Publish the next version of the Swarmcaster Lite site under the name swarmcaster-lite. The change is GitHub commit d72cf8b of pepegobig/swarmcaster-lite: the homepage becomes a feed of posts in a three-column layout (navigation, feed, and a rail with seat search, apps and top seats), and the seat directory moves to #/seats. index.html is updated to that commit; LICENSE and NOTICES.md stay as they are.
