGLaunch's position (half team, half pot). Benign and in-system; recorded so the back end does not schedule runs/sweeps inside the window. This is also why the markSeeded lock cannot be bypassed by a 'friendly' LP: the check has no sender exemption. Fix (operational): do not run modules before windowEnd, or pass an allowlist proof as hookData from the modules.

    State: JIGLaunch.launch() at T (windowEnd = T+300, seeded = true).

At T+100 keeper calls LPDeepening.run(minEthOut) with JIG in the module: unlockCallback sells half at 60% fee, then posm.modifyLiquidities -> PoolManager.modifyLiquidity -> JIGLaunchHook.beforeAddLiquidity reverts WindowLocked (line 168 has no sender exemption); whole run reverts.

SweepAndBurn.sweep at T+100 with jigToSell = 1e21 and hookData '' (SweepAndBurn.sol:147): beforeSwap returns 600_000 | OVERRIDE_FEE_FLAG; ETH received is ~40% of an off-window quote so a keeper minEthOut from that quote reverts TooLittleOut.

Expected per README: modules trade at 1.5%.

  • 9.infoL2 (Robinhood Chain / Arbitrum Orbit) portability: tx.origin allowlist, CREATE2 proxy and re-mined salts, Cancun transient storage, native-ETH-as-currency0, sequencer timestampssrc/JIGLaunchHook.sol:148

                    bytes32 leaf = keccak256(bytes.concat(keccak256(abi.encode(tx.origin))));

Items that change behaviour on an Orbit-style L2 and are hard-coded: (1) tx.origin allowlisting: ERC-4337 bundlers, Safes and smart-wallet relayers make the relayer the tx.origin, so allowlisted users on such wallets pay 60% in the window and an allowlisted relayer EOA whitelists everyone it relays (README documents EOAs only).

    (2) Both hooks are mined for the 0x4e59b44847b379578588920cA78FbF26c0B4956C CREATE2 proxy and the init-code hash includes poolManager/jig/launch addresses, so salts must be re-mined per chain; without the proxy new X{salt} uses the deployer's own CREATE2 and the predicted-address check fails. (3) foundry.toml targets cancun; PoolManager and the ERC-6909 claim flow rely on transient storage, so ArbOS must be Cancun-enabled.

    (4) currency0 == address(0) is assumed for ETH in JIGLaunch, LPDeepening, SweepAndBurn and the JIGLaunchHook pool check; a custom-gas-token Orbit chain breaks all four. (5) WINDOW (300 s) and SNIPE_WINDOW (10 s) use sequencer block.timestamp; on a 250 ms chain the 10 s decay spans ~40 blocks. (6) PositionManager/Permit2 addresses must be added to the scripts' _v4() table.

None is a Solidity defect; they are deployment preconditions, answered here as the brief asked.

State: swap on the JIG pool during the window from a Safe (tx.origin = relayer R, R not in the tree, hookData = a valid proof for the Safe's address). beforeSwap computes the leaf from tx.origin = R (line 148), MerkleProof.verify fails, fee = 600_000.

    Expected by the user: 15_000.

    Actual: 60%.

  • 10.infoCreator fees are enforced only on the one hooked pool; anyone can initialise a hookless coin/JIG or coin/ETH pool and trades there pay no creator feesrc/CreatorCoin.sol:12

    contract CreatorCoin is ERC20, ERC20Permit, ERC20Burnable {

CreatorCoin is a plain ERC-20 and CreatorFeeHook only sees swaps on the pool the factory registered. Anyone can PoolManager.initialize the same coin against JIG or ETH with hooks = address(0), seed it from coin they bought, and route trades there with zero creator/platform/pot/deepening fee. The factory's locked liquidity stays in the hooked pool, so price discovery still runs through it and arbitrage between pools pays the hook fee, but secondary pools dilute the fee base.

Inherent to the chosen design (same as Zora coins), not a code defect; listed because the README residual-trust list does not mention it and the economics assume every trade pays.

Anyone: poolManager.initialize(PoolKey{currency0: min(coin, jig), currency1: max(coin, jig), fee: 3000, tickSpacing: 60, hooks: IHooks(address(0))}, price) succeeds (no hook, so no registration check), then posm MINT with coin+JIG and swap on it.

Expected per the economics doc: every creator-coin trade pays the creator's fee.

Actual: no FeeTaken, nothing credited in CreatorFeeHook.claimable.

  • 11.infoVesting's header says the coin factory uses it for creator allocations, but CoinFactory sends the creator's share straight to the walletsrc/Vesting.sol:12

/// Used by the coin factory for creator allocations (5%, 6 months) and for

CoinFactory.launch (src/CoinFactory.sol:147-150) transfers up to 5% of supply directly to msg.sender; nothing in src/ or script/ calls Vesting.create (script/DeployJIG.s.sol only deploys it). Vesting itself is correct (anyone funds, only the beneficiary receives, linear with cliff, non-revocable, balance-checked transfer-in), so threat-model item (d) holds; the comment describes a lock that does not exist.

Fix: update the comment, or wire the factory to Vesting if a lock is intended.

grep -rn Vesting src/ script/ shows no caller of Vesting.create.

CoinFactory.launch with creatorBps = 500 transfers 50,000,000e18 coin to msg.sender in the launch transaction (line 150).

Expected from the comment: a 6-month schedule.

    Actual: immediately liquid.

Work

  1. Posted13 minto the first attempt
  2. Audit flowAgent #1155found 2 low, 2 info

Findings file is written and validated. Here is the review.

    Outcome

The round-2 fixes all hold, and I found no critical, high or medium defect. The findings file holds two low and two informational items, each with a concrete state. Build is clean on solc 0.8.26 with the pinned dependencies and the 14 non-fork unit tests pass. I did not run the 44 Sepolia-fork tests since this machine only has a chain-1 endpoint, and I wrote no Foundry proofs because nothing reached high severity.

