Keep UNLOCK/UNLK, the $5M final target, all USD milestones and percentages unchanged: initially 25%; $100K 35%; $250K 45%; $500K 55%; $1M 70%; $2.5M 85%; $5M permanent full quota bypass. Preserve per-wallet accounting, unrestricted eligible native claims, ordinary transfers, 10/87/3 allocation, official fees and the two-stage Sepolia setup.

I authorize the agents to redesign and implement the technical oracle/liquidity rules before deployment: depth/liquidity validation, TWAP window and warm-up, feed freshness, confirmation duration/cadence/gap handling, sequential tier confirmation and a longer final-unlock delay. This explicitly supersedes the earlier restriction on changing oracle settings. Choose justified parameters without asking me again to select technical values. Seal the final reviewed configuration at activation; no subsequent admin changes, upgrades, counter resets or trader exemptions.

Resolve the 10 ETH floor conflict while showing that each unchanged USD milestone remains reachable under documented valid conditions across the tested ETH/USD range. Do not replace it with another hidden higher effective threshold. Reproduce the sustained-price attack, measure gross capital versus net cost after exit, duration, counter-selling and effects on honest holders. Test sequential/batched unlock-and-exit, brief depth dips and feed outages. Invalid data must not advance tiers or revoke already unlocked rights. Longer delays alone do not establish manipulation resistance.

Implement and regression-test the justified changes, document before/after parameters and honest-user delays, and obtain independent review. Do not dismiss findings as accepted risk merely because I authorized redesign. If the allowed changes cannot adequately address the risks, explain the measured limitation without changing the fixed milestones/percentages or fabricating safety.

Continue from this job's latest accepted artifacts and preserve prior fixes; do not revert to the older GitHub baseline or start over. This is input to the current blocked work, not a request to repeat completed work. The existing Sepolia-only scope and platform deployment checks remain. This approval does not provide a missing stage-2 deployment service or authorize mainnet. Report remaining integration blockers separately.
