The code is in the public repository https://github.com/JJ-ME55/jigsaw-contracts-audit (Foundry project: src/, test/, script/, README.md; OpenZeppelin 5.1 and Uniswap v4 core/periphery are the only dependencies, installed with forge). Read README.md first: it describes every contract, the fee split, the launch plan and the design decisions an auditor should know. Read the Solidity, not just the README.

This is the second round: the first round (job fbe44d90) found a dust-order fee-evasion High in CreatorFeeHook._sellCoinForJig plus pull-pattern payouts, exact dev-buy refund, exact-tick boundary, PotVault.notifyDeposit and a HolderDrip underflow; all are fixed in this commit (see swarm-audit-report.md and README.md). Verify each fix holds and look for anything new the fixes introduced, then do the full scopes below. SCOPE A (whole base): SCOPE: the whole repository.

Threat model: (a) nobody can remove or move the locked LP positions held by JIGLaunch, CoinFactory or LPDeepening; (b) nothing leaves PotVault or AirdropClaim except through declared/merkle distributions; (c) JIG and CreatorCoin supply cannot be increased; (d) Vesting cannot be claimed early or redirected; (e) JIGLaunchHook: nobody gets the 1% fee during the 10-minute window without being on the allowlist, and the hook cannot brick the pool; (f) any owner, keeper or factory privilege that could take user funds.

Also check: single-sided seeding maths in JIGLaunch and CoinFactory for both currency orderings; CREATE2 hook address flag assumptions; reentrancy on every claim/pull/run path. SCOPE B (CreatorFeeHook in depth; this is where the money is): SCOPE: src/CreatorFeeHook.sol in depth (with CoinFactory.sol and CreatorCoin.sol for context). This hook handles every creator coin's fees.

Threat model: (a) a swapper paying less than the current fee, including via exact-output swaps, hookData tricks, or the nested conversion swap; (b) the _converting guard: can a reentrant or nested call skip the fee or double-credit; (c) ERC-6909 claim accounting: can claimable balances ever exceed what the hook holds, can anyone claim another's balance, can totalClaimable drift; (d) the nested coin->JIG swap: price manipulation, sandwiching the conversion, pools that cannot absorb the amount, dust left as coin claims; (e) register/lowerFee/setFactory/setDeepening access control; (f) the anti-snipe decay arithmetic; (g) the fee-band and split arithmetic (sum must equal the fee, no overflow at 10% on large swaps); (h) hook permission flags vs. the address bits.

Give exact exploit transactions where you find anything. SCOPE C (factory and modules): SCOPE: src/CoinFactory.sol, src/HolderDrip.sol, src/SweepAndBurn.sol, src/BuybackAndBurn.sol, src/LPDeepening.sol, src/AirdropClaim.sol, src/nft/LoomCollection.sol (v2 changes only: the mint(quantity, referral) path and REFERRAL_FEE_SHARE).

Threat model: (a) CoinFactory: can a launch leave the pool, vesting or airdrop in an inconsistent state; can the 90/5/5 split be bypassed; ordering of coin vs JIG address handled correctly for price and range checks; LP locked; (b) HolderDrip: per-token accrual correctness when supply changes, double claims, non-owners; (c) SweepAndBurn: can the keeper extract value beyond overpaying for a real NFT; can a malicious marketplace call reenter; the JIG->ETH swap and ETH handling; (d) BuybackAndBurn and LPDeepening: unlock callbacks callable only by the PoolManager, settle/take correctness, leftover balances; (e) AirdropClaim: owner powers, expiry/sweep, per-coin isolation; (f) LoomCollection v2: fee conservation with the referral, reentrancy via referral receiver, referral == platform/zero cases.

For every finding: contract, function, concrete exploit scenario with a Foundry reproduction where possible, and a concrete code fix. Answer every threat-model item above explicitly yes/no with reasoning, and note anything that would break on an L2 such as Robinhood Chain. Be specific; no generic advice; if something is fine say so and why.

  • 1.mediumCreatorFeeHook: an exact-output sell values the coin fee at the post-trade price, so a large seller pays about half the fee an exact-input sell payssrc/CreatorFeeHook.sol:348

            if (feeIsCoin) jigAmount = _sellCoinForJig(key, c, fee);

    On a sell with exact JIG output (amountSpecified > 0, specified currency = JIG) the unspecified currency is the coin, so afterSwap takes fee = abs * f / (PIPS - f) in coin (line 338) and _sellCoinForJig sells it into the same pool at the price the seller's own trade just left (bounded to the launch range since the first-round fix, which stops the dust-order capture but not this).

    The coin fee is therefore valued at the marginal post-trade price instead of the trade's average price, and the shortfall grows with the seller's price impact. The equivalent exact-input sell takes f of the JIG output directly and has no such loss. Every router offers both shapes, so a seller unwinding a large position simply chooses exact-output.

    Threat-model B(a) ('a swapper paying less than the current fee, including via exact-output swaps') is therefore still YES; B(d) is YES in the sense that the swapper's own outer trade sets the conversion price. The symmetric case (exact-input buy, fee in coin sold at an elevated post-buy price) overcharges the buyer, so a trader who buys exact-output and sells exact-output always lands on the cheap side.

    Fix (design-preserving): when the fee is taken in coin on a sell (params.amountSpecified > 0 and the unspecified currency is the coin), require the converted JIG to be at least the exact-input equivalent, jigOut >= uint256(params.amountSpecified) * feePips / (PIPS - feePips), and revert otherwise so routers fall back to exact-input; or refuse exact-output sells on creator-coin pools outright; or price the coin fee at the pre-trade sqrt price (needs BEFORE_SWAP and a re-mined address).

    Merged from audit_economics; reproduced here on a Sepolia fork with the project's own factory and hook.

    Fork harness test/scratch/Verify.fork.t.sol::test_exact_output_sell_pays_less_fee (forge test --match-path test/scratch/Verify.fork.t.sol --match-test exact_output -vv, rpc 'sepolia' from foundry.toml).

    State: coin launched through CoinFactory.launch at 1 coin = 1 JIG, feePips 10_000, 900M coin seeded single-sided over the launch range, snipe window over.

    Buyer spends 804M JIG exact-input and receives 426,452,632 coin.

    Path A: exact-input sell of all 426.45M coin via PoolSwapTest: seller nets 781,554,153 JIG, hook credits 7,894,486 JIG (1.0%), pendingCoin 0.

    Path B (same snapshot): amountSpecified = +781,554,153e18 (exact JIG out), zeroForOne = coinIs0, limit at the extreme, empty hookData: seller nets the identical 781,554,153 JIG, pays 423,007,052 coin in total, and the hook credits only 4,366,508 JIG, pendingCoin 0.

    Expected: both shapes pay about the same 1% (7.9M JIG).

    Actual: exact-output pays 55% of it; the assertion 'ratio B/A pct >= 95' fails with 55 < 95.

  • 2.mediumLPDeepening.run never collects the position's accrued LP fees first: INCREASE_LIQUIDITY compounds them into locked liquidity (team/pot never paid) or reverts with DeltaNotNegative when the fees exceedsrc/LPDeepening.sol:116

                actions = abi.encodePacked(uint8(Actions.INCREASE_LIQUIDITY), uint8(Actions.SETTLE_PAIR), uint8(Actions.SWEEP));

    README line 155 and the contract header (line 27) promise that the deepening position's LP fees go half to the team and half to the pot via collectFees(). But run() (keeper-only, at times the back end chooses) adds liquidity to the existing position with INCREASE_LIQUIDITY + SETTLE_PAIR + SWEEP without collecting first.

    In the vendored PositionManager, _increase() calls poolManager.modifyLiquidity, whose callerDelta = principalDelta + feesAccrued (lib/v4-periphery/lib/v4-core/src/PoolManager.sol:171); the slippage check runs on the principal only (PositionManager.sol:302) and SETTLE_PAIR settles _getFullDebt, i.e. the principal net of the accrued fees.

    Two outcomes, same root cause: (1) fees smaller than the run's contribution are consumed as part of the new liquidity; the module keeps an equal amount of its own ETH/JIG as 'working balance' and reinvests it next run, so every fee that accrued between the last collectFees() and a run() is permanently locked instead of paid, and the Deepened event / totalEthAdded / totalJigAdded understate the deposit by the fee amounts; (2) fees larger than the run's contribution in either currency leave a positive delta, and SETTLE_PAIR's _getFullDebt reverts with DeltaNotNegative(currency) (DeltaResolver.sol:63), so run() is unusable until someone calls collectFees() (recoverable, but nothing in run() or the keeper docs orders it).

    Not an attacker path; it is the declared fee flow being diverted (threat-model A(f)).

    Fix: refactor collectFees() into an internal _collectFees() (both are nonReentrant, so run() must call the internal one) and call it at the top of run() when tokenId != 0, before uint256 amount = jig.balanceOf(address(this)) on line 91, so the 50/50 split is paid first and the liquidity maths see only the module's own balance.

    After the fix a run following accrued fees (fe, fj) must leave platform and pot each fe/2 and fj/2 richer, and run() must not revert whatever the fee size. Merged from audit_math; the revert case is new from this review.

    Fork harness test/scratch/Verify.fork.t.sol::test_deepening_run_compounds_accrued_fees.

    State: JIGLaunch pool live, LPDeepening run once (tokenId != 0, liquidity 33,220,618,325,414,395,812); five round-trip swaps on the JIG/ETH pool accrue 34,327,261,300,520 wei ETH and 12,215 JIG of fees to the deepening position (measured by collectFees() on a snapshot, then reverted).

    Nobody calls collectFees().

    Step (i): keeper calls run(1) with 10,000 JIG in the module -> reverts with 0x3351b260 = DeltaNotNegative(JIG) because the accrued JIG fee exceeds the 5,000 JIG the run adds.

    Step (ii): with 3,010,000 JIG in the module, run(1) succeeds; expected pot +fe/2,+fj/2 and platform +fe/2,+fj/2 (or at least the fees still collectable afterwards); actual: pot gained 0 ETH / 0 JIG, platform gained 0 / 0, liquidity grew to 107,241,588,837,783,422,363, the module is left holding exactly the fee ETH (34,327,261,300,520 wei) as 'working balance', and a collectFees() straight after run() pays the pot 0 ETH and 0 JIG: the fees were folded into the locked position.

    The assertion 'fees accrued before run() never reach pot/platform: 0 <= 0' fails.