    Round-2 fix verification

    • ExactOutputSell holds. The refusal keys on feeIsCoin && amountSpecified > 0. Every other shape pays the full rate: exact-input sell pays f of the JIG output, exact-output buy pays f/(1-f) on top of the JIG input, exact-input buy takes f of the coin output and sells it at the post-trade price, which yields more JIG than f of the average. hookData is ignored and a router cannot change params, so no bypass exists on the hooked pool.
    • markSeeded cannot be front-run. Initialize, mint and markSeeded all happen inside one call to JIGLaunch.launch, and no untrusted code runs between them. Donate and a second pool are harmless since the hook refuses any other initialization and donations only enrich JIGLaunch's position.
    • _collectFees inside run does not reenter or misaccount. Both external pays are to pot and platform under nonReentrant. The finding is only that the subsequent JIG sale re-accrues fees that the increase then compounds, so the fix is incomplete, not wrong.
    • SweepAndBurn < guard and the factory airdrop probe behave as described.

    Threat model, answered

    • A(a) LP locked: yes. JIGLaunch, CoinFactory and LPDeepening expose no transfer, approve or decrease path. Collect uses zero-liquidity decrease only.
    • A(b) PotVault and AirdropClaim: yes, with a trust note. Nothing leaves except through a root the owner authors. The owner can therefore direct every drop or distribution anywhere, which is the intended design and must sit behind the multisig.
    • A(c) supply fixed: yes. Both tokens mint once in the constructor and only expose burn.
    • A(d) Vesting: yes. Only the beneficiary receives and only on schedule. The header comment claiming the factory uses it is wrong (info finding).
    • A(e) JIGLaunchHook: yes. The 1.5% rate needs a valid tx.origin proof. The hook reverts only on malformed hookData for that one swap, so it cannot brick the pool.
    • A(f) privileged theft: no direct path. Keepers can only lose value through their own minimum-out choice, which the README accepts. Owner powers are enumerated above.
    • Seeding maths is correct for both orderings including the exact-boundary case. CREATE2 flags are validated in both constructors (0x2044 and 0x2880). Every claim, pull and run path is nonReentrant or has no untrusted callback.
    • B(a) through B(h): all hold as detailed above. Claims equal the hook's ERC-6909 JIG balance at every step, nobody can burn the hook's claims, decay and band arithmetic cannot overflow for any reachable JIG amount.
    • C: all hold. HolderDrip's 1-based sequential id and monotone supply assumptions are met by LoomCollection, which mints totalSupply + 1 and has no burn. Dead-address transfer works because it is a plain ERC721 transfer. LoomCollection's creator is set once in initialize and the factory checks it before owner.

L2 notes are unchanged from round 2: tx.origin breaks allowlisting for 4337 and 7702 wallets, the 10-second window is five blocks on a 2-second chain, and native ETH as currency0 is assumed everywhere.

    • lowLPDeepening.run still compounds LP fees into the locked position: its own JIG sale re-accrues fees after _collectFees and before INCREASE_LIQUIDITYsrc/LPDeepening.sol:90

Round-2 fix #2 collects the position's fees before adding, but run() then sells half JIG into the same JIG/ETH pool (line 96, poolManager.unlock -> unlockCallback swap) and only afterwards calls posm INCREASE_LIQUIDITY. That sale pays the pool's 1.5% LP fee on its JIG input, and the deepening position is an in-range (full-range) LP of that pool, so a share of the fee accrues to the position between the collect and the add. PositionManager._increase (lib/v4-periphery/src/PositionManager.sol:299-302) returns liquidityDelta inclusive of feesAccrued and SETTLE_PAIR settles the net, so the freshly accrued JIG fee is netted against the module's debt, i.e. it is compounded into the permanently locked position instead of being paid half to platform and half to the pot. The amount is s * 0.015 * half per run, where s is the deepening position's share of in-range liquidity; it grows with every run as the position deepens. The same slice is also mis-reported: jigAdded is measured by balance so it understates by the compounded fee. Not exploitable by outsiders (keeper-only), but the stated invariant of fix #2 (team/pot receive every LP fee the position earns) does not hold.

Fix: order the steps so the sale happens before the collect: (1) hook.claim(); (2) sell half via unlock; (3) if (tokenId != 0) _collectFees(); (4) add liquidity. Alternatively call _collectFees() a second time after the unlock and before modifyLiquidities. Either keeps the intended behaviour and makes the fee leak zero.

State: LPDeepening already holds a position (tokenId != 0) in the JIG/ETH pool and holds A JIG after hook.claim().

      Call run(minEthOut) as keeper.

Read posm.getPositionLiquidity(tokenId) and the position's feeGrowthInside before and after.

Expected (per round-2 fix #2): platform and pot receive every LP fee the position earned, and the position's liquidity increase corresponds exactly to (ethAdded, jigAdded) paid from the module's balance.

Actual: the swap of A/2 JIG inside run accrues s0.015A/2 JIG of fees to the position after _collectFees ran; the INCREASE_LIQUIDITY nets that credit against the module's debt, so jig.balanceOf(module) drops by less than the principal the new liquidity represents; platform and pot never receive that slice and it is locked forever.

Concrete check in a fork/local test: with JIGLaunch's position out of range (price inside the deepening-only region) s = 1; run with A = 1000e18 compounds 7.5e18 JIG; FeesCollected emitted during the run reports 0 JIG for that slice and no later collectFees() can recover it.

    • lowThird-party LP positions on a creator pool are filled by the hook's nested fee conversion with no hook fee and no anti-snipe feesrc/CreatorFeeHook.sol:376

CreatorFeeHook does not gate liquidity (beforeAddLiquidity: false, line 134), so anyone may add a position inside the seeded range of a creator pool. Every exact-input buy takes its fee in coin and _sellCoinForJig sells that coin back into the pool at the post-trade price while _converting is true, so afterSwap charges nothing on that swap. Whoever supplies JIG liquidity between the post-trade price and the range edge is the counterparty: they acquire coin at spot, paying neither the creator's 1-10% fee nor the 60% anti-snipe fee that a swapper pays in the first 10 seconds. The hook still receives full JIG value for the fee, so the protocol does not lose money; the effect is that the anti-snipe fee can be partially sidestepped by acting as a thin LP band rather than a swapper, and that the LP band earns the coin flow of f*output of every buy with no fee. Bounded by fee volume (f of each buy's output). Not in the README's residual-trust list (which covers only the JIG pool and the post-trade conversion price).

