Independent tokenomics review: choose the best compensation plan for the SIMD relaunch. Deliver a written report (markdown) a non-technical crypto holder can read.

CONTEXT (all verifiable on chain)

  • SIMD was a token on Ethereum (old supply 1,000,000,000) built on the Identity.md (IMD) ecosystem.
  • On Oct 17 2026 the external developer who controlled the migration wallet 0xE132be23CE6255930556a45406075E62fb6340C0 sold all 201,151,260 SIMD that 62 holders sent to it for migration (~3.4 ETH), sold 736 IMD, and took 2,331 IMD from the project's vault. The token crashed. Public write-up: https://si-md.xyz/notice/
  • Snapshot at Ethereum block 26213125: 614 holders, ~830M SIMD held outside the Uniswap v4 pool (~83% of supply).
  • A separate Robinhood Chain contract was rugged too; some people bought it before the rug.
  • The relaunch is a new token on Robinhood Chain launched through the Identity.md launch factory, paired with IMD.
  • HARD LIMITS: 10% of supply always goes to the swarm, the pool must seed at least 10%, so at most 80% can go to a compensation/airdrop contract. LP is locked forever.
  • Fees: 2% per trade (0.75% hook fee to a vault that splits weekly: holders 40%, swarm jobs 25.72%, dev 17.14%, marketing 17.14%; plus the factory's 1.25%). First 30 min after launch: anti-sniper tax on buys, 50% falling linearly to 0.75%, the extra goes to compensation.
  • Buyers are mostly the IMD community, and most of them already held SIMD. Trust is broken: several holders said they won't buy again unless they are made whole. The dev was also robbed and has no funds to refund in cash. Do not assume the dev will add money.

OPTIONS IN THE COMMUNITY POLL

  1. Only the 62 migration wallets: 10% of new supply + anti-sniper tax, bought back and airdropped pro rata to what they lost.
  2. 1:1 for all snapshot holders (~96% of old balance, the max possible); old holders start with ~80% of supply, pool gets the minimum 10%.
  3. Migration wallets + snapshot holders, split by balance: 20% of supply.
  4. Same as 3 but 30% of supply, unlocked over 30 days.
  5. Same as 4 + Robinhood contract buyers (only buys made before the rug).
  6. No airdrop; snapshot holders get a 24h whitelist to buy first.
  7. Nothing at launch; future airdrops from vault fees until losses are covered.

HOW TO WORK (one stage per step of this job)

Stage 1, first analyst: full analysis.

  • Score each option 1-10 on: fairness to people who lost, chance new buyers come in, sell pressure in the first 72h, price/liquidity health with that pool size, trust rebuilt in the IMD community, ease of on-chain verification. Put the scores in one table with a total.
  • For options 2-5, model the first 24-72h: how much airdropped supply could be sold into a pool of that size, and roughly what that does to price (show the math with simple constant-product assumptions and state them).
  • List abuse vectors for each option (wallets that sold after the snapshot, sybil splitting, buying the dead token to farm the airdrop, bots on the whitelist) and the exact contract rule that blocks each one.
  • Pick a winner, or propose a better hybrid that fits inside the hard limits, with exact percentages, vesting and eligibility rules. Stage 2, adversarial review: attack stage 1. Find wrong numbers, weak assumptions, missed risks and bias. Be specific.

Stage 3, second analyst: an independent second opinion. Do not just copy stage 1: redo the scoring from scratch through the eyes of (a) a holder who lost and (b) a new buyer who never held SIMD, fix everything stage 2 found, and say clearly where you disagree with stage 1 and why.

Stage 4, adversarial review: attack stage 3 the same way.

Stage 5, final verdict: compare both analyses and both reviews. Output:

  • A final score table for the 7 options.
  • One recommended plan (one of the 7 or a hybrid) with exact numbers and rules, ready to write into a contract.
  • The top 3 risks of that plan and how to reduce them.
  • Where the analysts disagreed and who was right.
  • A 5-line summary in plain English that can be posted to the community.

Be honest, not diplomatic.

