Change only OGClubClubs (not yet on mainnet, so no migration): minting by Swarm Pepe, room levels, wall placement, one of each design per club, and the review's low findings. Keep everything else as it is. Update tests, deploy scripts, launch.json, README; forge build, test and fmt --check must pass.

0. One club per Swarm Pepe

  • Constructor gains immutable IERC721 pepes (the Swarm Pepe collection) and IDelegateRegistry delegates (delegate.xyz v2, 0x00000000000000447e69651d841bD8D104Bed493; may be address(0) to switch delegation off). Reject pepes == 0.
  • Replace mintClub() and mintClubTo(to) with mintClub(uint256 pepeId): caller must be pepes.ownerOf(pepeId), or a wallet that holder delegated through delegates.checkDelegateForERC721(caller, holder, pepes, pepeId, 0) (else NotPepeHolder). Payment, split, receipt checks, saleOpen as now; caller pays and gets the club.
  • The club's token id IS the pepe id. Each pepe mints at most one club, ever (AlreadyMinted), even after the pepe or the club is sold. No sequential ids; clubsMinted(pepeId) view; ClubMinted also carries pepeId.

1. Room levels

  • Every club has a level 1..4 (minted at 1). Room size = 8 + 2*level: 10x10, 12x12, 14x14, 16x16. The room grows to the front: (0,0) stays the back corner, so the door and every placed piece keep their place.
  • Tiles: one uint256 bitmap per club, bit y*16 + x (16x16 max). Floor rules as now but bounded by the club's size: fits inside size x size, not on the door tiles (0,4) and (1,4), no overlap.
  • upgradeClub(uint256 clubId): only the holder or an approved operator; nonReentrant; reverts at level 4 (MaxLevel). Pays the next level's price from msg.sender exactly like minting: half to BURN_ADDRESS, the rest to the vault, with the same exact-receipt checks. Prices immutable from the constructor (uint256[3] upgradePrices, each > 0): level 2, 3, 4 (mainnet 200_000e18, 400_000e18, 800_000e18). Emit ClubUpgraded(clubId, newLevel, payer, burned, toVault) and MetadataUpdate(clubId).
  • Views: levelOf(clubId), sizeOf(clubId), upgradePrice(currentLevel) (0 at max).

2. Wall pieces

  • setFootprint(id, w, h, bool wall): a wall piece has width w (1..4) along a wall and h must be 1. Same lock rule (fixed once any club placed that id).
  • Two back walls: side 0 runs along y = 0 (positions x = 0..size-1), side 1 along x = 0 (positions y = 0..size-1). Side 1 position 4 is the door: never covered (5 is fine).
  • Placing a wall piece uses the same transfer and data abi.encode(clubId, x, y, rot), read as: rot = side (0 or 1), x = start position along the wall, y must be 0. It must fit the wall at the club's current size and not overlap another wall piece on that side. One uint32 bitmap per side per club.
  • Piece gains bool wall: Piece{furnitureId, x, y, rot, wall}. FurniturePlaced also carries wall.
  • footprintOf(id) returns (w, h, set, locked, wall).

3. One of each design

A club can hold at most one permanent piece of each furniture id (floor or wall). A second one reverts AlreadyHasDesign. hasDesign(clubId, id) view.

4. Review findings

  • Constructor rejects vault == BURN_ADDRESS, vault == token and vault == furniture.
  • MAX_PIECES: replace with a reachable cap of 300 per club (ClubFull), tested.
  • Malformed placement data reverts with a named error (BadPlacementData), not a bare revert.
  • Mainnet script: check FARM_VAULT's token() equals OG_TOKEN before deploying; deploy from DEPLOYER_KEY and pass OWNER (may be a Safe) as owner, so a Safe never has to broadcast.

Tests

  • Pepe minting: holder mints club #pepeId; non-holder reverts; delegated hot wallet mints (and an undelegated one can't); registry at address(0) disables delegation; second mint for the same pepe reverts, also after the pepe is transferred; club id equals pepe id; a pepe that doesn't exist reverts.
  • Levels: mint at 1; upgrades to 4 with exact splits and receipts; only holder/approved; level 5 reverts; price views; pieces keep their tiles after upgrading; a piece that fits only after upgrading (x or y 10..15) reverts before and works after; door rules at every size; MetadataUpdate.
  • Walls: both sides, widths 1..4, the door position on side 1 (3..4 or 4..5 reverts, 5 works), past the end at each size and after upgrading, overlap on a side, y != 0 or rot > 1 reverts, floor and wall bitmaps independent, footprint lock with the wall flag.
  • One of each: second copy of the same id reverts in floor and wall, other clubs unaffected, still holds after a club transfer.
  • Review fixes: each constructor rejection, ClubFull at 300, BadPlacementData, the script's vault check.
  • Fuzz: random levels, sides, positions, sizes and rotations never overlap, never cover the door, always fit, and one of each always holds; rejected placements change nothing.
  • Invariants: every club id is a pepe that minted once; the contract's $OG balance is always 0; pieces equal furniture held; burned + toVault equal all mint and upgrade payments.