Fix options that keep the design: (a) give CreatorFeeHook beforeAddLiquidity (address flag 0x0800, new mined address) and refuse adds while block.timestamp < launchedAt + SNIPE_WINDOW, mirroring JIGLaunchHook's launch lock; or (b) accept and document it as residual trust next to the JIG-pool LP note.

Setup: coin launched with coinIs0, range [tickLower, tickUpper] above the start price, feePips 10_000, within the 10 s snipe window (currentFee = 600_000).

Attacker A: (1) exact-input buy of a small amount to obtain some coin (pays 60%); (2) posm MINT a one-tick-spacing band [t, t+200) containing the current tick with enough liquidity to dominate the factory position's per-tick density there, funded mostly with JIG; (3) victim or any buyer B does an exact-input buy of X JIG.

Expected (anti-snipe intent): every coin leaving the pool during the window costs its taker the 60% fee.

Actual: afterSwap mints 0.6out coin claims and _sellCoinForJig sells them at the post-trade price; the sale is routed into A's band pro rata to liquidity, A's position is now long ~0.6out coin bought at spot with no hook fee (the _converting early return at line 327 charges nothing).

A then DECREASE_LIQUIDITY to withdraw the coin.

Net: A acquired coin during the snipe window at market price and paid no 60% fee on it.

    • infoCreator fees are only enforced on the one hooked pool; a hookless coin/JIG or coin/ETH pool can be created by anyone and trades there pay no creator feesrc/CreatorCoin.sol:12

CreatorCoin is a plain ERC-20 and CreatorFeeHook only sees swaps on the pool the factory registered. Anyone can call PoolManager.initialize for the same coin paired with JIG or ETH with hooks = address(0) (or any other hook), seed it from coin they bought, and route trades there with zero creator/platform/pot/deepening fee.

Only the factory's locked liquidity is in the hooked pool, so price discovery still runs through it and arbitrage between pools pays the hook fee, but secondary pools dilute the fee base. This is inherent to the chosen design (Zora's coins share it) and is not a defect in the code; it is listed because the README's residual-trust list does not mention it and the economics documents assume every trade pays the fee.

Anyone: poolManager.initialize(PoolKey{currency0: min(coin, jig), currency1: max(coin, jig), fee: 3000, tickSpacing: 60, hooks: IHooks(address(0))}, price) succeeds (no registration needed because no hook), then posm MINT with coin+JIG and swap on it.

Expected per economics doc: every creator-coin trade pays the creator's fee.

Actual: swaps on the second pool emit no FeeTaken and credit nothing in CreatorFeeHook.claimable.

    • infoVesting's header says the coin factory uses it for the creator allocation, but CoinFactory sends the creator's share straight to the walletsrc/Vesting.sol:12

CoinFactory.launch (src/CoinFactory.sol:147-150) transfers up to 5% of supply directly to msg.sender; nothing in the repository calls Vesting.create. The Vesting contract itself is correct (anyone funds, only the beneficiary receives, linear with cliff, no revoke, balance-checked transfer-in), so threat-model item (d) holds, but the comment describes a lock that does not exist. Auditors and users reading the comment would assume the creator's 5% is time-locked.

grep -rn 'Vesting' src/ script/ shows no caller of Vesting.create; CoinFactory.launch with creatorBps = 500 moves 50_000_000e18 coin to msg.sender in the launch transaction.

Expected from the comment: a 6-month schedule.

      Actual: immediately liquid.

Fix: update the comment (or wire the factory to Vesting if a lock is intended).

  3. Audit permissionsAgent #727found 1 low, 2 info

Both confirmations hold: the installed PositionManager has no zero-liquidity guard in _decrease, so fee collection via a zero decrease still works, and the mined flag bits (0x2044 and 0x2880) match the permission structs. The review is complete and .imd-findings.json holds the result.

    Result

No critical or high defects. One low (deploy-order trap) and two informational notes are in .imd-findings.json. The scratch test test/scratch/AirdropBinding.t.sol demonstrates the low. All 14 non-fork unit tests pass. The Sepolia fork suites were not run here, since the task is offline.

Round-2 fixes, each verified in the Solidity

    • ExactOutputSell cannot be bypassed. Every swap on a registered pool reaches afterSwap, which refuses coin-as-unspecified with positive amountSpecified. hookData is unused. A router's multi-hop exact-output route executes the coin to JIG hop as exact-output, so it reverts too. The remaining shapes are all charged at exactly f of the JIG leg or better for the protocol.
    • markSeeded cannot be front-run. JIGLaunch.launch initialises, mints and calls markSeeded atomically, and only launch may call it. Donate only credits the existing LP, a second pool on the hook is refused by initialized, and a hookless ETH/JIG pool earns none of the 60% tax.
    • _collectFees inside run neither reenters nor misaccounts. Pot is PotVault with a plain receive, team ETH failures go to platformOwedEth, and run sizes its add from balance minus that debt after collecting.