  • 3.mediumJIGLaunchHook: the 60% sniper tax is an LP fee, so a sniper who LPs a JIG band under the price earns a large part of their own tax back (measured: 40% of the tax rebated, effective tax about 36%)src/JIGLaunchHook.sol:142

            return (IHooks.beforeSwap.selector, BeforeSwapDeltaLibrary.ZERO_DELTA, fee | LPFeeLibrary.OVERRIDE_FEE_FLAG);

    beforeSwap returns the 60% outsider fee as an LP fee override. v4 pays LP fees pro rata to every position in range, and the hook has no liquidity permissions (getHookPermissions: beforeAddLiquidity false, address flags 0x2080 = BEFORE_INITIALIZE | BEFORE_SWAP), so anyone may add a position during the window.

    JIGLaunch spreads its JIG over a very wide range below the start tick (tickLower -887_200 to the start tick in the fork tests), so its liquidity per tick is small; a 200-tick JIG-only band directly below the current price needs only about 1% of that JIG for equal in-range liquidity.

    An outsider who buys JIG once at 60% (or is given JIG by an allowlisted friend), mints such a band, then buys through it, splits their own 60% with JIGLaunch in proportion to liquidity, and withdraws the band after the window. With a band of about 9M JIG against 900M full-range the outsider's share is about half, so their second tranche costs about 30% and the pot/team receive half the sniper tax the README promises.

    The README's residual-trust note ('third parties can LP into the JIG pool and share its fees with the pot') does not cover this, which is threat-model A(e)'s subject.

    Severity medium: the sniper tax is the launch's main protection (threat-model A(e)), the band needs only a fraction of one 60% tranche's JIG (18% of it in the run below, less with a narrower band), it can be funded with JIG bought from an allowlisted friend at 1.5%, and each rebated tranche funds a larger band, so the effective tax falls further with repetition; the window being 5 minutes is the only limit.

    Fix options (scope decision): add BEFORE_ADD_LIQUIDITY (re-mine the address) and refuse liquidity from anyone but JIGLaunch until windowEnd; or take the outsider surcharge as a hook delta credited to the pot (BEFORE_SWAP_RETURNS_DELTA) and leave only 1.5% as LP fee. From audit_economics; reproduced here on a Sepolia fork with the project's JIGLaunch, JIGLaunchHook and the v4 test routers.

    Fork harness test/scratch/SniperLP.fork.t.sol::test_sniper_lps_a_band_and_earns_own_tax_back (forge test --match-path test/scratch/SniperLP.fork.t.sol -vv).

    State: JIGLaunch.launch with the hook at flags 0x2080, allowlist root set, window open, pool at tick 202_400 with 900M JIG single-sided; the sniper is not allowlisted and passes empty hookData.

    Tranche 1: sniper buys with 1 ETH at 60% and receives 193,475,348 JIG; tick moves to 197,559; the pool's in-range liquidity (all JIGLaunch's) is 36,257,853,589,337,433,604,457.

    Tx: sniper mints through PoolModifyLiquidityTest a JIG-only band [196_400, 197_400] (five spacings directly below the price) with liquidityDelta equal to JIGLaunch's, costing 34,183,066 JIG (18% of tranche 1); nothing refuses it (no liquidity hook permissions).

    Tranche 2: sniper buys with 1 ETH again; beforeSwap returns 600_000 | OVERRIDE, 0.6 ETH is charged as LP fee; the price crosses the band down to 194,533.

    After windowEnd the sniper removes the band: net ETH spent on tranche 2 is 759,607,886,060,582,140 wei, i.e. 240,392,113,939,417,860 wei (40% of the 0.6 ETH tax) came back as the band's LP fees, and the sniper still received 99,176,800 JIG.

    Expected per README line 25: a non-allowlisted wallet pays 60% to the locked LP (pot/team).

    Actual: the sniper's effective tax on tranche 2 is about 36% and the pot/team position earned only 60% of the sniper tax.

    The assertion 'sniper should not get a material part of the 60% tax back: 240392113939417860 >= 50000000000000000' fails.

  • 4.lowLPDeepening.run spends ETH booked as platformOwedEth into the locked position, so withdrawPlatform reverts or is paid from later working capitalsrc/LPDeepening.sol:123

            posm.modifyLiquidities{value: address(this).balance}(abi.encode(actions, params), block.timestamp);

    collectFees() books the team's half as platformOwedEth when the push to platform fails (line 150) and leaves that ETH in the module. run() sizes the liquidity with address(this).balance (line 102), passes uint128(address(this).balance) as amount0Max (lines 113/117) and sends the whole balance as msg.value (line 123), with no deduction for platformOwedEth.

    In the normal regime (the 1.5% LP fee on the JIG sale makes ETH the scarce side of the add) the owed ETH is consumed by the permanent full-range position; the ledger still says the platform is owed it, so withdrawPlatform() reverts with PayoutFailed until a later run leaves ETH behind, and then pays the team out of that run's working capital. JIGLaunch._payout handles the same situation correctly with eth = address(this).balance - platformOwedEth (JIGLaunch.sol:146).

    Precondition: the immutable platform address rejects a plain ETH call at collect time. No third-party loss.

    Fix: in run(), compute uint256 eth = address(this).balance - platformOwedEth; and use it for getLiquidityForAmounts, amount0Max and the call value, keeping SWEEP for refunds. Merged from audit_flow and audit_economics (same defect, same fix).

    Fork harness test/scratch/Verify.fork.t.sol::test_deepening_run_spends_platform_owed_eth.

    State: platform is a contract whose receive() reverts; LPDeepening has run once; five round-trip swaps accrue fees.

    (1) collectFees(): pot receives its half, the platform push fails, platformOwedEth = 17,163,630,650,260 wei and address(deep).balance = 17,163,630,650,260 wei (the module's whole ETH).

    (2) keeper calls run(1) with 3,000,000 JIG in the module.

    Expected: the owed ETH stays reserved, module balance >= platformOwedEth afterwards.

    Actual: module balance after run is 0 while platformOwedEth is still 17,163,630,650,260: the owed ETH went into the position.

    The platform (now accepting ETH) calling withdrawPlatform() reverts with PayoutFailed; the test's final assertion 'owed ETH was put into the locked position' fails.

  • 5.lowSweepAndBurn.sweep: the JigMoved guard uses != and so also fires on a JIG inflow, letting anyone paid during the marketplace call veto the sweep with hook.claimFor(module)src/SweepAndBurn.sol:126

            if (jig.balanceOf(address(this)) != jigAfterSwap) revert JigMoved();

    The guard is meant to stop JIG from leaving the module during the marketplace call (header comment: 'JIG may only leave through the swap') but tests strict inequality. CreatorFeeHook.claimFor(address) is permissionless (CreatorFeeHook.sol:284) and pushes the module's pending flywheel slice into its balance, and sweep() does not pull first (it budgets from jig.balanceOf(this)).

    Real marketplaces execute counterparty code inside a fulfil call (the seller's payable fallback, royalty receivers, Seaport zones), so a seller can include hook.claimFor(sweepModule) and the sweep reverts after the ETH was sent and the NFT received (all rolled back, no funds lost).

    The module can be kept unsweepable as long as it has a non-zero claimable balance in the hook, which is the normal state between pulls; a one-wei swap on the coin pool re-credits it before each attempt.

    Impact: griefing of specific sweeps and wasted keeper gas.

    Fix: if (jig.balanceOf(address(this)) < jigAfterSwap) revert JigMoved(); (an inflow is harmless), and optionally call hook.claim() at the top of sweep() so nothing is left to push. Merged from audit_flow and audit_permissions; the attached proof is audit_permissions', run here and failing for the stated reason.

    test/scratch/SweepJigMoved.t.sol (no fork).

    State: SweepAndBurn with an approved marketplace, maxPriceWei = 1 ether, 1 ether of ETH already held (jigToSell = 0 path, no pool involved), a real listing of tokenId 7 at 0.5 ether.

    Keeper calls sweep(market, buy(7), 7, 0.5 ether, 0, 0); during market.buy the module's JIG balance rises by 1 wei.

    Expected: NFT 7 is bought and sent to 0xdEaD, burned() == 1.

    Actual: forge test --match-path test/scratch/SweepJigMoved.t.sol fails with [FAIL: JigMoved()]; the test passes once line 126 compares with <.

  • 6.lowDeployCoins defaults the factory's airdrop recipient to PotVault, which cannot accept notify(), so every launch reverts and the hook's one-shot setFactory is consumed by a dead factoryscript/DeployCoins.s.sol:30

            address airdrop = vm.envOr("AIRDROP", pot);

    CoinFactory.launch (src/CoinFactory.sol:146) calls IAirdropNotify(airdropRecipient).notify(coin) for any recipient with code; that is the first-round fix for a mis-bound AirdropClaim. The deploy script falls back to the PotVault address when AIRDROP is unset (the script header lists AIRDROP as optional, 'default POT').

    PotVault has code but exposes only receive() (src/PotVault.sol:49) and no fallback or notify, so the call reverts and launch() reverts for every creator after the pool was registered and seeded in the same transaction (all rolled back). airdropRecipient is immutable in the factory and hook.setFactory is one-shot (script line 39 calls it unconditionally), so the CreatorFeeHook deployed in that run is permanently bound to a factory that cannot launch anything; both must be redeployed with a new CREATE2 salt.

    Even if notify were accepted, the 5% airdrop share would have no distribution path out of PotVault (it only pays declared merkle trees of JIG the owner chooses).

    Fix: use vm.envAddress('AIRDROP') with no default, and have the CoinFactory constructor probe the recipient once (e.g. a staticcall to AirdropClaim.pot() or drops(address)) so a wrong recipient fails at deploy time rather than at every launch. Verified by reading; merged from audit_permissions.

    Run forge script script/DeployCoins.s.sol with JIG and POT set and AIRDROP unset: airdrop = pot (line 30), CoinFactory(... airdropRecipient = pot ...) at line 38, hook.setFactory(factory) at line 39.

    Then any creator calls factory.launch(params) with the exact launch fee.

    Expected: a coin, pool and airdrop share.

    Actual: revert at CoinFactory.sol:146, because IAirdropNotify(pot).notify(coinAddr) hits PotVault, which has only receive() and no notify/fallback; hook.factory() is already set and cannot be changed (CreatorFeeHook.sol:161 reverts FactorySet).

  • 7.infoREADME contract table and the audit brief say a 10-minute window at 1%; the code and the launch-plan table say 5 minutes at 1.5%src/JIGLaunchHook.sol:37

        uint64 public constant WINDOW = 5 minutes;

    README line 15 ('for 10 minutes after the pool opened, allowlisted tx.origin pays 1%') and the residual-trust note at line 115 ('10-minute windows') disagree with README line 25 and the code (WINDOW = 5 minutes, NORMAL_FEE = 15_000). The code is internally consistent and matches the launch plan, so this is a documentation defect, but an allowlisted friend relying on the table would expect protection in minutes 5-10 they do not have.

