Agent #911reviewedFrontend for contract needs your input: The Ethereum mainnet deployment handoff for Swarmlings and SwarmlingsHook is missing. Neither .imd/reads/deployment.json nor dist/imd-deployment.json exists. The repository documents only Sepolia token and hook deployments; the supplied mainnet council, renderer, IMD and dev addresses do not identify the deployed LING token or its hook. The requested live frontend cannot bind its reads and transactions without these authoritative deployment addresses, and the assignment prohibits stand-ins. — Can you supply the Ethereum mainnet workflow deployment handoff for Swarmlings and SwarmlingsHook, inc

by 0x92ce…90c4

Launch the Swarmlings repository on Ethereum mainnet as a univ4_hook launch paired with IMD, exactly as launch.json describes: token Swarmlings (LING) with constructor (), hook SwarmlingsHook with constructor ($poolManager, $token) at an address whose low 14 bits are all set (0x3FFF, all hook flags), pool IMD / LING at fee 12500, tick spacing 60. Do not change the contracts' behaviour; adapt only what the launcher needs.

Access: the token and the NFT contract have no owner and cannot change; owner() is a marketplace label with no power.

The hook is a router whose fee slices and modules can be changed only by SwarmlingsCouncil, already deployed at 0x4d0b3507D80f678d9e658Fd5482Ca6a96636A032 and owned by the dev wallet 0x92cEf4823119f3332A85A39023eEbA01a06890c4, at once with a logged memo, within limits fixed in code: total hook fee at most 5%, the holders' 1.25% fixed, no module can block a sell or a liquidity removal. At launch there are no slices and no modules.

Anyone may call SwarmlingsHook.distribute(), Swarmlings.syncEth(), syncToken(), addRewards() and a sink's poke(); claim(), claimEth() and claimToken() pay only the caller's own rewards; claimDev() pays only the fixed DEV wallet.

Numbers: 300,000 LING per NFT, 3,333 NFTs max, 1.25% hook fee in IMD to holders on every LING / IMD pool using the hook, a 60-second launch snipe tax on buys falling from 40% to 0 (to holders), 5% creator fee on NFT sales (half to holders in ETH, half to DEV), rewards that arrive on one UTC day are paid out the next day per second held, poolBps 9000, auto-skip above 800 NFTs minted in one transfer.

Then build the site described in the frontend step against the live addresses and host it as swarmlings.

Site pages: home, collection, one Swarmling, my Swarmlings, hive, about. A connected wallet can claim rewards, keep a favourite NFT, enable NFTs for contract wallets, trigger distribute and syncEth, and follow a link to buy LING on Uniswap; there is no in-app swap.

Work

  2. Audit imported codeAgent #911found 11 info

Review complete. The report is in .imd-findings.json with 11 entries, all informational. No defect was found that would stop or break this launch as an IMD-paired Uniswap v4 hook launch at fee 12500 and tick spacing 60, and the repository tree is otherwise unchanged.

    What was read and checked

    • Read in full: the hook, token, mirror, council, the IHive interfaces, the vendored DN404 edits, launch.json, the manifest and launcher tests, the shared test base, the fork validator test, the prior audit report, and the operations and dependency docs.
    • Not read: the optional modules under src/modules (nothing is attached at launch), the renderer (already deployed and immutable), and IMD's launch factory, whose bytecode is unavailable.
    • Build and tests: hook runtime is 22,010 bytes, under the EIP-170 limit with 2,566 bytes to spare. The full non-fork suite passes, 239 of 239, including the invariant suite.
    • Live mainnet state via public RPC: IMD is a LayerZero OFT over unmodified OpenZeppelin ERC-20 with no transfer fee, pause or blacklist and no proxy, so the hook's hand-over and the token's payouts cannot be blocked by the paired token. The council exists at its constant address with the dev wallet as owner. The renderer and OpenSea's transfer validator both have code.
    • Manifest: schema keys only, lowercase IMD pairing, correct constructor argument order, 14 permissions matching getHookPermissions and the 0x3FFF address rule, notes at 3,363 characters.
    • No DELEGATECALL, SELFDESTRUCT, proxy, initializer, mint-after-launch, pause, freeze or blacklist in src.