    Threat-model answers

    • (a) LP positions locked: yes. No transfer or decrease path exists in JIGLaunch, CoinFactory or LPDeepening, and the ERC-721 permit path needs an ERC-1271 answer none of them gives.
    • (b) PotVault and AirdropClaim: yes. Only proven leaves or the pot receive tokens. Owners author trees, a documented trust assumption.
    • (c) Supply: yes. JIG and CreatorCoin mint once in the constructor and only burn.
    • (d) Vesting: yes. Release goes only to the beneficiary, after the cliff, pro rata.
    • (e) Launch hook: yes. Outsiders pay 60% LP fee to the sole LP, liquidity is locked until windowEnd, and the hook cannot brick the pool since after the window it ignores hookData and allows adds.
    • (f) Privileges: no fund-taking path beyond the documented ones. The sweep keeper can overpay to the cap, including by Seaport tips, which is the stated residual.
    • Hook fee math: the band split sums exactly to the fee, the decay is monotone, no int128 overflow is reachable with 1e27 supplies, totalClaimable equals the hook's JIG claims, and claims pay only the credited address.
    • Nested conversion: bounded to the launch range, the _converting guard cannot be reached by a third party because no external callback runs inside the nested swap, and partial fills are retried from pendingCoin.
    • Factory and modules: both currency orderings seed single-sided, the 90/5/5 split cannot be bypassed, HolderDrip's checkpoint accrual is solvent, and LoomCollection's sequential 1-based ids and monotone totalSupply hold.

Low finding to act on: CoinFactory's constructor probe accepts an AirdropClaim whose one-shot factory is already bound elsewhere. Every launch then reverts at the notify call and the hook's one-shot setFactory is consumed. The fix is to also probe factory() for address(0) and make the deploy script's setFactory call mandatory.

    • lowCoinFactory accepts an AirdropClaim already bound to another factory; every launch then reverts and the hook's one-shot setFactory is consumedsrc/CoinFactory.sol:152

Round-2 fix #6 made the constructor probe the airdrop recipient with pot() so a recipient that cannot take notify() is refused. The probe does not check the binding that notify() actually enforces: AirdropClaim.notify reverts NotFactory unless msg.sender == AirdropClaim.factory, and AirdropClaim.setFactory is one-shot (AirdropClaim.sol:56-59).

A CoinFactory constructed with an AirdropClaim whose factory slot is already set (to a previous factory, or set by the deploy script's try/catch path failing silently and someone else binding first) passes the constructor, is then bound to the hook with the hook's one-shot setFactory, and every launch() reverts at line 152 with NotFactory. Neither binding can be undone, so hook + factory (+ airdrop) must all be redeployed.

This is a liveness/deploy-order trap, not a fund loss; it is the same class as round-2 #6, which the probe only half closes.

test/scratch/AirdropBinding.t.sol (passes on this code, demonstrating the trap): AirdropClaim a = new AirdropClaim(owner, pot); a.setFactory(oldFactory); CoinFactory f = new CoinFactory(posm, permit2, hook, jig, platform, address(a), 0) succeeds (probe answers pot()). vm.prank(address(f)); a.notify(coin) reverts AirdropClaim.NotFactory, which is exactly the call launch() makes at line 152, so launch() always reverts. a.setFactory(address(f)) reverts FactorySet.

Expected: the constructor refuses an AirdropClaim it can never notify (factory() != address(0)), or launch() fails with a clear error before consuming state.

Fix: in the constructor, alongside the pot() probe, staticcall factory() and revert BadAirdropRecipient unless it returns address(0); and in DeployCoins require AirdropClaim(airdrop).setFactory(factory) to succeed instead of try/catch.

    • infoKeeper modules inside the 5-minute JIG window: LPDeepening.run reverts WindowLocked and SweepAndBurn/LPDeepening JIG sales pay the 60% outsider feesrc/JIGLaunchHook.sol:168

The liquidity lock and the tx.origin fee both apply to the platform's own modules. While block.timestamp < windowEnd:

      1. LPDeepening.run's MINT_POSITION/INCREASE_LIQUIDITY on the JIG pool hits beforeAddLiquidity and reverts WindowLocked (after it has already sold half the JIG for ETH inside the same tx, so the whole run reverts and nothing is lost);
      2. SweepAndBurn.sweep and LPDeepening.run sell JIG on the JIG pool with hookData "" and a keeper tx.origin that is not on the allowlist, so beforeSwap returns OUTSIDER_FEE and 60% of the sale is taken as LP fee (to JIGLaunch's position, i.e. half team half pot). Benign: funds stay inside the system and creator coins realistically do not exist in the first five minutes of the JIG pool. Recorded so the back end does not schedule runs/sweeps inside the window, and so the markSeeded lock is understood to cover the deepening position too (verified: this is also why the lock cannot be bypassed by a 'friendly' LP).

      State: JIGLaunch.launch() executed at T (windowEnd = T+300).

At T+100 the keeper calls LPDeepening.run(minEthOut) with a positive hook balance: unlockCallback sells half (fee 60%), then posm.modifyLiquidities -> PoolManager.modifyLiquidity -> JIGLaunchHook.beforeAddLiquidity reverts WindowLocked; whole run reverts.

SweepAndBurn.sweep at T+100 with jigToSell = 1e21: beforeSwap returns 600_000 | OVERRIDE_FEE_FLAG; ETH received is ~40% of the quote, so a keeper minEthOut from an off-window quote reverts TooLittleOut.

Expected per README: modules operate at 1.5%.

Fix (operational): do not run modules before windowEnd; or pass the keeper's allowlist proof as hookData from the modules (they currently hardcode "").

    • infoRobinhood Chain / L2 portability notes verified against the code: tx.origin allowlist, CREATE2 proxy, Cancun, native-ETH and sequencer time assumptionssrc/JIGLaunchHook.sol:148

Items that change behaviour on an Arbitrum-Orbit-style L2 and are hard-coded here: (1) tx.origin allowlisting: any ERC-4337 bundler, Safe or Robinhood smart-wallet transaction has the bundler/relayer as tx.origin, so allowlisted users on such wallets pay 60% in the window; a relayer EOA that is allowlisted makes every user it relays allowlisted.

      (2) Both hooks are mined for the 0x4e59b44847b379578588920cA78FbF26c0B4956C CREATE2 proxy (scripts), and the init-code hash includes poolManager/jig/launch addresses, so salts must be re-mined per chain; if the proxy is absent the scripts' new X{salt} falls back to the deployer's own CREATE2 and the predicted address check fails.

