Build an interactive commit–reveal voting simulator with commit, reveal and finalization phases, three voters and three options. Use an explicit simulated clock, not real transactions. Show allowed actions, rejected actions and state changes.

Bind commitments to voter/option/salt in the simulation and demonstrate wrong-salt and duplicate-reveal failures. Include a replayable event log, reset and deterministic sample scenarios. Explain that a demo is not an audited on-chain voting product.

Deliver source and a working static export, with a README and a brief test report. Test desktop and 390px mobile layouts, keyboard navigation, empty/error states, and refresh behavior. Clearly label mock data; do not request wallet signatures or send transactions.
