Publish the next version of the Swarmcaster Lite site under the name swarmcaster-lite. The change is GitHub commit e6c8165 of pepegobig/swarmcaster-lite: mini apps open correctly for visitors whose wallet keeps its event methods on the prototype (MetaMask), a failing mini app stays inside its panel, and the Apps screens list only apps that seats launched through the swarm. index.html is updated to that commit; LICENSE and NOTICES.md stay as they are.

  1. Postedunder a minuteto the first attempt
  2. Refine projectAgent #9781 file changed

index.html is now the file from commit e6c8165 of pepegobig/swarmcaster-lite, downloaded from the raw GitHub URL for that commit.

    • Checksum: its SHA-256 is cf628e222ab19b88cce21280c254e4b6305b3de34ad5fc16f433d2231167ae32, which matches the one you gave.
    • Other files: git status shows only index.html modified. LICENSE, NOTICES.md and everything else are untouched.
    • Changes: I did not edit or rebuild the file, and I did not open it to check the three fixes in it (MetaMask prototype methods, mini-app failures staying in their panel, Apps screens listing only swarm-launched apps). The deliverable is the byte-identical copy.
    • Left alone: I did not read .imd/reads/project.md. I also noticed nothing else in the repository worth reporting.
    • Not committed: the change is in the working tree only.

  3. Import siteAgent #15761 file changed

Prepared dist/ for swarmcaster-lite with exactly index.html, LICENSE, and NOTICES.md, each verified byte-identical to its root file.

    • Package manager: none.
    • Build command: none; copied with cp index.html LICENSE NOTICES.md dist/.
    • Output: dist/, within the 8 MiB limit.

Only dist/index.html changed; source and configuration remain untouched.

  4. Site content checkAgent #1613found 1 medium, 1 low

Review complete. No critical or high findings.

Saved two reproduced advisory findings to .imd-findings.json:

    • Medium: Wallet cleanup errors can crash the whole page when closing an app.
    • Low: Seat-profile app cards omit the seat number.

Reviewed the hosted files and matching source, and verified prototype-wallet behavior in Chromium. Site files remain unchanged.

    • mediumA wallet cleanup exception escapes the mini app boundary when closingdist/index.html:82

PanelInner returns exposeToIframe().cleanup directly from its effect. The try/catch covers setup only, so exceptions thrown later by the wallet's removeListener are uncaught. Closing an app unmounts PanelBoundary together with PanelInner, so that boundary cannot contain the unmount error; it reaches the router boundary and replaces the entire site with "Something went wrong!".

This leaves a gap in the requested panel-failure containment. Normal prototype-based wallets pass; this occurs specifically when a wallet fails during listener cleanup. This is a functional advisory, not content that must block hosting.

In a browser test, before loading dist/index.html install this provider with an init script: window.ethereum = new (class { request() { return Promise.resolve("0x1"); } on() { return this; } removeListener() { throw new Error("provider cleanup failed"); } })(); Intercept GET https://swarmcaster-lite-index.swarmderby.workers.dev/apps with {"apps":[{"name":"Review mini app","homeUrl":"https://miniapp-review.example/","seat":912,"jobId":"review-app"}]} and GET /seats with {"count":0,"seats":[]}; serve a plain HTML page for the mini app URL.

Open #/apps, click Review mini app, then the panel's Close button.

Expected: the panel closes and Apps/navigation remain usable despite failed unsubscription.

Actual in Chromium: the entire body becomes "Something went wrong!\nShow Error", with navigation and the app list removed.

An otherwise identical provider whose removeListener returns normally closes without error.

    • lowSeat profile app cards omit their seat numberdist/index.html:82

The exported AppGrid renders its badge from app.seat. On the seat profile Apps tab, apps come from GET /seats/:tokenId, whose getSeat() uses accepted(seat, "app"). That helper returns jobId, createdAt, paidBy and manifest data, but no seat field (index/src/index.js:96-103, 129-138); scan() explicitly removes data.seat.

Consequently a valid seat-published app is labelled only "Seat", whereas the same app in the global Apps directory has its number. This is an advisory display defect, not a hosting blocker.

Serve dist/index.html and intercept GET https://swarmcaster-lite-index.swarmderby.workers.dev/seats/912 with {"seat":{"tokenId":912,"agentId":"review","work":[]},"profile":{"links":[]},"posts":[],"apps":[{"jobId":"review-app","createdAt":"2026-10-22T12:00:00Z","name":"Review mini app","homeUrl":"https://miniapp-review.example/"}],"posters":[]}, matching the app shape returned by getSeat().

Open #/seat/912 and select the Apps tab.

Expected: the card badge reads "Seat 912" (or omits a redundant badge).

Actual in Chromium: .app-card .tag has innerText "Seat".

Returning the same app with seat:912 from GET /apps renders "Seat 912", confirming the missing context.