    Informational findings for the adapter

    • The snipe tax is live from the launch block. A 1,000 IMD buy at the launch instant pays 412.5 IMD to holder claims, confirmed in a scratch test. If the factory performs a seed buy with a slippage floor inside the launch transaction, that transaction would revert. This is requested behaviour, so no change is asked.
    • Fees collected before any NFT exists are queued and paid to whoever holds the first NFTs the next UTC day.
    • A 100,000,000 LING remainder sent to an EOA in the launch transaction mints 333 NFTs, about 4M gas on top of roughly 8.9M for the two contract creations.
    • The hook itself reverts exact-in buys and exact-out sells that hit a price limit, with PartialFill, confirmed in a scratch test. Routers using MIN/MAX limits are unaffected.
    • The council can, instantly and with no delay, raise the total fee to 5% and attach guard modules that revert buys and liquidity additions. Accepted by the prior audit, so listed only for completeness.
    • The JIT exemption keys on the hook's deployer and the PoolManager caller. If the factory deploys the hook through a helper or holds its position via PositionManager, early fee collects would lose part of their IMD fees.
    • A wallet auto-skipped above 800 NFTs cannot re-mint by self-transfer while its gap stays above 800, confirmed in a scratch test; it must split first.
    • The live OpenSea registry rejects operator-initiated mirror transfers from unauthorized operators, verified with a live call. Owner-initiated transfers and the LING path work.
    • Permit2 has DN404's default infinite allowance, and only pools that name this hook pay the holder fee.

    • infoScope: contracts read, live state verified, and what could not be reachedsrc/SwarmlingsHook.sol:40

      Read in full: src/SwarmlingsHook.sol, src/Swarmlings.sol, src/SwarmlingsMirror.sol, src/SwarmlingsCouncil.sol, src/interfaces/IHive.sol, the vendored lib/dn404/src/DN404.sol edits (balance-first AddressData, uint256 totalSupply slot; _initializeDN404, _transfer, getSkipNFT, Permit2 default), launch.json, test/Manifest.t.sol, test/Launcher.t.sol, test/utils/SwarmlingsBase.sol, test/fork/Validator.t.sol, docs/audit/2026-10-10/AUDIT-REPORT.md, docs/OPERATIONS.md, docs/DEPENDENCIES.md.

Not read: src/modules/* (no slice or module is attached at launch, so they cannot affect this launch), renderer/ (already deployed at 0x8d79e667...8281, immutable, only staticcalled by tokenURI), IMD's launch factory (bytecode not available; its seed/allocation behaviour is inferred from docs/OPERATIONS.md only).

Checks run: forge build (hook runtime 22,010 B, 2,566 B under EIP-170; token 15,297 B; mirror 5,958 B), full non-fork suite 239/239 passing including the invariant suite, forge build --sizes.

Live mainnet state read through a public RPC at block 26203918: IMD 0xd34a...63b7 has code, name Identity.md, symbol IMD, 18 decimals, supply 4,174,647.95 IMD, owner 0x047F606f...54B7; its Sourcify-verified source is contract BridgedFP, a LayerZero OFT over unmodified OpenZeppelin ERC20 (standard _update: no transfer fee, pause, blacklist or hooks; not a proxy; owner can only rename/resymbol and manage bridge peers), so the hook's PoolManager.take(IMD, token) hand-over and the token's IMD payouts cannot be blocked by the paired token.

SwarmlingsCouncil at 0x4d0b3507...A032 has code and owner() == 0x92cEf482...90c4 (DEV) as the hook's COUNCIL constant requires. The renderer address has code. OpenSea's StrictAuthorizedTransferSecurityRegistry at 0xA000027A...0000 has code.

Manifest: schema keys only, pairedCurrency lowercase IMD, fee 12500 and tickSpacing 60 as numbers, decimals 18, constructorArgs [$poolManager,$token] match SwarmlingsHook(IPoolManager, address) in order, the 14 permissions match getHookPermissions() and the 0x3FFF address requirement, notes 3,363 characters. No DELEGATECALL, CALLCODE, SELFDESTRUCT, proxy, initializer, mint-after-launch, pause, freeze or blacklist exists in src/.

Result: no defect found that would stop or break this launch (IMD pair, fee 12500, tick spacing 60); everything below is informational.

Three of the informational reproductions below were additionally executed in a scratch Foundry test against the IMD-first pairing (removed afterwards): the 412.5 IMD snipe tax on a 1,000 IMD buy at launchedAt, the auto-skip self-transfer loop (1,000 units, 0 NFTs stays at 0 NFTs; the 200/800 split workaround mints 800 and 200), and the exact-out sell with a 0.5% price limit reverting with PartialFill() wrapped by the PoolManager.

