The whole request

Release Squeek Supply Station as a PUBLIC PLAYABLE WEBSITE on IPFS with an ENS name, plus its score contract on Sepolia. Start from the source tree supplied by draft.repoUrl and draft.baseCommit; there is no earlier IMD job. FIRST independently audit the imported contract, adapt only deployment packaging and necessary fixes, run Foundry tests, and perform an independent security review BEFORE deploying SqueekSupplyBoard.

THEN use frontend-for-contract to build/export the existing bilingual HTML/Canvas game as a usable website, publish it on IPFS under squeek-supply-station, and return its public URL. Preserve its daily challenge, practice, delivery mechanics, replay verification and real leaderboard. Website screens must include lobby with source transactions, game with three 60-second missions, leaderboard and results with wallet login and pinScore.

Connect the site to the real API https://api.btc-psbt.fun:9443 and the newly deployed score board. Do not create mocks or invent scores. Contract owner is 0x51404e4a699e4e338e143fb2a45c5cdc96392575; PUBLIC score signer is 0x2Dc8205A9650faFB65B51aE25cC34cEfDEe08653.

SqueekSupplyBoard records EIP-712 server-attested scores: only the owner changes signer; anyone submits their own signed score; runId is single-use, score must exceed their prior best, deadline must not be expired, and each challengeId locks one configHash. Keep the existing uint64 score/deadline, uint32 deliveries, ABI, SqueekSupply domain version 2 and shared ss-2.0.0 engine. No fees, payouts, recipient of funds, token, pool, proxy or upgrade.

Constructors take owner and signer addresses. The backend already exists on a separate VPS; IMD publishes the STATIC frontend only. Contract builders operate offline with the committed src, lib and tests; live website checks happen after deployment.

Never publish private keys.

Also approved

The repository is provided by the successful contracts import, not merely a link in the prose. It includes src/SqueekSupplyBoard.sol, vendored OpenZeppelin 5.6.1 in lib, contracts/test, Node24 server and squeek-drop-frontend/squeek-drop. Root foundry.toml sets bytecode_hash=none. Export static UI with SITE_API_BASE=https://api.btc-psbt.fun:9443 npm run build:site (dist/). Server-held secrets are not in this repository. This is a no-token contract-to-website workflow.

Audit, test and independently review SqueekSupplyBoard from the supplied source, deploy it on Sepolia with the stated owner and signer, then publish the existing PLAYABLE Squeek Supply Station website on IPFS/ENS with real backend integration and the deployed ABI. Preserve the game and API contract; no token, pool, fees, payouts or mocks.

The website brief

Publish the existing bilingual game as a publicly accessible IPFS/ENS static website, using API https://api.btc-psbt.fun:9443. Include playable daily challenge and practice, wallet sign-in, real leaderboard and score pinning, plus dist/imd-deployment.json.

  • The public website is hosted on IPFS/ENS and loads its static assets.
  • Daily challenge, practice, leaderboard, login and results work against the real external API.
  • No backend private key or fabricated score is included in the static export.

Work

  1. Audit imported codeAgent #88found 1 low, 2 info

Review complete. The findings file is written and validated against the source tree; no tracked file was changed.

Outcome: no critical, high or medium defects in SqueekSupplyBoard. The contract does what the brief requires and contains nothing the launch forbids.

    What I read

    • src/SqueekSupplyBoard.sol in full, plus the OpenZeppelin bases it inherits under lib (EIP712, ECDSA, Ownable, Ownable2Step).
    • The project's own Foundry suite, which passes 8 of 8 tests under forge 1.8.3.
    • The backend signing path and the frontend call encoding, to confirm the EIP-712 type string, domain name and version, and pinScore parameter order all match the chain side. They do.
    • Nothing in scope was unreachable.

    What I verified

    • All state writes in pinScore happen after signature recovery. Replay of a runId, non-increasing score, expired deadline, zero identifiers and a changed configHash for a locked challenge all revert as specified.
    • Compiled runtime contains no DELEGATECALL, CALLCODE, SELFDESTRUCT or CREATE. The only reachable external call is the ecrecover precompile via STATICCALL.
    • No payable function, no token or ETH custody, no proxy, initializer, mint, pause, freeze or blacklist.
    • Constructor is nonpayable, calls no other contract, rejects a zero owner or signer, and takes an explicit owner argument, so ownership cannot be trapped at the factory.

    Findings written to .imd-findings.json

    • Low: rotating the signer immediately invalidates every unexpired attestation already issued to players, adding a hidden second expiry beyond the 24-hour deadline. Owner-only trigger, no fund loss, reproduced in a scratch test.
    • Info: inherited renounceOwnership permanently disables signer rotation if ever called.
    • Info: a coverage record stating the above, the opcode scan result, and the expected manifest constructor arguments, which are the owner and public signer addresses stated in the brief as static values.

For the manifest step: a single contract entry with those two static addresses. No launch.json exists in the tree yet, which is expected at this stage.

The scratch test lives under test/scratch and is not part of the submission. forge-std was cloned to /tmp only for that run, since the repository does not vendor it.

    • lowsetSigner invalidates every unexpired attestation at once; no overlap window for rotationsrc/SqueekSupplyBoard.sol:37

pinScore accepts only signatures from the single current signer. The backend issues attestations with a 24-hour deadline (server/app.js line 427: deadline = now + 86400).

When the owner calls setSigner, every attestation already handed to a player but not yet submitted reverts with BadSignature even though its deadline has not passed, and the player cannot obtain a replacement unless the backend re-signs (its sign path only signs when score > on-chain best, which still holds, so re-signing is possible but requires the player to return to the API).

This is an operational guarantee gap rather than a loss of funds: the brief says 'deadline must not be expired' is the validity rule, but rotation silently adds a second expiry. Owner-only trigger; no unprivileged amplifier. Reported for the adapter and operators so rotation is coordinated with the backend (e.g. rotate only after the previous key's 24h window has drained, or accept a previous signer until a cutoff).

      State: board deployed with signer S1 = vm.addr(0x1234), owner O, block.timestamp = 1000.

      Step 1: S1 signs ScoreAttestation{runId=1, challengeId=keccak('daily'), configHash=keccak('rules+source'), player=P, score=500, deliveries=1, deadline=1000+86400}.

      Step 2: O calls setSigner(S2).

      Step 3: P calls pinScore(1, challengeId, configHash, 500, 1, 86400+1000, sig).

Expected (per brief: valid while deadline not expired): pin succeeds.

      Actual: revert BadSignature().

Verified with test/scratch/Review.t.sol test_rotationInvalidatesUnexpiredAttestation (passes, i.e. the revert is observed).

    • infoInherited renounceOwnership permanently disables signer rotationsrc/SqueekSupplyBoard.sol:11

Ownable2Step still exposes Ownable.renounceOwnership() (lib/openzeppelin-contracts/contracts/access/Ownable.sol line 76). If the owner calls it, owner() becomes address(0) and setSigner can never be called again, so a compromised or lost backend signing key could not be replaced; the board would have to be redeployed and the frontend re-pointed. The brief says 'only the owner changes signer', which is honored; this is a one-way door the owner should know about.

No unprivileged path; by design in OpenZeppelin, so informational.

State: board deployed with owner O.

      Step 1: O calls renounceOwnership().

      Step 2: O (or anyone) calls setSigner(newSigner).

Expected if rotation must remain possible: success.

      Actual: revert OwnableUnauthorizedAccount(O); owner() == address(0) forever.

      Verified with test/scratch/Review.t.sol test_renounceBricksSetSigner.

    • infoAudit coverage and launch-compatibility record for SqueekSupplyBoardsrc/SqueekSupplyBoard.sol:29

Contracts read in full: src/SqueekSupplyBoard.sol (the only application contract), contracts/test/SqueekSupplyBoard.t.sol, and the vendored OpenZeppelin bases it inherits (EIP712, ECDSA, Ownable, Ownable2Step, ShortStrings via EIP712) under lib/openzeppelin-contracts.

Also cross-read server/chain.js (EIP-712 types, domain, ABI), server/app.js (attestation construction) and squeek-drop-frontend/squeek-drop/js/wallet.js (pinScore call encoding); all three match the on-chain SCORE_TYPEHASH field names/order/types, domain name 'SqueekSupply' version '2', and the pinScore parameter order. Nothing in scope could not be reached.

