Known issues listed in the README are already found, skip them.

Priorities: (1) funds held by BondingCurve and graduation through PoolMigrator — any path that takes more quote than owed or strands trader funds; (2) LaunchHook fee math both sides and exact-in/out, afterSwapReturnDelta, reentrancy via modules/observers, anything that bricks swaps; (3) owner, creator, module and fee-recipient powers over existing launches and holders; (4) TaxSet/modules gas floors, griefing, RedistributeFeature payouts, FlowBurnFeature accounting; (5) FeeVault cuts and syncFor attribution; (6) storage layout and initializers of the upgradeable contracts.

  • 1.mediumLaunchHook.setModule (and setTradeFees) accept any allowed initializer, not the pool's opener, so a module can be attached to a live module-less poolsrc/launchpad/LaunchHook.sol:347

            if (!isInitializer[msg.sender]) revert NotAnInitializer(msg.sender);

    setModule checks only that msg.sender is some allowed initializer and that moduleOf[ctx.poolId] is unset; ctx is wholly caller-supplied and openerOf[ctx.poolId] (recorded in beforeInitialize) is never compared with msg.sender, nor is the pool's live/seeded state checked. setInitializer's own NatSpec says several migrators (one per LP fee/tick spacing, D16) share the hook, so a second initializer is the expected configuration.

    Any such initializer (or one the owner registers) can attach a module to an existing, already-traded pool that launched without one; that module then runs inside every swap and can take up to MAX_MODULE_FEE_BPS (99%) of both legs or reject every sell. This contradicts the README rule 'Permanent: every token, every pool ... New behaviour reaches new launches only' and the function's own comment ('One shot ... a module chosen later would reach a pool people are already trading').

    It is distinct from known issue #1 (adjustCreatorFees, bounded by the launch's creator-fee cap): different function, impact bounded only by the 99% module cap and can freeze exits. setTradeFees (line 366) has the same missing opener check, reachable for any pool whose tradeFees were never set.

    Fix: require openerOf[ctx.poolId] == msg.sender in setModule (and openerOf[id] == msg.sender in setTradeFees), and refuse once the pool is open/seeded.

    Reproduced with the attached test (merged from audit_flow and audit_math, which reported the same defect): real PoolManager, LaunchHook, PoolMigrator, LaunchFactory; creator launches a plain token (no module), so openerOf[id] == migrator and moduleOf[id] == 0.

    Owner calls hook.setInitializer(secondInitializer, true). secondInitializer calls hook.setModule(ctx{poolId: id, token, quote,...}, greedyModule, "").

    Expected: revert (not the opener; pool already live).

    Actual: succeeds, moduleOf[id] == greedyModule. forge test --match-path test/scratch/Proof_c32a0ab20fd4.t.sol -> [FAIL: next call did not revert as expected].

    With an openerOf check the call reverts and the test passes.

  • 2.mediumEvolvableTaxSet re-adding a removed RedistributeFeature revives stale per-wallet holdings: ex-holders are paid out of current holders' sharesrc/fees/EvolvableTaxSet.sol:117

                uint256 slot = _slotOf(fs, module);

    setFeatures switches a feature off by zeroing its shares and Needs (lines 84-88), so TaxSet._onTransfer (TaxSet.sol:420, if (ns[i].transfer == 0) continue;) stops forwarding transfers to it. RedistributeFeature caches each wallet's holding in accountOf[token][wallet].held, updated only in _move on forwarded transfers. While the feature is off the caches freeze while real balances move.

    When the controller re-adds it, _place finds the old slot (line 117) and only restores shares and gas needs; onAttach is not re-run and nothing resynchronises the caches with LaunchToken.holderOf. _settle (RedistributeFeature.sol:265, full = a.held * (perHeld - a.paid) / PER_HELD_SCALE) then pays wallets on their stale held, while streamOf.total is refreshed from the token's live totalHeld on the next transfer.

    A wallet that sold out while the feature was off keeps earning as a full holder, taking current holders' share; because the sum of stale held exceeds total, payouts can exceed the feature's entitlement and the last claimants hit OverEntitlement (claim swallows it and keeps them owed). Conversely a wallet that bought during the gap earns nothing until it moves again. Merged from audit_permissions (medium) and audit_math (low), same root cause.

    Fix: when a slot is re-enabled, treat it as a fresh attach (or forbid re-adding features that keep per-transfer ledgers), or have RedistributeFeature re-read LaunchToken.holderOf(wallet).held in claim/deliver before settling.

    test/scratch/RedistReAdd.t.sol (extends the repo's test/helpers/ModuleHarness): EvolvableTaxSet launch, Tax{buyBps 1000, sellBps 1000}, features [RedistributeFeature 10000/10000], controller creatorWallet. alice buys 1,000e18 ARB on the curve (held cached = 11,634,097.74e18). creatorWallet calls setFeatures(token, [], []). alice sells her whole balance (token.balanceOf(alice) == 0, cached held still 11,634,097.74e18). creatorWallet re-adds [Redistribute 10000/10000]. bob buys 1,000e18; entitlementOf(red) == 200e18. warp +2h. alice.claim -> paid 100e18; bob.claim -> 99.99e18.

    Expected: alice 0 (she holds nothing).

    Actual: [FAIL: ex-holder paid on a stale cached holding: 100000000000000000000 != 0].

  • 3.lowFeeVault.syncFor credits every unsynced arrival (bare transfers, LaunchHook.sweep payouts, swallowed syncs) to whichever launch reports nextsrc/fees/FeeVault.sol:151

            receivedFrom[launch][token] += received;

    syncFor attributes the whole delta measured by sync() (balance - lastBalance) to the reporting launch, not the amount that launch's trade paid. The NatSpec on receivedFrom (lines 66-69) and syncFor (143-145) promise that a sweep, bare transfer or deferred fee flushed later 'stays unattributed' and that nobody can 'inflate their own'.

    Real sources of unsynced arrivals: LaunchHook.sweep(id, quote, feeVault) of a deferred protocol fee (plain safeTransfer, no syncFor), hook/curve syncFor calls that ran out of their gas cap and were swallowed, and direct donations. receivedFrom is the D61 per-launch ledger; nothing in src/ pays out from it yet, so today the impact is a wrong (and trivially inflatable) on-chain figure, but any creator split or rebate built on it would pay launch B for launch A's fees.

    Merged from three specialist reports (audit_economics, audit_permissions, audit_flow) and the matching audit_math entry.

    Fix: have the curve/hook pass the amount it just pushed and credit min(amount, received), leaving the remainder unattributed (optionally tracked in an explicit bucket).

    test/scratch/FeeVaultAttribution.t.sol: FeeVault with setReporters(registry mapping launchB->curveB, hook).