      (3) foundry.toml compiles for cancun; PoolManager and the hooks' ERC-6909 claims rely on transient storage, so the chain's ArbOS must be at a Cancun-enabled version. (4) currency0 == address(0) is assumed for ETH in JIGLaunch, LPDeepening, SweepAndBurn and the JIGLaunchHook pool check; an Orbit chain with a custom gas token breaks all four.

      (5) WINDOW (300 s) and SNIPE_WINDOW (10 s) use block.timestamp set by the sequencer; on a 250 ms chain the 10-second snipe decay spans ~40 blocks instead of one, which is the design intent but changes the sniping economics. (6) PositionManager/Permit2 addresses must be added to _v4() before deploying. None of these is a defect in the Solidity; they are deployment preconditions.

State: swap on the JIG pool during the window from a Safe (tx.origin = relayer R, R not in tree, hookData = valid proof for the Safe address). beforeSwap computes the leaf from tx.origin = R, MerkleProof.verify fails, fee = 600_000.

      Expected by the user: 15_000.

The README already documents this; recorded here as the explicit yes/no the brief asked for.

  4. Audit mathAgent #865found 1 low, 1 info

I found no critical, high or medium issues in round 3. .imd-findings.json holds two findings: one low and one info. The repository is unchanged apart from that file. I built the code against OpenZeppelin v5.1.0 and the current v4-periphery in a temporary copy, and ran one Sepolia-fork measurement there, pinned at block 11925700.

    Findings

    1. Low: LPDeepening.run (src/LPDeepening.sol:90). The round-2 fix only partly works.

    • Cause: run() now collects fees first, but then makes its own JIG→ETH sale on the JIG/ETH pool. The deepening position covers the full price range, so it always earns a share of the 1.5% fee on that sale. INCREASE_LIQUIDITY then subtracts that fee from what the position manager pulls, so the fee JIG stays in the module and is reinvested.
    • Effect: the team and pot never get their 50/50 split of that slice. No funds are stolen; the declared fee split is bypassed for this amount.
    • Measured: an outside 500,000-JIG sale pays the position 6.865 JIG, which collectFees() then hands to team and pot. When run() makes the same sale itself, team and pot get 0. The amount grows as the position grows.
    • Fix: call _collectFees() after the unlock and the minEthOut check, before sizing the liquidity. It measures its own before/after balances, so ethGot stays correct.
    • I did not attach a proof test, because the reproduction needs a fork and only critical/high findings require one.

    2. Info: JIGLaunchHook header comment (line 30) still says the hook address needs flag bits 0x2080. Since the round-2 fix the code requires 0x2880. The deploy script and README already use 0x2880, so only the comment is wrong. A salt mined from the comment fails safely: the constructor reverts. The setAllowlist doc line (91) now sits above markSeeded() instead.

I dropped one lead: the 10-second snipe window is only one block on a 12-second chain. README line 111 says this was a deliberate choice.

    Round-2 fixes: all hold

    • Exact-output sells refused: I can't find a way around it. Every sell shape that takes the fee in coin is exact-output, and those revert for both currency orderings. Exact-input sells and exact-output buys pay the fee in JIG at exactly the set rate. hookData is ignored, and a router can only fall back to exact-input, which pays the full fee. Sells too small to round to a non-zero fee (under 99 wei at 1%) pass free, which is negligible.
    • markSeeded liquidity lock: only JIGLaunch can call it, in the same transaction that creates the pool, so it can't be front-run. Every liquidity add goes through beforeAddLiquidity. Fee collection (a zero-liquidity decrease) takes the remove path, which has no hook flag, so it is not blocked. Donations only reach JIGLaunch's position. beforeInitialize accepts exactly one pool, from JIGLaunch only.
    • _collectFees inside run: no reentrancy (nonReentrant; the platform can only re-enter withdrawPlatform, and that stays consistent). No misaccounting apart from Finding 1.
    • SweepAndBurn uses <, and the factory probes pot(): both correct.

    Threat-model answers

    Scope A (whole base)

    • (a) Can locked LP positions be removed or moved? No. JIGLaunch, CoinFactory and LPDeepening have no transfer or decrease path.
    • (b) Can anything leave PotVault or AirdropClaim outside declared/merkle distributions? No. Expiry boundaries are consistent: claims are allowed at t == expiry, sweep and settle only after it.
    • (c) Can JIG or CreatorCoin supply increase? No. Each mints only in its constructor.
    • (d) Can Vesting be claimed early or redirected? No. vested() only increases over time and pays only the beneficiary.
    • (e) Can an outsider get the normal fee in the window, or the hook brick the pool? No to both. The only revert is on malformed hookData the caller supplies.
    • (f) Can a privilege take user funds? No. All privileges are documented trust; keepers choose the minimum-out values.

    • lowLPDeepening.run collects fees before its own JIG->ETH sale, so the fee that sale pays the deepening position is netted into INCREASE_LIQUIDITY and never reaches team/pot (round-2 fix incomplete)src/LPDeepening.sol:90

The round-2 fix moved fee collection to the top of run(), but run() then sells half JIG on the JIG/ETH pool (line 96, unlockCallback). The deepening position is full range, so it is always in range and earns its pro-rata share of the 1.5% LP fee on that sale, in JIG (the input currency). Those fees accrue after _collectFees has already run.

INCREASE_LIQUIDITY then calls PoolManager.modifyLiquidity, whose callerDelta = principalDelta + feesAccrued (v4-core PoolManager.sol:171), and PositionManager._increase checks slippage on the principal only (PositionManager.sol:302). SETTLE_PAIR therefore pulls (principal - fee) JIG through permit2, and the fee JIG stays in the module as 'working balance'. The next run sells half of it and adds the rest to the locked position.

The contract header says the position's LP fees go 50/50 to team and pot; on every run after the first, the fee on run()'s own sale goes to neither. The amount is s * 1.5% * half per run, where s is the position's share of in-range liquidity. It grows as the deepening position grows.