Results: no loss-of-funds, accounting, reentrancy or arithmetic defect found. The contract holds no ETH or tokens, has no payable function, makes no external calls except the ecrecover precompile (compiled runtime, 3879 bytes, contains only RETURN and STATICCALL as reachable opcodes of interest: no DELEGATECALL, CALLCODE, SELFDESTRUCT, CREATE/CREATE2), no proxy, initializer, mint, pause, freeze, blacklist or seizure.

All state writes in pinScore happen after signature verification; runId replay, strict score increase, deadline, non-zero identifiers and per-challenge configHash locking are enforced as the brief requires; ECDSA.recover reverts on malformed or high-s signatures rather than returning address(0).

Constructor rejects zero signer (InvalidConfiguration) and zero owner (OwnableInvalidOwner), is nonpayable, calls no external contract, and takes explicit owner and signer addresses, so ownership is not trapped at the factory.

Existing suite: 8/8 Foundry tests pass (fuzz 128 runs) under forge 1.8.3. For the manifest step: one contract, constructorArgs = ["0x51404e4a699e4e338e143fb2a45c5cdc96392575", "0x2Dc8205A9650faFB65B51aE25cC34cEfDEe08653"] as static addresses (owner and public signer are both stated in the brief), no launch.json exists yet in the tree.

Edge checks verified: first pin with score 0 reverts NotHigher (so score > 0 is enforced), deadline == block.timestamp is accepted (brief: 'must not be expired'), empty signature reverts.

Build and tests: forge build && forge test from the repository root -> 8 passed.

Opcode scan: decode contracts/out/SqueekSupplyBoard.sol/SqueekSupplyBoard.json deployedBytecode and walk reachable opcodes skipping PUSH data; the only reachable call-family opcodes are 0xf3 (RETURN) and 0xfa (STATICCALL).

Edge behaviors reproduced in test/scratch/Review.t.sol test_edges: pinScore(runId=1, challenge, config, score=0, ...) with a valid signature reverts NotHigher; pinScore with deadline=1000 at block.timestamp=1000 succeeds; pinScore with signature=0x reverts.

  2. Adapt contract projectAgent #19656 files changedsent back

Done. The board was already launch-compatible, so the source changes are only the two audit findings that reproduced.

Launch compatibility (no change needed). The constructor already takes explicit owner and signer addresses, is nonpayable, calls no other contract, and the runtime has no DELEGATECALL, CALLCODE or SELFDESTRUCT. The protected build files are untouched. I added a launch-shape test that deploys through a CREATE2 probe acting as the factory and checks owner, signer, payability, runtime size, opcodes and the EIP-712 domain.

Audit findings, all three reproduced or assessed:

    • Signer rotation (low) — fixed. The replaced signer now stays valid for a 24-hour grace window, matching the backend's attestation deadline, so unexpired attestations survive a rotation. A new owner-only revoke ends the window early for a leaked key. Every existing function, event, error and the domain stay the same. Additions are three getters, one function and one event.
    • renounceOwnership (info) — fixed. It now reverts, since an ownerless board could never rotate its signer again. Two-step transfer is unchanged.
    • Coverage record (info) — no change. It reports no defect. Its opcode and constructor checks are now kept as regression tests.

    Deliverables:

    • src/SqueekSupplyBoard.sol with both fixes
    • contracts/test/SqueekSupplyBoard.t.sol extended to 22 tests; original eight kept with the same assertions
    • contracts/test/SqueekSupplyBoardLaunch.t.sol with 4 launch-shape tests
    • docs/abi/SqueekSupplyBoard.json exported from the build
    • ADAPTATION.md listing each change, its file and the rule or finding behind it
    • README.md gains a short subsection on signer rotation and the new constant

Checks. Clean build and the full suite with the verifier's fuzz seed pass, 26 of 26. No launch.json was written. The project's Node test suite was not run because it needs dependencies that are not installed and would have to be committed under a protected path.

  4. Audit economicsAgent #1411found 1 low

I found one low-severity problem in SqueekSupplyBoard and nothing at medium or above. The findings and coverage are in .imd-findings.json. I made no other changes, and the temporary test is deleted.

Finding 1 (low): a second setSigner within 24 hours breaks the rotation promise.

    • Where: src/SqueekSupplyBoard.sol:62.
    • Cause: the contract remembers only one previous signer. The code comment says "a rotation never cuts off an attestation a player already holds", and the backend gives every attestation a 24-hour deadline (server/app.js:427).
    • Trigger: the owner rotates from signer A to B, then from B to C within 24 hours. Calling setSigner with the current signer again has the same effect.
    • Effect: scores A signed are still within their deadline but now fail with BadSignature(). Those players can no longer pin them to the leaderboard. No funds are involved, and only the owner can cause it.
    • Reproduced: a temporary Foundry test signed with A, rotated A→B, then B→C an hour later, and pinned an hour after that. The pin failed with BadSignature(), as the finding states.
    • Fix options: block a new setSigner while a grace window is open (unless revokePreviousSigner was called) and reject setting the current signer again. Or change the comment to say only the immediately previous signer is honoured.

    What holds:

    • pinScore: the signed message covers the caller's address, chain and deadline, so a score can't be stolen, front-run or replayed on another chain. Each run ID works once, a new score must beat the player's previous best, and the deadline includes the last second. Each challenge locks one config hash, and malleable signatures are rejected.
    • No money involved: the contract holds no ETH or tokens and has no fees or payouts.
    • Ownership: it is two-step, giving up ownership is disabled, and the owner is a constructor argument rather than the deploying factory.
    • revokePreviousSigner: it clears the old signer, and a cleared slot can't match any signature.

Each of the five entry points has a coverage row; four hold and setSigner points to finding 1. There is also a row for the no-custody, no-fees check.

    Tool leads:

    • Slither's timestamp warnings: these are the deadline and grace-window checks working as intended, so I didn't report them.
    • Aderyn's centralization warning: this is the owner's power to change the signer, which the brief asks for. I count it as a trust assumption, not a defect.

There was no launch.json to review, because the manifest step hasn't run yet.

The repo doesn't vendor forge-std, so I ran the test from test/scratch/ with a small inline cheat-code interface, as the existing tests do. For the same reason, a test that imports forge-std/Test.sol, as the proof format asks, won't compile here. A low finding doesn't need a proof, so I didn't attach one.

    • lowA second setSigner inside the grace window overwrites previousSigner and cuts off attestations still held from the first signersrc/SqueekSupplyBoard.sol:62

setSigner keeps exactly one previous signer. The SIGNER_GRACE_PERIOD comment promises that 'a rotation never cuts off an attestation a player already holds' (backend deadlines are now+86400, server/app.js:427). If the owner rotates twice within 24h (A->B, then B->C, or calls setSigner with the current signer again), previousSigner becomes B and A's still-unexpired attestations revert with BadSignature.

Players who held A-signed scores lose the ability to pin them (no funds involved; leaderboard entries lost, the stated guarantee is broken). Owner-only trigger, so low.

Deploy with owner O, signer A at t=1_000_000.

      A signs (runId='run1', challengeId='c1', configHash='cfg', player P, score 100, deliveries 3, deadline t+86400).

      O: setSigner(B) at t; O: setSigner(C) at t+1h.

At t+2h P calls pinScore with A's signature.

Expected: succeeds (inside A's grace window and deadline).

      Actual: reverts BadSignature() because previousSigner==B.

Verified with a scratch Foundry test (FAIL: BadSignature()).

Fix: either keep A's window (e.g. reject setSigner while a grace window is active unless revokePreviousSigner was called, or reject newSigner==signer), or document that only the immediately previous signer is honored.

  5. Audit mathAgent #507found 1 info

The review is complete. The findings file is written and validated, the scratch tests are removed, and the tree is otherwise untouched.

Outcome: the math is sound. I found no precision, boundary or numerical-gap defect in SqueekSupplyBoard. One informational note is recorded.

What I checked, with a scratch Foundry suite that ran and passed against the current code:

    • Timestamp arithmetic. The grace window is computed as a uint64 cast of the block timestamp plus the constant. This is checked arithmetic. It reverts rather than wrapping, and only at a timestamp beyond year 584 billion.
    • Inclusive edges. The attestation deadline and the grace cutoff both use the same inclusive comparison. The boundary second is accepted and the next second is rejected in both cases. A zero deadline is always expired.
    • Score boundary. A zero score is rejected by the strict comparison against the zero default. The uint64 maximum is accepted and then unbeatable, which is the intended monotonic rule.
    • Signature input boundary. Empty, 64-byte and all-zero 65-byte signatures revert inside OpenZeppelin ECDSA, so the recovered address is never zero and can never match a cleared previous signer.
    • Single rotation guarantee. An attestation issued at any time before a rotation keeps its full deadline inside the grace window.
    • ABI export. The file under docs/abi is identical to the compiled ABI.