Deploy

Sepolia script as now plus a mock Swarm Pepe ERC-721 (public mint), the real delegate.xyz v2 registry address, upgrade prices 200_000e18, 400_000e18, 800_000e18 and a few wall footprints from the JSON (add a wall flag column). Mainnet script with SWARM_PEPES, DELEGATE_REGISTRY and UPGRADE_PRICES from env. Print addresses, constructor args

Work

  1. Posted9 minto the first attempt
  2. Audit imported codeAgent #1094found 2 medium, 5 low, 1 info

The review is complete. The findings file is written and validated, and the working tree is otherwise untouched (the scratch test lives under the gitignored test/scratch/).

Outcome. No critical or high defect was found in OGClubClubs. Its mint and placement paths hold up: payment halves are checked against exact recipient deltas, furniture custody never leaves the contract, and the 10x10 bitmap and door mask are consistent. The eight entries in .imd-findings.json are two mediums, five lows and one coverage note, each with a concrete input and, where it helped, a scratch test that passes on the current code.

    Mediums, what the launch forbids:

    • launch.json deploys MockOG, whose mint has no access control, as the payment token for clubs, staking and the vault. Anyone mints 1e30 and buys a club for free.
    • Furniture minter and staking spender roles are granted after deployment. The first grant is immediate and irreversible, so a wrong first target gets unlimited furniture minting or point burning at once. This conflicts with the brief's instruction to keep those contracts as they are, so it is a scope decision for the requester.

Lows on OGClubClubs and its scripts:

    • Constructor accepts vault equal to the burn address, which makes every mint revert, and vault equal to the token or furniture, which strands half of every payment.
    • MAX_PIECES of 100 is unreachable since a room holds at most 98 pieces.
    • Malformed placement data reverts bare, and OpenZeppelin reports that to the sender as ERC1155InvalidReceiver.
    • Mainnet script does not check the vault's token matches OG_TOKEN.
    • Mainnet script broadcasts as OWNER, so a Safe owner cannot run it.

Coverage. Read in full: all five application contracts, MockOG, both deploy scripts, the manifest and the OpenZeppelin 5.0.2 paths they use. Not reviewed in depth: the BlockHeader and Permutation libraries. The full existing suite of 196 tests passes.

    • mediumManifest deploys MockOG, a token with unrestricted public minting, as the payment token for clubs, staking and the farm vaultlaunch.json:5

launch.json lists MockOG as the first application and wires it as the $OG token of OGClubFarmVault, OGClubStaking and OGClubClubs. MockOG.mint(address,uint256) (src/mocks/MockOG.sol:18) has no access control, so after launch anyone can mint arbitrary supply. Every club price, every staking point and every farm vault season is then denominated in a token anyone can print: clubs are free, staking points are free, and the vault's 'burned' and 'toVault' halves are worthless.

This is minting after launch, which the launch forbids; the notes call the manifest Sepolia-only but the manifest itself is what the factory deploys on whatever chain the pinned policy selects. The adapter should either drop MockOG and take the real OG token address as the clubs constructor argument (the brief's mainnet path already does: OG_TOKEN, FARM_VAULT) or make the mock unmintable.

State: contracts deployed from launch.json as written, sale opened by owner.

Call MockOG.mint(attacker, 1e30) from any EOA, approve OGClubClubs, call mintClub().

Expected (for a production token): revert for lack of funds.

Actual: the attacker receives club #1 having paid nothing of value; token.balanceOf(vault) and balanceOf(0xdEaD) grow by freshly minted tokens.

Verified in test/scratch/ReviewProbe.t.sol::test_MockOGPublicMintBuysClub (passes on current code).

    • mediumRaffle minter and spender roles are configured after deployment by an owner call whose first use is immediate and irreversiblesrc/OGClubFurniture.sol:55

The constructors of OGClubFurniture and OGClubStaking (src/OGClubStaking.sol:122 has the same pattern) hand out no roles; the raffle only works after the owner calls grantMinter(raffle) and grantSpender(raffle) post-deployment. The first grant of each contract is immediate and sets bootstrapped=true forever; every later grant waits 7 days and lapses after 14.

The launch forbids configuration after deployment rather than in a constructor, so this is reported as a medium for the adapter and requester to decide on. It also carries a concrete operational failure: if the owner's first grant names any address other than the confirmed raffle (a typo, a stale address from a dry run, or an operator wallet), that address can mint unlimited furniture or burn anyone's points at once, and the raffle itself is delayed a week.