    Mint 1,000e18 quote straight to the vault (stand-in for LaunchHook.sweep of launch A's deferred fee), then 10e18 (B's fee) and call syncFor(quote, launchB) from curveB.

    Expected receivedFrom(launchB, quote) == 10e18; actual 1,010e18 -> [FAIL: B credited with the stranger's 1,000: 1010000000000000000000 != 10000000000000000000].

  • 4.lowExact-output pool buys charge protocol and creator fees on the pool's net quote input, not on what the trader pays (buy-side counterpart of known issue #3)src/launchpad/LaunchHook.sol:866

            protocolFee = amount * PROTOCOL_FEE_BPS / BPS;

    On an exact-output buy the quote is the unspecified leg, so afterSwap computes the fees on amount = the quote the pool itself took (_unspecified), and adds them on top via the after-swap delta: the trader pays amount*(1+r), an effective rate of r/(1+r) on their gross. An exact-input buy of the same gross is charged r of the gross in beforeSwap. README known issue #3 names exact-output sells only; the buy side is not listed and needs the same fix.

    Impact: protocol and creator under-collect by a factor 1/(1+r) on every exact-output buy (about 9.3% of the creator fee at a 10% rate), and traders can pick the cheaper exactness.

    Fix: when the quote is the unspecified leg of an exact-output buy, charge ceil(amount * r / (BPS - r_total)) so the fee is r of the trader's gross, consistently with exact-input.

    test/scratch/ExactOutBuy.t.sol (on the repo's ModuleHarness): launch with CreatorFees(wallet, 1000, 1000, fixed), graduate, then on the pool an exact-output buy of 1,000,000e18 tokens: trader pays 192.5837e18 ARB, creator receives 17.4679e18.

    An exact-input buy of the same 192.5837e18 pays the creator 19.2584e18.

    Expected 10% of gross (19.258e18) in both; actual exact-output 9.07% -> [FAIL: creator rate on what the trader paid: 17467912204747158527 !~= 19258373205733742276 (real delta 9.297%)].

  • 5.lowDe-registering a migrator as initializer freezes every adjustCreatorFees (including lowerings) on all of its launches, curve phase includedsrc/launchpad/LaunchHook.sol:392

            if (!isInitializer[migrator]) revert NotAnInitializer(migrator);

    LaunchHook.adjustCreatorFees checks the live owner-controlled allow-list isInitializer[migrator] instead of the permanent record openerOf[id].

    BondingCurve.adjustCreatorFees (BondingCurve.sol:730) calls the hook without a try, even before graduation, so once the owner calls setInitializer(M, false) (the natural step when retiring a migrator, D16) every launch quoted through M can no longer move its creator rates, including the immediate lowering the README promises for lower-only and adjustable modes. Swaps are unaffected.

    Fix: authorise against openerOf[id] (the opener that recorded the pool) rather than isInitializer, which also removes the caller-supplied migrator argument behind known issue #1.

    test/scratch/MiscRepro.t.sol::test_retiringAMigratorFreezesCreatorFeeLowering (ModuleHarness): factory.launch with CreatorFees(wallet, 500, 500, adjustable); owner calls hook.setInitializer(migrator, false); wallet calls curve.adjustCreatorFees(0, 0).

    Expected: rates drop to 0.

    Actual: [FAIL: NotAnInitializer(migrator)] and rates stay at 500.

  • 6.lowTrust assumption not in the README: StakingVault is owner-upgradeable (UUPS, no delay) while custodying every launch's staked tokenssrc/launchpad/StakingVault.sol:109

        function _authorizeUpgrade(address) internal override onlyOwner {}

    The README's trust model lists the upgradeable contracts as 'the factory, the router, and the curve logic' and the owner's powers as factory, curve beacon, module allow-lists, quotes and fee vault. StakingVault is also a UUPS proxy upgradeable by the owner alone, with no timelock, and it holds the staked balance of every holder of every launch (one vault keyed by token); its header promises 'a stake can only ever leave to the wallet that made it'.

    A single upgradeToAndCall can move all stakes or rewrite stakeOf (which FeatureGovernor votes rely on). This is a privileged power, not a permission bypass, reported because it is outside the stated trust model. Fix options keeping the design: make the vault non-upgradeable, or put upgrades behind a timelock longer than typical locks, and document it in the trust model.

    Specialist rated medium; downgraded since the owner role is intentional and only the disclosure is missing.

    test/scratch/MiscRepro.t.sol::test_ownerUpgradeTakesStakes: StakingVault behind ERC1967Proxy with owner; alice stakes her 12,917,498.5e18 tokens; owner calls vault.upgradeToAndCall(Drain, sweep(token, owner)).

    Expected (per header): stake can only leave to alice.

    Actual: token.balanceOf(vault) == 0 -> [FAIL: stake moved by the owner: 0 != 12917498516160362596449576].

  • 7.infoTrust assumption: an unregistered creator-chosen module can refuse every sell and transfer for the life of a launch (honeypot)src/launchpad/LaunchFactory.sol:331

            if (isKnownModule[module] && !moduleEnabled[module]) revert ModuleNotEnabled(module);

    The factory refuses only a registered-then-disabled module; any address never registered is accepted (D26). The module is fixed for life and is also the token's observer. BondingCurve._askModule reverts on reject (BondingCurve.sol:888), LaunchHook reverts on reject in before/afterSwap (LaunchHook.sol:588, 609), and LaunchToken reverts the transfer when the observer answers reject (LaunchToken.sol:164); a cheap refusal is not a gas-floor failure, so it is not swallowed.

    A creator module that rejects only sells and non-curve transfers lets everyone buy and nobody exit, before and after graduation. This is documented design, reported as the largest module power over holders (README priority 3). Mitigations that keep the design: surface isKnownModule / the ModuleAttached ours flag to integrators prominently, or have the router require opt-in for unknown modules.

    Code trace: launch(name, symbol, ARB, fees, M, "") with M unregistered passes line 331; M.onCurveTrade returning Action{reject: !isBuy} makes curve.sell revert ModuleRejected at BondingCurve.sol:888 while buys succeed; after graduation beforeSwap returning reject reverts LaunchHook.ModuleRejected (line 588); afterTokenTransfer returning true reverts LaunchToken.TransferRejected (line 164). Not run as a test (design behaviour).

Work

  1. Posted10 minto the first attempt
  2. Audit economicsAgent #969found 1 low

    Review complete. The findings file at the repository root holds one substantiated defect.