The one note (info). The NatSpec on lines 16-17 says a rotation "never cuts off an attestation a player already holds". Two rotations inside one 24-hour window do cut off the oldest key's unexpired attestations, because only one previous signer is stored. ADAPTATION.md already documents this limit, and it requires owner action, so it is not a security defect. The reproduction and a minimal fix are in the findings file.

Coverage. All five listed entry points have rows. Four hold. setSigner points at the informational note. Three extra rows record the invariants and the ABI check.

Static analysis leads: both Slither timestamp lines are the deadline and grace comparisons that the design requires, and the Aderyn centralization line is the brief's owner role. Neither is a defect.

    • infoNatSpec overstates the grace guarantee: a second setSigner inside the 24h window drops the older signer while its attestations are unexpiredsrc/SqueekSupplyBoard.sol:16

Only one previous signer is kept. setSigner (line 62) overwrites previousSigner with the signer being replaced, so after two rotations A->B->C within one SIGNER_GRACE_PERIOD, signer A is accepted nowhere (line 105 checks only signer and previousSigner) even though attestations signed by A can still have up to 24h of deadline left.

The NatSpec claims a rotation never cuts off an attestation a player already holds; that holds for a single rotation (deadline = issue+86400 <= rotation+86400, verified) but not for two. ADAPTATION.md documents 'A second rotation drops the older key entirely', so this is a documented design limit requiring owner action, not a permission bypass or loss of funds.

Math checked and found correct: uint64(block.timestamp)+86400 is checked arithmetic with no silent wrap (reverts only at timestamp > 2^64-86401); deadline and grace comparisons are both inclusive (<=) and consistent; score 0 is rejected via NotHigher against the zero default, type(uint64).max is accepted and then unbeatable by design; ECDSA.recover reverts on 0/64/65-zero-byte signatures so recovered is never address(0) and the previousSigner==0 state cannot match.

      State: board deployed with signer A (key 0x1234), owner O, block.timestamp = 1,000,000.

      1. A signs ScoreAttestation(runId=1, challengeId, configHash, player, score=10, deliveries=1, deadline=1,086,400) for player P.
      2. O calls setSigner(B): previousSigner=A, previousSignerValidUntil=1,086,400.
      3. At timestamp 1,000,060 O calls setSigner(C): previousSigner=B, signer=C; A is no longer referenced.
      4. P calls pinScore(1, challengeId, configHash, 10, 1, 1,086,400, sigA) at timestamp 1,000,060 (< deadline). Expected per NatSpec line 16-17: accepted. Actual: reverts BadSignature at line 105. Scratch test test_doubleRotationDropsUnexpiredAttestation (run locally, passes = reproduces revert). Fix options: document the limit in the NatSpec, or keep a mapping signer => validUntil so each replaced key keeps its own window.
  6. Audit flowAgent #760found 1 low

The review is complete. The findings file is written and no source, test or configuration file was changed.

Result: one low finding, all five entry points covered.

    • Finding 1 (low), src/SqueekSupplyBoard.sol line 62. The signer rotation added by the adaptation keeps the replaced key valid for a fresh 24-hour window on every setSigner call. Ending that window takes a second, non-atomic owner transaction. A leaked key therefore still pins forged scores and locks challenge configs after the owner has rotated away from it, until the revoke lands or the window expires. I reproduced this with a scratch Foundry test: two attestations signed by the old key after the rotation both pinned successfully. The contract holds no funds, so impact is a forged leaderboard. The grace window was requested by an earlier accepted audit finding, so the judge may keep it as a documented trust assumption. The suggested minimal fix is an owner-only atomic replace function alongside the unchanged setSigner(address) ABI.

What held. pinScore ordering and every revert path, the EIP-712 digest against the server's typed data and the frontend encoder, OpenZeppelin 5.6.1 ECDSA.recover rejecting malleable or zero recoveries, two-step ownership with renounce disabled, the empty-chain constructor rehearsal, the opcode and size invariants, and the exported ABI, which diffs byte-for-byte against the compiled one. Build and all 26 existing tests pass offline.

Not reached. There is no launch.json in the tree yet, so the manifest row is marked unreached with the expected shape noted for the manifest step. The Slither timestamp lines are the intended deadline and grace comparisons, and the aderyn centralization line is the brief's owner role, so neither became a finding.

    • lowsetSigner alone does not stop a leaked signer: the rotated-out key pins forged scores for 24 hours until a second revokePreviousSigner transaction landssrc/SqueekSupplyBoard.sol:62

Execution trace / first principles. The brief states that 'only the owner changes signer' and names one PUBLIC score signer; the natural owner response to a leaked backend key is one call to setSigner(newKey).

After the adaptation, setSigner never removes the old key: it copies it into previousSigner with a fresh 24-hour window, and pinScore (line 105, via _isPreviousSigner at line 113) accepts any attestation the old key signs, including ones signed AFTER the rotation, until block.timestamp passes previousSignerValidUntil.

Ending the window needs a second owner transaction, revokePreviousSigner(), and nothing makes the two atomic: between the setSigner receipt and the revoke receipt (and during the whole window if the owner follows the brief's one-call model and never calls revoke) the leaked key still writes arbitrary scores and locks challengeConfig for any challengeId it chooses. Anyone watching the mempool for the owner's revoke can front-run it with forged pins.

A no-op rotation (setSigner with the current signer) likewise records the same key as previousSigner with a fresh window, which is harmless but shows the window is refreshed on every call.

No funds are at stake (the contract holds none), so the impact is a forged public leaderboard and a griefed challengeConfig lock, hence low; the accepted audit finding 9b6a6be7 asked for the grace window deliberately, so this is the trade-off of that design and a judge may keep it as a documented trust assumption.

Minimal fix that keeps the accepted design and the setSigner(address) ABI: add an owner-only replaceSigner(address newSigner) (or a bool parameter on a new overload) that sets signer and deletes previousSigner/previousSignerValidUntil in the same transaction, and document in the README that setSigner is for planned rotation while replaceSigner is for compromise.

Alternatively, have setSigner skip the grace copy when the owner has already revoked, or require revoke-before-rotate. Operational guidance only (README) leaves the exploitable gap in place.

State: board deployed with owner O and signer K1 at t=1000. Steps:

      1. O calls setSigner(K2); now signer=K2, previousSigner=K1, previousSignerValidUntil=1000+86400.
      2. Attacker holding K1 signs, at t=1001 (after the rotation), ScoreAttestation{runId=99, challengeId=keccak('daily'), configHash=keccak('rules+source'), player=P, score=1000000, deliveries=1, deadline=100000}.
      3. P calls pinScore(99, challengeId, configHash, 1000000, 1, 100000, sig). Expected by the brief's model (owner changed the signer, K1 is no longer the signer): revert BadSignature. Actual: the pin succeeds, best[challengeId][P].score == 1000000 and ScorePinned is emitted; a second forged attestation signed by K1 at t=1000+86400 (runId=100, score=2000000) also succeeds. Only after O's separate revokePreviousSigner() transaction (or 86401 seconds) does K1 stop being accepted. Verified with a scratch Foundry test (test/scratch/RotationGap.t.sol, removed after the run): both forged pins pass on the current code.
  7. Audit permissionsAgent #658found 1 medium, 2 low

I found three problems in the permission review of SqueekSupplyBoard: one medium and two low. They are in .imd-findings.json, along with coverage for all 5 entry points and 3 invariant checks. I changed no tracked files. My scratch tests and the build outputs my runs created in the repo are deleted, and git status shows nothing.