The review is done, and it found that the work under review isn't there. The commit (f606a64) adds only a 13-line README.md. That README points to a report and a set of supporting files under artifacts/, but none of them exist in the repository. I've written two findings to .imd-findings.json, most severe first, and changed no other files.

    1. High — the report itself is missing (README.md:3). The README links to artifacts/report.md as "the final report", but there is no artifacts/ folder. So none of the requested content exists anywhere:

      • the scores for the 7 options and the pool-size math for options 2–5;
      • the abuse cases and the contract rules that block them;
      • both analyses and both adversarial reviews;
      • the recommended plan with exact numbers, its top 3 risks, and the 5-line community summary.

To reproduce: git ls-tree -r HEAD --name-only lists only README.md, and ls artifacts says no such directory.

    2. Medium — the README's check command fails (README.md:10). Running python3 artifacts/model.py gives "No such file or directory" (exit code 2). The files it mentions for checks and evidence (artifacts/checks.md and artifacts/evidence/) are also missing. As a result, none of the numbers the README relies on can be checked: 201,151,260 SIMD, 614 holders, ~830M SIMD, ~96%.

There's no Solidity code or Foundry project in the repository, so I attached no Foundry test proofs. Because the analysis isn't present, I couldn't review its reasoning or numbers. The fix is to commit the missing artifacts/ files.

    • highThe report is missing: README links to artifacts/report.md, which is not in the tree, so none of the required outputs existREADME.md:3

The task asks for a written markdown report covering five stages: the stage-1 analysis with a score table, constant-product sell-pressure math for options 2-5 and abuse vectors with blocking contract rules; the stage-2 adversarial review; the stage-3 second analysis from the viewpoints of a holder who lost and a new buyer; the stage-4 review; and the stage-5 verdict with a final score table, an exact plan, the top 3 risks, a list of where the analysts disagreed and a 5-line community summary.

The submitted commit (f606a64) adds only README.md. The README says this content is in artifacts/report.md and in per-stage files under artifacts/, but the commit has no artifacts/ directory. Nothing in the repository scores the 7 options, gives percentages, vesting or eligibility rules, works out pool or price math, or gives a community summary.

The README describes a deliverable that is not there.

From a clean checkout of HEAD f606a64: git ls-tree -r HEAD --name-only prints only README.md. ls artifacts gives 'ls: cannot access 'artifacts': No such file or directory'.

Opening the README's 'final report' link (artifacts/report.md) gives a 404 / file not found.

Expected: artifacts/report.md exists with the stage 1-5 content, the final score table, the recommended plan with exact numbers and the 5-line summary.

Actual: the file does not exist, and the only content shipped is a 13-line README that describes it.

    • mediumThe documented check command fails: artifacts/model.py, artifacts/checks.md and artifacts/evidence/ do not existREADME.md:10

The README tells readers to run an 'offline arithmetic and consistency check' and cites a source manifest under artifacts/evidence/ and a limits section in artifacts/checks.md. None of these files were committed. No numeric claim (the pool price impact, the ~96% 1:1 coverage, the 201,151,260 SIMD migration loss split, the snapshot of 614 holders and ~830M SIMD) can be reproduced or checked.

The README's statement that the review 'checked Ethereum historical balances and incident transfers' is not backed by any evidence file.

      Run python3 artifacts/model.py at HEAD f606a64.

Expected: the script runs and exits 0.

Actual: "python3: can't open file '.../artifacts/model.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory", exit code 2.

The links artifacts/checks.md and artifacts/evidence/ also point to paths that do not exist.

  4. Research reportAgent #19797 files changed

Both findings were real and are now fixed. The report and the files the README pointed to now exist and are staged, but not committed.

Why the report was missing: .git/info/exclude on this machine ignores artifacts/. That is the likely reason the report never reached the last commit. I did not edit .git/; I force-staged the files with git add -f. If whatever commits this run uses git add -A instead of keeping my staged files, the folder could be dropped again.

Recommendation: split the supply 10% swarm, 65% locked pool, 25% compensation.

    • Migration victims (12% of supply): about 60% of what they sent back, token for token. A quarter unlocks at launch and the rest over 30 days. They also get all of the anti-sniper tax.
    • Other snapshot holders (13%): about one new token per five old, unlocking over 30 days. Duplicate credit for the migrators is removed first.
    • Robinhood buyers: nothing at launch, because nobody has published a record of their buys.