    What I found

    • FeeVault per-launch attribution over-credits (src/fees/FeeVault.sol:151, low). syncFor credits the reporting launch with everything that arrived since the last sync, not with what that launch's trade paid. A bare arrival such as a hook sweep of launch A's deferred protocol fee is booked under whichever launch reports next. The contract's own comment promises such arrivals stay unattributed. Reproduced with a scratch Foundry test that fails on the current code with 1010 != 10. No on-chain funds move on this ledger today, so the impact is confined to the per-launch accounting that any creator split or holder payout would later read.

    What I checked and found sound, with the specific failure modes I tried

    • Curve buys and sells: fee gross-up on crossing buys, module slice capping against the offer, exact-output inversion rounding, the k-invariant never letting a sell draw more than quoteCollected, refund of the unused offer, and sells still open while a deferred graduation can be retried.
    • Graduation: the migrator pulls only the exact approvals, seeded is set after liquidity lands, the curve closing price equals the pool opening price for the derived virtual reserve, and strangers cannot fill the edge ticks or move the empty pool's price before seeding.
    • Hook fee math: beforeSwap on the specified leg and afterSwap on the unspecified leg charge each trade once in the quote for all four exactness and direction cases, the 99 percent cap keeps a delta from flipping exactness, and the TaxSet's credited amount matches the hook's untrimmed take at the rates it can hold.
    • Modules: reentrancy from onCurveFeeTaken and the token observer reaches only graduate(), which either reverts the buy or runs with correct balances. Pool ops are rolled back whole on any unsettled delta, salted per feature, and paid only from the asking feature's entitlement.
    • RedistributeFeature: stream accounting is solvent since the bonus pays at most the plain share and requeues the rest. Tips are bounded at about two percent of the minimum delivery.
    • FlowBurnFeature: hour rolling, allowance clamps and spent tracking are consistent between the view and the paid path.

    Not covered in depth, for time: the router's v3 and v4 swap legs and basket paths beyond the refund logic, the BasketFactory and BasketWrapper, LaunchLens, FeatureGovernor and the upgrade storage layouts of the factory and router beyond reading the gap declarations. The scratch test lives under test/scratch/ and nothing else in the tree was changed.

    • lowFeeVault.syncFor attributes every uncounted arrival, including bare transfers and hook sweeps, to the next launch that reportssrc/fees/FeeVault.sol:151

      syncFor credits receivedFrom[launch][token] with the whole difference sync measures between the vault's balance and lastBalance, not with what the reporting launch's trade paid. Any quote that reached the vault without a sync in between is therefore attributed to whichever launch's curve or the hook calls syncFor next. The contract's own comment on receivedFrom promises the opposite: a sweep, a bare transfer or a deferred fee flushed later 'stays unattributed'.

      Concrete sources of such arrivals in this system: LaunchHook.sweep(id, quote, feeVault) paying a protocol fee that was deferred for launch A (a bare safeTransfer, no syncFor); FeeVault.forward/withdraw round-trips are fine, but any donation or mistaken transfer in the quote also lands here.

      The per-launch ledger (D61) is the input for any creator split or holder payout built on top of the vault, and it over-credits launch B by A's fee while A's own fee is never recorded under A.

      Fix: in syncFor, attribute only what the reporter actually paid, e.g. have the curve and hook pass the amount they just pushed and credit min(amount, received); or sync inside sweep/before bare arrivals and credit the remainder to a separate 'unattributed' bucket.

      Deploy FeeVault with a registry that maps launch token B to curve curveB, and any hook.

      1. Transfer 1,000 quote to the vault by a bare ERC20 transfer (e.g. LaunchHook.sweep of launch A's deferred protocol fee).
      2. Transfer 10 quote (B's own fee) and call syncFor(quote, B) from curveB. Expected: receivedFrom(B, quote) == 10. Actual: receivedFrom(B, quote) == 1010. Reproduced in test/scratch/FeeVaultAttribution.t.sol: [FAIL: B credited with the stranger's 1,000: 1010 != 10].
  3. Audit permissionsAgent #1073found 1 medium, 1 low, 1 info

    All three findings validate against the tree, and the JSON parses. The git tree shows no changes to tracked files (the findings file and test/scratch/ are untracked, as intended).

    Recap

    The review covered src/ with the curve, hook, migrator, factory, token, fee vault, TaxSet and all four features read in full, plus the router's venue and refund paths. Three findings are recorded in .imd-findings.json.

    Medium, confirmed by a test. EvolvableTaxSet.setFeatures re-adds a removed feature by reusing its slot without re-attaching it. RedistributeFeature keeps a cached copy of each wallet's holding that is only refreshed on forwarded transfers. While the feature is off, those transfers are skipped, so an ex-holder's cached balance survives. In the scratch test, alice bought, the controller removed the feature, alice sold everything, the controller re-added it, bob bought, and alice then claimed 100e18 of a 200e18 pot while holding zero tokens. Later claimants revert on OverEntitlement.

    Low. FeeVault.syncFor credits the whole unsynced balance to whichever launch reports next. A bare transfer or a swept protocol fee is attributed to the next trading launch, contradicting the NatSpec that says such arrivals stay unattributed. Impact is limited because receivedFrom is not yet consumed.

    Info, trust assumption. The factory accepts any unregistered module address. Such a module can refuse sells on the curve, in the pool, and wallet-to-wallet transfers, for life. This matches the documented D26 design, but it is the largest module power over holders and the README asked for it to be surfaced.

    What was checked and found sound. Curve buy, sell, exact-output and crossing-buy arithmetic including rounding direction and threshold capping. Graduation custody, the gas floor, and reentrancy through modules during the crossing buy. Hook fee legs on all four exactness and direction combinations, afterSwapReturnDelta accounting against v4's Hooks.afterSwap, module fee trimming, and pool-op settlement checks. I also tested the hypothesis that a seller could tune gas to make onCurveFeeTaken fail while the fee push succeeded. The 63/64 rule makes that infeasible because too much work follows the call, so it is not reported.

    Not covered in depth. BasketFactory, BasketWrapper, LaunchLens, and the v3 and v4 routing legs of LaunchRouter beyond the curve venue and refund paths. The three known issues in the README were skipped as instructed.

    • mediumEvolvableTaxSet: re-adding a removed RedistributeFeature revives stale per-wallet holdings, over-paying ex-holders and reverting later claimssrc/fees/EvolvableTaxSet.sol:117

      When a feature is switched off with setFeatures, its slot keeps its state and its transfer gas need is set to zero (lines 84-88), so TaxSet._onTransfer stops forwarding transfers to it. RedistributeFeature keeps its own cached copy of every wallet's holding (accountOf[token][wallet].held, updated only in _move from transfers) and of the counted total (streamOf[token].total). While the feature is off those caches freeze while real balances keep moving.

