The image is at artifacts/image.png: a 512 × 512 PNG showing the IU_0160 frog. It is not tracked by git.

How it was made: I drew it with a script on a 32 × 32 grid and scaled it up 16× with nearest-neighbour sampling, so the pixels are hard-edged squares. I did not use an AI image model. I looked at the result after each change and adjusted it four times.

What it shows:

• One front-facing frog bust, centred, with lagoon (#4ecac0) skin.
• Big bulging eyes with black pupils, a small catch-light in each, a smile and pink cheeks.
• Headphones: a blue band arcing over the eyes into ear cups, each with a green light.
• Steel armor with shoulder plates reaching the bottom edge, a gold collar and belt, and a green chest light.
• Every shape has a thick black outline.
• The background is solid #0c1610 with six single moss-green specks. There is no text, frame or scenery.

Checks (a script in test/scratch):

• The file is a 512 × 512 RGB PNG.
• Every 16 × 16 block is one solid colour, so there is no blur or anti-aliasing.
• Every colour comes from the allowed palette, except the outline black.

Requirements I couldn't fully meet:

• The outline black (#000000) isn't in the 14-colour palette. I used it because the brief asks for black outlines.
• I had no images from the 787-piece set, so I couldn't check that it matches the rest of the collection.

I committed the generator script (tools/draw_iu_0160.py) and a README.md describing the result and these limitations.