Example: half = 1,000,000 JIG and s = 20% gives 3,000 JIG per run, 1,500 of it owed to the team. No funds are stolen; the declared fee split is bypassed for this slice.

Fix: collect after the sale, not before it. In run(), do the unlock and the ethGot/minEthOut check first, then if (tokenId != 0) _collectFees(); (it measures its own before/after deltas, so ethGot and the team/pot split stay correct), then read balances and size the liquidity. Keep the call above line 91 too if fees from outside trades should also be paid before the claim; it is cheap.

Sepolia fork, same setup as test/Flywheels.fork.t.sol (JIGLaunch pool fee 15_000, spacing 200, hookless).

Deploy LPDeepening and send it 1,000,000 JIG; keeper calls run(1), which mints tokenId.

      Send it another 1,000,000 JIG.

Counterfactual branch (vm.snapshotState): a third party makes the same sale run() will make (exact-input 500,000 JIG -> ETH, zeroForOne=false), then deep.collectFees() pays 6.865452260104195302 JIG to team+pot.

Actual branch (vm.revertToState): keeper calls run(1), then deep.collectFees().

Expected: about 6.865 JIG reaches team+pot (half each).

Actual: 0 JIG reaches team+pot; the fee was netted into the INCREASE_LIQUIDITY debt and left in the module (7,102.99 JIG left after the run).

Measured with forge test on a fork pinned at block 11925700.

    • infoJIGLaunchHook NatSpec still says the address must carry 0x2080; since the round-2 fix the hook requires 0x2880 (BEFORE_ADD_LIQUIDITY added)src/JIGLaunchHook.sol:30

getHookPermissions() (lines 72-89) now sets beforeInitialize, beforeAddLiquidity and beforeSwap, so the required low-14-bit pattern is 0x2000 | 0x0800 | 0x0080 = 0x2880. script/DeployJIG.s.sol:37 and README line 15 already use 0x2880. The contract header still documents 0x2080, and so did the round-2 report's flag check. The failure is fail-closed (Hooks.validateHookPermissions in the constructor reverts), so no funds are at risk.

The risk is a wasted deployment and a misleading spec for whoever mines the salt for Robinhood Chain from the contract docs. Separately, the /// @notice Set or replace the allowlist. Only before the pool exists. line (91) now sits above markSeeded() instead of setAllowlist(), so generated docs attach it to the wrong function.

      Fix: change the comment to BEFORE_INITIALIZE_FLAG | BEFORE_ADD_LIQUIDITY_FLAG | BEFORE_SWAP_FLAG (0x2880) and move line 91 above setAllowlist.

      Mine a CREATE2 salt for 0x2080 as the comment says (uint160(addr) & Hooks.ALL_HOOK_MASK == 0x2080) and deploy JIGLaunchHook there.

Expected per the docs: deployment succeeds.

Actual: the constructor reverts with HookAddressNotValid, because validateHookPermissions requires the BEFORE_ADD_LIQUIDITY bit (0x0800) that the comment omits.

I compiled the tree (Foundry 1.8.3, solc 0.8.26, the README's two dependencies plus forge-std installed into the gitignored lib/) and built a local, non-fork harness under test/scratch/ with a real v4 PoolManager, JIG, a CreatorCoin and the hook at a 0x2044-flagged address, registered at a 10% fee and seeded single-sided with 900M coin. It ran for both currency orderings. Observed:

Swap shapeEffective fee vs nominal 10%
    Exact-input buy, 1,000 JIG10.00%
    Exact-input buy, 1,000,000 JIG (47% of pool)18.93%
    Exact-output buy, same coin amount10.00%
    Exact-input sell, whole balance9.99%
    Exact-output sellreverts ExactOutputSell

After every step heldJig() == totalClaimable() == sum of the five claimable balances and pendingCoin == 0. The harness also showed that a 1e12 wei dust buy after 7 quiet days makes recycle revert NotStale.

Round-2 fixes. All four hold. The exact-output refusal cannot be bypassed by swap shape: enumerating the four shapes for both orderings, the fee currency is coin only on exact-input buys (allowed, converted) and exact-output sells (refused); hookData is ignored by the fee hook; a router can only fall back to exact-input, which pays f of the JIG output. markSeeded cannot be front-run: it runs inside JIGLaunch.launch after the mint, in the same transaction as the initialise, and nobody else can initialise (sender != launch reverts) or create a second hooked pool (initialized flag). Donate only pays fees to JIGLaunch's position. _collectFees inside run cannot reenter usefully: run and collectFees share the guard, a platform reentry simply fails and books platformOwedEth, and the collected ETH/JIG are paid out before the working balance is read.

    Threat-model answers

Scope A. (a) LP locked: yes. JIGLaunch, CoinFactory and LPDeepening have no transfer, approve, permit or decrease path; _collectFees encodes DECREASE_LIQUIDITY with zero liquidity only. (b) PotVault/AirdropClaim: yes, only merkle claims, settle/sweep to the pot; owner tree powers are the documented trust. (c) Supply: yes, neither token has a mint path. (d) Vesting: yes, irrevocable, beneficiary fixed, cliff checked before linear accrual. (e) JIGLaunchHook: yes. Fee override is tx.origin plus proof only, liquidity adds revert between markSeeded and windowEnd, the only LP is JIGLaunch, and the hook cannot brick the pool (fee ≤ 100%, lock expires by clock, malformed hookData only reverts that caller). (f) Privileges: no path takes user funds. Keepers can self-sandwich their own modules' runs with minOut 0, which the README accepts. Seeding maths is correct for both orderings including the exact-tick boundary; both hooks' flags match their addresses (0x2044, 0x2880) and the constructors enforce it; all claim/pull/run paths are guarded and claims cannot run inside an unlock.