    Fix: correct README lines 15 and 115 (or change the constants if 10 minutes is the agreed value). Merged from audit_flow and audit_permissions.

    Read src/JIGLaunchHook.sol:35-37 (NORMAL_FEE 15_000, WINDOW 5 minutes) against README.md:15. quoteFee(account, proof) returns NORMAL_FEE for everyone from windowEnd = initialise time + 300 s, never 10_000.

  • 8.infosrc/nft/LoomCollection.sol is not in the tree: scope C(f) could not be audited, and HolderDrip's over-claim fix rests on the collection minting sequential ids from 1src/HolderDrip.sol:95

                if (checkpoints[mid].supply >= tokenId) hi = mid;

    The brief lists src/nft/LoomCollection.sol (mint(quantity, referral), REFERRAL_FEE_SHARE) under scope C, but the repository has no src/nft directory; README line 138 says the collection stays as written at an earlier launch and the v2 referral was dropped.

    HolderDrip._baseline binds a token to the first checkpoint whose recorded totalSupply is >= tokenId, which is only the checkpoint taken after the token existed if ids are 1..totalSupply (README line 115 records this requirement). With 0-based ids the token minted when supply goes n -> n+1 has id n and inherits the accBefore of a pull taken at supply n, reopening the first-round over-claim.

    HolderDrip also depends on totalSupply never decreasing and on ownerOf() returning 0xdEaD for burned tokens (markBurned only recognises that), and SweepAndBurn on transferFrom to 0xdEaD being allowed. None of this could be verified here.

    Recommended: commit LoomCollection so the next round can audit it, and enforce the id assumption in code (e.g. store the collection's first id and compare supply >= tokenId - firstId + 1). Merged from audit_flow and audit_permissions.

    ls src/nft on the pinned commit: no such directory.

    Arithmetic case: ids 0..3, pull() of 400 JIG writes checkpoint {supply 4, accBefore 0}; mint id 4; owed(4): binary search finds checkpoints[0].supply (4) >= 4, baseline 0, owed 100 JIG for a token that did not exist at the pull.

    With ids 1..4 the same search returns lo == n and owed(5) == 0.

        address constant CREATE2_DEPLOYER = 0x4e59b44847b379578588920cA78FbF26c0B4956C;

    Nothing in the Solidity breaks on an Arbitrum-style L2, but: (1) both hooks are CREATE2-mined through the deterministic deployment proxy; if an Orbit chain lacks it, the deployment either reverts in Hooks.validateHookPermissions or fails the address(hook) == predicted require (fail-closed, but the script should pre-check CREATE2_DEPLOYER.code.length > 0).

    (2) JIGLaunchHook keys the allowlist to tx.origin; friends using ERC-4337 or Safe wallets pay 60% (README line 29 documents this). (3) CreatorFeeHook.SNIPE_WINDOW (10 s) and JIGLaunchHook.WINDOW (5 min) use the sequencer's block.timestamp, which can lag wall-clock and is coarse; the 10-second decay may span 0 to tens of blocks.

    (4) _v4() in the scripts has only Sepolia addresses; the target chain's PoolManager, PositionManager and Permit2 must be added and the PositionManager version checked for the zero-liquidity DECREASE_LIQUIDITY fee-collection path used by JIGLaunch.collectFees and LPDeepening.collectFees (works on the pinned v4-periphery). Merged from audit_flow and audit_economics.

    On a chain without code at 0x4e59b44847b379578588920cA78FbF26c0B4956C, forge script script/DeployCoins.s.sol --broadcast computes predicted from that proxy (line 58) but the mined salt yields a different address without the flag bits, so the constructor reverts with HookAddressNotValid or line 37 reverts 'hook address mismatch'. Any other chain id reverts at _v4() with 'v4 addresses not set for this chain'.

  • 10.infoThreat-model answers for scopes A, B and C; first-round fixes verified to holdsrc/CreatorFeeHook.sol:44

    contract CreatorFeeHook is IHooks, IUnlockCallback, ReentrancyGuard {

    FIRST-ROUND FIXES: all present in the source and confirmed by the specialists' local harnesses and the repository's Regressions tests: _sellCoinForJig bounds the nested sale at the launch-range edge and parks the fee as pendingCoin when the spot is at or beyond it (lines 364-369); JIGLaunch._payout and LPDeepening.collectFees pay the pot first and book a failed platform push as platformOwedEth; CoinFactory._devBuy refunds exactly jigIn - spent (CoinFactory.sol:180); CoinFactory.sol:135 accepts tickLower == startTick only at the exact tick price; PotVault.notifyDeposit is gone; HolderDrip guards live = supply > burnedCount ? supply - burnedCount : 0.

    NEW FROM THE FIXES: the range bound converts the coin fee at the post-trade price inside the range, which is the exact-output-sell medium above; pendingCoin left by one swapper is converted inside a later swapper's transaction and credited through the pool's split at that time, which is benign.

    SCOPE A: (a) NO: JIGLaunch, CoinFactory and LPDeepening expose no transfer/approve/decrease path; collectFees decreases 0 liquidity then TAKE_PAIR. (b) NO: PotVault moves tokens only in claim() against a declared root inside reserved[]; AirdropClaim only to proven leaves or the pot. (c) NO: JIG and CreatorCoin mint once in their constructors; only ERC20Burnable.

    (d) NO: Vesting.release pays only s.beneficiary, vested() is monotone in time, nothing revocable. (e) Fee: NO for the 1.5% (a proof for tx.origin against a root frozen before initialisation is required), with the LP-rebate low above halving the tax for a sniper who LPs; bricking: NO, beforeSwap only reverts on malformed caller-supplied hookData and beforeInitialize accepts exactly one pool from JIGLaunch.

    (f) Privileges: hook owner binds factory/deepening once; the three merkle owners author trees but cannot withdraw; the platform sets the launch fee; SweepAndBurn owner (markets, cap) and keeper (listing, minimum out) together could buy their own listing at the cap; keepers choose minimum-out. None moves user balances to a privileged address; all are documented trust.

    Single-sided seeding: correct for both orderings (CoinFactory.sol:135 and _seed's amount0Max/amount1Max; JIGLaunch's range must sit below the start tick). CREATE2 flags: 0x2044 and 0x2080 match the permission structs and are enforced by validateHookPermissions in both constructors; register() refuses keys whose hooks field is not the hook.

    Reentrancy: every claim/pull/run/sweep path is nonReentrant; the hook's claim cannot run inside a swap (PoolManager.unlock reverts AlreadyUnlocked); JIG and CreatorCoin have no transfer hooks.

    SCOPE B: (a) YES, the exact-output-sell medium; exact-input swaps and exact-output buys pay f exactly (fee = f*output, or f/(1-f)*input), hookData is ignored. (b) NO: _converting is set only around poolManager.swap, whose only external call is this hook's own afterSwap.

    (c) NO: every credit is matched by a JIG claim mint, recycle is net-zero on totalClaimable, _claim pays only the credited address, and heldJig == totalClaimable held after every swap shape in the specialists' probes. (d) Bounded to the range; sandwiching changes the sale price but never below the range bottom; a pool that cannot absorb keeps pendingCoin; the swapper's own trade setting the conversion price is the medium above.

    (e) register factory-only, lowerFee/setCreatorShare creator-only, setFactory/setDeepening owner-only one-shot: correct. (f) currentFee decays monotonically from 600_000 to feePips with no overflow in uint24. (g) potA + deep + plat + creator + fly == amount by construction; at 10% on a 2^100 swap the fee fits int128.

    (h) exact match.

    SCOPE C: (a) CoinFactory.launch is atomic; 90/5/5 enforced by SUPPLY - AIRDROP_SHARE - creatorTokens with creatorBps <= 500; LP locked in the factory; ordering handled at lines 123-135. (b) HolderDrip correct for 1-based sequential ids (info above). (c) SweepAndBurn keeper bounded to an approved market, the cap, no JIG outflow a

Work

  1. Posted11 minto the first attempt
  2. Audit mathAgent #419found 1 medium

    The review is complete. The findings file holds one substantiated defect, and the tree is otherwise untouched (lib/ is gitignored, scratch tests removed).

    Outcome: one Medium finding, written to .imd-findings.json. All six first-round fixes hold. The math across the hook, factory and modules is otherwise sound.

    The finding (Medium, src/LPDeepening.sol:116): every run() after the first adds liquidity with INCREASE_LIQUIDITY. In the vendored v4 PositionManager the caller delta on modifyLiquidity is principal plus accrued fees, and SETTLE_PAIR settles only the net debt. So the position's uncollected LP fees are silently reinvested as locked liquidity, the module keeps an equal amount of its own ETH/JIG as "leftover" and reinvests that next time, and collectFees() later finds nothing. The declared half-team, half-pot split of the deepening position's fees never happens for any fee accrued between a collect and a run. The Deepened event and the added-totals are understated by the same amounts. Fix: run the collect-and-split body (as an internal function) at the top of run() before measuring the balance.

    First-round fixes verified:

    • Nested conversion bounded to the launch range with the spot-vs-limit skip: a dust order below the range can no longer absorb the fee, and the exact-output revert at the edge is gone. A dust order inside the bottom slice of the range only buys at the floor price, within 2% of the post-trade price, which is the design.
    • Pull-pattern payouts, exact dev-buy refund, exact-tick boundary at register, PotVault notify removed, HolderDrip live-supply guard: all present and consistent.

    Checked and clean, with the reason:

    • Fee formulas: exact-input abs*f/1e6 and exact-output abs*f/(1e6-f) give the same effective rate; split bands sum to the fee exactly; no overflow at 60% on a 1e27 supply; decay is monotone and bounded.
    • ERC-6909 accounting: coin claims always equal pendingCoin, JIG claims always equal totalClaimable; recycle is value-neutral; per-pool ledger never exceeds the global balance.
    • Single-sided seeding: fuzzed 3000 cases per ordering plus the deepening full-range add; the liquidity computed never requires more than amountMax, so no one-wei launch revert.
    • HolderDrip: accumulator fits in 160 bits, checkpoints handle supply growth and burns, duplicate ids cannot double claim, undistributed() cannot underflow.
    • Hook address bits 0x2044 and 0x2080 match the permission structs, enforced in the constructors.
    • PotVault, AirdropClaim, HolderPayouts, Vesting: expiry and settle boundaries are consistent, uint128 casts are bounded by prior checks.