    Findings

    1. Medium: a leaked signer key can permanently lock future daily challenges (src/SqueekSupplyBoard.sol:107). The first pin for a challenge fixes its configHash, and nothing else can change it. Daily challenge IDs are predictable (server/challenges.js:115). So anyone holding a signer key, even the old one during its 24h grace period, can pin each future day with a junk configHash. Rotating with setSigner and then calling revokePreviousSigner doesn't clear those locks. Every honest pinScore for those days then reverts with InvalidConfiguration, and the owner has no way to repair it. Its proof test fails today with InvalidConfiguration().
    2. Low: re-setting the active signer ends the old signer's grace early (:61). Calling setSigner with the signer that is already active doesn't revert. It overwrites previousSigner, so attestations players already hold from the replaced key revert with BadSignature. It also makes a later revokePreviousSigner emit an event naming a signer that is still active. Its proof test fails today with BadSignature().
    3. Low: a compromised key can't be cut off in one transaction (:63). Every rotation gives the old key 24h of grace. For the first rotation, revoking can't be done in advance: it reverts when there is no previous signer. With an ordinary wallet as owner, the leaked key still works between the setSigner and revokePreviousSigner transactions. No proof test, since it is low severity.

    Coverage

    • Holds: acceptOwnership and transferOwnership (OpenZeppelin 5.6.1 two-step ownership), and revokePreviousSigner.
    • Holds (invariants): renounceOwnership is disabled for every caller, the constructor rejects zero owner and signer addresses, and docs/abi/SqueekSupplyBoard.json exactly matches the compiled ABI.
    • Finding: pinScore (finding 1) and setSigner (findings 2 and 3).
    • Checked, no problem: pinScore ties the player to the caller, uses each runId only once, signs over chain ID and contract address, and rejects malleable signatures.
    • Not reported: two real rotations within 24h dropping the older key. The previous contributor's tests and ADAPTATION.md treat that as intended.
    • The two static-analysis leads: the timestamp comparisons are the intended deadline and grace checks. The centralization lead is the intended owner role.

    Checks

    • The project's own forge test run passes: 26 of 26.
    • forge-std isn't vendored in lib/. To run the proof tests I cloned it to /tmp and passed it in as a command-line remapping. Neither foundry.toml nor remappings.txt was changed.

    • mediumA leaked signer key (current or previous within its grace window) can permanently lock future predictable challengeIds to a junk configHash; the owner's rotate/revoke path cannot undo itsrc/SqueekSupplyBoard.sol:107

Trust gap (access x asymmetry). The challengeId -> configHash lock is written only by pinScore (line 107), by whichever attestation lands first, and nothing else ever writes challengeConfig. Daily challengeIds are public and predictable: server/challenges.js:115 derives them as keccak256("squeek-supply:" + RULES_VERSION + ":" + day).

The board's only response to a leaked key is owner-only setSigner + revokePreviousSigner. Those stop future signatures, but they cannot clear locks the leaked key already wrote. Holding the key for one block is enough to lock every future day's challenge to a bogus configHash, at about 100k gas per day, from any number of player addresses or from a helper contract that calls pinScore in a loop.

After that, every honest pinScore for those days reverts InvalidConfiguration (line 98) forever. The on-chain leaderboard the brief requires is broken for those days, and the owner cannot repair it. SIGNER_GRACE_PERIOD widens the window: a replaced key keeps this power for up to 24h after setSigner unless the owner also sends revokePreviousSigner.

The brief says 'each challengeId locks one configHash', so the lock itself is intended. The defect is that the lock has no owner-side recovery once the key that wrote it is revoked.

Minimal fix that keeps the lock: record which signer created each lock (e.g. challengeLockSigner[challengeId] = recovered when the lock is first set), and add an owner-only function that clears a challenge's lock only when its locking signer is no longer accepted (neither signer nor previousSigner within grace). Alternatively, if the author prefers, the previous signer may only pin into challenges whose config is already locked. The proof test accepts either fix.

      1. Deploy SqueekSupplyBoard(owner, A).
      2. Owner calls setSigner(B) because A leaked.
      3. In the grace window, the attacker uses key A to sign ScoreAttestation(runId=keccak('evil-run'), challengeId=keccak256('squeek-supply:ss-2.0.0:2027-01-01'), configHash=keccak('junk'), player=attacker, score=1, deliveries=1, deadline=now+1d) and calls pinScore from the attacker address. It succeeds and sets challengeConfig[futureDay]=junk.
      4. Owner calls revokePreviousSigner().
      5. When that day comes, the honest signer B signs the real configHash for a player and the player calls pinScore. Expected: the honest pin succeeds. Actual: it reverts InvalidConfiguration(), and the owner has no function to clear the lock. The proof test fails with [FAIL: InvalidConfiguration()].

    • lowsetSigner(currentSigner) is not a rotation but still overwrites previousSigner, ending the replaced key's grace window and cutting off attestations players already holdsrc/SqueekSupplyBoard.sol:61

Asymmetry in setSigner. The grace window exists so that 'a rotation never cuts off an attestation a player already holds' (lines 16-17, ADAPTATION.md section 1). setSigner does not reject newSigner == signer. Re-setting the active signer (an idempotent ops script, or a retried transaction) therefore writes previousSigner = signer, the key that is still active.

That silently drops the key that was actually replaced, and its outstanding attestations revert BadSignature even though no rotation happened. The same state also makes a later revokePreviousSigner() emit PreviousSignerRevoked(B) for B, the still-active signer, which misleads off-chain monitoring. (Two genuine rotations within 24h also drop the older key.

That case is documented and tested as intended, testSecondRotationDropsOlderSigner, so it is not reported here.) Players can usually get a fresh attestation from the backend, so the impact is limited to failed pins and wasted gas.

Fix: revert on newSigner == signer, or make it a no-op that leaves previousSigner/previousSignerValidUntil untouched.

      Deploy with signer A.

The player holds an A-signed attestation with deadline = t+86400.

At t the owner calls setSigner(B).

At t+1h the owner calls setSigner(B) again, which does not revert.

The player calls pinScore with the A attestation.

Expected: accepted, because A is within its 24h grace and no rotation away from B occurred.

Actual: BadSignature(), and previousSigner() == B.

The proof test fails with [FAIL: BadSignature()].

    • lowNo way to replace a compromised signer without the 24h grace: the leaked key stays accepted between setSigner and a separate revokePreviousSigner transactionsrc/SqueekSupplyBoard.sol:63

setSigner always grants the replaced key a 24h grace window. revokePreviousSigner is a second, separate owner transaction. For the first rotation it cannot be sent in advance: with previousSigner == 0 it reverts InvalidConfiguration (line 71). The owner is an EOA (0x51404e4a699e4e338e143fb2a45c5cdc96392575 per the brief), so there is no atomic 'rotate and revoke'.

Any pinScore signed by the leaked key that is mined after setSigner and before revokePreviousSigner is accepted. That is a window for the attacker who holds the key and watches the mempool. If the owner's second transaction is delayed (gas, nonce, offline), the window is the full 24h.

Pins are permanent (no unpin), and finding 1 shows what the window can do. This is a design tradeoff the previous contributor chose, so it is low. Minimal fix that keeps the ABI and the grace behaviour: add an owner-only replaceSignerNow(address) (or setSigner(address, bool keepPrevious)) that clears previousSigner/previousSignerValidUntil in the same transaction.

Signer A leaks at time t.

The owner sends setSigner(B), mined in block N.

In block N, after it, or in any block before the owner's revokePreviousSigner lands, the attacker calls pinScore with an A-signed attestation (player = attacker, score = type(uint64).max, deadline = t+1d).

Expected: rejected, because the owner has replaced A.

      Actual: accepted via _isPreviousSigner (block.timestamp <= previousSignerValidUntil = t+86400), and best[challenge][attacker] = 2^64-1 is permanent.

    • lowRepeated setSigner calls truncate unrevoked 24-hour attestation gracesrc/SqueekSupplyBoard.sol:62

Every setSigner call overwrites the only previousSigner entry, even when newSigner equals the current signer. An owner making a second ordinary update therefore invalidates outstanding attestations from the earlier key before either their signed deadline or the promised SIGNER_GRACE_PERIOD expires, without calling revokePreviousSigner.

This undermines the stated purpose of the earlier signer-rotation fix and the contract/function documentation that issued attestations are not cut off by rotation. ADAPTATION.md explicitly acknowledges that a second rotation drops the older key, and the existing testSecondRotationDropsOlderSigner asserts that rejection; those describe the current limitation but do not preserve the advertised grace guarantee.

Impact is loss of availability of already issued score attestations following owner updates; this does not give an unauthorized caller signer privileges. Preserve each unrevoked retired key until its promised grace expires; additional signer updates must not implicitly discard an active grace window. Treat reapplying the current signer as a no-op.

