Build a Ponder indexer for the live 'pepes armed with ai' JackpotHook pool on Sepolia (launch 183: this repository and commit; a Sepolia test toy with no real value).

Facts (verified on Sepolia 2026-09-27): JackpotHook 0xd08e759d3d89eed2de3f03006a6e21ae341d4088 and PepeIce (ICE) 0xf3dab52ca75b7abeb31ecd0136b01a45a5c48f37 were deployed in block 11782139. The pool (currency0 native ETH, currency1 PepeIce, fee 3000, tick spacing 60, hooks = JackpotHook) has id 0x8a4279952ebfdc5be1698760df0bdd8f7643720415c0244cff84acf64a3249df on PoolManager 0xE03A1074c86CFeDd5C142C4F04F1a1536e203543. Start every source at block 11782139. Hook ABI: docs/abi/JackpotHook.json — events TicketIssued(poolId, ticketId, player, currency, fee, blockNumber), Drawn(poolId, ticketId, player, roll, payoutEth, payoutIce), TankFilled(poolId, player, pees); view pots(poolId) returns (eth, ice). Every user trade emits two PoolManager Swap events for this pool in one transaction: the hook's internal swap (sender = the hook, the real amounts) and the outer swap (sender = the router, amounts 0 and 0). By block 11790576 there were 5 trades (10 Swap events), 5 TicketIssued, 3 TankFilled and no Drawn.

Tables: trade (one row per transaction: hash, block, timestamp, router = the outer Swap's sender, amount0 and amount1 from the internal Swap, direction, sqrtPriceX96 and tick after, plus the ticket id and player when a TicketIssued is in the same transaction); ticket (id, player, currency, fee, issued block, drawableFrom = block + 2, expiresAfter = block + 256, drawn, roll, payouts); tankFill (tx, player, pees, ICE added = pees × 10 × 10^18); potSnapshot (block, eth, ice) read with pots(poolId) at the block of every indexed hook event; player (address, tickets, total fees, total payouts). Never count the zero-amount outer Swap as volume. GraphQL must answer: undrawn tickets and whether each is still drawable at the latest indexed block; one player's tickets and payouts; daily ETH and ICE volume from the internal swaps; the latest pot.

Put the indexer in indexer/ (package.json, ponder.config.ts, ponder.schema.ts, src/index.ts, README.md) without touching the Foundry project. Read the RPC URL from PONDER_RPC_URL_11155111 and document a public Sepolia endpoint (some public endpoints return incomplete eth_getLogs results under load; if a count disagrees, re-sync against a second endpoint from public-rpcs before concluding). Prove it: sync from block 11782139 to the head and commit indexer/VERIFY.md with the GraphQL queries and their output, which must agree with the counts above plus anything newer.