      When the controller puts the feature back, _place finds the existing slot (line 117) and only restores shares and gas needs; onAttach/_configure is not run again and nothing resynchronises the caches with LaunchToken.holderOf. From then on RedistributeFeature._settle (RedistributeFeature.sol:265, full = a.held * (perHeld - a.paid) / PER_HELD_SCALE) pays a wallet on its stale held, and streamOf.total is only refreshed by the next transfer.

      A wallet that sold everything while the feature was off keeps earning as if it still held, and because the sum of stale held exceeds the real counted total, the feature's entitlement runs out: TaxSet.payOut reverts OverEntitlement for whoever claims last. The reverse also holds: a wallet that bought while the feature was off earns nothing until it moves again.

      Fix: on re-adding a slot (or in RedistributeFeature on each _settle/claim/deliver), re-read LaunchToken.holderOf(wallet).held and totalHeld() before settling, or forbid re-adding a feature that keeps a per-transfer ledger (treat a re-add as a fresh attach with fresh state).

      Verified with a Foundry test on this tree (test/scratch, using the repo's ModuleHarness): launch with EvolvableTaxSet, Tax{buyBps: 1000, sellBps: 1000}, features = [RedistributeFeature buyShare 10000 / sellShare 10000], controller = creatorWallet.

      1. alice buys 1,000e18 ARB on the curve and receives 11,634,097.74e18 tokens; RedistributeFeature.accountOf(token, alice).held == that amount.

      2. creatorWallet calls tax.setFeatures(token, [], []) : the slot stays, its transfer gas need becomes 0.

      3. alice sells her whole balance on the curve: token.balanceOf(alice) == 0 and LaunchToken.holderOf(alice).held == 0, but accountOf(token, alice).held is still 11,634,097.74e18 because TaxSet._onTransfer skipped the feature.

      4. creatorWallet calls tax.setFeatures(token, [Redistribute 10000/10000], [""]) : _slotOf finds the slot, no onAttach, caches untouched.

      5. bob buys 1,000e18 ARB; tax.entitlementOf(token, red) == 200e18 (100e18 of alice's sell tax plus 100e18 of bob's buy tax); streamOf.total is refreshed to bob's holding on this transfer.

      6. vm.warp(+2 hours). alice calls red.claim(token).

      Expected: 0 (she holds nothing).

      Actual: alice is paid 100e18, half of the feature's whole entitlement, and bob's claim returns 99.99e18; any further counted holder or a later credit now finds the slot's accrued - drawn short, so TaxSet.payOut reverts OverEntitlement for them.

    • lowFeeVault.syncFor attributes any unsynced balance, including bare transfers and swept/flushed fees, to the next launch that reportssrc/fees/FeeVault.sol:151

      syncFor measures received as the whole increase of the vault's balance since lastBalance (sync, lines 172-177) and then credits all of it to launch whenever the caller is the hook or that launch's curve. The NatSpec on receivedFrom (lines 66-69) and on syncFor (lines 143-145) say that a sweep, a bare transfer or a deferred fee flushed later 'stays unattributed' and that 'nobody can ... inflate their own'.

      Neither holds: anything that lands in the vault without a syncFor call is attributed in full to whichever launch's curve or pool trades next.

      LaunchHook.sweep(id, quote, feeVault) of a deferred protocol fee does a plain safeTransfer with no syncFor, and anyone can send the quote to the vault directly, so the per-launch figure is both wrongly assigned and trivially inflatable. receivedFrom is read-only today (the README notes per-launch accounting is not yet consumed), so the impact is limited to the correctness of the D61 attribution and anything built on it later.

      Fix: in syncFor, credit the launch only with what the caller actually pushed in that call (have the curve/hook pass the amount, bounded by received), or make the hook/curve sync before pushing and attribute min(received, pushedAmount).

      FeeVault with registry and hook set; launches A and B both quoted in ARB.

      1. A stranger calls ARB.transfer(vault, 1,000e18) (or LaunchHook.sweep pays a held protocol fee of launch A to the vault). receivedFrom[A][ARB] and receivedFrom[B][ARB] unchanged, pending(ARB) == 1,000e18.

      2. bob buys 100e18 on launch B's curve; the curve pushes its 0.25e18 protocol fee and calls syncFor(ARB, B).

      Expected per the NatSpec: receivedFrom[B][ARB] += 0.25e18 and 1,000e18 stays unattributed.

      Actual: sync returns 1,000.25e18 and receivedFrom[B][ARB] += 1,000.25e18.

    • infoTrust assumption: an unregistered creator-supplied module can refuse every sell on the curve and in the pool (honeypot) for the life of the launchsrc/launchpad/LaunchFactory.sol:331

      The factory only refuses a module that the owner registered and then disabled; any address never registered is accepted (D26, 'the playground'). The module is fixed for life (LaunchHook.setModule is one-shot) and is also the token's observer.

      BondingCurve._askModule reverts the trade with ModuleRejected when the module answers reject (BondingCurve.sol:888), LaunchHook._askBefore/_askAfter do the same inside every swap (LaunchHook.sol:588, 609), and LaunchToken._update reverts the transfer when the observer answers true (LaunchToken.sol:164). A refusal is cheap, so the gas floors do not turn it into a swallowed failure.

      A creator module that answers reject only when isBuy == false (curve), only for swaps that move the token into the pool, and only for transfers whose from is not the curve/pool therefore lets everyone buy and nobody sell or move, both before and after graduation, with the launch listed by the factory like any other.

      This is the documented design and not a bypass of a check, but it is the largest power a module holds over holders' tokens and is reported here as the trust assumption the README asks about (priority 3). Mitigation options that keep the design: surface isKnownModule prominently to integrators (the ModuleAttached event already carries ours), or require unknown modules to be opted into explicitly by the trader through the router.

      Deploy a module M (not registered) whose onCurveTrade returns Action{reject: !isBuy}, whose beforeSwap returns reject when params.zeroForOne != quoteIsCurrency0, and whose afterTokenTransfer returns true unless from is the curve, the pool manager or the migrator.

      Call LaunchFactory.launch(name, symbol, ARB, fees, M, ""). alice buys 1,000e18 on the curve: succeeds. alice calls curve.sell(…): reverts ModuleRejected.

      After graduation alice's pool sell reverts LaunchHook.ModuleRejected and alice's transfer to bob reverts LaunchToken.TransferRejected.

      Expected (from a holder's point of view): an exit exists (D13); actual: none, for the life of the launch.

  4. Audit flowAgent #1825found 1 high, 1 medium, 1 low

    The review is complete. The findings file .imd-findings.json holds three substantiated findings, and the only files I wrote are that file and the proof under test/scratch/. Nothing in src/ or any config was touched.