Run the proof with FOUNDRY_TEST=test forge test --match-path test/scratch/SignerGraceRegression.t.sol.

At timestamp 1800000000, deploy with the approved owner and vm.addr(0x1234) as signer A.

A signs the proof's unused run for its player, score=500, deliveries=1, deadline=1800086400, using the SqueekSupply/version 2 domain on chain 11155111.

At timestamp 1800000001 the owner calls setSigner(vm.addr(0x5678)) (B).

At timestamp 1800000002 the owner either calls setSigner(vm.addr(0x9ABC)) (C) or repeats setSigner(B).

The player then submits A's unchanged attestation.

Expected: it succeeds because the run is unused, the challenge is unlocked, 500 exceeds best=0, the signed deadline is 86398 seconds away, and A's 86400-second retirement grace has not expired or been revoked.

Actual: both tests revert with BadSignature because previousSigner now equals B.

The otherwise identical one-rotation positive control passes.

Locally the proof produced 1 passing control and 2 failures with BadSignature; neither failure is an expected-revert assertion.

  9. Audit judgeAgent #1059found 2 medium, 2 low

The review is complete. The findings file is written, the scratch directory is removed, and git reports no tracked file changed.

What I did. I ran the accepted suite and the contributed adversarial suite as a baseline. Both pass, 70 tests in total. I then ran the three specialist proofs under test/scratch with forge-std fetched outside the repository. All three fail on the current code for exactly the reason their findings state. I also confirmed the backend's typed-data domain, field order and 24-hour deadline match the contract, that the committed ABI export is identical to the compiled ABI, and that both manifest addresses are correctly checksummed.

Findings kept, after merging seven specialist reports into three and adding one of my own:

    1. Medium. A challengeConfig lock written by a leaked signer key is permanent. The owner can rotate and revoke the key, but no function clears the lock, so every honest pin for that predictable future day reverts forever. The backend never checks the on-chain lock, so it keeps issuing attestations that cannot land. No proof attached, because a fix-agnostic test cannot name the recovery function. The specialist's proof reproduces it and is cited.

    2. Medium, mine. The manifest fills the owner argument with $owner although the brief states the owner address. The manifest guidance requires a stated owner to be written as a static word. If the paying wallet differs from the stated owner, the only privileged role lands on the wrong party. The signer argument already follows the static rule, so the manifest is inconsistent with itself.

    3. Low, merged from four reports. Every setSigner call overwrites the single previousSigner slot, including a no-op re-set of the current signer. That drops an unexpired key's grace window and contradicts the NatSpec promise. The attached proof covers the no-op case and accepts either a revert or a no-op fix. The double-rotation variant is a documented design limit.

    4. Low, merged from two reports. setSigner always grants the replaced key a fresh 24-hour window, and revocation is a separate owner transaction that cannot be sent first on the initial rotation. Forged pins are accepted in the gap. This is the trade-off of the accepted grace-window design.

Dropped. The Slither timestamp leads are the intended deadline and grace comparisons. The Aderyn centralization lead is the owner role the brief asks for and is recorded as a trust assumption, not a defect.

Coverage. All five entry points are answered. Two are marked holds, two carry findings, and the constructor, deployability, and ABI export rows are included as extra checks. Nothing else in the contract failed my own pass: signature binding, replay protection, reentrancy surface, size and opcode constraints, and the two-step ownership path all hold.

    • mediumA challengeConfig lock written by a leaked signer key is permanent: the owner can revoke the key but has no way to clear the lock, so every honest pinScore for that challengeId reverts foreversrc/SqueekSupplyBoard.sol:107

Merged from audit_permissions 456d2fc0 (reproduced; its proof fails with InvalidConfiguration() on this code). challengeConfig[challengeId] is written only here, by whichever authorized attestation lands first, and nothing else in the contract ever writes or clears it. Daily challengeIds are public and predictable: server/challenges.js:115 derives them as keccak256('squeek-supply:'+RULES_VERSION+':'+day).

The contract's only response to a key compromise is setSigner (line 59) plus revokePreviousSigner (line 69); both stop future signatures from the leaked key but cannot undo locks it already wrote. A key that is leaked (the current signer at any time, or the replaced signer during its 24h grace window per _isPreviousSigner line 113) can therefore sign one attestation per future day for any address and lock each of those days to a junk configHash at about 100k gas each.

From then on, pinScore reverts at line 98 (known != bytes32(0) && known != configHash) for every honest attestation of that day, and the backend keeps issuing them because server/chain.js:82-88 only checks best(), never challengeConfig. The on-chain leaderboard the brief requires is broken for those days with no owner remedy.

The lock itself is intended by the brief ('each challengeId locks one configHash'); the defect is the absence of any recovery path once the key that wrote it has been revoked.

Minimal fix that keeps the lock semantics: record the signer that created each lock (e.g. challengeLockSigner[challengeId] = recovered when the lock is first written at line 107) and add an owner-only function that clears a lock only while its locking signer is neither signer nor an unexpired previousSigner.

A narrower complement is to let previousSigner only pin into challenges whose config is already locked, which closes the grace-window variant but not the current-key variant. I attach no proof to this finding because a fix-agnostic test cannot name the recovery function; the specialist's proof (.imd/reads/proofs/Proof_456d2fc09b89.t.sol) reproduces the defect and would pass only under the previous-signer-restriction fix.

      1. Deploy SqueekSupplyBoard(owner=0x51404e4A699e4E338e143fB2A45c5cdc96392575, signer=A) at block.timestamp=1_800_000_000.
      2. Owner calls setSigner(B) because A leaked.
      3. Still inside A's grace window, the attacker signs ScoreAttestation(runId=keccak256('evil-run'), challengeId=keccak256('squeek-supply:ss-2.0.0:2027-01-01'), configHash=keccak256('junk'), player=0xBAD, score=1, deliveries=1, deadline=now+86400) with key A and calls pinScore from 0xBAD. It succeeds: challengeConfig[thatDay]=keccak256('junk').
      4. Owner calls revokePreviousSigner().
      5. Warp to 1_830_000_000 (that day). B signs the real configHash keccak256('real rules+source') for player 0xA11CE (runId keccak256('honest-run'), score 500, deliveries 1, deadline now+86400) and the player calls pinScore. Expected: the honest pin succeeds and challengeConfig[thatDay] is the real config. Actual: it reverts InvalidConfiguration() at line 98, and no function exists that lets the owner clear the lock. Ran the specialist's proof under test/scratch with forge-std mapped from outside the tree: [FAIL: InvalidConfiguration()] testLeakedSignerCannotPermanentlyLockFutureChallenge().
    • mediumlaunch.json fills initialOwner with $owner although the brief states the owner address; the manifest guidance requires that stated address to be written as a static wordlaunch.json:7

The approved workflow (.imd/reads/workflow.md) states 'Contract owner is 0x51404e4a699e4e338e143fb2a45c5cdc96392575'. The manifest guidance for this launch mode says: '$owner is the wallet that paid for the launch, or the owner the request's owner field names ... An owner address the brief itself states for a contract is written as that static address instead of $owner.'

The manifest instead writes "$owner" for the first constructor argument and asserts in notes that '$owner resolves to the approved owner 0x5140...'. Notes are explanatory text, not deployment authority, and nothing in the tree or the manifest binds $owner to that address.

If the request's owner field is empty, $owner resolves to the paying wallet; if that wallet is not 0x5140..., Ownable(initialOwner) at line 53 of src/SqueekSupplyBoard.sol hands the only privileged role (setSigner, revokePreviousSigner, transferOwnership) to the wrong party, and the brief's owner cannot rotate the signer. ADAPTATION.md line 13 itself expected 'the manifest fills it with the brief's owner 0x51404e4a699e4e338e143fb2a45c5cdc96392575'.

The signer argument on line 8 already follows the static-address rule, so the manifest is inconsistent with itself.

Fix: replace "$owner" with "0x51404e4a699e4e338e143fb2a45c5cdc96392575" (any casing; the checksummed form is 0x51404e4A699e4E338e143fB2A45c5cdc96392575). Everything else in launch.json checks out: exactly the keys kind/contracts/notes, one 17-character contract name, two string constructorArgs matching constructor(address initialOwner, address initialSigner) in declaration order, notes under 4,000 characters, no token/pool/ETH.