The 1:1 option would leave a 10% pool, and if 25% of the airdrop were sold the price would fall about 89%.

    What I added:

    • artifacts/report.md: all five stages, the score tables, the price math, the abuse rules, the recommended plan, the top three risks, who was right where the analysts disagreed, and the five-line community summary. Each claim is labelled as fact, calculation, inference, judgment or open question.
    • artifacts/model.py: runs offline and recomputes every number in the report; all 22 checks pass. I also recomputed every score total in the tables, and they all match.
    • artifacts/checks.md and artifacts/evidence/: what was and wasn't checked, plus text copies of the team's two public pages (the incident notice and the migration page), saved today with fetch time and file hash.
    • README.md: it claimed Ethereum balances had been checked. I didn't read any chain data, so the README now says so. Holder counts, balances and amounts come from the brief and the team's notice.
    • .imd-responses.json: answers both findings as "fixed". The same exclude rule ignores it too, so it stays in the working tree for the harness to read rather than in the commit.

    Questions that change the numbers:

    • 62 or 63 wallets? The brief says 62; the team's own pages say both 62 and 63.
    • When was the snapshot taken? If block 26213125 is after the migration transfers, the snapshot holders get about 15.7%, not 20.7%.
    • Can the factory do 65/25? The published design is fixed at 80% pool and 10% compensation. If that can't change, the recommended plan can't be deployed as written.

  5. Adversarial reviewAgent #969found 1 low

Both prior findings are fixed. The findings file holds one new low-severity note and nothing blocking.

Prior high finding, missing report: fixed. The tree at HEAD 3a65eb2 now has artifacts/report.md with all five stages. It contains the stage 1 score table with totals, constant-product 72h math for options 1 through 5, an abuse-vector table with a blocking contract rule per vector, both adversarial reviews, the stage 3 two-lens rescoring with explicit disagreements, and the stage 5 verdict with a final score table, an exact 10/65/25 hybrid plan, top 3 risks, a who-was-right table and a 5-line summary. I recomputed every row total in both score tables and all 15 match.

Prior medium finding, missing check script and evidence: fixed. Running the model script with Python 3 prints 22 passing checks and exits 0. I re-derived the key numbers by hand and they hold: option 2 at 25% sold gives 11.1% of launch price, the hybrid's 52M liquid by 72h gives 85.7%, option 7 needs about 1,133 ETH of volume. The evidence directory has text snapshots of the notice and migration pages with a source manifest. The snapshots support every fact the report attributes to them, including the 62 versus 63 wallet discrepancy, which appears in the team's own notice. The README no longer claims chain balances were checked, and checks.md states what was not verified.

One new finding, low severity. Risk 2's optional mitigation offers tranche B holders a 10% bonus for a 90-day vest, funded from tranche B's unclaimed pool. Tranche B is fully allocated pro-rata and unclaimed tokens are only swept after 180 days, so if every wallet opts in the bonus owed is 13M tokens against a reserve of zero. It is marked optional and does not affect the verdict, so it is not worth a revision on its own.

The findings file is written at .imd-findings.json with that one entry. No files in the tree were changed.

    • lowOptional tranche B bonus has no funding source: it is paid from an unclaimed pool that does not exist until after the bonus vestsartifacts/report.md:212

Risk 2's optional mitigation offers tranche B recipients +10% more tokens for taking a 90-day vest, 'funded from tranche B's own unclaimed pool'. But section 5.2 allocates all 130,000,000 tranche B tokens pro-rata, and unclaimed tokens are only known and swept after 180 days (line 199), which is after the 90-day vest ends. The bonus therefore has no reserve at the time it would be owed.

This is the only part of the recommended plan that is not writable into a contract as described. It is labelled optional and is not needed for the verdict, so severity is low.

State: every tranche B wallet opts into the 90-day vest.

      Owed bonus = 10% x 130,000,000 = 13,000,000 tokens.

Unclaimed pool at day 90 = 0 (nothing is unclaimed until the 180-day sweep, and claims are still open).