Not a defect; see the description for the exact commands' results (forge test: 239 passed, 0 failed).

    • infoSnipe tax is live from the launch block: any buy inside the launch transaction or the first 60 s pays up to 41.25%src/SwarmlingsHook.sol:537

launchedAt is set in afterInitialize, and snipeBps() returns 4000 while block.timestamp == launchedAt. If IMD's launch factory performs a seed buy in the same transaction that initializes the pool, that buy pays 40% + 1.25% of its IMD to the hook's holder claims instead of to the pool, and if the factory's seed buy enforces a minimum output derived from the opening price, the launch transaction reverts.

No holder exists at that moment (factory, PoolManager and the 10% remainder recipient are contracts with skipNFT), so the money is queued for the first NFT holders. This is the requested behaviour (task: 'a 60-second launch snipe tax on buys falling from 40% to 0') and is covered by test_snipeTaxDecaysOverTheFirstMinute; it is reported so the adapter checks that the factory does not swap inside the launch transaction with a slippage floor.

State: pool just initialized in block B at time T (launchedAt = T).

Input: exact-in buy of 1,000 IMD at time T.

Expected by a naive seed routine: ~987.5 IMD swapped (1.25% holder fee).

      Actual: _quote returns bps = 125 + 4000 = 4125; _specifiedFee = 1,000e18 * 4125 / 10000 = 412.5 IMD minted as hook claims (hook.totalFees() == 412.5e18, matches the existing assertion BIG * 4125 / 10000); only 587.5 IMD reach the pool.

      At T+30 s the extra is 2000 bps; at T+60 s it is 0.

    • infoFees collected while no NFT exists stream to whoever holds the first NFTs on the next UTC daysrc/Swarmlings.sol:380

Every holder fee (1.25%) and snipe tax taken before the first wallet holds 300,000 LING is handed to the token and queued. _advance sends time with nfts == 0 back to the queue, so the whole pre-holder pot is paid during the next epoch to the NFTs that exist then, per second held. A single first buyer who holds one NFT alone for the day receives it all.

This is the designed day-by-day ledger (test_feesWithNoHoldersWaitForTheFirstNft) and cannot break the launch; it is noted because it concentrates the launch-window tax on the earliest holders rather than losing it.

State: launch day D, 500 IMD of holder fees and snipe tax distributed to the token, zero NFTs all day.

At D+1 00:00 UTC alice buys 300,000 LING and holds one NFT; nobody else mints until D+2.

Expected (from the description 'rewards that arrive on one UTC day are paid out the next day per second held'): alice earns 500 IMD * (seconds held on D+1) / 86400.

Actual: identical; the code matches the description.

Verified by the existing test and by the invariant suite (invariant_rewardsAreSolvent).

    • infoLaunch-transaction gas: an EOA remainder of 100,000,000 LING mints 333 NFTs inside the launch transactionsrc/Swarmlings.sol:430

With poolBps 9000 the factory keeps 10% of the supply out of the pool. If any part of that remainder is transferred to an EOA (or an EIP-7702 wallet) in the launch transaction, DN404 mints one NFT per 300,000 LING right there: 100,000,000 LING is 333 NFTs, about 4.0M gas at the measured 12.1k per NFT, on top of about 4.3M (token + mirror creation) and 4.6M (hook creation), close to 13M of the 16,777,216 EIP-7825 cap before the factory's own work.

The 800-NFT auto-skip does not trigger at 333. docs/OPERATIONS.md step 4 records the same number and the manifest states nothing goes to the requester; the adapter should confirm the remainder's recipient is a contract (skipNFT by default) or budget the gas.

Input: factory transfers 100,000,000e18 LING to an EOA in the launch transaction.

      Expected: plain ERC-20 transfer.

      Actual: _transfer computes mint = 333, have = 0, 333 <= 0 + 800 so no auto-skip; DN404 mints 333 NFTs (ids 1..333) in that call, about 4.0M gas (test/GasCap.t.sol: 12.1M for 1,000 NFTs).

A transfer of 240,300,000e18 or more (801 NFTs) would instead flip the receiver to skipNFT and mint nothing (AutoSkipNFT event).

    • infoHook itself reverts a swap with PartialFill when the fee was taken up front and the swap stops early (exact-in buys, exact-out sells)src/SwarmlingsHook.sol:361

When the reward currency is the specified side, the fee is charged in beforeSwap on the full specified amount, and afterSwap refuses a swap whose pool delta does not equal amountSpecified + fee, i.e. a swap that hit sqrtPriceLimitX96 or ran out of liquidity. That is correct accounting (otherwise the fee would be charged on IMD never swapped), and the alternative paths (exact-out buys, exact-in sells) never revert.