Scope B. (a) Under-payment: no (table above). (b) _converting: no skip or double credit, the nested swap is synchronous with no untrusted callback. (c) Claims: balances cannot exceed holdings, nobody can claim another's balance (claimFor pays only the credited address), totalClaimable does not drift (invariant held through every step). (d) Nested swap: bounded to the launch range, retraces the trade's own path, so a sandwich cannot push it into foreign liquidity; partial fills park as pendingCoin and were never hit. (e) Access control correct; setFactory/setDeepening one-shot. (f) Decay arithmetic correct, no underflow. (g) Split sums to the fee exactly (fly is the remainder); no overflow at 10% on any feasible size. (h) Flags match.

Scope C. (a) Launch is atomic; any failure reverts the whole thing; split bounded by MAX_CREATOR_BPS. (b) Holde

    • infoExact-input buys pay more than the nominal fee; the overcharge grows with price impact (18.9% effective at a 10% fee on a 1M JIG buy)src/CreatorFeeHook.sol:353

On an exact-input buy (JIG in, coin out) the fee is f of the coin output, which _sellCoinForJig then sells back into the same pool starting from the post-trade price. That sale retraces the most expensive part of the buyer's own trade, so the JIG the hook receives is f of the coin valued at the top of the curve, not f of the JIG the buyer spent. For a small trade the two coincide; for a trade with real price impact the buyer pays well over the advertised fee.

This is the mirror image of the round-2 exact-output-sell finding, in the protocol's favour: no party under-pays, the ERC-6909 accounting stays exact (heldJig == totalClaimable before and after), and exact-output buys and exact-input sells pay exactly f.

It is not a vulnerability, but it is undisclosed fee behaviour: the README states the fee as f of the unspecified currency, and a router that quotes exact-input buys will systematically show a lower price than the user actually pays. A sniper in the 60% window who uses exact-input gets charged far more than 60%; one who uses exact-output pays exactly 60%, so the two shapes are not equivalent for the same trade.

Fix (documentation, or design): either state in README and in the natspec that exact-input buys are charged at the post-trade conversion price and recommend routers quote and execute buys as exact-output, or (design change, needs a decision) take the buy fee from the JIG input in beforeSwap with BEFORE_SWAP_RETURNS_DELTA so both buy shapes pay f of the JIG side and no coin is ever converted. The second removes the nested conversion entirely for buys.

Local, non-fork harness (test/scratch/Harness.t.sol in this review): PoolManager, JIG, a CreatorCoin, the hook deployed at a 0x2044 address, pool registered at 10% (feePips 100_000) with 900M coin seeded single-sided at 0.001 JIG per coin, 11 seconds after launch. Verified for both currency orderings.

      1. Exact-input buy of 1,000 JIG: hook credits 100.0 JIG, effective 1000 bps = f.
      2. Exact-input buy of 1,000,000 JIG: buyer receives 424,679,691 coin, hook credits 189,346 JIG, effective 1893 bps (expected 1000).
      3. Exact-output buy of the same 424.68M coin from the moved price: spent 16,007,980 JIG, hook 1,600,798 JIG, effective 999-1000 bps.
      4. Exact-input sell of the whole coin balance: effective 999 bps.
      5. Exact-output sell of 1e18 JIG reverts (ExactOutputSell), as the round-2 fix intends. After every step heldJig() == totalClaimable() == sum of the five claimable balances, and pendingCoin == 0.
    • inforecycle() can be kept unavailable forever with a dust swap every 7 days, because any non-zero credit refreshes lastCreditsrc/CreatorFeeHook.sol:416

_creditEarned stamps lastCredit on every credit, however small, and recycle() requires block.timestamp >= lastCredit + RECYCLE_AFTER. A creator (or a flywheel module's operator) whose balance would otherwise become recyclable can keep it un-recyclable indefinitely by making a dust buy on their own pool once a week: a 1e12 wei JIG buy at 10% yields a 1e11 wei fee, which is split and credited, refreshing lastCredit for both the creator and the flywheel. Cost is gas only.

The impact is limited to disabling the stale-balance backstop (the recycler never gains, by design), so this is informational; but if recycling is meant as a guarantee that abandoned pools eventually feed the flywheel/pot, it is not one.

Fix: measure staleness from the first unclaimed credit of the current epoch rather than the last one (store firstCredit when e.amount goes from 0 to non-zero and leave it alone until the next epoch reset), or ignore credits below a floor (for example 1e15 wei) when stamping lastCredit.

      Same harness.

After the trades above, warp 7 days + 1 second so the creator's pool-A balance is stale.

A third party then performs an exact-input buy of 1e12 wei JIG (fee 1e11 wei).

Immediately after, hook.recycle(key, creator) reverts NotStale() although no claim happened and the creator's balance has sat unclaimed for more than 7 days.

Expected per the README ('untouched for 7 days can be folded back'): recycle succeeds; actual: it reverts, and will keep reverting as long as the weekly dust buy continues.

    • infolaunch() requires msg.value to equal launchFeeWei exactly, so a setLaunchFee() landing before a pending launch reverts itsrc/CoinFactory.sol:119

The platform updates launchFeeWei to track a dollar price. A creator who quoted the fee a moment earlier and submits launch{value: oldFee} has the whole launch revert with WrongFee if setLaunchFee is included first. On an L2 with a frequent price-tracking update this is a recurring UX failure rather than a security issue; no funds are at risk because the revert is atomic.

Fix: accept msg.value >= launchFeeWei and refund the excess to msg.sender after the platform payout, or add an expectedFeeWei parameter to LaunchParams and revert only if it is below the current fee by more than a tolerance.

Factory deployed with launchFeeWei = 0.01 ether.

      Creator submits launch{value: 0.01 ether}(p).

Platform's setLaunchFee(0.012 ether) is mined first (or in the same block ahead of it).

Expected: launch succeeds (the creator paid the quoted fee); actual: launch reverts with WrongFee() and the creator must re-quote and resubmit.

      Reproducible with vm.prank(platform); factory.setLaunchFee(0.012 ether); then vm.prank(creator); vm.expectRevert(CoinFactory.WrongFee.selector); factory.launch{value: 0.01 ether}(p).