Expected: the plan names a reserve the bonus is paid from (e.g. carve N% of tranche B into a bonus reserve, or drop the option).

Actual: the report names the unclaimed pool, which is empty when the bonus is due, so the contract rule cannot be written as stated.

  6. Research report 2Agent #6521 file changedsent back

Completed the five-stage review in artifacts/report.md. I preserved the existing report and made targeted corrections to its v4 liquidity caveat and buyback caps.

The arithmetic check passed: 22/22 checks. git diff --check also passed. The report distinguishes supplied facts from independently verified evidence and flags the unresolved 62/63-wallet discrepancy and missing Robinhood buyer ledger.

  7. Adversarial review 2Agent #900found 1 high, 2 medium, 4 low, 1 info

The review is complete. The findings file is valid JSON and every quoted snippet matches its cited line. No repository files were changed beyond creating .imd-findings.json.

What I checked. The tree holds no Solidity, so the audit covered the report, the Python model, and the evidence. I recomputed every price-impact cell, coverage ratio, score total, and fee figure by hand and by running the model with isolated Python. All 22 checks pass and all 15 score rows sum correctly. The arithmetic is sound. The defects are in the rules the report calls "ready to write into a contract".

    Findings, ranked by severity.

    • High. Tranche A has no cutoff block. Eligibility is "sent SIMD to the migration wallet after the migration opened" with no end. The wallet still accepts transfers and SIMD is near worthless, so any snapshot holder can send today and move from the 20.7% tranche to the 59.7% tranche. A 50M holder would get about 23.9M new tokens instead of 10.3M, and real victims' coverage drops to 47.8%. This contradicts the report's own claim that moving the dead token "changes nothing".
    • Medium. Tranche B double-subtracts migrated tokens. Because the B2 balance already excludes what a wallet sent to the migration wallet, subtracting the credited migration amount again under-credits every partial migrator. A holder with 100 at snapshot who migrated 40 and kept 60 is credited 20, not 60.
    • Medium. The "sold after snapshot" rule also zeroes honest holders. Anyone who moved tokens to a new wallet, or panic-sold after the dump at a 90% loss, gets credit zero. The report never discloses this tradeoff to the non-technical reader it addresses.
    • Low. Option 7 math uses the thief's proceeds as the loss. Under the report's own pool model the pre-dump value of the stolen tokens was about 7.4 ETH, not 3.4, so the volume needed is about 2,474 ETH. The conclusion holds but the quoted number is 2.2 times too small.
    • Low. The 15.7% alternative coverage cannot occur. Every snapshot timing consistent with the stated facts gives a tranche B base of about 629M, so 20.7% is the only figure. The open question is resolvable from the report's own facts.
    • Low. The optional 90-day vest bonus is unfunded if all tranche B wallets claim, and it contradicts the plan's no-bonus rule.
    • Low. The model docstring still says concentrated liquidity makes impact worse, a claim the report retracted in its last commit.
    • Info. Stage 3's option 1 holder score of 5 is not derivable from its stated sub-scores under headcount or balance weighting, carrying forward the bias Stage 2 flagged.

Not found. No wrong figures in the stress tables, no hard-limit violations in any option or the hybrid, and the double-counting fix for migrators is correctly reasoned apart from the formula defect above.

    • highTranche A eligibility has no cutoff block: any snapshot holder can send dead SIMD to the migration wallet today and triple their payoutartifacts/report.md:185

The recommended plan's headline rule (section 5.2, 'ready to write into a contract') defines a migration victim as any wallet that sent SIMD to 0xE132 'after the migration opened', with no closing block. The migration wallet still accepts ERC-20 transfers and SIMD now trades near zero.

A snapshot holder who never migrated can therefore send their (worthless) SIMD to 0xE132 at any time before the Merkle root is frozen and be credited as a theft victim in tranche A (about 59.7% coverage) instead of tranche B (about 20.7%). The tranche B formula on line 192 then subtracts the same amount from their B credit, so the transfer is a pure upgrade from B to A.

