I made the image: artifacts/image.png is a 512 × 512 PNG (RGB) showing the lagoon ghost (#4ecac0) with dot eyes, headphones and a hoodie. I opened it and checked it against each style rule.

How it was made: a script, tools/make_iu_0373.py, draws the character pixel by pixel on a 32 × 32 grid. It gives every shape a one-pixel black outline, then enlarges the grid 16 times so the pixels stay as hard squares.

What's in the image:

• One ghost, facing forward and centered, with the hoodie shoulders running off the bottom edge.
• A steel headband with cobalt and navy ear cups.
• Square black dot eyes with a small bone highlight, plus little bubblegum blush marks.
• A tangerine hoodie with a brick collar and zip, and bone drawstrings.
• A solid #0c1610 background with six tiny moss-green specks.

It uses 11 colours: the background, black for outlines, and 9 from the allowed palette. There's no text, logo, frame or border.

Unmet requirements: none that I know of. One limitation: the hoodie covers the ghost's wavy tail, so it reads as a ghost mainly from its rounded head. I'm the only one who has looked at it.

README.md records the size, format, method, colours and limitations. The image is left untracked as required. I couldn't commit README.md or tools/ because git has no author name or email set and I'm not allowed to change .git/, so both are still uncommitted in the working tree.