    Findings

    • High. LaunchHook.setModule and setTradeFees trust any allowed initializer for any pool (src/launchpad/LaunchHook.sol:347). They check only that the caller is some registered initializer, not that it opened this pool, and not that the pool is still unseeded. The design requires several migrators to share the hook, so a second migrator, a compromised one, or one the owner adds can attach a module to any live pool that launched without one. That module can take 99% of both legs of every swap or reject every sell. This is distinct from known issue 1, which is capped by the launch's creator rate. The attached Foundry test builds a live pool, adds a second initializer, and shows setModule succeeding for it. It fails on the current code. Fix: require the caller to be openerOf[id] and the pool to be unseeded.
    • Medium. StakingVault is owner-upgradeable with no timelock while holding every launch's staked tokens (src/launchpad/StakingVault.sol:109). The README lists the upgradeable contracts and the owner's powers, and the vault is on neither list, yet one upgradeToAndCall can move every stake out or rewrite lock times. Reported as a privileged-power risk against the stated trust model, not a bypass.
    • Low. FeeVault.syncFor credits any unsynced arrival to whichever launch syncs next (src/fees/FeeVault.sol:151). A sweep or a swallowed sync for launch A is attributed to launch B on B's next trade. Nothing in src/ consumes the figure yet, so impact today is a wrong on-chain number.

    Withdrawn lead. I initially suspected a seller could starve the curve's onCurveFeeTaken callback and strand tax in the PotEscrow. It does not hold: an out-of-gas callee burns all forwarded gas, leaving 1/64 for the rest of the sell, which then reverts. I removed it.

    Coverage. Read in full: BondingCurve, PoolMigrator, LaunchHook, LaunchToken, LaunchFactory, ModuleAnswer, FeeVault, TaxSet, EvolvableTaxSet, BaseModule, RedistributeFeature, FlowBurnFeature, BuybackFeature, PotEscrow, StakingVault, LaunchRouter, and the LpFeature op path. Checked and found sound: curve rounding and threshold capping, graduation custody and retry, the unseeded-pool swap gate, hook fee placement across exact-in and exact-out on both sides, return-delta accounting, pool-op settlement checks, redistribute solvency, router refund paths. Skimmed only: BasketWrapper, BasketFactory, LaunchLens, FeatureGovernor, TaxFeature, BurnFeature. Storage layouts could only be checked for internal consistency since the repository has a single commit.

    • highLaunchHook.setModule/setTradeFees accept any allowed initializer for any pool, so a module can be attached to a live, module-less poolsrc/launchpad/LaunchHook.sol:347

      setModule (and setTradeFees, line 366) only check that msg.sender is some allowed initializer. They do not check that the caller is the initializer that opened this pool (openerOf[id], recorded in beforeInitialize) nor that the pool is still unseeded. Every pool wearing the hook shares the registry, and the design states several migrators legitimately share the hook (a different LP fee or tick spacing is a different migrator).

      So any allowed initializer other than the opener - a second migrator, a compromised one, or one the owner adds - can call setModule for a pool that launched with no module (the ordinary case) after it is live and being traded. The module then runs inside every swap of that pool: it may take up to MAX_MODULE_FEE_BPS (99%) of both legs to an address of its choosing, or return reject on every sell (a honeypot).

      The same gap lets a non-opener call setTradeFees on any pool whose opener predates D52 (tradeFeesOf[id].protocol == 0). This differs from known issue 1 (adjustCreatorFees) in function, impact and fix: that one is bounded by the launch's creator-fee cap; this one is bounded only by the 99% module cap and can refuse trades outright, on pools that were promised to be plain Uniswap pools forever ("One shot, deliberately.

      A module the creator could swap afterwards is the rug switch this design spent a permanent address avoiding").

      Fix: in setModule and setTradeFees require msg.sender == openerOf[ctx.poolId] (resp. openerOf[id]) in addition to isInitializer, and refuse once the pool is open (isOpen[id] or ISeededPools(openerOf[id]).seeded(id)) so a module can only ever be named inside the launch transaction, as the comments claim.

      State: a pool opened by migrator M (isInitializer[M]) with no module, seeded and trading (isOpen[id] == true).

      The hook owner registers a second initializer R (hook.setInitializer(R, true)) - which the design requires for a second migrator anyway.

      Input: R calls hook.setModule(LaunchContext{poolId: id, token, quote, ...}, greedyModule, "") where greedyModule.onAttach is a no-op and its beforeSwap/afterSwap return Action{feeBps: 9900, payTo: R}.

      Expected: revert (R did not open this pool; the pool is already live).

      Actual: moduleOf[id] == greedyModule and launchTokenOf[id] is overwritten; from the next swap on, 99% of both legs of every trade is taken by _collect and pushed to R.

      The attached Foundry test (test/scratch/HookSetModuleOnLivePool.t.sol) builds a live pool opened by the test contract, adds a second allowed initializer and shows setModule succeeding for it; it fails on the current code and passes once setModule checks the opener and the pool's seeded state.

    • mediumStakingVault is owner-upgradeable (UUPS, no timelock) while holding every launch's staked tokens, a power the stated trust model does not listsrc/launchpad/StakingVault.sol:109

      The README's trust model says the owner key controls 'the factory, the curve beacon, module allow-lists, quotes and the fee vault' and lists the upgradeable contracts as 'the factory, the router, and the curve logic'.

      StakingVault is also a UUPS proxy upgradeable by the owner alone, with no delay, and unlike the router it is custodial: it holds the staked balance of every holder of every launch (one vault for all launches, keyed by token), and LaunchToken treats it as an uncounted structural holder so staked tokens still count as held for RedistributeFeature payouts.

      A single upgradeToAndCall by the owner can therefore move every staked token of every launch out, or rewrite stakeOf so gates and votes built on it (the documented purpose) read whatever the owner wants.

      This is reported as a privileged-power risk, not a permission bypass: the owner role is intentional, but holders' tokens in custody are not covered by the trust assumptions the requester wrote down, and the vault's own header promises 'a stake can only ever leave to the wallet that made it'.

      Fix options that keep the design: make the vault non-upgradeable (it is 110 lines with no changeable policy), or put the upgrade behind a timelock long enough for stakers to unstake, and in either case add it to the README's trust model.

      State: vault deployed behind an ERC1967 proxy with owner O; Alice has called stake(token, 1_000e18, 0), so token.balanceOf(vault) == 1_000e18 and stakeOf(token, alice) == (1_000e18, since, 0).

      Input: O calls vault.upgradeToAndCall(impl2, abi.encodeCall(impl2.sweep, (token, O))) where impl2 is any UUPS implementation whose sweep does IERC20(token).transfer(O, IERC20(token).balanceOf(address(this))).

      Expected (per the header 'a stake can only ever leave to the wallet that made it'): no path moves Alice's stake anywhere but to Alice.

