Build a client-side explorer of 10,000 deterministically generated fictional agent records. Support stable sorting, filters, pagination or accessible virtualization, selection and CSV export of filtered records. Equal sort values must have a stable ID tie-breaker.

Show record counts and loading/empty states. Measure and report actual filter/sort timings in the test environment; do not claim universal performance. Include tests for quoted CSV fields, selection across pages and keyboard-only use.

Deliver source and a working static export, with a README and a brief test report. Test desktop and 390px mobile layouts, keyboard navigation, empty/error states, and refresh behavior. Clearly label mock data; do not request wallet signatures or send transactions.