      Read launch.json lines 6-9: constructorArgs = ["$owner", "0x2Dc8205A9650faFB65B51aE25cC34cEfDEe08653"].

Compare with workflow.md line 3 ('Contract owner is 0x51404e4a699e4e338e143fb2a45c5cdc96392575') and the manifest rule quoted above.

      Expected: constructorArgs[0] == "0x51404e4a699e4e338e143fb2a45c5cdc96392575".

Actual: constructorArgs[0] == "$owner", whose resolution depends on the launch request's payer/owner field, which the tree does not show.

Concrete failure case: a launch paid by wallet W != 0x5140... with no owner field -> factory deploys SqueekSupplyBoard(W, 0x2Dc8...) and owner() == W.

    • lowsetSigner unconditionally overwrites the single previousSigner slot, so re-setting the current signer (a non-rotation) or a second rotation within 24h drops an unexpired key's grace window and cuts ofsrc/SqueekSupplyBoard.sol:62

Merged from audit_permissions a4d1131f (low), audit_economics 155c00dc (low), audit_math 35249dd4 (info) and write_foundry_tests 918d3a6c (low): all four report the same root cause. setSigner (lines 59-66) has no check for newSigner == signer and keeps exactly one previous signer.

Two consequences: (a) Re-setting the already active signer B (an idempotent ops script or a retried transaction) is not a rotation, yet it writes previousSigner = B and discards A, the key that was actually replaced; A's outstanding attestations then revert BadSignature at line 105 even though they are inside both their signed deadline and the promised 24h window, and a later revokePreviousSigner() emits PreviousSignerRevoked(B) for the still-active key.

      (b) Two genuine rotations A->B->C within one SIGNER_GRACE_PERIOD drop A the same way. The NatSpec at lines 16-17 promises 'a rotation never cuts off an attestation a player already holds'; that holds for one rotation only. ADAPTATION.md line 36 documents (b) as a known limit and contracts/test/SqueekSupplyBoard.t.sol testSecondRotationDropsOlderSigner asserts it, so (b) is a documented design limit; (a) is an unintended effect of a no-op call.

No funds are involved and the owner is the only trigger, so low. Players can request a fresh attestation from the backend, which only signs for the current key (server/chain.js:62-71), so the impact is failed pins and wasted gas.

Minimal fix: in setSigner, revert (or return without touching previousSigner/previousSignerValidUntil) when newSigner == signer, and amend the NatSpec to say only the immediately previous key is honored; a fuller fix keeps a per-key mapping signer => validUntil so each replaced key keeps its own window. The attached proof covers case (a) and accepts either the revert or the no-op fix (the second setSigner is wrapped in try/catch).

      Deploy SqueekSupplyBoard(owner, A) at t=1_800_000_000.

      A signs ScoreAttestation(runId=keccak256('run-1'), challengeId=keccak256('daily'), configHash=keccak256('cfg'), player=0xA11CE, score=500, deliveries=1, deadline=t+86400).

      Owner calls setSigner(B) at t (previousSigner=A, previousSignerValidUntil=t+86400).

At t+3600 the owner calls setSigner(B) again; it does not revert and sets previousSigner=B.

      The player calls pinScore(keccak256('run-1'), keccak256('daily'), keccak256('cfg'), 500, 1, t+86400, sigA).

Expected: accepted (A is within its grace window, no rotation away from B happened) and previousSigner()==A.

Actual: reverts BadSignature() at line 105 and previousSigner()==B.

Variant (b): replace the second call with setSigner(C) at t+1; the same A attestation reverts BadSignature().

Ran both specialist proofs under test/scratch: Proof_a4d1131fed56 [FAIL: BadSignature()] testResettingActiveSignerKeepsReplacedSignerGrace; Proof_918d3a6c03a2 [FAIL: BadSignature()] on testReapplyingCurrentSignerPreservesAlreadyIssuedAttestation and testSecondRotationPreservesAlreadyIssuedAttestation, with its one-rotation control passing.

    • lowsetSigner alone never removes a leaked key: it always grants the replaced signer a fresh 24h window, and the separate revokePreviousSigner transaction cannot be sent first on the initial rotation, so src/SqueekSupplyBoard.sol:63

Merged from audit_permissions f3a90a0b (low) and audit_flow 7fb38e3e (low); same root cause. The brief's model is 'only the owner changes signer', and the natural response to a leaked backend key is one call to setSigner(newKey).

After the accepted adaptation, setSigner copies the old key into previousSigner (line 62) with a window ending at block.timestamp + 86400 (line 63), and pinScore accepts anything that key signs, including attestations signed after the rotation, while block.timestamp <= previousSignerValidUntil (line 105 via _isPreviousSigner, line 113).

Ending the window needs a second owner transaction, revokePreviousSigner (line 69), and for the first rotation it cannot be sent beforehand because previousSigner == address(0) reverts InvalidConfiguration at line 71.

The owner is an EOA (brief), so the two transactions are never atomic: anyone holding the leaked key and watching the mempool can land forged pinScore calls (any score up to type(uint64).max for any address they control, and new challengeConfig locks as in finding 1) between the setSigner receipt and the revoke receipt; if the owner follows the brief's one-call model and never calls revoke, the window is the full 24h. Pins are permanent (no unpin).

No funds are at stake, the owner is informed by README ('旧密钥泄露时,owner调用 revokePreviousSigner()'), and the grace window was requested by accepted finding 9b6a6be7, so this is the trade-off of that design and is reported as low.

Minimal fix that keeps the ABI and the grace behaviour: add an owner-only replaceSigner(address newSigner) (or an overload setSigner(address, bool keepPrevious)) that sets signer and deletes previousSigner/previousSignerValidUntil in the same transaction, and document setSigner as the planned-rotation path.

      Deploy SqueekSupplyBoard(owner, K1) at t=1000.

      1. Owner calls setSigner(K2): signer=K2, previousSigner=K1, previousSignerValidUntil=87400.
      2. At t=1001 the attacker, holding K1, signs ScoreAttestation(runId=99, challengeId=keccak256('daily'), configHash=keccak256('rules+source'), player=P, score=1000000, deliveries=1, deadline=100000) and P calls pinScore(99, challengeId, configHash, 1000000, 1, 100000, sig). Expected under the brief's model (the owner changed the signer, K1 is no longer the signer): BadSignature. Actual: the pin succeeds, best(challengeId,P).score == 1000000 and ScorePinned is emitted; a second K1-signed attestation at t=87400 (runId=100, score=2000000) also succeeds. Only after the owner's separate revokePreviousSigner() lands, or at t>87400, is K1 rejected. Attempting revokePreviousSigner() before the first setSigner reverts InvalidConfiguration() (line 71), so the owner cannot pre-empt the window. Traced on lines 59-66, 69-75, 105 and 112-114; both specialists report scratch tests confirming the two accepted forged pins, and the existing contracts/test testRotationKeepsUnexpiredAttestationValid shows the same acceptance path for a legitimately held attestation.
  10. Adapt contract projectAgent #8695 files changed

All three review findings reproduced against the accepted code, and all three are now fixed, tested and answered in .imd-responses.json.

What reproduced. A scratch test run before any change confirmed each report. A replaced signer's leaked key could pre-lock a future day's challengeConfig to junk with no owner remedy once revoked. Re-calling setSigner with the active key overwrote the replaced key's grace window. And setSigner alone always granted a leaked key a fresh 24-hour window, with no single-transaction way to end it.

Changes in src/SqueekSupplyBoard.sol (all additive; constructor, existing ABI, storage prefix, EIP-712 domain and typehash unchanged):

    • Lock recovery. The first pin for a challenge now also records which signer wrote the lock. A new owner-only clearChallengeConfig removes a lock only when that signer is retired, meaning neither the current signer nor an unexpired previous one. Locks by keys still in service stay immutable, and clearing never touches pins, spent run ids or bests.
    • Same-signer guard. setSigner rejects the already active address, so a retried call cannot drop the grace window of the key actually replaced. The documented single-slot behaviour for two genuine rotations is unchanged.
    • Emergency rotation. A new owner-only replaceSigner installs the new key and clears the previous-signer window in one transaction. setSigner remains the planned-rotation path.

Verification. forge build succeeds and forge test with the verifier's fuzz seed passes 40 of 40 tests, up from 26. The 14 new tests include each reviewer's exact sequence end to end, a fuzz test over the retirement boundary, and checks that clearing cannot reopen run ids or lower a best. The launch-shape tests still pass, since the constructor is untouched.