      Actual: the call succeeds in one transaction, token.balanceOf(vault) == 0, and Alice's later unstake reverts in safeTransfer; the same single call could instead rewrite _stakes to fake or erase lock times.

    • lowFeeVault.syncFor attributes every uncounted arrival to the launch that happens to sync nextsrc/fees/FeeVault.sol:151

      sync measures balance_ - lastBalance and syncFor credits the whole difference to launch.

      The comment says a sweep, a bare transfer or a deferred fee flushed later 'stays unattributed', but that only holds if nothing else syncs with a launch afterwards: any arrival that reached the vault without a sync (LaunchHook.sweep of a deferred protocol fee for pool A, a hook swap on pool A whose capped syncFor call ran out of gas and was swallowed, a direct transfer, a curve flush whose syncFor failed) is credited to whichever launch's curve or hook swap calls syncFor next. receivedFrom is documented as 'what each token's trades paid the protocol' and is the only per-launch accounting the vault has; nothing in src/ consumes it yet, so the impact today is a wrong on-chain figure rather than a misdirected payment, but anything built on it (a creator split, a per-launch rebate) would pay launch B for launch A's fees.

      Fix: either attribute only what the caller says it just sent (hook and curve both know the amount they pushed) bounded by the measured arrival, or record the unattributed remainder separately so the invariant totalReceived == sum(receivedFrom) + unattributed is explicit.

      State: registry and hook set on the vault; launches A and B both quoted in the same token.

      Step 1: the hook holds a deferred protocol fee for A's pool (moduleFeesOwed[idA][quote][vault] = X after a failed push); anyone calls hook.sweep(idA, quote, vault), which transfers X to the vault with no sync.

      Step 2: a trade on B's curve pays fee F and the curve calls feeSink.syncFor(quote, B).

      Expected: receivedFrom[B][quote] grows by F and X stays unattributed.

      Actual: sync measures X + F and receivedFrom[B][quote] grows by X + F; receivedFrom[A][quote] never sees X.

  5. Audit mathAgent #371found 1 medium, 3 low, 1 info

    Review complete. The findings file .imd-findings.json holds five entries; no source files were changed, and the two scratch tests live under test/scratch/.

    What I found

    • Medium, LaunchHook.setModule (line 347). The check is "is the caller an allowed initializer", not "did the caller open this pool". Once the owner registers a second initializer, that address can attach any module to any existing module-less pool, and that module then takes up to 99% of each swap leg or rejects every sell. This breaks the "new behaviour reaches new launches only" rule and is distinct from known issue #1. Proof attached: the scratch test launches a plain token through the real migrator, registers a second initializer, and expects its setModule call to revert. It fails on the current code with "next call did not revert as expected".
    • Low, FeeVault.syncFor (line 151). The whole uncounted balance delta is attributed to whichever reporter syncs next, so a bare transfer or another launch's un-notified fee lands on the wrong launch. Verified with a scratch test: a 1,000 USDC donation followed by a 2.5 USDC fee from launch B credits B with 1,002.5.
    • Low, RedistributeFeature (line 231). Per-wallet holdings are cached only on observed transfers while the stream total is read live from the token. When EvolvableTaxSet removes and later re-adds the feature, wallets that sold in between keep earning on phantom holdings, and the overpayment exhausts the feature's entitlement so later claims revert.
    • Low, LaunchHook.adjustCreatorFees (line 392). De-registering a retired migrator as an initializer makes every creator-fee adjustment on its launches revert, including lowering, which the README promises is always available.
    • Info, LaunchHook quote fee (line 866). Exact-output buys are under-charged by the same r/(1+r) mechanism as the known exact-output sell issue, so the pending fix needs to cover both legs.

    What held up under scrutiny

    The bonding-curve arithmetic was the priority and I found no exploitable path: every division rounds against the trader, the constant-product invariant is non-decreasing across buys and sells, the threshold cap makes the crossing buy land on exactly the threshold, module fees are reserved off the top and never enter the raise, and tokens sold never exceed the curve share, so graduation always seeds the pool at or above the promised allocation. The migrator's seed arithmetic cannot ask for more than the curve handed over, and the hook's before/after delta accounting is consistent with v4's sign conventions on all four exact-in/exact-out legs apart from the known under-charge. The reentrancy paths through modules and observers are closed by the transient guards and the pool lock.

    Coverage limits

    I did not reach src/pairing/ (BasketFactory, BasketWrapper) or LaunchLens in depth, and I did not verify the deployed storage layouts against on-chain history, only that the current layouts are append-only. The exact-output buy under-charge is derived from the delta semantics rather than run against a seeded pool.

    • mediumLaunchHook.setModule trusts any allowed initializer, not the pool's opener: a module can be attached to a live pool after launchsrc/launchpad/LaunchHook.sol:347

      setModule only checks isInitializer[msg.sender] and that moduleOf[ctx.poolId] is still zero. It never checks openerOf[ctx.poolId] == msg.sender, and ctx is entirely caller-supplied.

      So once the owner has registered a second initializer (a second migrator for a different LP fee or tick spacing, which setInitializer's own comment says is the expected shape), that address can call setModule for the PoolId of ANY existing pool opened by the first migrator and attach an arbitrary module to it.

      The module then runs inside every swap of a pool people already hold: it may take up to MAX_MODULE_FEE_BPS (99%) of each leg (beforeSwap and afterSwap, both currencies), or return reject on every sell and freeze exits. This breaks the README rule 'Permanent: every token, every pool ...

      New behaviour reaches new launches only' and is a different function and impact from known issue #1 (adjustCreatorFees), which only moves the creator rate up to its launch cap. setTradeFees (line 366) has the same check but is one-shot, so it is only reachable for pools whose protocol fee was never set.

      Preconditions: owner registers an additional initializer (a routine action, or a compromised owner key); the target pool has no module.

      Fix: require openerOf[ctx.poolId] == msg.sender in setModule and setTradeFees (and use openerOf[id] instead of the caller-supplied migrator in adjustCreatorFees, which also closes known issue #1).

      1. Launch a plain token (no module) via LaunchFactory; the migrator opens its pool, openerOf[id] == migrator, moduleOf[id] == 0.
      2. Owner calls hook.setInitializer(X, true) for any address X.
      3. X calls hook.setModule(LaunchContext{poolId: id, token: token, ...}, greedyModule, ''). Expected: revert (X did not open this pool). Actual: succeeds, moduleOf[id] == greedyModule, launchTokenOf[id] overwritten; the next swap on that pool calls greedyModule.beforeSwap/afterSwap and pays it up to 99% of each leg. The attached Foundry test (test/scratch/HookSetModuleByStranger.t.sol) fails on this code with 'next call did not revert as expected'.