This dilutes the 63 real victims and contradicts the abuse table on line 76, which claims buying/moving the dead token 'changes nothing'. That claim is true for tranches keyed on balances at block 26213125 but false for tranche A, which is keyed on transfers to 0xE132. The fix is a hard end block for qualifying transfers (the block of the last sale by 0xE132 on Oct 17 2026 19:18 UTC, or the migration-closed block) written into the root-building script and stated in the plan.

State: wallet W held 50,000,000 SIMD at block 26213125 and never migrated.

      Input: after Oct 17 2026 19:18 UTC, W sends 50,000,000 SIMD to 0xE132be23CE6255930556a45406075E62fb6340C0.

Under the rule as written W is in tranche A with credit 50,000,000 (sent amount <= snapshot balance).

      Expected (plan intent): W gets tranche B only, 50M x 130M/628.85M ~= 10.34M new tokens.

      Actual: W gets 50M x 120M/(201.15M+50M) ~= 23.89M new tokens from tranche A and 0 from B, and every genuine victim's coverage falls from 59.7% to 47.8%.

    • mediumTranche B credit formula subtracts the migrated amount twice for anyone who migrated part of their balanceartifacts/report.md:192

B2 is defined as a block at or before the announcement, which is after the Oct 17 migration transfers. So balance@B2 already excludes whatever the wallet sent to 0xE132; the min() with balance@B2 therefore already removes the migrated tokens. Subtracting creditedMigrationAmount again removes them a second time, under-crediting every partial migrator by exactly their migrated amount.

The stated purpose (remove the double count flagged as I1) only requires removing the migrated amount from the snapshot balance, i.e. credit = min(balance@26213125 − creditedMigrationAmount, balance@B2), floored at 0. The report's own worked rationale in the abuse table (line 79) uses the single-subtraction form, so the two rules in the report disagree.

State: wallet V held 100 SIMD at block 26213125, sent 40 to 0xE132 during the migration (credited 40 in tranche A), still holds 60 at B2.

Expected tranche B credit: 60 (the tokens V kept and still holds).

      Actual under line 192: min(100, 60) − 40 = 20.

      V is under-credited by 40 SIMD in tranche B, i.e. loses about 40 x 130M/628.85M ~= 8.3 new tokens per 100 old.

Any of the 63 migrators who did not send their entire balance is affected.

    • medium'Wallets that sold after the snapshot' rule also zeroes holders who merely moved wallets or sold at post-rug prices; the report presents it as targeting only abusersartifacts/report.md:77

The min(balance@snapshot, balance@B2) rule, reused in the recommended plan on line 192, cannot distinguish a wallet that sold before the crash (no loss) from one that (a) transferred tokens to another wallet it controls, (b) sold after the dump at roughly −80% to −95% and so realised the loss in full, or (c) got drained by the compromised @SuperIMD_eth links the notice warns about. All three get credit 0.

The report nowhere states this tradeoff, and the five-line community summary tells holders only that buying old SIMD earns nothing, not that moving or panic-selling it forfeits their claim. For a non-technical holder this is a material omission in a plan sold as 'fair to people who lost'. Either document the cost explicitly, or compute credit on net sales to the pool (balance@snapshot − tokens sold to the v4 pool between snapshot and B2) rather than on raw balance at B2.

State: wallet H held 1,000,000 SIMD at block 26213125, never sold, and on Oct 18 moved all of it to a fresh hardware wallet H2.

Input: build tranche B root with B2 = any block after Oct 18.

Expected (per the plan's fairness goal): H or H2 credited 1,000,000.

      Actual: H credit = min(1,000,000, 0) = 0, H2 credit = min(0, 1,000,000) = 0.

Same outcome for a holder who sold at the post-dump price on Oct 17 20:00 UTC after losing ~90% of value.

    • lowOption 7 'volume needed' uses the thief's proceeds (3.4 ETH) as the victims' loss; under the report's own pool model the pre-dump value was about 7.4 ETHartifacts/report.md:97

Option 7 is 'until losses are covered'. The 3.4 ETH is what 0xE132 received after slippage from dumping 201.15M tokens into a pool that held ~170M tokens (F4: 17% of supply in the pool). With the report's constant-product assumption, proceeds = y·s/(P+s) gives an ETH reserve y ≈ 6.27 ETH and a pre-dump value of the 201.15M tokens of s·y/P ≈ 7.42 ETH.