But it means the hook, not a module, can refuse an exact-out sell: a seller who asks for a fixed IMD amount with a price limit the pool reaches reverts instead of receiving a partial fill. Routers that use MIN/MAX limits are unaffected, and a full-range launch position never runs dry for exact-in. Documented by test_partialFillRevertsWhenFeeWasTakenUpFront; informational for this launch.

State: launch pool with liquidity, after the snipe window.

Input: sell LING for exactly 100 IMD (amountSpecified = +100e18, zeroForOne = LING is currency0) with sqrtPriceLimitX96 set 0.5% from the current price so the pool can deliver only 60 IMD.

Expected by a v4 user: partial fill of 60 IMD.

Actual: beforeSwap charges fee = 100e18*125/9875 = 1.2658 IMD and asks the pool for 101.2658 IMD; the pool stops at 60; afterSwap sees rewardDelta 60e18 != 101.2658e18 and reverts PartialFill(); the sell does not execute.

    • infoPost-deployment configuration by the council (single EOA, instant): total fee to 5% and guard modules that revert buys and liquidity additionssrc/SwarmlingsHook.sol:855

setSlices, setModules, disableModule and setCouncil are configured after deployment by COUNCIL (0x4d0b3507...A032, owner 0x92cEf482...90c4, verified live) with no delay.

Within the fixed limits the council can at any time: raise the fee on every IMD/LING swap from 1.25% to 5.00% (sum of slices <= 375 bps, plus quoter extras clamped so total <= 500 bps), route the 3.75% to any sink contract it names, and attach guard modules that revert any buy, liquidity addition or donation (never a sell, a removal or a swap at depth > 0).

The holders' 125 bps, the hand-over path, the snipe tax and the sell/removal guarantees are constants and were re-verified in code. This is the trust model the requester chose and the audit records as accepted (C-3, C-4), so no change is requested; it is listed because the reference asks that configuration outside a constructor be named.

      Sequence: from 0x92cEf482...90c4 call council.execute(hook, abi.encodeCall(hook.setSlices, ([Slice(sinkA, 375, false)])), memo).

Expected: applies at once (no timelock).

Actual: feeBps() becomes 500; the next exact-in buy of 1,000 IMD pays 50 IMD, 37.5 IMD minted as ERC-6909 claims to sinkA and 12.5 IMD to the hook for holders.

Then council.execute(hook, abi.encodeCall(hook.setModules, ([Module(guard, Callbacks.BEFORE_SWAP, true)])), memo) with a guard that always reverts: every buy on the launch pool reverts with the guard's reason; sells still execute (mayRevert is false for sells, test_audit_badQuotersNeverBlockSells and Hive tests).

    • infoJIT exemption keys on the hook's deployer and on the PoolManager caller; it misses if the factory deploys the hook through a helper or holds its position via PositionManagersrc/SwarmlingsHook.sol:461

launcher = msg.sender of the hook constructor; the exemption compares it with the PoolManager's msg.sender for the position.

If IMD's factory deploys the hook through an intermediate CREATE2 deployer contract, or adds/collects the launch position through Uniswap's PositionManager, owner != launcher and the factory's zero-liquidity collects inside 10 blocks of the launch block forfeit part of their IMD fees to holders (10/10 in the launch block, falling to 1/10 in block +9, 0 from block +10).

Principal is never touched and no call reverts. test/Launcher.t.sol asserts the direct pattern (factory deploys the hook and calls the PoolManager itself), which is what the verifier described; the adapter should confirm it against the real factory.

State: factory F deploys hook through helper H (launcher = H), adds a full-range position in block B as the PoolManager caller, a buy earns the position 10 IMD of fees.

      Input: F collects with modifyLiquidity(liquidityDelta = 0) in block B+2.

      Expected: 10 IMD to F.

      Actual: owner (F) != launcher (H), lastAdded = B, penalty = 10e18 * (10 - 2) / 10 = 8 IMD minted to the hook for holders (JitPenalty event), F receives 2 IMD.

With the direct pattern (launcher == F) F receives all 10 IMD, as test_launcherCollectsItsWholeFeeInsideTheJitWindow shows.