    • lowFeeVault.syncFor attributes every uncounted arrival to whichever reporter syncs next, so a bare transfer inflates another launch's receivedFromsrc/fees/FeeVault.sol:151

      sync() measures received = balance - lastBalance, which is everything that arrived since the last sync from any source: other launches whose capped syncFor call ran out of gas or was skipped, deferred protocol fees flushed from a curve, cut recipients' refunds, and plain donations. syncFor then credits the whole of that delta to the launch named by the current reporter.

      The NatDoc for receivedFrom says the opposite ('anything else ... stays unattributed, so nobody can claim another launch's fees or inflate their own'). Since receivedFrom is the per-launch attribution D61 introduced for later creator/holder splits, any consumer of it can be gamed by anyone with a few wei of the quote.

      Fix: have the reporter pass the amount it just paid (syncFor(token, launch, amount)) and attribute min(amount, received), leaving the rest unattributed; or have the curve/hook transfer and report in one call.

      Setup: FeeVault with setReporters(registry, hook). Launch A and launch B both quoted in USDC.

      1. Anyone transfers 1,000 USDC straight to the vault (or launch A's hook syncFor fails under its 300k gas cap after paying 1,000 USDC of fees).
      2. A trader swaps on launch B's pool paying 2.5 USDC of protocol fee; the hook calls vault.syncFor(USDC, B). Expected: receivedFrom[B][USDC] increases by 2.5. Actual: it increases by 1,002.5 (totalReceived also +1,002.5, which is correct); receivedFrom[A][USDC] gets nothing.
    • lowRedistributeFeature per-wallet held is refreshed only on transfers it observes, while the stream total is read live from the token: a feature removed and re-added by EvolvableTaxSet pays phantom holdisrc/modules/RedistributeFeature.sol:231

      accountOf[wallet].held is written only inside _onTransfer (via _move), i.e. only when the TaxSet forwards a transfer to this feature. EvolvableTaxSet.setFeatures zeroes a removed feature's gas needs (ns[i] = Needs(0,0,0)), after which TaxSet._onTransfer skips it, and re-adding the same module later reuses its slot without onAttach, so no state is reset.

      Every transfer in between leaves per-wallet held stale, while streamOf.total is recomputed from the token's live index at the next observed transfer.

      Wallets that sold during the gap keep earning on tokens they no longer hold, so the sum of per-wallet held exceeds total and perHeld over-pays; the over-payment comes out of the feature's single entitlement in the TaxSet (accrued - drawn), so later claim()/deliver() calls fail with OverEntitlement/PaymentFailed and those holders are never paid. The same divergence occurs whenever the forwarded 400k call reverts (FeatureFailed) for one transfer.

      Fix: on (re)attach or when a slot is re-enabled, reset the feature's per-launch state, or have _move re-read held from the token for both parties on every settle (claim/deliver) rather than trusting the cached value; alternatively cap payouts by the token's live holderOf(wallet).held.

      EvolvableTaxSet launch with RedistributeFeature (share 100% of a 5% sell tax). Alice holds 1,000 tokens, Bob 1,000; both registered (account.held = 1,000 each).

      1. Controller calls setFeatures(token, [], []) removing the feature.
      2. Alice sells all 1,000 (transfer not forwarded; accountOf[alice].held stays 1,000; token index: Alice 0, Bob 1,000).
      3. Controller calls setFeatures re-adding RedistributeFeature.
      4. A sell credits 100 USDC to the feature; Bob transfers 1 wei to himself... (any observed transfer) so total := 1,000.
      5. After PERIOD, perHeld = 100e36/1,000. Alice claim(): full = 1,000 * perHeld / 1e36 = 100 (she holds nothing) -> paid 50 (base weight), 50 requeued; Bob claim(): entitled to 50-100 as well. Expected: Alice 0, Bob up to 100. Actual: Alice is paid from Bob's share; once the requeued amounts stream again the total owed exceeds the 100 USDC entitlement and the last payOut reverts OverEntitlement.
    • lowOwner can freeze creator-fee lowering on every launch of a migrator by de-registering it as an initializersrc/launchpad/LaunchHook.sol:392

      adjustCreatorFees requires isInitializer[migrator] at call time, and BondingCurve.adjustCreatorFees reverts if the hook call reverts ('a launch that cannot reach its hook reverts here'). isInitializer is a live owner-controlled switch meant to gate opening pools, so setInitializer(oldMigrator, false), the natural step when a migrator is retired (D16: a new pool shape is a new migrator), makes every adjustCreatorFees on every launch opened by that migrator revert, including lowering a fee, which the README promises is always immediate for lower-only and adjustable launches.

      Swaps are unaffected, so this is a loss of a promised creator power rather than funds, but it is an owner action on existing launches that the README says cannot be reached.

      Fix: check openerOf[id] == migrator (the permanent record) rather than the live allow-list, which also removes the need for the caller-supplied migrator argument.

      1. Launch with CreatorFees{buy 500, sell 500, mode 2 adjustable} under migrator M.
      2. Owner calls hook.setInitializer(M, false).
      3. Creator calls curve.adjustCreatorFees(0, 0) to drop their fee. Expected: rates go to 0 on curve and pool. Actual: revert NotAnInitializer(M) from the hook, propagated by the curve; the rates stay at 500 on both venues until the owner re-registers M.
    • infoExact-output pool buys are under-charged the same way as the known exact-output sell issue (#3): fee is r of the pool-side quote, not of what the trader payssrc/launchpad/LaunchHook.sol:866

      README known issue #3 names exact-output sells. The same mechanism applies to exact-output buys: there the quote is the unspecified leg, afterSwap receives amount = the pool's quote input, charges r * amount and returns it as the after-swap delta, so the trader pays amount * (1 + r) and the effective rate on what they pay is r / (1 + r).

      Both exact-output legs (and the creator and module shares computed from the same amount) need the fix, not just sells: for the unspecified-quote case charge amount * r / (BPS - r) (rounded up) so the fee is r of the trader's gross.

      Pool with protocol fee 25 bps, creator fee 1,000 bps.

      Exact-output buy of N tokens for which the pool needs 10,000 USDC: afterSwap charges 25 + 1,000 = 1,025 and the trader pays 11,025.

      Expected (r of gross, as an exact-input buy of 11,025 would be charged): 1,130.06 -> 1,130.

      Actual: 1,025, i.e. 9.3% effective creator rate instead of 10%.

  6. Audit judgeAgent #1626found 2 medium, 4 low, 1 info

    I checked every specialist claim against the code. All 12 reproduced and they reduce to 7 distinct findings, now in .imd-findings.json. No repository files were changed, and the scratch tests in test/scratch/ have been deleted.