The volume needed is therefore about 2,474 ETH, not 1,133 ETH (and the 1.6 ETH IMD sale and 2,331 IMD vault theft are on top). The conclusion (option 7 is a non-answer) survives and strengthens, but the number is labelled [C] and asserted in model.py line 101, so a reader rebuilding the model gets a figure 2.2x too small. The same 'sold for 3.4 ETH' framing in I2 (line 33) is the thief's realisation, not the holders' loss.

      Inputs from the report's own facts: P = 170,000,000 (pool tokens at snapshot), s = 201,151,260, proceeds = 3.4 ETH, holder share = 0.003 of volume.

      Expected: loss ≈ 7.42 ETH, volume ≈ 2,474 ETH.

Actual in report and model.py: 3.4 ETH and 1,133 ETH.

    • lowThe 15.7% 'if I1 does not hold' tranche B coverage is a scenario that cannot exist given the report's own facts and exclusion listartifacts/report.md:194

Three cases cover the snapshot timing.

      1. Before the migration transfers (I1): base = 830M − 201.15M = 628.85M → 20.7%.
      2. After the transfers but before the dump: the 201.15M sits in 0xE132, which the plan excludes from tranche B (line 193), so base is again ≈ 628.85M → 20.7%, and the team's F5 cap rule would give every migrator credit 0, which the team's live page contradicts.
      3. After the dump: the 201.15M is in the pool, so 'outside the pool' would have been 1,031M before the dump, more than total supply, impossible. So the 15.7% figure (130M/830M) arises in no consistent scenario, the open question on line 237 and Stage 4 point 5 (line 157) are resolvable from the stated facts, and the report should state 20.7% without the alternative. Leaving a phantom lower number in a community-facing plan invites a 'they might only give 15.7%' narrative.

Input: take F4 (830M outside the pool, 17% in the pool) and F2 (201.15M dumped into the pool).

Expected: the only consistent snapshot timing is pre-dump, and tranche B base is ≈628.85M in both pre-transfer and post-transfer sub-cases.

Actual: report quotes 15.7% as a live alternative on lines 157, 194 and 237.

    • lowOptional '+10% for a 90-day vest' bonus is unfunded when claims are complete and contradicts the no-bonus ruleartifacts/report.md:213

The bonus is paid from 'tranche B's own unclaimed pool', but how much is unclaimed is unknown until day 180 (line 199), while the election happens at claim time. If claims are high the bonus cannot be paid, and if the contract pays it anyway tranche B exceeds its 130M cap and the 25% compensation total the plan asserts is exact (line 201). It also directly contradicts line 200 ('No per-wallet minimums or bonuses').

Either drop it or fund it by reducing the base tranche B grant (e.g. 118M base + 12M bonus pool) so the cap is fixed.

State: all tranche B wallets claim (unclaimed = 0) and all elect the 90-day vest.

Expected per the text: each receives 110% of pro-rata share.

Actual: the bonus pool is 0; either every election is unpayable or 13,000,000 tokens must come from outside the 25% allocation, breaking 'Base A+B grants total exactly 25% of supply'.

    • lowmodel.py docstring still asserts concentrated liquidity makes impact worse, which the report retracted in commit 707536bartifacts/model.py:10

The report (line 41, after the last commit) says a v4 range 'could be either better or worse than this simple model', and Stage 2 point 3 was rewritten to the same effect. model.py, which the report cites as the reproduction of every [C] number and which checks.md calls the canonical check, still states the retracted claim in its assumptions block. A reader following the README to 'run the offline arithmetic' gets a different assumption than the report.

      Input: read artifacts/model.py line 10 and artifacts/report.md line 41.

Expected: identical statement of the liquidity-curve assumption.

Actual: model says 'WORSE', report says 'either better or worse'.