Docs. ADAPTATION.md gains sections 8 to 11 describing each change, the finding behind it and its tests. README's signer-rotation subsection documents the three new behaviours. The ABI export in docs/abi was regenerated. The backend was deliberately left alone, as noted in ADAPTATION.md, since the on-chain remedy does not depend on it.

  11. ManifestAgent #7571 file changed

The finding reproduced and is fixed. The brief in workflow.md states the owner address outright, and the manifest rule writes a brief-stated owner as a static word rather than as a placeholder that resolves from the launch request.

    What changed:

    • launch.json now passes the owner as the static address 0x51404e4a699e4e338e143fb2a45c5cdc96392575 for initialOwner. The signer argument was already static and is unchanged.
    • Notes now say both constructor arguments are the addresses the brief states, instead of claiming that a placeholder resolves to the owner.
    • .imd-responses.json answers the finding with verdict "fixed" and describes the change.

    Verification results:

    CheckResult
    forge buildcompiled, lint warnings only
forge test with verifier fuzz seed40 passed, 0 failed
manifest shape (keys, kind, notes length)ok
    git statusonly launch.json modified

The manifest still lists the single contract SqueekSupplyBoard with two arguments in the order of its constructor, initialOwner then initialSigner, and no token, pool, ETH or initialization fields. No source, test or configuration file was touched.

  12. Write foundry testsAgent #15054 files changed

I've updated the test suite for the revised SqueekSupplyBoard source. All tests pass with the required fuzz seed: 66 in test/ and the 40 already-accepted ones in contracts/test. I found no new defect, so there is no .imd-findings.json.

foundry.toml points at contracts/test, so a plain forge test only runs the accepted suite. sh test/check.sh runs both directories without changing any configuration.

What changed in the source since my last round

    • setSigner now refuses to re-set the active signer.
    • A new emergency replaceSigner cuts off the old key immediately, with no grace period.
    • The board now records which key wrote each challenge's lock (challengeConfigSigner).
    • A new owner-only clearChallengeConfig clears a lock once the key that wrote it is out of service.

New file: test/SqueekKeyRecovery.t.sol (21 tests, including one fuzz test at 1,000 runs)

    • Re-setting the active signer: both setSigner and replaceSigner reject it and leave the grace window exactly as it was. Rotating back to the previous key swaps the two. A second planned rotation keeps only the latest replaced key, as the source's comments now say.
    • replaceSigner: both the replaced key and any previous key still in grace stop working in the same call. It emits the right events, rejects the zero address and the active signer without side effects, keeps scores, used run IDs and locks, and only the owner can call it.
    • Lock signer: the key that writes the first lock is recorded and never overwritten. Rejected pins record nothing.
    • clearChallengeConfig: it refuses an unlocked challenge, a second clear, and any lock whose key is still in service. That means the current signer, a previous signer still in grace (checked up to the exact cutoff second), and a key that was reinstated. It clears locks of revoked, expired or replaced keys.
      • The "leaked key" scenario is covered end to end: a junk lock is cleared, the real config is locked and enforced, and the old scores and used run IDs stay.
      • Clearing a lock doesn't let a player pin a lower score or reuse a run ID.
      • Only the owner can clear.
      • The fuzz test checks that a lock can be cleared exactly when its key is out of service, over time and revocation.

Changes to the invariant tests (test/helpers/ScoreHandler.sol, test/SqueekStateful.t.sol)

    • Three new random actions: re-set the active signer (must fail), emergency replacement, and lock clearing. A clear must succeed exactly when the model says the lock's key is out of service.
    • Unauthorized-caller attempts now include the two new owner functions.
    • The score-history invariant now also checks which key wrote each lock.
    • There is a new step-by-step test that walks every key-recovery path and counts successes and rejections.
    • The run is 256 sequences of 64 calls, with no unexpected reverts.

test/README.md now covers the new suite. It also replaces a stale "Reported defect" section, which mentioned a test that doesn't exist.

My earlier finding. Last round I reported that re-setting the current signer overwrote the old key's grace period. That part is fixed and now tested. A second rotation within the grace period still drops the older key. The source now documents that as intended, with replaceSigner and revokePreviousSigner as the tools for a compromise, so I test it as written rather than report it again.

One design point for the review, not a defect: once a lock's key is out of service, the owner can clear that challenge's lock, even if the key was retired by an ordinary rotation. Scores pinned before the clear stay, so one challenge can end up with scores under two configs. That's the documented remedy, and it relies on trusting the owner.

I changed only files under test/ and committed nothing.

  13. Audit judgeAgent #1154found nothing

All four prior findings are settled as fixed, and I found nothing new. The review is clean: .imd-findings.json holds an empty findings list and a coverage row for every entry point. The working tree is unchanged apart from that file.

What I verified against the revised code

    • Leaked-key lock (medium, 4173811e): fixed. The lock now records its signer, and the owner-only clearChallengeConfig deletes it once that key is retired. I reran my exact sequence in a scratch test: lock by leaked key A, rotate to B, clear refused while A is in grace, revoke, clear succeeds, and the honest B pin on that day succeeds with the real config. Spent runIds and best scores survive the clear.
    • Manifest owner (medium, 5cb48219): fixed. The first constructor argument is now the brief's static owner address, the signer is the stated static address, and the manifest still has only the schema keys with valid names and notes.
    • Same-signer re-set (low, 92af57a0): fixed for case (a). A repeated setSigner call reverts and leaves the replaced key's grace intact. Case (b), two rotations within 24h, remains the documented single-slot design.
    • No atomic emergency rotation (low, a479cf11): fixed. replaceSigner installs the new key and clears the grace fields in one transaction. Pins signed by the replaced key or the old previous key revert immediately afterward.

The protected floor tests could not be compiled locally because their harness is not in the tree. The exported ABI in docs/abi matches the compiled ABI exactly, including the new functions and error. The slither timestamp lines are the intended deadline and grace comparisons. One trust assumption is recorded in the coverage row rather than as a finding: the owner can clear any lock whose key has retired, so one config per challenge holds per lock lifetime, not forever.

    • highbug: result recovery opens an unusable wallet picker behind the results dialogweb/src/sheet.ts:108

Now: ConnectSheet appends an ordinary div to body while resultDialog remains a native modal. The browser keeps that picker behind the top layer and makes it inert, so the results screen cannot reconnect a wallet. The same pseudo-modal also lets Tab leave the picker when opened from the lobby.

Change to: Render the existing picker as a native dialog opened with showModal(), close it with close(), and return focus to its trigger. Keep the existing connector and signing logic.

Why: The approved brief explicitly requires "results with wallet login and pinScore"; the required results login cannot be used before signing, so this is a repository-fixable missing requirement; recovered or expired sessions must be able to reach the wallet control, and a modal must contain keyboard focus.

At 390x844 in Chromium and WebKit, set localStorage["ss.lang"]="en" and restore a pending ranked result with no wallet connected: set sessionStorage["ss.pending"] to JSON containing run:{runId:"0x"+"11".repeat(32),runToken:"review",ranked:true,address:"0x"+"12".repeat(20)}, mode:"daily", payload:{inputs:[],endTick:60,clientSummary:{score:1,deliveries:0,completedMissions:0,maxLevel:1}}, result:null, txHash:null; reload and wait for resultDialog[open].

Click Connect wallet, then the first wallet row.

Expected: the wallet picker receives the click.

Actual: its row at x=16,y=715,w=358,h=48 cannot be clicked; elementFromPoint(195,739) is resultDialog and Playwright repeatedly reports "resultDialog intercepts pointer events" until timeout.

Both browsers reproduce the same intercepted click.

    • mediumbug: delivery status changes move the game board during play on phonesweb/src/style.css:822

Now: The phone rule removes the delivery hint's reserved height. Its waiting copy wraps to two lines, while the ready copy fits one, so the entire canvas, queue and tools jump whenever a hamster becomes deliverable or is delivered.

Change to: Replace this min-height: 0 with min-height: 3.2em so the existing hint reserves two lines in every delivery state.

Why: The main interaction should stay in place through waiting, ready and success states; moving the board under the player interrupts aiming and following the falling pieces.

At 390x844 in Chromium, switch to English, choose Free practice, and leave scrollY=0.

Drop hamsters with at least 750 ms between drops until a level-3 hamster is 70 ticks old; press E to deliver it, then continue until another level-3 hamster is ready.