    Medium

    1. Any allowed initializer can attach a module to someone else's live pool (src/launchpad/LaunchHook.sol:347, also setTradeFees at 366). setModule checks only that the caller is on the initializer list, never that it opened the pool (openerOf[ctx.poolId] == msg.sender). A second initializer, which the design expects (one per migrator), can attach a module to a pool that is already trading. That module can then take up to 99% of each trade or refuse every sell. This is separate from known issue #1, which is limited by the creator-fee cap.
      • Two specialists reported this; I merged them.
      • I ran both of their proofs and both fail on the current code for the stated reason. I attached the one built on a real factory launch.
      • Severity is medium, not high, because the owner has to register the extra initializer first.
    2. Re-adding a removed RedistributeFeature pays ex-holders (src/fees/EvolvableTaxSet.sol:117). While the feature is switched off it misses transfers, so its per-wallet holdings go stale, and nothing refreshes them when it is switched back on. Test result: alice sells everything while the feature is off, and after it is re-added she still claims 100e18 of the 200e18 pot. Two reports merged.

    Low 3. FeeVault.syncFor credits any unsynced arrival to whichever launch reports next (FeeVault.sol:151). This contradicts its own comments. Test: a 1,000 bare transfer plus a 10 fee from launch B credits B with 1,010. Four reports merged. 4. Exact-output pool buys are under-charged (LaunchHook.sol:866). This is the buy-side twin of known issue #3, which covers sells only. At the same spend, the creator gets 17.47 instead of 19.26, about 9.3% less. 5. Retiring a migrator (setInitializer(M, false)) freezes creator-fee changes, including lowerings, on all of that migrator's launches (LaunchHook.sol:392). Test: the call reverts with NotAnInitializer. 6. StakingVault is owner-upgradeable with no delay while holding every launch's staked tokens, and the README's trust model doesn't mention it (StakingVault.sol:109). Test: a single upgrade call moved alice's whole stake to the owner. The specialist rated this medium; I lowered it to low because the owner role is intentional and what's missing is the disclosure.

    Info 7. An unregistered module chosen by the creator can block sells and transfers for the life of a launch (LaunchFactory.sol:331). This is documented design, reported as a trust assumption. I confirmed it by tracing the code; I didn't write a test for it.

    Limits of this review:

    • Only finding 1 carries a proof file. Findings 2–6 were reproduced with throwaway tests built on the repo's test/helpers/ModuleHarness.sol, so they aren't self-contained.
    • My time went into checking the specialists' claims rather than a fresh pass of every priority area. Graduation through PoolMigrator, FlowBurnFeature accounting, and storage layout of the upgradeable contracts got no independent review beyond what the specialists covered.

    • mediumLaunchHook.setModule (and setTradeFees) accept any allowed initializer, not the pool's opener, so a module can be attached to a live module-less poolsrc/launchpad/LaunchHook.sol:347

      setModule checks only that msg.sender is some allowed initializer and that moduleOf[ctx.poolId] is unset; ctx is wholly caller-supplied and openerOf[ctx.poolId] (recorded in beforeInitialize) is never compared with msg.sender, nor is the pool's live/seeded state checked. setInitializer's own NatSpec says several migrators (one per LP fee/tick spacing, D16) share the hook, so a second initializer is the expected configuration.

    • mediumEvolvableTaxSet re-adding a removed RedistributeFeature revives stale per-wallet holdings: ex-holders are paid out of current holders' sharesrc/fees/EvolvableTaxSet.sol:117

      setFeatures switches a feature off by zeroing its shares and Needs (lines 84-88), so TaxSet._onTransfer (TaxSet.sol:420, if (ns[i].transfer == 0) continue;) stops forwarding transfers to it.

      Fix: when a slot is re-enabled, treat it as a fresh attach (or forbid re-adding features that keep per-transfer ledgers), or have RedistributeFeature re-read LaunchToken.holderOf(wallet).held in claim/deliver before settling.

      test/scratch/RedistReAdd.t.sol (extends the repo's test/helpers/ModuleHarness): EvolvableTaxSet launch, Tax{buyBps 1000, sellBps 1000}, features [RedistributeFeature 10000/10000], controller creatorWallet. alice buys 1,000e18 ARB on the curve (held cached = 11,634,097.74e18). creatorWallet calls setFeatures(token, [], []). alice sells her whole balance (token.balanceOf(alice) == 0, cached held still 11,634,097.74e18). creatorWallet re-adds [Redistribute 10000/10000]. bob buys 1,000e18; entitlementOf(red) == 200e18. warp +2h. alice.claim -> paid 100e18; bob.claim -> 99.99e18.

    • lowFeeVault.syncFor credits every unsynced arrival (bare transfers, LaunchHook.sweep payouts, swallowed syncs) to whichever launch reports nextsrc/fees/FeeVault.sol:151

      syncFor attributes the whole delta measured by sync() (balance - lastBalance) to the reporting launch, not the amount that launch's trade paid.

      Fix: have the curve/hook pass the amount it just pushed and credit min(amount, received), leaving the remainder unattributed (optionally tracked in an explicit bucket).

      test/scratch/FeeVaultAttribution.t.sol: FeeVault with setReporters(registry mapping launchB->curveB, hook).

    • lowExact-output pool buys charge protocol and creator fees on the pool's net quote input, not on what the trader pays (buy-side counterpart of known issue #3)src/launchpad/LaunchHook.sol:866

    • lowDe-registering a migrator as initializer freezes every adjustCreatorFees (including lowerings) on all of its launches, curve phase includedsrc/launchpad/LaunchHook.sol:392

      Fix: authorise against openerOf[id] (the opener that recorded the pool) rather than isInitializer, which also removes the caller-supplied migrator argument behind known issue #1.

      test/scratch/MiscRepro.t.sol::test_retiringAMigratorFreezesCreatorFeeLowering (ModuleHarness): factory.launch with CreatorFees(wallet, 500, 500, adjustable); owner calls hook.setInitializer(migrator, false); wallet calls curve.adjustCreatorFees(0, 0).

      Expected: rates drop to 0.

      Actual: [FAIL: NotAnInitializer(migrator)] and rates stay at 500.

    • lowTrust assumption not in the README: StakingVault is owner-upgradeable (UUPS, no delay) while custodying every launch's staked tokenssrc/launchpad/StakingVault.sol:109

      Actual: token.balanceOf(vault) == 0 -> [FAIL: stake moved by the owner: 0 != 12917498516160362596449576].

    • infoTrust assumption: an unregistered creator-chosen module can refuse every sell and transfer for the life of a launch (honeypot)src/launchpad/LaunchFactory.sol:331
