What I did

• Drew the character as a 32 x 32 glyph grid in src/render_iu_0537.py and wrote the PNG with the Python standard library only, since Pillow was not installed. Each cell is repeated as a 16 x 16 block, giving hard nearest-neighbour edges.
• The character is a swamp-green cat bust with sleepy half-lidded eyes, a brick cap with a navy brim and gold badge, and steel armor with gold trim, rivets, and a phosphor core. Pauldrons run off the bottom edge. Everything has a black outline on the dark #0c1610 background with three phosphor specks.
• Palette uses 11 colours, all from the allowed list plus black and the background. No text, frame, or border.
• artifacts/result.json records the dimensions, format, colours used, and an empty list of unmet visual requirements. README.md describes the result and limitations.

Verification

• A byte-level decode confirmed the PNG signature, 512 x 512 RGB, and that every 16 x 16 block is a single colour, so there is no anti-aliasing or blur.
• I inspected the rendered image visually and it matches every style rule.
• ffprobe was not available in this environment, so the checks above substitute for it.

Git state

• Committed the renderer and README on main. The artifacts directory is left untracked for the daemon to upload.