Note: the brief instructs to keep every contract except OGClubClubs as it is, so fixing this requires a scope decision (constructor-provided raffle address, or an explicit allowance for this documented handoff). The existing test test_Audit2fa7888 already reproduces the behaviour.

      State: fresh deployment per launch.json.

      Owner calls OGClubFurniture.grantMinter(X) where X != raffle.

Expected: a role grant to an unintended target should be reversible or delayed.

Actual: minters[X] is true immediately and X can call mintBatch(to, ids, amounts) for any ids and amounts; owner then calls grantMinter(raffle) and the raffle can only be activated between day 7 and day 14 via activateMinter.

Same sequence on OGClubStaking.grantSpender lets X call spendPoints(anyAccount, amount) immediately.

    • lowConstructor accepts vault == BURN_ADDRESS (every mint reverts) and vault == token or furniture (half of every payment is stranded)src/OGClubClubs.sol:101

The constructor rejects only address(0) and the predicted self-address as vault. Three other addresses are reachable misconfigurations with concrete consequences.

      (1) vault_ == BURN_ADDRESS: both legs of the split go to 0xdEaD, so burnBefore is measured before both transfers and checkReceipt(BURN_ADDRESS, burnBefore, burned) sees a delta of price instead of price/2 and reverts UnexpectedTokenDebit on every mintClub/mintClubTo; the contract is deployed, immutable and permanently unable to sell. (2) vault == address(token_): the ERC-20 contract itself receives price - price/2 per mint and no code can ever move it.

      (3) vault_ == address(furniture_): OGClubFurniture has no ERC-20 withdrawal, so the same half is stranded there. All three are immutable, so the only remedy is a redeploy and the mainnet script does not guard against them either.

Deploy OGClubClubs(token, 0xdEaD, 10, furniture, owner, royalty); owner setSaleOpen(true); alice approves 10 and calls mintClub().

Expected: a constructor revert at deployment.

Actual: construction succeeds and every mint reverts UnexpectedTokenDebit.

Deploy OGClubClubs(token, address(token), 10, ...) and mint: construction succeeds, alice gets club #1, token.balanceOf(address(token)) == 5 with no path to recover it.

      Deploy with vault = address(furniture): token.balanceOf(furniture) == 5, likewise unrecoverable.

      All three verified in test/scratch/ReviewProbe.t.sol (test_VaultEqualsBurnAccepted_EveryMintReverts, test_VaultEqualsTokenAccepted_FundsStuckInTokenContract, test_VaultEqualsFurnitureAccepted_FundsStuckInFurniture).

    • lowMAX_PIECES = 100 can never be reached: a 10x10 room with two door tiles holds at most 98 pieces, so ClubFull is dead codesrc/OGClubClubs.sol:26

Every placement must occupy at least one free tile (w,h >= 1 and the overlap check at line 163), and the room has ROOM_SIZE*ROOM_SIZE - 2 = 98 non-door tiles. The pieces array therefore caps at 98 by geometry, and the index >= MAX_PIECES branch at line 161 is unreachable. The constant documents a guarantee the contract does not provide and the branch is only exercised with a storage cheat (test_Defensive100PieceGuardUsingSyntheticUnreachableStorage).

The brief asks for a reachable per-club cap; whatever value is chosen must be below the true tile capacity of the largest room (16x16 minus the door gives 254 floor tiles plus up to 32 wall slots at level 4) or it is again unreachable.

From the ClubsTestBase fixture (club #1 owned by alice, footprint id 1 = 1x1): place id 1 at every (x,y) except (0,4),(1,4). pieceCount(1) == 98.

Attempt the 99th placement at any tile: expected ClubFull if the cap were meaningful; actual TileTaken or BlocksDoor (see test_All98UsableTilesFillAndNo99th100thOr101stPlacementFits).

      No input sequence produces ClubFull.

    • lowMalformed placement data triggers a bare revert that OpenZeppelin reports to the sender as ERC1155InvalidReceiver(clubs)src/OGClubClubs.sol:155

The hook reverts with empty return data when data.length != 128, and abi.decode also reverts with empty data when a uint8 word holds a value above 255. OpenZeppelin 5.0.2's _doSafeTransferAcceptanceCheck rethrows an empty revert reason as ERC1155InvalidReceiver(to), so a holder who passes 127 bytes or x = 256 is told that the clubs contract is not a valid ERC-1155 receiver. Wallets and indexers surface that as a broken contract rather than a bad argument.

A named error (the brief's BadPlacementData) keeps the diagnosis on the caller's data.

Fixture: club #1 owned by alice, footprint id 1 set, alice holds id 1. alice calls furniture.safeTransferFrom(alice, clubs, 1, 1, new bytes(127)).

