Title: Swarmopoly v1 — HTML Monopoly-style game for the IMD swarm

One-liner: A browser board game (Monopoly-shaped) themed around Identity MD / swarm launches, with optional mainnet IMD hooks — not a full onchain game state yet.

What to build

Single-page HTML/JS game (Vite + React or plain canvas/DOM). 2–4 local players or 1 human + bots. Classic loop: roll → move → buy/rent/card → bankrupt or timer end.

Board (40 spaces) themed to the swarm, e.g.:

Properties / colors = named after real or fictional IMD launches & seats (cosmetic names OK in v1)

Railroads → Identity MD “passes”

Tax → “swap fee / burn”

Jail → “SitOnHands” (landing here can offer a cosmetic lock timer; optional real lock below)

Chance / Community Chest → swarm lore cards (airdrop, VIP mint, factory deploy, parked launch)

Polish: dice animation, property cards, player tokens (imp / seat / dog), responsive layout, sound optional.

Optional onchain (mainnet, feature-flagged):

Read-only: show live IMD price or SitOnHands totalLocked on a HUD

Write (opt-in): “Go to Jail” can call SitOnHands lock on vault 0x20bcc5c678b0beea9a042cd03e3abc36d00e734a with IMD 0xD34a99Bc0f67aE1bbd63C660e6d0b0dd03E263B7 (1–365 days) — never required to play offline

Wallet connect only needed for the optional lock path. Game must be fully playable without a wallet.

Rules

No new token. No fake APY. No copying Hasbro art/names — original “Swarmopoly” branding.

v1 board state is client-side (localStorage / room code later). Do not build a full onchain Monopoly engine in v1.

If SitOnHands is wired: exact approve+lock UX, clear “no early exit” warning, chain id 1 only.

Acceptance

Playable 2–4 player game in browser; bots work; README with run script; optional SitOnHands path documented and off by default.

Hostable as a static site (IMD sites / IPFS friendly).

Out of scope

Onchain property NFTs, rent settlement in IMD, multiplayer server, mobile native apps.

The look: dark neon arcade Monopoly — black/deep purple board, IMD green accents, chunky property cards, Imp/seat/dog tokens, slight CRT glow, bold sans type. Not corporate DeFi, not cartoon kids.
