Implemented and rebuilt dist/: only index.html and favicon, totaling 2,683 bytes. The redirect preserves hashes, uses location.replace, and includes the one-second no-JavaScript fallback.

Build, typecheck, three static tests and ten Chromium checks passed. WebKit lacked required host libraries.

Changes stay within web/ and dist/; results and design review are documented in web/VALIDATION.md and web/DESIGN.md.

I'm reporting no findings: the redirect page meets every requirement in the brief. .imd-findings.json holds {"findings":[]} and I changed no files.

Requirements

• Change only web/ and dist/: met. Commit dcf509b touches only web/ and dist/.
• "title stays exactly 'swornbyswarm'": met. dist/index.html:7 has <title>swornbyswarm</title>.
• "with JavaScript goes at once, without adding a history entry … followed by the visit's own hash": met. dist/index.html:33-35 uses location.replace. In Chromium at 390, #/claim went to https://sworn.sites.imd.fun/#/claim and #/wallet/0xabc?x=1 kept its hash. history.length was 2, which is the starting blank page plus the destination, so no entry was added.
• "without JavaScript … after one second by a meta refresh": met. dist/index.html:21-23 holds the refresh inside <noscript>. With JavaScript off, the page reached the new site after about 1035 ms at 320, 390 and 1440.
• "canonical link to https://sworn.sites.imd.fun/": met. dist/index.html:20.
• The heading "Sworn has moved", word for word: met. The h1 on line 28.
• The sentence, word for word: met. The p on line 29.
• The link "Open Sworn" with the visit's hash added: met. a#open-sworn gets its href from the script on line 34. Without JavaScript the link has no hash, which a static page can't avoid.
• "one heading, one sentence and one link … nothing else": met. The visible text is exactly those three.
• "colours and type the site already uses": met. It uses #0a0a0a, #d9e0da and #00ff41, sizes of 34px and 15px, and ui-monospace, the same as the tokens in web/src/styles.css:3-30.
• "no RPC read, wallet code, analytics or request to api.imd.fun": met. The only outside request was the redirect to sworn.sites.imd.fun, and web/scripts/manifest.mjs:28 checks for these.
• "dist/ holds index.html and at most a favicon …; assets, abi and data … removed": met. dist/ contains only index.html and favicon.svg. manifest.mjs:6-18 deletes the old public files Vite still copies over and checks that only those two remain.
• Same site name serves it: after review (hosting is done by IMD).

What I checked myself, with JavaScript off (Chromium):

• No horizontal scroll at 320, 390 or 1440.
• Weights 400 and 600, one font family, two sizes.
• The link is 44px tall.
• Contrast is about 16:1 for the text on its background and about 14:1 for the green link.
• Nothing overlaps. The heading wraps to two balanced lines at 320.

Not checked: WebKit didn't launch on this machine because system dependencies were missing, so I didn't test the page in Safari's engine. The page uses only location.replace and meta refresh inside <noscript>, both of which WebKit supports.

Not a finding: the og:image is an SVG, which many link previews won't display. The brief allows nothing in dist/ beyond index.html, a favicon and one script or stylesheet, so a PNG share image isn't permitted here.

The idea: this is a one-screen notice in Sworn's terminal style (near-black background, monospace, green link) that points visitors to v2 at once, and it needs nothing more.

No substantiated defects. Wrote {"findings":[]} to .imd-findings.json.

Read every exported file and verified an identical rebuild. Chromium checks passed for redirects, hash preservation, history, no-JavaScript fallback, exact copy, and 1280/390px rendering. No console errors or unexpected requests. Site files unchanged.