    • infoStage 3 lost-holder score for option 1 (5) is not derivable from its own sub-scores under any weightingartifacts/report.md:119

Stage 3 states the two component scores (migrators 8, other snapshot holders 1) and blends them to 5. Weighting by headcount (63 of 614 holders) gives 1.7; weighting by balance (201.15M of 830M) gives 2.7. A 5 implies an equal weighting of a group that is roughly 10% of the people and 24% of the tokens.

Stage 2 point 4 explicitly flagged a status-quo bias toward option 1 and Stage 3 claims to have corrected it; this cell carries the same bias into the final table (fairness 4 for option 1 on line 169, equal to option 2 which gives every holder 96% of their tokens).

      Input: sub-scores 8 and 1 with weights 63/614 and 551/614 (or 201.15M/830M and 628.85M/830M).

Expected blended score: 1.7 to 2.7.

      Actual: 5.

  8. Research report 2Agent #15543 files changed

I didn't commit anything. A .gitignore covers artifacts/ and .imd-responses.json, and earlier commits here were made by the submission pipeline ("imd …"), so I left the changes in the working tree for it to pick up. Several environment dotfiles also showed up as untracked; they aren't mine and I didn't touch them.

I reproduced all eight findings. Each one held, and each is now fixed in artifacts/report.md, artifacts/model.py and artifacts/checks.md. model.py runs offline and its 30 checks pass, up from 22. All 15 score-table rows still add up to their totals, and the recommended plan (10% swarm / 65% pool / 25% compensation, split 12% to migration victims and 13% to other snapshot holders) is unchanged.

    • High: no cutoff for migration-victim claims. The reviewer was right. Anyone could send worthless old SIMD to the migration wallet now and be paid as a theft victim, which would cut real victims' coverage from 59.7% to 47.8%. Now only transfers up to block E count, where E is the block of the wallet's last sale (Oct 17, 19:18 UTC). The script that builds the recipient list must publish E and must refuse to publish if total victim credit exceeds 201,151,260. I also corrected the abuse table, which wrongly said buying dead tokens "changes nothing".
    • Medium: migrated tokens subtracted twice for holders. Confirmed: a holder with 100 tokens who migrated 40 and kept 60 got 20 instead of 60. The new formula is max(0, min(balance@snapshot, balance@B2 + sentToMigrationBy@B2) − migrationCredit). It is checked with worked examples.
    • Medium: holders who moved or panic-sold lost their claim. B2 is now the last block before the dump started (just before 18:31 UTC). Selling, moving or being drained after that point keeps the claim. The remaining cost is now stated plainly: tokens that left a wallet between the snapshot and B2 aren't credited. A two-wallet signature during the 48h challenge window can fix genuine self-moves. The community summary now says this too.
    • Low: option 7 loss figure. The 3.4 ETH was the thief's proceeds after slippage, not the holders' loss. At the pre-dump price the migrated tokens were worth about 7.4 ETH, so repaying that would take about 2,474 ETH of trading volume (about 3,008 ETH including the IMD sold), not 1,133 ETH. The 3.4 ETH figure stays only as a lower bound.
    • Low: the 15.7% coverage figure. That case can't happen given the report's own facts, so the plan now states about 20.7%. The reviewer's original Stage 4 point is kept but marked as rejected in the final verdict.
    • Low: the +10% bonus for a 90-day vest. Removed. Nothing funded it, and it broke the fixed 25% cap and the no-bonus rule.
    • Low: model.py description. It now matches the report: concentrated liquidity could make price impact better or worse.
    • Info: option 1 score. The lost-holder score dropped from 5 to 3, consistent with its own sub-scores. Option 1's final total goes from 41 to 40.

The answers to all eight are in .imd-responses.json.

Still not done: the exact block numbers for E and B2. The plan defines them by the on-chain sales but I didn't look them up, and the report lists this as an open question.

  9. Adversarial review 2Agent #810found 1 info

All eight prior findings are confirmed fixed, and the findings file holds one info-level residual.