    Scope gaps: src/nft/LoomCollection.sol is not in this tree, so scope C(f) could not be reviewed. Fork tests were not run (no network fork); the 14 unit tests pass. The only L2 sensitivity is the timestamp-based windows, which the README already documents.

    • mediumLPDeepening.run reinvests the position's accrued LP fees through INCREASE_LIQUIDITY instead of paying them half team / half potsrc/LPDeepening.sol:116

      Seam: boundary (first run vs later runs) x invariant ("LP fees it earns split half team, half pot like the JIG pool's", README line 155 and the contract header line 27). On every run after the first, run() adds liquidity to the existing position with INCREASE_LIQUIDITY + SETTLE_PAIR + SWEEP.

      In the vendored v4 PositionManager, _increase() calls poolManager.modifyLiquidity, which returns callerDelta = principalDelta + feesAccrued (lib/v4-periphery/lib/v4-core/src/PoolManager.sol:171): the position's uncollected LP fees are credited to the caller inside the same delta.

      The slippage check is done on principal only ((liquidityDelta - feesAccrued).validateMaxIn, PositionManager.sol:302), and SETTLE_PAIR then settles only _getFullDebt, i.e. the principal net of the accrued fees (PositionManager.sol:456-461).

      So whatever ETH and JIG the position earned as LP fees since the last collectFees() is consumed as part of the new liquidity, and an equal amount of the module's working balance is left behind (ETH is refunded by SWEEP, JIG is simply not pulled). The module treats that leftover as working balance ('jigLeft not consumed by the position stays in the module for the next run', line 129) and reinvests it on the next run as well.

      The result is that LP fees earned by the deepening position never reach collectFees(): they are converted into permanently locked liquidity, and the team's 50% and the pot's 50% are never paid for any fee that accrued between a collectFees() call and the next run().

      Nothing orders collectFees() before run(): run() is keeper-only at random times, collectFees() is permissionless and nobody is obliged to call it, and the README's operational note says only that each run spends the whole balance.

      Secondary effect: ethAdded/jigAdded (lines 124-125) and totalEthAdded/totalJigAdded understate what went into the position by exactly the fee amounts, so the Deepened event and the counters are wrong whenever fees were pending. This is not an attacker path; it is the declared fee flow (threat-model A(f): a hard-coded flow that diverts value owed to the pot and the team into a locked position).

      Fix (keeps the design): collect and pay out the position's fees before computing the liquidity to add. Refactor the body of collectFees() into an internal _collectFees() (run() and collectFees() are both nonReentrant, so run() must call the internal version) and call it at the top of run() when tokenId != 0, before uint256 amount = jig.balanceOf(address(this)) on line 91, so the fees are split to platform/pot first and the liquidity maths see only the module's own balance.

      Alternatively use the posm's DECREASE_LIQUIDITY(0)+TAKE_PAIR to this contract inside the same modifyLiquidities batch ahead of INCREASE_LIQUIDITY and route the taken amounts through the 50/50 split in the same call. Either way, after the fix a run that follows accrued fees must leave platform and pot balances higher by exactly half of the accrued ETH and JIG each.

      State: LPDeepening has already run once (tokenId != 0) and its full-range JIG/ETH position has since accrued LP fees of 0.1 ETH and 1000 JIG (any swaps on the JIG/ETH pool produce them; the pool's 1.5% LP fee goes pro rata to JIGLaunch's and LPDeepening's positions).

      Nobody has called collectFees().

      The module holds 2000 JIG (pulled from the hook) and 0 ETH.

      Keeper calls run(minEthOut) with a quote that makes the 1000 JIG sale return exactly 0.1 ETH.

      Trace: line 93 half = 1000; line 95-96 ethGot = 0.1 ETH; line 98 jigLeft = 1000; line 101 liquidity = getLiquidityForAmounts(sqrtP, full range, 0.1 ETH, 1000 JIG) =: L, whose principal cost is 0.1 ETH + 1000 JIG; line 116-117 INCREASE_LIQUIDITY(tokenId, L, amount0Max = 0.1 ETH, amount1Max = 1000 JIG).

      Inside posm: principalDelta = (-0.1 ETH, -1000 JIG), feesAccrued = (+0.1 ETH, +1000 JIG), callerDelta = (0, 0) (PoolManager.sol:171); validateMaxIn passes on the principal; SETTLE_PAIR settles _getFullDebt = 0 for both currencies; SWEEP returns the whole 0.1 ETH msg.value to the module.

      Expected per README line 155 / header line 27: the 0.1 ETH and 1000 JIG of LP fees reach platform (0.05 ETH + 500 JIG) and pot (0.05 ETH + 500 JIG) when collected, and the position grows by exactly the module's 0.1 ETH + 1000 JIG.

      Actual: platform and pot receive nothing; the position's liquidity grows by L but the module still holds 0.1 ETH and 1000 JIG afterwards (ethAdded = 0, jigAdded = 0 in the Deepened event, totalEthAdded/totalJigAdded unchanged), and a subsequent collectFees() finds 0 fees to split because modifyLiquidity already zeroed the position's feeGrowth.

      On the next run the leftover 0.1 ETH + 1000 JIG is added as liquidity too, so the fee value is permanently locked instead of paid.

      Generalisation: for any accrued fees (fe, fj) and any run, the amount paid to team+pot is 0 and the position absorbs (fe, fj) on top of the module's own contribution.

      Check after the fix: with the same state, run() must leave platform and pot each 0.05 ETH and 500 JIG richer and the module with 0 ETH and 0 JIG.

  3. Audit permissionsAgent #1246found 2 low, 2 info

    The findings file is written and validated. Git status is clean (lib, test/scratch and the findings file are ignored), the project's 14 unit tests pass, and the only failing test is my proof, as intended.

    Result

    Four findings are in .imd-findings.json: two Low, two Info. No Critical or High. Every first-round fix holds, and the fixes introduced nothing exploitable that I could substantiate.

    Findings

    • Low, SweepAndBurn.sol:126. The "JIG may only leave through the swap" guard uses !=, so a JIG inflow during the marketplace call reverts the sweep. Anyone paid in that call (seller, royalty recipient) can trigger it from receive() with the permissionless hook.claimFor(module), and a one-wei swap re-arms it before each keeper retry. Proof attached: fails now with JigMoved(), passes with <.
    • Low, DeployCoins.s.sol:30. AIRDROP defaults to the PotVault address. PotVault has code but no notify, so the factory's required notify call reverts and every launch fails. The hook's one-shot setFactory is already consumed, so hook and factory must both be redeployed with a new salt grind.
    • Info, JIGLaunchHook.sol:37. The window is 5 minutes and 1.5% in code. The README contract table and this brief say 10 minutes and 1%.
    • Info, README.md:138. src/nft/LoomCollection.sol is not in the tree, so scope C(f) and the collection guarantees HolderDrip and SweepAndBurn rely on could not be reviewed.

    First-round fixes, verified in source

    • Nested conversion is bounded to the launch range with a pending-coin ledger. Coin claims always equal pendingCoin, so burns cannot exceed holdings.
    • Team payouts are pull with platformOwedEth in JIGLaunch and LPDeepening. Reentrancy through the platform's receive cannot double-pay.
    • Dev-buy refund is exact (jigIn - spent). The exact-tick boundary check prevents a position that would need JIG.
    • PotVault has no notifyDeposit; available() uses the reserved counter and settle.
    • HolderDrip's live cannot underflow, and the accumulator field is 160 bits.

    Threat model answers

    • (a) Locked LP: yes. JIGLaunch, CoinFactory and LPDeepening have no transfer, approve, or decrease path. Their Permit2 allowances are to PositionManager only, which spends solely on behalf of its own caller.
    • (b) PotVault and AirdropClaim: yes. Outflows exist only through a proven leaf or, for AirdropClaim, to the pot. claimed + amount > total bounds the uint128 cast.
    • (c) Supply: yes. Both tokens mint once in the constructor with no mint function.
    • (d) Vesting: yes. Only the beneficiary receives, and nothing is revocable.
    • (e) JIGLaunchHook: yes. Only JIGLaunch may initialise, the root is fixed once the pool exists, tx.origin leaves are OpenZeppelin double-hash, and beforeSwap can revert only on the swapper's own malformed hookData.
    • (f) Privileged powers that take user funds: no new ones. The owner-authored merkle trees in PotVault, AirdropClaim and HolderPayouts and the keeper's self-sandwich and own-listing purchase remain the documented trust assumptions.
    • Scope B: a swapper cannot underpay. Exact-output is scaled to the same rate, sender == factory is unforgeable because PoolManager only calls back the unlocker, the _converting guard runs no attacker code while set, and heldJig() always equals totalClaimable because each credit is backed by an equal 6909 mint. Flags 0x2044 and 0x2080 match the permission structs and are enforced in the constructors. The 60% exact-output fee cannot overflow int128 at either token's supply.
    • Scope C: seeding maths is correct for both orderings. Unlock callbacks are reachable only from each module's own unlock. HolderDrip's checkpoint baseline is correct for later mints, transfers, duplicate ids and burned tokens.

    L2 notes. The 10-second snipe window and the 5-minute launch window depend on the sequencer clock. Arbitrum-style chains let the timestamp lag real time, which can stretch a window but not shorten it be

    • lowSweepAndBurn.sweep: the JigMoved guard also fires on a JIG inflow, so anyone paid during the marketplace call can block every sweep with hook.claimFor(module)src/SweepAndBurn.sol:126

      The check that "JIG may only leave through the swap" compares the post-call balance with != instead of <. CreatorFeeHook.claimFor(address) is permissionless and pushes the module's accrued flywheel slice into it, and sweep() never pulls that slice first (it budgets from jig.balanceOf(this)).

      So any contract the marketplace pays during the purchase (the seller, a royalty recipient, a Seaport consideration recipient) can call hook.claimFor(sweepModule) from its receive() and the sweep reverts with JigMoved after the ETH has already been sent and the NFT already received (all rolled back). The module can be kept unsweepable indefinitely: a one-wei swap on the coin pool re-credits the module before every keeper attempt.

      This is an asymmetry between the guard's stated intent (no outflow) and what it enforces (no change), and a trust gap between SweepAndBurn and the hook's permissionless claimFor.

      Fix: if (jig.balanceOf(address(this)) < jigAfterSwap) revert JigMoved(); and optionally call hook.claim() at the top of sweep() so the budget is current.

      State: a SweepAndBurn with an approved marketplace, maxPriceWei = 1 ether, 1 ether of ETH already held (jigToSell = 0 path, so no pool is involved), a real listing of tokenId 7 of the right collection at 0.5 ether.

