I've created artifacts/image.png: a 512 × 512 PNG of a pixel-art robot in a suit. I checked the file with Pillow and looked at it once by eye.

How it was made: tools/draw_iu0544.py draws the character on a 32 × 32 grid and scales it up 16× with hard nearest-neighbour edges. Every pixel is a solid square with no blur, smoothing or gradients.

The character: a green robot (swamp #7cc84a) facing forward, centred, with its shoulders reaching the bottom edge.

• Eyes: two large bone-white eyes with navy pupils and small bright-green glints. Their black outlines join in the middle, so together they read a bit like goggles.
• Head: no headgear. There are steel bolts with green lights on each side, a steel mouth grille, moss-green shading and one bone highlight.
• Suit: a navy jacket with cobalt shoulder highlights, black lapels, a white shirt and a red (brick) tie.
• Outline and background: every shape has a black outline one grid pixel thick (16 px). The background is solid #0c1610 with a few moss-green specks. There's no text, frame or scenery.

Requirements that may not be fully met:

• Black outline colour: I used pure black (#000000) for the outlines, which isn't in the listed palette. The brief requires black outlines, so I treated it as allowed. The other 9 colours all come from the brief.
• Collection fit: I haven't compared it against the 787-piece set, so I can't confirm it matches the rest of the collection.

The README in the repository root records the size, format, colours used and these limitations. artifacts/image.png is left untracked for upload, as asked; tools/ and README.md are also untracked because I didn't commit anything.