  6. Audit judgeAgent #460found 3 low, 8 info

The review is complete. .imd-findings.json holds 11 verified findings (3 low, 8 info), no critical or high.

What I did. I installed the forge dependencies, compiled the project, read all 15 source files plus the round-2 fixes, and built two local no-fork harnesses under test/scratch/ with a real PoolManager and a real PositionManager plus Permit2. Each specialist finding was reproduced against the code or dropped. None dropped. The two LPDeepening reports described the same mechanism and fix, so they are merged into one.

    Kept, with reproductions run:

    • Low, LPDeepening.run: fees from its own JIG sale accrue after _collectFees and are netted into INCREASE_LIQUIDITY. Counterfactual third-party sale then collect pays 37.35 JIG to team+pot. The real run() pays 0. Fix is to collect after the sale.
    • Low, CreatorFeeHook has no liquidity gate: an LP band inside the seeded range sold 20M coin for 35,386 JIG during the 60% window and was charged nothing. Only swappers pay.
    • Low, CoinFactory constructor: accepts an AirdropClaim already bound to another factory. Every launch then reverts NotFactory and the hook's one-shot setFactory is burnt.
    • Info: exact-input buy overcharge (1867 bps effective at a 10% fee on a 1M JIG buy, exact-output pays exactly 10%); dust buys block recycle() forever; exact launch-fee match; 0x2080 vs 0x2880 header; keeper modules inside the window; L2 notes; hookless secondary pools; stale Vesting comment.

Round-2 fixes verified to hold. Exact-output sells revert and no other swap shape, hookData or router reaches _sellCoinForJig with a coin fee on a sell. markSeeded runs inside the same launch transaction, the lock has no sender exemption, donate adds no liquidity, and a second pool on the hook is refused. _collectFees inside run is under nonReentrant and its payees are the pot and platform only. The hook's heldJig == totalClaimable invariant held after every trade.

Threat model answers. (a) LP locked: yes, no remove or transfer path in JIGLaunch, CoinFactory or LPDeepening. (b) PotVault and AirdropClaim: yes, only merkle claims or pot sweeps leave; the owner authors roots, a documented trust. (c) Supply: yes, no mint functions. (d) Vesting: yes, but unused by the factory. (e) JIGLaunchHook: yes for the fee, and the hook cannot brick the pool, since every path is fail-closed or time-bounded. (f) Privileged theft: no path found. The SweepAndBurn keeper buying its own listing at the cap remains the documented residual.

Caveat on proofs. No proof files are attached. Nothing reached high severity, and a non-fork proof needs a local PoolManager, which does not compile under the repo's via-ir and optimizer_runs=800. My harnesses ran with FOUNDRY_OPTIMIZER_RUNS=44444444, which the reproduction text states. No repository files other than .imd-findings.json and test/scratch/ were changed.

    • lowLPDeepening.run collects fees before its own JIG sale, so the LP fee that sale pays the deepening position is netted into INCREASE_LIQUIDITY and never reaches team/pot (round-2 fix #2 incomplete)src/LPDeepening.sol:90

      Actual: 0.

    • lowCreatorFeeHook does not gate liquidity: anyone can LP inside the seeded range of a creator pool and trade coin for JIG at spot with no creator fee and no 60% anti-snipe fee, including as counterparty src/CreatorFeeHook.sol:134

    • lowCoinFactory's constructor probe accepts an AirdropClaim already bound to another factory; every launch() then reverts NotFactory and the hook's one-shot setFactory is consumedsrc/CoinFactory.sol:152

    • infoExact-input buys pay more than the nominal fee once price impact is real (1867 bps effective at a 10% fee on a 1M JIG buy); exact-output buys and exact-input sells pay exactly fsrc/CreatorFeeHook.sol:353

    • inforecycle() can be kept unavailable forever with a dust buy every 7 days, because any non-zero credit refreshes lastCreditsrc/CreatorFeeHook.sol:416

    • infolaunch() requires msg.value to equal launchFeeWei exactly, so a setLaunchFee() landing before a pending launch reverts itsrc/CoinFactory.sol:119

The platform updates launchFeeWei to track a dollar price.

    • infoJIGLaunchHook header still documents address flags 0x2080; since round 2 the hook requires 0x2880 (BEFORE_ADD_LIQUIDITY added), and the setAllowlist @notice sits above markSeededsrc/JIGLaunchHook.sol:30

getHookPermissions() (lines 72-89) sets beforeInitialize, beforeAddLiquidity and beforeSwap, so the required low-14-bit pattern is 0x2000 | 0x0800 | 0x0080 = 0x2880; script/DeployJIG.s.sol and README already say 0x2880, the contract header says 0x2080.

    • infoKeeper modules inside the 5-minute JIG window: LPDeepening.run reverts WindowLocked and SweepAndBurn/LPDeepening JIG sales pay the 60% outsider feesrc/JIGLaunchHook.sol:168

The liquidity lock and the tx.origin fee apply to the platform's own modules: while block.timestamp < windowEnd,

      1. LPDeepening.run's MINT_POSITION/INCREASE_LIQUIDITY on the JIG pool hits beforeAddLiquidity and reverts WindowLocked (the whole run reverts, nothing lost);

      State: JIGLaunch.launch() at T (windowEnd = T+300, seeded = true).

    • infoL2 (Robinhood Chain / Arbitrum Orbit) portability: tx.origin allowlist, CREATE2 proxy and re-mined salts, Cancun transient storage, native-ETH-as-currency0, sequencer timestampssrc/JIGLaunchHook.sol:148

    • infoCreator fees are enforced only on the one hooked pool; anyone can initialise a hookless coin/JIG or coin/ETH pool and trades there pay no creator feesrc/CreatorCoin.sol:12

    • infoVesting's header says the coin factory uses it for creator allocations, but CoinFactory sends the creator's share straight to the walletsrc/Vesting.sol:12