      Input: keeper calls sweep(market, buy(7), 7, 0.5 ether, 0, 0); during market.buy the module's JIG balance rises by 1 wei (seller's receive() calls hook.claimFor(module), or any JIG transfer).

      Expected: the NFT is bought and sent to 0xdEaD, burned() == 1.

      Actual: revert JigMoved(); the NFT stays with the seller. test/scratch/SweepJigMoved.t.sol (attached as proof) fails on this code with [FAIL: JigMoved()] and passes once line 126 uses <.

    • lowDeployCoins defaults the factory's airdrop recipient to PotVault, which cannot accept notify(), so every launch reverts and the hook's one-shot setFactory binding is consumed by a dead factoryscript/DeployCoins.s.sol:30

      CoinFactory.launch (src/CoinFactory.sol:146) requires any airdrop recipient that has code to accept notify(address); that is the first-round fix for a mis-bound AirdropClaim. The deploy script, however, silently falls back to the PotVault address when AIRDROP is not set.

      PotVault has code but only a receive() and no fallback, so the notify call reverts and launch() reverts for every creator, after the pool has been created and seeded in the same transaction (all rolled back). airdropRecipient is immutable in the factory and hook.setFactory is one-shot (the script calls it on line 39 unconditionally), so the CreatorFeeHook deployed in that run is permanently bound to a factory that cannot launch anything; both must be redeployed, with a new CREATE2 salt grind for the hook.

      The 5% airdrop share would in any case have no distribution path out of PotVault (it only pays declared merkle trees of tokens the owner chooses), so the fallback is wrong even if notify were accepted.

      Fix: use vm.envAddress("AIRDROP") (no default), and in CoinFactory's constructor probe the recipient once, e.g. require(IAirdropNotify(airdropRecipient_).factory() is this-or-zero) or a staticcall to pot()/drops(address), so a non-AirdropClaim contract is rejected at deploy time rather than at every launch.

      Run forge script script/DeployCoins.s.sol with JIG and POT set and AIRDROP unset (the documented env vars list only AIRDROP as optional).

      Then any creator calls factory.launch(params) with the exact launch fee.

      Expected: a coin, pool and airdrop share.

      Actual: revert inside IAirdropNotify(pot).notify(coin) because PotVault has no such function or fallback; hook.factory() is already set and cannot be changed. test/scratch/AirdropDefault.t.sol shows the exact failing call: IAirdropNotify(address(new PotVault(owner))).notify(x) reverts.

    • infoJIGLaunchHook window is 5 minutes in code while the README contract table (and this audit brief) say 10 minutessrc/JIGLaunchHook.sol:37

      README line 15 describes JIGLaunchHook as 'for 10 minutes after the pool opened, allowlisted tx.origin pays 1%'; the launch-plan table and the hook docstring say 5 minutes and 1.5%, and the code is 5 minutes / 15_000 pips. The 10-minute figure also appears in the review brief's threat model (e). Not exploitable, but the allowlist/sniper-tax promise made to friends-and-family wallets must match the constant before mainnet.

      Fix: align the README table (and the brief) with WINDOW = 5 minutes / NORMAL_FEE = 1.5%, or change the constant if 10 minutes is the agreed value.

      Read src/JIGLaunchHook.sol:35-37 (NORMAL_FEE 15_000, WINDOW 5 minutes) against README.md:15 ('for 10 minutes ... pays 1%'). quoteFee(account, proof) returns NORMAL_FEE for everyone from windowEnd = initialise time + 300 seconds, not 600.

    • infosrc/nft/LoomCollection.sol is not in the audited tree, so scope C(f) and the collection guarantees HolderDrip and SweepAndBurn rely on could not be checkedREADME.md:138

      The brief lists src/nft/LoomCollection.sol (mint(quantity, referral), REFERRAL_FEE_SHARE) in scope C, but the repository has no src/nft directory and the README says the collection stays as written at an earlier launch and that the v2 referral was dropped.

      HolderDrip depends on that contract minting sequential ids from 1, never decreasing totalSupply, and ownerOf() returning 0xdEaD rather than reverting for burned tokens (otherwise markBurned can never be called and the token's share keeps accruing forever); SweepAndBurn depends on transferFrom to 0xdEaD being allowed. None of this could be verified here. Not a code defect; recorded so the gap is visible in the report.

      ls src/nft on the pinned commit: no such directory. The fee-conservation, referral-receiver reentrancy and referral == platform/zero checks requested for LoomCollection v2 were therefore not performed.

  4. Audit flowAgent #1541found 2 low, 4 info

    The review is complete and .imd-findings.json holds six findings. No source files were changed. Scratch probes live under test/scratch/, which is not kept.

    Outcome: no critical or high defects. Every first-round fix holds, verified both by reading and by a local no-fork harness against Uniswap v4's PoolManager.

    What I verified on the fee hook (scope B)

    • The nested coin-to-JIG sale is bounded to the launch range. An exact-output sell that drains the range leaves the fee as pending coin, and the next buy converts it only at the range-bottom price, never for nothing.
    • Fee rates measured at 1.0% on exact-input and exact-output, buy and sell sides, and exactly 60% effective on an exact-output buy inside the snipe window.
    • Held JIG equals total claimable after every swap shape, after recycle, and drains to zero after all claims. Coin claims always equal the pending ledger.
    • A dust liquidity position parked inside the range just above the floor earned nothing from a victim buy.

    Findings written

    • Low, LPDeepening.run: the run sizes and funds the locked position with the whole ETH balance, which includes ETH booked as owed to the platform after a failed push. The platform's later withdrawal reverts. JIGLaunch already handles this correctly by subtracting the owed amount.
    • Low, SweepAndBurn.sweep: the JIG-moved guard tests strict inequality, so JIG arriving during the marketplace call reverts the sweep. Since claimFor is permissionless, a seller's order code can veto any sweep. Fix is to check only for JIG leaving.
    • Info, HolderDrip: the over-claim fix assumes token ids start at 1. With 0-based ids the original High reopens. LoomCollection is not in the tree, so scope C(f) could not be audited.
    • Info: README table says a 10-minute window at 1%; code and the launch plan say 5 minutes at 1.5%.
    • Info, L2 notes: CREATE2 deployer presence on an Orbit chain, tx.origin with account-abstraction wallets, sequencer timestamps for the 10-second decay, and missing chain addresses in the scripts.
    • Info: explicit yes/no answers for every threat-model item in scopes A, B and C, with reasoning and the probe outputs.

    Limitations to note

    • The repository's optimizer profile cannot compile v4-core's PoolManager, so local proofs need an optimizer-runs override. All existing project tests are Sepolia-fork tests. Neither Low finding warranted a proof file under the rules, so none was attached.
    • Threat-model item C(f) on LoomCollection v2 was not reviewable because the file is absent.

    • lowLPDeepening.run spends ETH owed to the platform (platformOwedEth) into the locked positionsrc/LPDeepening.sol:123

      collectFees() books the team's half as platformOwedEth when platform.call fails (line 150) and leaves that ETH in the module's balance. run() then sizes the liquidity with address(this).balance (line 102), passes uint128(address(this).balance) as amount0Max (lines 113/117) and sends the whole balance as msg.value (line 123).

      The owed ETH is therefore added to the permanent full-range position and withdrawPlatform() later reverts with PayoutFailed (balance < amt) until fresh ETH happens to sit in the module, where it would then be taken from the next run's working capital. JIGLaunch._payout handles the same situation correctly by computing eth = address(this).balance - platformOwedEth.

      Precondition: the immutable platform address cannot accept a plain ETH call at collect time (contract without receive, or a wallet whose fallback reverts); the keeper is honest.

      Impact: team ETH is converted into locked liquidity; no third-party loss, but the owed ledger becomes unbacked.

      Fix: in run(), use uint256 eth = address(this).balance - platformOwedEth; for getLiquidityForAmounts, amount0Max and the call value, and keep the SWEEP so leftovers return.

      State: LPDeepening deployed with platform = a contract whose receive() reverts; the module's position (tokenId != 0) has accrued 1 ETH of fees; the module holds 0 ETH working balance.

      1. anyone calls collectFees(): pot receives 0.5 ETH, platform.call fails, platformOwedEth = 0.5e18 and address(this).balance = 0.5e18.

      2. keeper calls run(0) with 1000 JIG claimable: expected the position is funded only with the ETH from selling 500 JIG and platformOwedEth stays backed; actual getLiquidityForAmounts is computed with 0.5 ETH + ethGot, msg.value = that total, and the position consumes the 0.5 ETH (up to the pool ratio).

      3. platform calls withdrawPlatform(): expected 0.5 ETH; actual revert PayoutFailed because address(this).balance < platformOwedEth.

    • lowSweepAndBurn.sweep reverts whenever any JIG arrives during the marketplace call, so a seller's order code can veto a sweep with hook.claimFor(module)src/SweepAndBurn.sol:126

      The guard is meant to stop JIG from leaving the module during the marketplace call, but it tests strict inequality. CreatorFeeHook.claimFor(address) is permissionless (CreatorFeeHook.sol:284) and pushes the module's pending slice into its balance.

      Real marketplaces execute counterparty code inside a fulfil call (Seaport zones and contract offerers, the seller's payable fallback that receives the price, royalty receivers), so a listing's seller can include a call to hook.claimFor(sweepModule) and the sweep reverts with JigMoved after the module has already sold JIG for ETH in the same transaction (that part is reverted too, so no funds are lost).

      Precondition: the module has a non-zero claimable balance in the hook at sweep time, which is the normal state between pulls.

      Impact: griefing of specific sweeps and wasted keeper gas; a seller can make their own listing unsweepable or force the keeper to pull() first in a separate transaction, exposing the sweep to front-running.

      Fix: if (jig.balanceOf(address(this)) < jigAfterSwap) revert JigMoved(); (JIG arriving is harmless; only JIG leaving is the threat), or call hook.claim() at the top of sweep() so nothing is left to push.

      State: module has 1,000 JIG claimable in the hook (not yet pulled) and 1 ETH held; owner approved marketplace M; maxPriceWei = 1 ether.

      M's fulfil path transfers tokenId 7 to the module and, before returning, calls hook.claimFor(address(module)).

      Keeper calls sweep(M, data, 7, 0.5 ether, 0, 0).

      Expected: NFT 7 is received and sent to DEAD, burned == 1.

      Actual: jig.balanceOf(module) is 1,000 JIG higher than jigAfterSwap, the call reverts with JigMoved(), nothing is burned.

      The same transaction succeeds once claimFor is removed from M, or once the check is changed to <.

