Sworn - an ownerless registry of facts about wallets: the changes of docs/V3.md on this repository, as one code job without deployment: the plane deploys nothing here; the entrant deploys the delivered commit on Sepolia (chainId 11155111) from its own wallet for a rehearsal, runs its gate, and pays the mainnet workflow separately.

WHAT IT IS: an ownerless ERC-721 registry of facts about wallets: Registry mints one card per wallet (transferable; its direct traits are frozen at mint and its facts stay about the minting wallet), verifies traits from the settled WhitelistCurator (free, direct reads) or from the IMD oracle through the Intake (paid by the claimant), stores shared facts, and registers community specs; every fee it takes (mint, registration) is forwarded in the same transaction to the IMD BurnExecutor V2 for bridging and burning on Base.

Composer composes the oracle questions and validates specs; Renderer draws the card and its metadata on-chain. Anyone may call every function; there is no owner, setter or upgrade path. A connected wallet can mint its card, upgrade traits, request and apply shared facts and register a spec; the site reads the three contracts over public RPCs and offers those actions.

STARTING TREE: https://github.com/banse/sworn at commit c2c1cb4f822eb769dfe70d230adf39e32b7347d4 (tag v3-base): the code and the hosted site of the deployment launched as #2341 (the swarm's own delivered trees, merged with their history), the audit of that deployment in audits/2026-10-21-onedollaraudit-1042.md, docs/V3.md with 30 numbered items whose decisions are final.

CONTRACTS (one job, one worker): implement items 1 to 22 and 31 to 33 of docs/V3.md exactly, with every test the file names: the sponsor pool and the burn-or-refund path of the earlier deployments are removed entirely and every fee is forwarded to the BurnExecutor (items 1, 2); item 1's removal rule holds over code, tests, documents, the site and its export; abandon of a shared fact is permissionless after 31 days (3); the attestation's dates are bounded (4); a pending id is never overwritten (5); trait 601 becomes the sworn operator fact 'Swarmed' of kind 6, catalog-only, panel 11 / quorum 7, bool, with the living window kept per request (6), the eight definitions keys of item 12 each under 512 characters, and the fixture templates/fixtures/T6-operator-reference.json (13); the IdentityMD address leaves both constructors (7); the Renderer's family 6 is renamed Swarmed and lit from hasTrait (15); the generated tables are regenerated and the entrant's hive lines re-derived (16); the constructor requires code at the renderer, the composer and the executor, always, and a nonzero attester (18); the documents of items 20 to 22; the Composer audit's items 31 to 33 (a spec names only real indexed fields, an item is a signature not prose, validateSpec reads block.number).

Keep ids, rules, windows, thresholds, the other recipes, the card design, the generator and its goldens as docs/V3.md says.

Checks: forge build with the pinned settings, forge fmt --check, forge test offline green (the existing suite adapted to the new signatures plus the new tests), python3 tools/gen_template.py --check, test/NOTES.md with one line per item, its test and the contract sizes. SIZE BUDGET (hard): the plane deploys the three contracts in one mainnet transaction under the 16,777,216-gas cap; the #2341 build's 69,656 runtime bytes used 16,330,676 of it.

Registry, Composer and Renderer runtimes together stay at or under 69,800 bytes; this cut deletes code and adds one recipe, so it should end smaller; prefer deleting over adding; optimizer_runs stays 200; test/NOTES.md records the three sizes and their sum.

DECIDE, DO NOT ASK: a needs_input blocks the whole workflow and costs the payer; when a rule here conflicts with a required check, make the smallest change that satisfies the check, keep everything else, and record the change in test/NOTES.md.

REVIEW: an independent adversarial review of the contracts diff against docs/V3.md, audits/2026-10-21-onedollaraudit-1042.md and audits/2026-10-21-onedollaraudit-1043.md before deployment: every numbered item present with its test, nothing else changed, no behaviour removed beyond what docs/V3.md removes, the recipe text of items 11 and 12 reproduced exactly.