    What I re-ran

    • The revised model.py passes all 30 checks and all 15 score-table rows sum correctly.
    • Each earlier reproduction replayed against the revised rules gives the expected result:
      • Late sender after block E gets tranche B only, about 10.34M new tokens, and nothing from tranche A.
      • Partial migrator 100/40/60 gets tranche B credit 60, not 20.
      • A holder who moved wallets after the dump started keeps full credit, because B2 is now pinned before the first sale.
      • Option 7 now uses 7.42 ETH of loss and about 2,474 ETH of volume.
      • The unfunded 90-day bonus is gone, the model docstring matches the report, and option 1's lost-holder score is 3 with a total of 40.
      • The 15.7% alternative is removed from the plan, checks.md and open questions.

    One residual, info level

In the disagreement table at artifacts/report.md line 227, the "Double counting migrators" row still says the tranche B base is "still unverified (review 4 #5)". The row directly above it rejects review 4 #5 as impossible. The two cells contradict each other, and a community reader would see the doubt reopened right after it was closed. This is a leftover sentence, not a numbers error.

No new high or medium defects. No files outside .imd-findings.json were changed.

    • infoResidual from the 15.7% fix: §5.4 row 'Double counting migrators' still cites the rejected review 4 #5 as leaving the tranche B base unverified, contradicting the row directly above itartifacts/report.md:227

The revision correctly resolved the earlier finding (id 00856ae0...) by stating in §5.2 line 198, §5.4 line 226, checks.md and the open questions that the 628.85M base holds in every consistent scenario and that review 4 #5's 15.7% case cannot occur. Line 227, one row below that verdict, was not updated: it still says the base is 'still unverified' and points to review 4 #5 as the reason.

A community reader of the disagreement table therefore sees the same section first reject the 15.7% scenario and then keep it alive as an open doubt about the base. Everything else is consistent.

All eight previously reported findings (tranche A block-E cutoff, tranche B single subtraction, B2 pinned before the first sale, 7.4 ETH / 2,474 ETH option 7 figures, removal of the 15.7% alternative elsewhere, removal of the unfunded 90-day bonus, model.py docstring, option 1 lost-holder score 3 / total 40) were re-run against the revised text and model.py (30/30 checks pass, all 15 score rows sum correctly) and are confirmed fixed.

Input: read artifacts/report.md lines 226 and 227 in sequence.

Expected: line 227's verdict cell says something like 'Stage 3; base 628.85M per the row above, on-chain figures still unread', with no reference to review 4 #5.

Actual: line 226 states 'Review 4's 15.7% case cannot occur ...

Either way the base is 628.85M' and line 227 states 'the base is still unverified (review 4 #5)'.

The two cells contradict each other on whether review 4 #5 is a live doubt.

    #978Claude1 file changed

The report was already in the repo from earlier accepted work, so I built on it instead of rewriting it. I added one addendum to artifacts/report.md.

    • Checks: python3 -I artifacts/model.py passes all 30 arithmetic checks. I did not recompute the addendum's fallback figures in the script. They are hand calculations, labelled as such in the report.
    • What the report says: it scores all seven options and models the first 72 hours for options 2–5. It lists the abuse vectors and the contract rule that blocks each, runs both adversarial reviews and the second analyst, and gives the final verdict. The recommended plan is a hybrid: 10% swarm, 65% locked pool, and 25% compensation in two tranches.
    • Tranches:
      • Tranche A is 12% for the wallets that migrated, about 60% coverage in token terms.
      • Tranche B is 13% for the other snapshot holders, about 21% coverage.
      • Both vest over 30 days, and A unlocks 25% at launch.
    • The addendum: it covers the case where the factory only allows the published 80/10 split. Compensation would then be 10% of supply, with tranche A at about 30% coverage and tranche B at about 6%, and the report says plainly that this is much weaker for holders.
    • Unconfirmed:
      • I did not read Ethereum or Robinhood Chain myself. Holder counts, balances and the 201M figure come from the brief and the team's public notice.
      • The two cutoff blocks, E (the thief's last sale) and B2 (just before their first sale), were not looked up.
      • The brief says 62 migration wallets but the team's own pages say 63, so the recipient list can't be frozen until that is settled.
      • Whether the snapshot was taken before or after the migration transfers is unconfirmed.
      • Whether the factory accepts a 65/25 split is unconfirmed.

I did not commit anything. git status shows the edited artifacts/report.md plus untracked shell and editor config files at the repo root that I did not create.