    • infoHolderDrip's over-claim fix depends on token ids starting at 1; LoomCollection is not in this repository so the assumption could not be verified (scope C(f) not auditable)src/HolderDrip.sol:95

      _baseline binds a token to the first checkpoint whose recorded totalSupply is >= tokenId, which is only the checkpoint taken after the token existed if ids are 1..totalSupply.

      With 0-based ids (0..n-1), the token minted when supply goes n -> n+1 has id n, and a checkpoint taken at supply n (before that token existed) satisfies supply >= n, so the token inherits accBefore of that pull and claims a share of money distributed before it was minted: exactly the High fixed in the first review (README line 75), reopened.

      The README (line 115) records the requirement; src/nft/LoomCollection.sol named in SCOPE C(f) is absent from the tree (no src/nft directory), so neither the id scheme, totalSupply monotonicity, nor the mint(quantity, referral)/REFERRAL_FEE_SHARE path could be reviewed. Also note markBurned only recognises tokens at 0xdEaD; a real burn (ownerOf reverting) leaves the token counted as live forever, which only strands that token's share in the module (no over-claim).

      Recommended: enforce the assumption in code rather than by convention, e.g. in pull() use collection.totalSupply() only if the collection also exposes the highest minted id, or store firstId and compare checkpoints[mid].supply >= tokenId - firstId + 1; and commit LoomCollection so the next round can audit it.

      State: a collection with ids 0,1,2,3 (totalSupply 4). pull() distributes 400 JIG: checkpoint {supply: 4, accBefore: 0}, accPerToken = 100e18.

      Mint id 4 (supply 5). owed(4): binary search finds checkpoints[0].supply (4) >= 4, baseline = 0, owed = 100 JIG.

      Expected 0 (token 4 did not exist at the pull).

      Holder of id 4 calls claim([4]) and receives 100 JIG that belonged to ids 0..3; the last of them to claim reverts on insufficient balance.

      With ids 1..4 the same search returns lo == n and owed(5) == 0, which is what test_tokens_minted_after_a_pull_earn_nothing_from_it pins.

    • infoLaunch-window parameters in code (5 minutes, 1.5%) differ from the README table and the brief (10 minutes, 1%)src/JIGLaunchHook.sol:37

      README line 15 and the audit brief describe a 10-minute window at 1%; README line 25 and the code use 5 minutes at NORMAL_FEE = 15_000 (1.5%). The code is internally consistent and matches the signed launch plan (line 25), so this is a documentation defect, but an allowlisted friend relying on the table would buy in minutes 5-10 at the normal fee believing they still had protection, and a sniper reading the table would wait longer than necessary.

      Fix: correct README line 15 (and the residual-trust note at line 115 that says '10-minute windows') to 5 minutes / 1.5%, or change the constants if 10 minutes is the agreed value.

      Read JIGLaunchHook.WINDOW (5 minutes) and NORMAL_FEE (15_000) against README line 15 ('for 10 minutes after the pool opened, allowlisted tx.origin pays 1%'). quoteFee(account, proof) at windowEnd - 1 returns 600_000 or 15_000, never 10_000, and at initialisation + 5 minutes + 1 returns 15_000 for everyone.

    • infoL2 (Robinhood Chain / Arbitrum Orbit) notes: CREATE2 deployer presence, hook-flag mining, tx.origin with account abstraction, sequencer timestampsscript/DeployCoins.s.sol:18

      Nothing in the Solidity breaks on an Arbitrum-style L2, but four deployment assumptions need checking before mainnet there: (1) both hooks are CREATE2-mined through the deterministic deployment proxy at 0x4e59b4...; Orbit chains do not always ship it in genesis, and if it is absent the mined salt yields a different address whose low 14 bits will not carry the required flags, so the constructor's Hooks.validateHookPermissions reverts (fail-closed, but the deploy script must detect it).

      (2) JIGLaunchHook keys the allowlist to tx.origin; on an L2 where friends use ERC-4337 or Safe wallets, tx.origin is the bundler or the relayer and they pay 60% (already documented at README line 29; L1-to-L2 retryables arrive with an aliased origin too).

      (3) CreatorFeeHook.SNIPE_WINDOW (10 s) and JIGLaunchHook.WINDOW (5 min) use the sequencer's block.timestamp, which on Arbitrum can lag wall-clock by up to about a minute and is monotone but coarse; the 10-second decay may cover 0 to 40 blocks.

      (4) _v4() in the scripts has only Sepolia addresses; Robinhood Chain's PoolManager, PositionManager and Permit2 must be added and the PositionManager version checked for the zero-liquidity DECREASE_LIQUIDITY fee-collection path used by JIGLaunch.collectFees and LPDeepening.collectFees (verified to work against the pinned v4-periphery: _decrease with liquidity 0 calls modifyLiquidity with delta 0, which v4-core allows on a non-empty position).

      On a chain without code at 0x4e59b44847b379578588920cA78FbF26c0B4956C, forge script script/DeployCoins.s.sol --broadcast computes predicted from that proxy but new CreatorFeeHook{salt: salt} cannot be routed through it; the deployment either reverts in validateHookPermissions (HookAddressNotValid) or fails the address(hook) == predicted require. Expected: a pre-flight require(CREATE2_DEPLOYER.code.length > 0) or a chain-specific deployer in _v4().

    • infoThreat-model answers for scopes A, B and C (all prior fixes verified to hold; local probe results)src/CreatorFeeHook.sol:44

      Prior fixes: dust-order fee evasion is closed: _sellCoinForJig bounds the nested sale at the launch range edge (tickLower when the coin is currency0, tickUpper otherwise) and parks the fee as pendingCoin when the spot is already at or beyond it; a local no-fork harness (PoolManager + PoolSwapTest, test/scratch/HookProbe.t.sol) confirmed: an exact-output sell that drains the range leaves the price at MIN_SQRT_PRICE and the 877k-coin fee pending; the next 1-JIG buy converts only ~962 coin of it at the range-bottom price and the rest stays pending; held JIG == totalClaimable and coin claims == pendingCoin after every swap shape; a 1e15-liquidity dust position inside the range just above tickLower earned 0 coin from a 100k-JIG victim buy.

      Pull-pattern team payout, exact dev-buy refund (jigIn - spent), exact-tick boundary (price must equal getSqrtPriceAtTick(tickLower) when tickLower == startTick), PotVault.notifyDeposit removed, HolderDrip live underflow guard: all present.

      SCOPE A: (a) NO: JIGLaunch, CoinFactory and LPDeepening expose no transfer/approve/decrease path; collectFees decreases 0 liquidity and PositionManager._decrease is onlyIfApproved(msgSender) where msgSender is the holder contract. (b) NO: PotVault only moves funds in claim() against a declared root within reserved[]; AirdropClaim only via claim()/sweep()/sweepUnset() to leaves or the pot. (c) NO: JIG and CreatorCoin mint once in the constructor, only ERC20Burnable.

      (d) NO: Vesting.release pays only s.beneficiary, vested() is pure in time. (e) NO on fee: the 1.5% requires a proof for tx.origin, which a router cannot fake; residual: a friend relaying for strangers.

      NO on bricking: beforeSwap is view with no revertable state; beforeInitialize refuses every key but ETH/JIG dynamic-fee at the expected spacing and price from JIGLaunch; a failed launch reverts launched too.

      (f) Privileges are trust assumptions, none take user funds: PotVault/AirdropClaim/HolderPayouts owners author roots (documented, no delay); hook owner binds factory/deepening once; keepers pick minimum-out (self-sandwich accepted); SweepAndBurn owner + keeper together could buy the owner's own listing at the cap.

      Single-sided maths: verified for both orderings (coinIs0 needs tick < tickLower or the exact boundary price; coin-is-1 needs tick >= tickUpper; a flipped ordering from a nonce race always fails RangeWrongSide). CREATE2 flags: 0x2044 and 0x2080 match getHookPermissions and are enforced by validateHookPermissions.

      Reentrancy: every claim/pull/run is nonReentrant and the only external callees are the PoolManager (callback bound to msg.sender == poolManager) and ERC-20 JIG.

      SCOPE B: (a) NO: fee = f*output on exact input and f/(1-f)*input on exact output, measured 1.0% in both directions and on both sides; hookData is ignored; the nested swap is only reachable from the hook's own afterSwap. (b) NO: _converting is set only around poolManager.swap, which makes no external call other than the same hook's afterSwap. (c) NO: every credit is matched by a JIG claim mint; recycle is net-zero on totalClaimable; claim pays only the credited address.

      (d) Bounded to the range; sandwiching changes the price the fee is sold at but never below the range bottom; a pool that cannot absorb keeps pendingCoin. (e) register is factory-only, lowerFee/setCreatorShare creator-only, setFactory/setDeepening owner-only one-shot. (f) currentFee is monotone from 600_000 to feePips with no overflow in uint24.

      (g) potA + deep + plat + creator + fly == amount by construction; at 10% on a 2^100 swap fee fits int128. (h) exact match.

      SCOPE C: (a) CoinFactory: launch is atomic (register, initialize, seed, airdrop, dev buy, fee push); 90/5/5 enforced by SUPPLY - AIRDROP_SHARE - creatorTokens with creatorBps <= 500; LP locked. (b) HolderDrip: correct for 1-based sequential ids (see separate info finding). (c) SweepAndBurn: keeper bounded to approved market, cap, no JIG movement, NFT must arrive; new Low on the strict JigMoved

      Local harness test/scratch/HookProbe.t.sol (compiled with FOUNDRY_OPTIMIZER_RUNS=44111 because the repo profile cannot compile v4-core's PoolManager under via_ir/800 runs): test_rates_and_invariant, test_edge_pending and test_in_range_dust all pass; outputs: exact-in buy 100k JIG -> fee 1106.8 JIG; exact-out buy 1e6 coin -> JIG 1274.29 of which fee 12.74 (1.0%); exact-in sell 1e6 coin -> fee 12.6 JIG (1.0%); exact-out sell 100 JIG -> fee 1.01 JIG; dust position returned 322294678882 wei JIG of 322294678883 put in, 0 coin. test_recycle_drift: after a buy and a sell, warp 8 days, recycle(key, creator) folds 783.59 JIG, totalClaimable == heldJig throughout, a second recycle reverts NotStale, and claimFor on creator/platform/pot leaves heldJig == totalClaimable == 0 (creator 0, platform 475.75, pot 643.67 JIG; with flywheel = address(0) the stale creator block goes to the pot, as the first-round report accepted). test_snipe_exact_output: at launch second, exact-output buy of 1e6 coin costs 2574.1 JIG of which 1544.46 is fee = 60.0% effective.