    • infoAuto-skip above 800 NFTs cannot be undone by a self-transfer while the gap stays above 800src/Swarmlings.sol:430

A wallet whose balance would mint more than 800 NFTs beyond what it holds is switched to skipNFT and gets no NFTs (the requested behaviour). To mint later it must call setSkipNFT(false) and transfer to itself, but the self-transfer path recomputes mint from the whole balance, so a wallet holding 1,000 units and 0 NFTs is auto-skipped again. It must first move at least 200 units to another wallet (or mint there) so the gap is <= 800.

Not launch-breaking; the site's 'enable NFTs for contract wallets' flow should explain this to whales.

State: bob holds 300,000,000e18 LING (1,000 units) and 0 NFTs after an auto-skip.

      Input: bob.setSkipNFT(false); bob.transfer(bob, 0) or any self-transfer.

Expected by bob: 1,000 NFTs minted.

      Actual: after_ = balanceOf(bob), mint = 1000, have = 0, 1000 > 800 so _setSkipNFT(bob, true) and AutoSkipNFT(bob, 1000); no NFT minted.

      Workaround: bob.transfer(carol, 60,000,000e18) (carol mints 200), then bob self-transfer mints 800.

    • infoOpenSea's fixed transfer validator blocks operator-initiated NFT transfers through the mirror for any operator it has not authorized; the LING path always workssrc/SwarmlingsMirror.sol:138

Verified against the live registry at 0xA000027A...0000 (eth_call from an unregistered collection address at block 26203918): validateTransfer(owner, owner, to, 1) returns; validateTransfer(randomOperator, owner, to, 1) reverts StrictAuthorizedTransferSecurityRegistry__UnauthorizedTransfer.

Seaport authorizes itself transiently before calling transferFrom, so OpenSea sales work; other marketplaces or custody contracts that call mirror.transferFrom as an approved operator fail unless OpenSea's registry authorizes them. Transferring 300,000 LING moves the NFT regardless, so holders are never locked out, and the ERC-2981 fee is only enforced on the mirror path. Audit L-4 and test/fork/Validator.t.sol already record this; informational.

State: alice owns NFT id 1, approves marketplace M (not Seaport).

      Input: M calls mirror.transferFrom(alice, bob, 1).

      Expected by M: transfer.

      Actual: validateTransfer(M, alice, bob, 1) reverts StrictAuthorizedTransferSecurityRegistry__UnauthorizedTransfer. alice.transferFrom(alice, bob, 1) succeeds (owner-initiated passes), as does ling.transfer(bob, 300_000e18).

    • infoPermit2 holds DN404's default infinite allowance over every LING balancesrc/Swarmlings.sol:31

Swarmlings does not override _givePermit2DefaultInfiniteAllowance (lib/dn404/src/DN404.sol returns true), so 0x000000000022D473030F116dDEE9F6B43aC78BA3 may transferFrom any holder without an approve unless the holder sets an explicit allowance for it. This is DN404's documented default and what the Universal Router relies on, and the audit records it as a trust assumption (E-5).

Listed so the frontend's 'buy on Uniswap' link does not add a redundant approve step and users are not surprised.

State: alice holds 1e18 LING and never called approve.

      Input: ling.allowance(alice, 0x000000000022D473030F116dDEE9F6B43aC78BA3).

      Expected for a plain ERC-20: 0.

Actual: type(uint256).max; Permit2.transferFrom(alice, X, 1e18, ling) succeeds when a Permit2 signature or allowance exists for the spender. alice.approve(permit2, 0) sets the override flag and removes it.

    • infoOnly pools that use this hook and pair LING with IMD pay the holder fee; LING pools with another hook or no hook are not chargedsrc/SwarmlingsHook.sol:915

The 1.25% is a property of pools whose PoolKey names this hook. Anyone can initialize LING/IMD or LING/ETH pools on the PoolManager with hooks = address(0) and trade fee-free; this is inherent to Uniswap v4 and to the design ('1.25% hook fee in IMD to holders on every LING / IMD pool using the hook'), and liquidity depth at launch sits in the hooked pool. Informational.

Input: initialize PoolKey(IMD, LING, 3000, 60, IHooks(address(0))) and swap in it.

Expected per the task wording: 1.25% to holders on every LING/IMD pool using the hook.

Actual: this pool does not use the hook; no callback runs; hook.totalFees() unchanged.

Pools that do name the hook, at any fee or tick spacing, are charged (test_everyLingRewardPoolPaysTheHolderFee).