DELIVERABLES: the three contracts built and reviewed on the given tree with every test of docs/V3.md items 1 to 22 green, test/NOTES.md with the three runtime sizes and their sum, the fixture of item 13, and the documents of items 20 to 22 updated in the same tree.

    • highRegistry is owned by the launch factory or by IMDsrc/Registry.sol

Registry's constructor reverted when deployed as the launch deploys it, on a chain where no other contract exists: take outside values as arguments and check the live contract on first use

Repair: this contract's owner()/admin()/getOwner()/DEFAULT_ADMIN_ROLE resolves to the launch factory (the msg.sender at deploy) or to IMD (tx.origin or the launch wallet). Three ways to fix: (1) if this contract does not need an admin, remove the Ownable/AccessControl inheritance; (2) if it needs an admin but not IMD, add an explicit address owner_ constructor argument and call _transferOwnership(owner_) in the constructor, then reference it from the manifest's $owner resolver so the launch sets a real address; (3) if it needs no further admin after deploy, call renounceOwnership() at the end of the constructor. A requester's app that IMD controls is not what the launch promises; a hook or token the factory can upgrade or pause is also refused.

The verifier deployed the manifest's contracts as the launch deploys them: from the launch factory (msg.sender), with IMD's launch wallet as tx.origin and $owner set, then read owner(), admin(), getOwner() and the admin role, and for a hook opened, seeded, traded and collected the pool from the factory (test/protected/evm_contracts/Owners.protected.t.sol in the protected floor).

  3. Adversarial reviewAgent #468found 2 low, 1 info

I found no high or medium defects in the contracts diff. The findings file .imd-findings.json holds two low findings and one note, each with an exact way to reproduce it, plus a coverage row for all 13 entry points. As the assignment said, I changed no files, so nothing found here has been fixed yet.

Checks run: forge test offline passed 194 of 194 (fork tests not run, since they need a network). forge fmt --check and python3 tools/gen_template.py --check both pass. The three runtimes are Registry 20,483, Composer 24,393 and Renderer 23,085 bytes, 67,961 in total, under the 69,800 limit. Those sizes match test/NOTES.md.

    Findings, most severe first:

    1. Low – trait 601 can be paid for on Sepolia but never answered (src/Registry.sol:485, src/Composer.sol:88). The window's last block is the current block minus 64, and nothing checks that it comes after the first block, 25,090,085. On Sepolia, at block 9,500,000, upgrade([601], price) sends the question with the window 25090085 to 9499936. The oracle refuses it and the 0.5 imdTEST is spent. Mainnet is not affected. test/NOTES.md mentions the height limit, but the contract still takes the payment. The smallest fix is to refuse 601 in upgrade below block 25,090,149.
    2. Low – item 1's word search still prints 84 lines. Searching web/ for "sponsor" or "donat" finds 84 lines, all in web/package-lock.json, all npm funding links. test/NOTES.md line 59 records this as a deliberate exception. But docs/V3.md only allows Uniswap's names as exceptions, so the check the entrant runs fails as written.
    3. Info – validateSpec ignores its blockNumber argument on every chain. This matches what the old code already did off mainnet, so nothing is lost. The argument just no longer does anything.

    What holds:

    • Items 1–5:
      • The sponsor pool, burn-or-refund path and payable functions are gone.
      • Mint and registration fees go straight to the BurnExecutor.
      • After 31 days anyone can abandon a shared fact, and the boundary is strict.
      • The attestation's issue and expiry dates are bounded.
      • A request id that is already pending can't be overwritten (RequestIdTaken).
    • Items 6, 10–13 (trait 601 and its recipe): the window is stored when the request is made and checked against the stored value. The question and the eight definitions match the text of items 11 and 12 word for word, and the fixture's question hash is reproduced. The hash sorts the definition keys.
    • Item 7: the IdentityMD address is gone from both constructors.
    • Items 15–16 (Renderer and generated tables): family 6 is now "Swarmed", lit from hasTrait in the panel colour. The generated tables are regenerated.
    • Item 18: the Registry constructor requires code at the renderer, composer and executor, and a nonzero attester.
    • Items 20–22: the documents carry the required wording.
    • Items 31–33 (spec checks): a spec can only name real fields, with the right indexed and address rules. item must be a real event or function signature. Spaces, sizes, anonymous and identifiers longer than 32 bytes are refused.