  5. Audit economicsAgent #452found 1 medium, 2 low, 1 info

    Review complete. The findings file .imd-findings.json holds 4 entries and the repository's tracked files are untouched (the 14 unit tests still pass; the only failing tests are my proof and its copies).

    What I found

    • Medium, CreatorFeeHook afterSwap (src/CreatorFeeHook.sol:348). An exact-output sell takes the fee in coin and sells it at the price the seller's own trade just left. The seller nets the same JIG as an exact-input sell but the hook realizes far less. Proof test attached: after a 600M JIG buy, selling back exact-input credits 5.90M JIG of fee; exact-output for the identical 584.2M JIG payout credits 3.60M, a 39% shortfall, with no pendingCoin left. Reproduces in both currency orderings. Threat item B(a) therefore remains yes after the first-round fixes. Fix options: require the converted JIG to be at least the exact-input-equivalent fee and revert otherwise, or refuse exact-output sells on creator-coin pools.
    • Low, LPDeepening.run (src/LPDeepening.sol:123). The run sizes and funds the position from the whole ETH balance without deducting platformOwedEth, unlike JIGLaunch. A failed team push is deposited into the permanent position and a later withdrawPlatform takes that run's working ETH instead.
    • Low, JIGLaunchHook (src/JIGLaunchHook.sol:142). The 60% sniper tax is an LP fee and the pool has no liquidity hook, so a sniper who mints a one-spacing JIG band under the price earns back roughly their liquidity share of their own tax. With 9M JIG in the band the effective tax is about 30%. No Foundry proof attached for this one.
    • Info. Explicit yes/no answers for every threat-model item in scopes A, B and C, plus L2 notes for Robinhood Chain.

    First-round fixes verified in a local harness with PoolManager deployed from bytecode, both orderings: the dust order outside the range no longer captures the fee (price stops exactly at the edge, 980 coin waits as pendingCoin), exact-output sells past the range partially fill instead of reverting, pendingCoin is retried on the next buy, claims never exceed held JIG, dev-buy refund is exact, the team payout is pull-pattern, PotVault.notifyDeposit is gone, and HolderDrip has the underflow guard.

    Not covered: src/nft/LoomCollection.sol is not in the tree, so scope C(f) could not be reviewed. Fork tests were not run and Slither was not available.

    • mediumCreatorFeeHook: an exact-output sell's coin fee is sold at the post-trade price, so large sells pay a fraction of the fee that the equivalent exact-input sell payssrc/CreatorFeeHook.sol:348

      On a sell with exact JIG output (amountSpecified > 0, specified = JIG) the unspecified currency is the coin, so afterSwap charges fee = abs*f/(PIPS-f) in coin (line 338) and _sellCoinForJig immediately sells it into the same pool at the price the swapper's own trade just left (bounded now by the launch range, which fixes the first-round dust-order High but not this).

      The swapper's trade has already pushed the price down, so the coin fee is valued at the lowest price of the trade instead of at the trade's average price, and the shortfall grows with the size of the sell. The equivalent exact-input sell takes f of the JIG output directly and has no such loss. Both shapes are offered by every router; a seller just chooses exact-output.

      Not a swap of 'small amounts' as the README's residual-trust note assumes: it is the seller's whole position. Threat model B(a) 'a swapper paying less than the current fee, including via exact-output swaps' is therefore still YES after the first-round fixes. B(d) 'price manipulation of the nested swap' is also YES in the sense that the swapper's own outer trade sets the conversion price.

      Fix, minimal and design-preserving: in afterSwap, when the fee is taken in coin and the swap is a sell (params.amountSpecified > 0 and the specified currency is JIG), require the converted JIG to be at least the fee the exact-input path would have charged, i.e. jigOut >= uint256(params.amountSpecified) * feePips / (PIPS - feePips) (the rate that makes both shapes equal), and revert otherwise so the router falls back to exact-input; or value the coin fee at the pre-trade sqrt price (read slot0 in a beforeSwap, needs the BEFORE_SWAP flag and a re-mined address) and take enough coin for that JIG value; or simply refuse exact-output sells on creator-coin pools (revert in afterSwap when amountSpecified > 0 and the unspecified currency is the coin).

      The proof test passes with any of these.

      State: coin/JIG pool registered at 1% (feePips 10_000), seeded single-sided with 900M coin over the launch range at 1 coin = 1 JIG (as CoinFactory does), anti-snipe window over.

      Step 1: a buyer swaps 600M JIG exact-input (price moves to about 2.8 JIG per coin) and receives about 350M coin.

      Step 2 (path A): the buyer sells all of it exact-input: the hook credits 5_901_436 JIG of fee and the seller nets 584_242_173 JIG.

      Step 2 (path B, from the same state): the buyer instead swaps with amountSpecified = +584_242_173e18 (exact JIG out), zeroForOne = coinIs0, sqrtPriceLimitX96 at the extreme, hookData empty: the seller nets exactly the same 584_242_173 JIG, pays 349_883_280 coin in total, and the hook credits only 3_601_451 JIG (pendingCoin 0: the fee coin was fully sold, at the crashed price).

      Expected: both sells pay about the same 1% (5.9M JIG).

      Actual: the exact-output sell pays 61% of it, a 2.3M JIG shortfall to creator/flywheel/platform/pot/deepening on one trade.

      Run: forge test --match-path test/scratch/ExactOutputSellFee.t.sol -vv (fails now with 'exact-output sell paid a fraction of the fee: 36014515941581445611840280 < 53112924863040217168952613').

    • lowLPDeepening.run puts the platform's owed ETH (platformOwedEth) into the locked position, so a failed team push is lost to the LP and withdrawPlatform later drains working ETH insteadsrc/LPDeepening.sol:123

      collectFees() records team ETH whose push to the platform failed in platformOwedEth and leaves it in the contract (lines 149-150). run() then sizes the position from address(this).balance (line 102) and sends the whole balance as value (line 123) with amount0Max = the whole balance (lines 113/117), with no deduction for platformOwedEth; JIGLaunch._payout does deduct it (JIGLaunch.sol:146).

      So the next keeper run deposits the owed ETH into the full-range position, which can never be removed. platformOwedEth still says the platform is owed it, so a later withdrawPlatform() pays it out of whatever ETH the module holds at that moment, which is the proceeds of the next run's JIG sale that were meant to be added as liquidity (or reverts if there is none).

      Only the platform and the deepening flow are affected, not users, hence low; but it is an accounting error in a contract that holds a permanent position.

      Fix: compute the ETH available to run() as address(this).balance - platformOwedEth and use that for the liquidity quote, the amount0Max and the call value (mirror JIGLaunch._payout).

      State: platform is a contract whose receive() reverts (or any push failure); the deepening position exists and has accrued 1 ETH of fees.

      (1) collectFees(): pot receives 0.5 ETH, platform push fails, platformOwedEth = 0.5 ETH, address(this).balance = 0.5 ETH.

      (2) keeper calls run(minEthOut) with 1000 JIG claimable: the module sells 500 JIG for, say, 0.1 ETH; liquidity is quoted on 0.6 ETH and 500 JIG and modifyLiquidities is sent 0.6 ETH; the position absorbs the 0.5 ETH owed to the platform.

      Expected: run() uses only 0.1 ETH and 0.5 ETH stays reserved for withdrawPlatform().

      Actual: platformOwedEth remains 0.5 ETH with address(this).balance 0 (or dust refunded by SWEEP); withdrawPlatform() reverts until a later collectFees()/run() leaves ETH, and then pays the platform from that run's proceeds.

    • lowJIGLaunchHook: the 60% sniper tax is an LP fee, so a sniper who LPs a narrow band at the price earns most of their own tax back; the window's 1.5%/60% gap is only enforced against swappers who hold nosrc/JIGLaunchHook.sol:142

      beforeSwap returns the 60% as an LP fee override. v4 pays LP fees pro rata to every position in range, and the JIG/ETH pool has no liquidity hooks (the hook's permissions are beforeInitialize and beforeSwap only, address flags 0x2080), so anyone may add a position during the window.

      JIGLaunch's position spreads 900M JIG over the full range below the start tick (tickLower -887_200 to tickUpper 202_400 in the fork tests), so its liquidity per tick is small; a position of 200 ticks (one spacing) just below the current price needs about 1% of the JIG for the same liquidity.

      An outsider therefore (1) buys JIG once at 60% (or is given JIG by an allowlisted friend), (2) mints a 200-tick JIG-only band directly below the current price, (3) buys through their own band: the 60% they pay is split between JIGLaunch and themselves in proportion to liquidity, and (4) removes the band after the window and collects the fees.

      With a band holding 9M JIG against JIGLaunch's about 900M full-range JIG the outsider's share of in-range liquidity is about 50%, so the second tranche costs them about 30% instead of 60% and the pot/team receive half the sniper tax the README promises. The README lists 'third parties can LP into the JIG pool and share its fees with the pot' as residual trust, but not that this halves the sniper tax for the sniper themselves, which is threat-model item A(e)'s subject.

      Fix options (scope decision): add BEFORE_ADD_LIQUIDITY to the hook (re-mine the address) and refuse liquidity from anyone but JIGLaunch until windowEnd; or take the outsider surcharge as a hook delta (BEFORE_SWAP_RETURNS_DELTA) credited to the pot rather than as an LP fee, leaving only the 1.5% as LP fee.

      State: JIG/ETH pool initialised by JIGLaunch at the agreed price with the window open and allowlistRoot set; outsider O holds 9M JIG (bought at 60%, or received from a friend) and ETH.

      Tx 1: O calls PositionManager mint for the ETH/JIG dynamic-fee key with tickLower = currentTick - 200 (rounded to spacing), tickUpper = currentTick (rounded), amount1 = 9M JIG, amount0 = 0 (a JIG-only band directly below the price).

      Tx 2: O swaps 10 ETH exact-input for JIG with empty hookData: beforeSwap returns 600_000 | OVERRIDE, 6 ETH is charged as LP fee, and Pool.swap credits feeGrowthGlobal0 to the liquidity in range, of which O's band is about half while the price is inside it.

      Tx 3 after windowEnd: O decreases liquidity to 0 and takes about 3 ETH of fees back.

      Expected per README line 25-26: any non-allowlisted wallet pays 60% to the locked LP (pot/team).

      Actual: O's effective tax on tx 2 is about 30%.

      Inputs scale: share = L_band / (L_band + L_launch), L_band = 9M JIG / (sqrtP_upper - sqrtP_lower) over 200 ticks, L_launch = 900M JIG / (sqrtP(202_400) - sqrtP(-887_200)).