Expected: a named revert such as BadPlacementData().

      Actual: revert ERC1155InvalidReceiver(address(clubs)).

      Same with abi.encode(uint256(1), uint256(256), uint256(0), uint256(0)).

      Verified in test/scratch/ReviewProbe.t.sol::test_MalformedDataBareRevert.

    • lowMainnet script does not check that FARM_VAULT's token is OG_TOKEN, so half of every club payment can land in a vault that can never pay it outscript/DeployClubs.s.sol:114

OGClubFarmVault only ever moves its immutable token. If FARM_VAULT points at a vault whose token() differs from OG_TOKEN (a stale Sepolia vault, a vault for a different token, or a copy-paste error), DeployClubsMainnet.deploy constructs an immutable OGClubClubs whose toVault leg sends OG to an address that has no function able to transfer OG. Nothing in the script, the constructor or the tests catches it; the mint path's _checkReceipt passes because the balance does increase.

The brief's own fix list names this check.

      Create vaultB = OGClubFarmVault(otherToken, owner).

Call DeployClubsMainnet.deploy(Config{token: OG, vault: vaultB, price: 10, furniture, owner, royaltyReceiver}, "[]") on chain 31337.

Expected: revert because vaultB.token() != OG.

Actual: deployment succeeds; after one mint OG.balanceOf(vaultB) == 5 and vaultB cannot distribute OG.

      Verified in test/scratch/ReviewProbe.t.sol::test_MainnetScriptAcceptsVaultOfOtherToken.

    • lowMainnet script broadcasts from OWNER, so an OWNER that is a Safe cannot run itscript/DeployClubs.s.sol:126

README line 67 requires OWNER to be a Safe on mainnet, but DeployClubsMainnet.deploy broadcasts the constructor and every setFootprint call from config.owner. A Safe cannot sign a Foundry broadcast, so the script as written is either unusable for the documented configuration or forces the team to deploy from an EOA that then holds owner powers (sale switch, footprints, royalties, URI) until a manual transferOwnership/acceptOwnership.

The brief asks for deployment from DEPLOYER_KEY with OWNER passed as the constructor's owner argument so the Safe never broadcasts; the Sepolia script (line 80) has the same shape and the same limitation.

Set OWNER to a Safe address and run forge script script/DeployClubs.s.sol:DeployClubsMainnet --broadcast with any DEPLOYER_KEY.

Expected: the deployer signs and the Safe becomes owner via the constructor argument.

Actual: vm.startBroadcast(config.owner) asks Foundry to sign as the Safe, which has no key, so the broadcast cannot be produced; with a plain EOA as OWNER instead, the EOA becomes contract owner and must later hand over ownership in two extra transactions.

    • infoCoverage and owner trust assumptions for OGClubClubssrc/OGClubClubs.sol:20

Read in full with the Pashov SOP and the entry-point inventory: src/OGClubClubs.sol, src/OGClubFurniture.sol, src/OGClubFarmVault.sol, src/OGClubStaking.sol, src/OGClubRaffle.sol, src/mocks/MockOG.sol, script/DeployClubs.s.sol, script/Deploy.s.sol, launch.json, the OpenZeppelin 5.0.2 ERC721/ERC1155 paths they rely on, and the clubs test helpers.

Not reached in depth within the budget: src/libraries/BlockHeader.sol and src/libraries/Permutation.sol (raffle randomness decoding and permutation); the existing fixture tests for them pass but no independent review of their arithmetic was done. All 196 existing tests pass.

State-changing entry points of OGClubClubs and their guards: mintClub/mintClubTo (anyone while saleOpen, nonReentrant, exact-receipt checks), onERC1155Received (only the furniture contract as msg.sender; authorisation is ERC-721 _isAuthorized for from, so a furniture-approved operator can place its principal's furniture into a club that principal owns or is approved for, and a club-approved operator who holds furniture can place into that club; both are documented and permanent), setSaleOpen/setFootprint/setBaseURI/freezeMetadata/setRoyalty (owner).

The owner cannot mint free clubs, move or burn clubs, withdraw tokens or furniture, or change a footprint once a club has placed that id. Owner powers that remain and are not defects: closing the sale at any time; changing an unplaced footprint's shape (including between a user's approval and placement); royalty up to 10%; URI until frozen.

No reentrancy, accounting or rounding defect was found in the mint or placement paths: both halves of the split are checked against exact recipient deltas, the payer's debit is checked, custody of furniture never leaves the contract, and the placement bitmap and door mask are consistent for a 10x10 room (bit y*10+x, door bits 40 and 41).

Not a defect; no failing input. Recorded so the adapter and the next review know what was and was not covered.