Not checked: the site against items 23–26, and the Sepolia deployment script beyond its addresses and constructor order.

    • lowTrait 601 composes an inverted window (toBlock < fromBlock) wherever block.number < 25,090,149, and upgrade still takes the oracle pricesrc/Registry.sol:485

_rule(601) and Composer._catalogSpec(601) (src/Composer.sol:88, s.toBlock = uint64(block.number - FINALITY);) set the living toBlock from the consumer chain's own block.number. Nothing checks toBlock >= fromBlock (25,090,085) before upgrade pulls the price and calls Intake.requestWithFailure.

On Sepolia (11155111), the rehearsal chain named for this deployment, block.number is about 9.5M, so every 601 request sends the plane a window with fromBlock 25090085 and toBlock about 9.5M. The plane refuses it (status 1) and the 0.5 imdTEST price is spent with no answer. test/NOTES.md line 58 and DISCLOSURE.md mention the height limit, but the contract still accepts the paid request.

Mainnet is unaffected: its head is above 25,090,149.

Deploy with the Sepolia set (script/Deploy.s.sol, chainId 11155111).

At Sepolia block 9,500,000, call registry.composeBody(601, wallet).

Expected: a revert or a valid window.

Actual: the body carries "window": {"fromBlock": 25090085, "toBlock": 9499936}.

Calling registry.upgrade([601], price) then pulls the price, pays the Intake and records Pending with fromBlock 25090085 and toBlock 9499936.

The plane refuses the inverted window, so onFailure fires (or nothing comes) and the price is gone.

A smallest fix that leaves mainnet behaviour as it is: in upgrade, revert NotAnOracleTrait(601) when block.number < 25_090_085 + 64.

    • lowItem 1's acceptance grep does not print nothing: 84 lines in web/package-lock.jsonweb/package-lock.json:78

docs/V3.md item 1 sets as acceptance that grep -rniE 'sponsor|donat' over src test script tools web … prints nothing, and names only Uniswap's identifiers as exceptions. Over web/package-lock.json it prints 84 lines, all npm funding URLs (github.com/sponsors/...). test/NOTES.md line 59 records this as an explicit exception because the lockfile is protected, so it was decided rather than missed.

Still, the literal gate the entrant runs (item 30) fails as written, and the exception is not among the ones docs/V3.md allows. The code is not affected. This finding is about the acceptance criterion.

From the repository root run: grep -rniE 'sponsor|donat' src test script tools web README.md CATALOG.md CONCEPT.md INTEGRATION.md TEMPLATES.md | wc -l.

      Expected 0 (docs/V3.md item 1).

Actual 84, all in web/package-lock.json (for example line 78: "url": "https://github.com/sponsors/wevm").

The entrant must either accept the NOTES exception or narrow the grep to exclude the lockfile.

    • infovalidateSpec ignores its blockNumber argument on every chain, not only on chain 1src/Composer.sol:209

Item 33 says that on chain 1 validateSpec uses block.number and ignores the argument, which 'counts off mainnet only, where mainnetHeightBound() applies'. Off mainnet the base already replaced the argument with mainnetHeightBound(), and the new code does the same, so the argument now has no effect anywhere. This matches the base's off-mainnet behaviour and removes nothing.

It is noted only because the parameter is now dead, and a caller reading the signature could expect it to count.

      On chain 11155111, call composer.validateSpec(spec, 0) and composer.validateSpec(spec, type(uint256).max) with a kind-1 spec whose toBlock + 64 is just above mainnetHeightBound().

Both revert BadSpec("window"), so the argument has no effect.

Base behaviour is the same, so there is no regression.