      No Foundry proof is attached (time); the arithmetic is v4's standard fee-growth split and the pool has no liquidity hook.

    • infoThreat-model answers for scopes A, B and C, verification that the first-round fixes hold, and L2 notessrc/CreatorFeeHook.sol:366

      FIRST-ROUND FIXES, verified in a local harness (test/scratch/Checks.t.sol, PoolManager deployed from bytecode, both currency orderings): (1) dust order outside the launch range: an exact-output sell with the limit at the range edge now leaves spot == the range edge, credits nothing, and keeps the whole 980 coin fee as pendingCoin; the attacker's order is untouched (removal returns a 0/0 delta). HOLDS.

      (2) exact-output sell past the range with the router's extreme limit no longer reverts: partial fill of 98_999 JIG, fee waits as pendingCoin and is converted on the next 10_000 JIG buy (1_099 JIG credited), totalClaimable <= heldJig() throughout. HOLDS. (3) pull-pattern team payout: JIGLaunch._payout pays the pot first and books a failed platform push in platformOwedEth (JIGLaunch.sol:146-152); LPDeepening.collectFees the same (LPDeepening.sol:147-150).

      HOLDS, with the new low above (run() does not deduct platformOwedEth). (4) exact dev-buy refund: unlockCallback returns (got, spent) and _devBuy refunds jigIn - spent only (CoinFactory.sol:176-180). HOLDS.

      (5) exact-tick boundary: CoinFactory.sol:135 accepts tickLower == startTick only at the exact tick price; v4's modifyLiquidity then needs amount1 = 0 for that position, so amount1Max = 0 is satisfied. HOLDS. (6) PotVault.notifyDeposit is gone; only receive() emits Received.

      HOLDS. (7) HolderDrip: live = supply > burnedCount ? supply - burnedCount : 0 (HolderDrip.sol:79). HOLDS.

      NEW FROM THE FIXES: the range bound converts the coin fee at the post-trade price inside the range, which is where the medium above comes from (it predates the fix but the fix formalises it); pendingCoin left by one swapper is converted inside a later swapper's transaction at that swapper's post-trade price and credited through the pool's split at that time, which is benign.

      SCOPE A: (a) NO, JIGLaunch, CoinFactory and LPDeepening expose no transfer, approve or decrease-liquidity path; collectFees encodes DECREASE_LIQUIDITY with liquidity 0 then TAKE_PAIR, which on the vendored PositionManager only collects fees. (b) NO, PotVault moves tokens only in claim() against a declared root with reserved accounting and settle() only releases accounting; AirdropClaim only to proven leaves or the pot (sweep/sweepUnset).

      (c) NO, both tokens mint only in their constructors; ERC20Burnable only reduces supply. (d) NO, Vesting.release pays only s.beneficiary, vested() is monotone in time, nothing is revocable. (e) Fee-wise NO, nobody gets 1.5% in the window without a proof for tx.origin against a root frozen before initialisation, and beforeSwap can only revert on malformed caller-supplied hookData (the caller's own loss); the LP-rebate low above halves the tax for a sniper who LPs.

      The pool cannot be bricked: beforeInitialize accepts exactly one pool, only from JIGLaunch, at the agreed spacing and price. (f) Privileged surface: hook.setFactory/setDeepening (owner, one-shot), the three merkle owners (PotVault, AirdropClaim, HolderPayouts) who author trees but have no withdraw, the factory's launch fee (platform), SweepAndBurn's owner (markets, cap) and keeper (listing choice, minimum out), BuybackAndBurn/LPDeepening keepers (timing, minimum out).

      None moves user balances to a privileged address; all are documented trust.

      Single-sided seeding: both orderings checked (CoinFactory.sol:135 and _seed amount0Max/amount1Max; JIGLaunch range must sit below the start tick, amount0Max 0). CREATE2 flags: both hooks call Hooks.validateHookPermissions in the constructor, 0x2044 and 0x2080 match the permission structs, and register() refuses a key whose hooks field is not this hook.

      Reentrancy: claim/claimFor/recycle, every module's pull/run/sweep/claim, PotVault/AirdropClaim/HolderPayouts claims are nonReentrant; the hook's claim cannot run inside a swap (PoolManager.unlock reverts AlreadyUnlocked); JIG and CreatorCoin have no transfer hooks.

      SCOPE B: (a) YES, the medium above (exact-output sells); exact-input swaps and exact-output b

      Summary entry. Each NO was traced in the source at the lines cited; each YES has its own finding above with inputs; the first-round fixes were exercised in test/scratch/Checks.t.sol (both currency orderings: dust order leaves spot == edge with pendingCoin 980092910470445554721 and nothing credited; exact-output past the range partially fills 98999892178155551463825 JIG and the next buy credits 1099912652257583678380 JIG with pendingCoin 0).

  6. Audit judgeAgent #559found 3 medium, 3 low, 4 info

    The review is complete and .imd-findings.json holds ten findings, ordered by severity, every snippet checked against its file line.

    What I verified and kept

    • Medium, CreatorFeeHook exact-output sell. Reproduced on a Sepolia fork with the project's own factory and hook. For the same JIG received, an exact-output sell credited the hook 55% of what the exact-input sell credited, because the coin fee is sold at the seller's own post-trade price.
    • Medium, LPDeepening.run never collects fees first. Reproduced on the fork. When accrued fees exceed the run's contribution, run reverts with DeltaNotNegative from SETTLE_PAIR. When they are smaller, they are compounded into the locked position: pot and platform gained nothing and a collectFees straight after found zero. The revert case is new from this review.
    • Medium, JIGLaunchHook sniper tax is an LP fee. The specialist had no test, so I wrote one on the fork. A non-allowlisted sniper who LPs a JIG band under the price with 18% of one tranche's JIG got 40% of the 60% tax back on the next tranche, an effective tax of about 36%. I raised this from low to medium since it is the launch's main protection and compounds with repetition.
    • Low, LPDeepening.run spends platformOwedEth. Merged from two specialists and reproduced: the module's ETH went to zero after run while the owed ledger was unchanged, and withdrawPlatform reverted.
    • Low, SweepAndBurn JigMoved uses !=. Merged from two specialists. The attached proof fails here with JigMoved as stated, so it travels with the finding.
    • Low, DeployCoins defaults AIRDROP to PotVault. Verified by reading: PotVault has only receive, so every launch reverts at the notify call and the hook's one-shot setFactory is burned.
    • Info. README window text mismatch, LoomCollection absent from the tree with HolderDrip's id assumption, L2 deployment notes, and one consolidated threat-model answer sheet confirming all first-round fixes hold.

    Limits. v4-core's PoolManager does not compile under the repo's via-ir profile, so my reproductions ran against a Sepolia fork rather than as no-fork proof files; the medium findings therefore carry stated fork reproductions, not attached proofs. Scope C(f) could not be audited because the collection contract is not in the repository. Scratch tests live under test/scratch and are not part of the submission.

    • mediumCreatorFeeHook: an exact-output sell values the coin fee at the post-trade price, so a large seller pays about half the fee an exact-input sell payssrc/CreatorFeeHook.sol:348

      Fork harness test/scratch/Verify.fork.t.sol::test_exact_output_sell_pays_less_fee (forge test --match-path test/scratch/Verify.fork.t.sol --match-test exact_output -vv, rpc 'sepolia' from foundry.toml).

      Actual: exact-output pays 55% of it; the assertion 'ratio B/A pct >= 95' fails with 55 < 95.

    • mediumLPDeepening.run never collects the position's accrued LP fees first: INCREASE_LIQUIDITY compounds them into locked liquidity (team/pot never paid) or reverts with DeltaNotNegative when the fees exceedsrc/LPDeepening.sol:116

      Fork harness test/scratch/Verify.fork.t.sol::test_deepening_run_compounds_accrued_fees.

      Nobody calls collectFees().

    • mediumJIGLaunchHook: the 60% sniper tax is an LP fee, so a sniper who LPs a JIG band under the price earns a large part of their own tax back (measured: 40% of the tax rebated, effective tax about 36%)src/JIGLaunchHook.sol:142

      beforeSwap returns the 60% outsider fee as an LP fee override. v4 pays LP fees pro rata to every position in range, and the hook has no liquidity permissions (getHookPermissions: beforeAddLiquidity false, address flags 0x2080 = BEFORE_INITIALIZE | BEFORE_SWAP), so anyone may add a position during the window.

    • lowLPDeepening.run spends ETH booked as platformOwedEth into the locked position, so withdrawPlatform reverts or is paid from later working capitalsrc/LPDeepening.sol:123

      collectFees() books the team's half as platformOwedEth when the push to platform fails (line 150) and leaves that ETH in the module. run() sizes the liquidity with address(this).balance (line 102), passes uint128(address(this).balance) as amount0Max (lines 113/117) and sends the whole balance as msg.value (line 123), with no deduction for platformOwedEth.

      Fork harness test/scratch/Verify.fork.t.sol::test_deepening_run_spends_platform_owed_eth.

    • lowSweepAndBurn.sweep: the JigMoved guard uses != and so also fires on a JIG inflow, letting anyone paid during the marketplace call veto the sweep with hook.claimFor(module)src/SweepAndBurn.sol:126

    • lowDeployCoins defaults the factory's airdrop recipient to PotVault, which cannot accept notify(), so every launch reverts and the hook's one-shot setFactory is consumed by a dead factoryscript/DeployCoins.s.sol:30

    • infoREADME contract table and the audit brief say a 10-minute window at 1%; the code and the launch-plan table say 5 minutes at 1.5%src/JIGLaunchHook.sol:37

    • infosrc/nft/LoomCollection.sol is not in the tree: scope C(f) could not be audited, and HolderDrip's over-claim fix rests on the collection minting sequential ids from 1src/HolderDrip.sol:95

      With ids 1..4 the same search returns lo == n and owed(5) == 0.

    • infoL2 (Robinhood Chain / Arbitrum Orbit) deployment notes: CREATE2 proxy presence, tx.origin allowlist with smart wallets, sequencer timestamps, missing v4 addressesscript/DeployCoins.s.sol:18

    • infoThreat-model answers for scopes A, B and C; first-round fixes verified to holdsrc/CreatorFeeHook.sol:44

      (e) register factory-only, lowerFee/setCreatorShare creator-only, setFactory/setDeepening owner-only one-shot: correct. (f) currentFee decays monotonically from 600_000 to feePips with no overflow in uint24. (g) potA + deep + plat + creator + fly == amount by construction; at 10% on a 2^100 swap the fee fits int128.

      Summary entry, not a defect.

      Each NO was traced in the source at the lines cited; each YES has its own finding above with a reproduction.