Measured waiting state: deliveryHint height 44.78125 px and .stage document top 491.5625 px.

Ready state: hint height 22.390625 px and .stage top 469.171875 px.

After E, .stage returns to 491.5625 px; the cycle repeats for the next delivery.

Expected: the board keeps one position.

Actual: 22.390625 px vertical jumps without scrolling.

      Evidence: /tmp/squeek-review/chromium-hints.json and chromium-hint-1.png through chromium-hint-5.png.

    • lowbug: switching language replaces a failed challenge message with a permanent loading labelweb/index.html:61

Now: After the daily challenge request fails, changing language reapplies this initial loading translation. renderChallenge returns immediately without a challenge, so the error becomes "Loading…" even though no request is pending.

Change to: Retain the challenge load state and error code, and translate that state when language changes. In the failed state keep "Daily challenge unavailable. Retry or play practice." instead of applying the initial loading label.

Why: This bilingual interface must distinguish loading from failure and give visitors an accurate reason the daily action is disabled.

At 390x844 in Chromium, serve dist and answer GET https://api.btc-psbt.fun:9443/v1/challenges/today with HTTP 503 and JSON {"error":"network_error"}.

Wait until retryChallenge is visible: the Chinese challenge status correctly says the daily challenge is unavailable.

Click EN and wait five seconds.

Expected: the unavailable message translated to English.

Actual: challengeStatus says "Loading…", dailyBtn remains disabled and Retry remains visible.

The challenge request counter is still 1 before and after changing language, proving there is no loading request.

Restore the real 200 response and click Retry: three phase cards load and dailyBtn enables.

      Screenshots: /tmp/squeek-review/failed-challenge-zh.png and failed-challenge-en.png.

  17. Frontend for contractAgent #105920 files changedsent back

All three reported defects reproduced on the previously accepted export, and all three are fixed in the rebuilt one. Each finding has an answer in .imd-responses.json. Changes are staged but not committed.

    Findings

    • High: wallet picker hidden behind the results dialog (4f7d25d3). Reproduced in Chromium and WebKit. The click on the first wallet row landed on resultDialog instead, and Tab moved from the lobby picker to the skip link and nav buttons. The picker (web/src/sheet.ts) is now a native <dialog> opened with showModal(), so it sits above the results dialog. When it closes, focus goes back to the button that opened it. The connector and signing logic is unchanged. Now:
      • clicking the row reaches the wallet and signs in;
      • Tab never reaches page controls behind the picker;
      • Escape and clicking the backdrop close it;
      • it fits at 320, 390 and 1440 wide.
    • Medium: game board jumps during delivery (605d852a). Reproduced: the board moved 22.39 px between the "waiting" hint (two lines) and the "ready" hint (one line). The hint on phones now keeps min-height: 3.2em, and the board stays in place for every hint text in both languages. I measured this by freezing the game and swapping the hint text, not by playing through a real delivery.
    • Low: failed daily challenge turned into "Loading…" on language switch (f2fa4bed). Reproduced with a 503 from the API. The app now remembers the failed request, so switching language shows the translated "unavailable" message with no new request. Retry still loads the three phases and enables Daily. A failed reload also clears the old challenge, so Daily stays disabled.

    Two other things I changed

    • web/package-lock.json was out of sync with package.json, so npm ci refused to install. npm install fixed that, and before I edited anything the unchanged source rebuilt byte-identical to the committed export.
    • The e2e "API sign-in" check was failing on the old export as well as the new one. It checked for sign-in before sign-in had finished, so it now waits for it (web/test/e2e.mjs).

    Check results

    • Typecheck, build and unit tests (7/7) pass.
    • The e2e suite passes 19/20. "No page errors" still fails with an unexplained undefined rejection; the previous export fails it the same way, and it was already recorded as open.
    • The design probe passes 16/16. The 390-wide screenshot shows the product, both play buttons and the wallet button on the first screen.
    • The deployment manifest matches the export: every file's hash checks out, and the handoff fields and network settings are unchanged. Only asset names and hashes differ.

Before you commit: the root .gitignore ignores dist/ and I'm not allowed to edit it. So I force-staged the new export files (git add -f); a plain git add would leave them out. DESIGN.md is still in web/ and docs/ rather than the repository root, which is outside my write scope. Both copies are updated, and the validation notes are in docs/frontend-validation.md.

Not tested: a full played delivery cycle, real wallets and phones.

All three previous findings are fixed in Chromium and WebKit:

    • 4f7d25d3: The restored-results wallet picker receives clicks, reaches account/signing requests, contains page focus, and restores focus when closed.
    • 605d852a: Two actual deliveries in each browser produced 0px board movement. Waiting, ready, and completed hints also remained stable at 320px and 390px in both languages.
    • f2fa4bed: After HTTP 503, switching languages preserves the failure message with one request recorded. Retry succeeds and enables Daily.

High — bug: English navigation overflows at 320px. Set English and reload at 320×844. Both browsers measure scrollWidth=337; “How to play” extends to x=337.34, visibly clipping its text. In style.css:722, use a two-column navigation grid below 360px: display:grid; grid-template-columns:repeat(2,minmax(0,1fr)). The browser trial removes overflow and retains 44px controls.

    • highbug: English navigation overflows and clips the help control at 320pxweb/src/style.css:722

Now: The phone navigation stays in one flex row. In English at 320px its buttons require more than the available 288px, placing part of How to play outside the viewport and causing horizontal page scrolling.

Change to: Add @media (max-width: 360px) { nav { display: grid; grid-template-columns: repeat(2, minmax(0, 1fr)); } } so the existing four controls occupy two rows without clipping or shrinking their text.

Why: The bilingual game must keep its navigation usable on phones; horizontal overflow at 320px is a broken layout.

Chromium, viewport 320x844: serve the committed dist/, set localStorage["ss.lang"]="en", reload (or switch the initial Chinese page to English).

      No wallet is needed.

Read document.documentElement.scrollWidth and #helpBtn.getBoundingClientRect(), and capture the first screen.

Expected: scrollWidth <= 320 and the complete help control within the viewport.

Actual: scrollWidth=337; #helpBtn x=288.171875, right=337.34375, width=49.171875; its text is visibly cut at the right edge.

The same overflow remains with the wallet picker open, so it is the page navigation rather than the picker.

A browser-only trial of the proposed two-column grid gives scrollWidth=320 and four 142px-wide, 44px-tall buttons with right edges <=304.

      Evidence: /tmp/squeek-recheck/chromium-320-loaded.png, /tmp/squeek-recheck/chromium-nav-fix-320.png.

The default-language taste@1 run passes 16/16 and does not cover this English state.

WebKit also reproduces scrollWidth=337 at 320px with the English lobby and with its native wallet picker open; at 390px both browsers measure scrollWidth=390.

      WebKit screenshot: /tmp/squeek-recheck/webkit-320-loaded.png.

  19. Frontend for contractAgent #15817 files changed

The bug is fixed. With the page in English at 320px wide, "How to play" was pushed off the right edge (page width 337px, label cut off). Now the page is exactly 320px and all four nav buttons are fully visible, each 142×44px in a 2×2 grid.

What I found: I reproduced the report exactly in Chromium. Checking every width from 300 to 1500px showed the same cause in two more places, all English-only because the English labels are about twice as wide as the Chinese ones:

    • From 690 to 850px the one-row desktop header needs about 945px, so the page was 855px wide and scrolled sideways.
    • From 340 to 390px nothing overflowed, but labels wrapped onto up to three lines ("How / to / play").

Chinese never overflowed at any width.

The fix: I didn't use the reviewer's suggestion (a two-column grid at ≤360px for both languages). It fixes 320px but not the 690–850px overflow or the three-line labels, and it would push the Chinese nav onto two rows for no reason. Instead, new rules in web/src/style.css apply only when the page is in English:

    • at 960px and below, the nav gets its own row and labels stay on one line;
    • at 440px and below, it becomes a 2×2 grid.

    The Chinese layout is unchanged.

    Checks after rebuilding:

    • No sideways scrolling anywhere from 320 to 1500px in either language.
    • English screenshots at 320 and 390 still show the headline, "Play daily challenge", "Free practice" and the wallet button on the first screen.
    • Build and typecheck pass, unit tests 7/7, design probe 16/16.
    • The browser test suite is 20/21. I added an English-nav check at 320 and 820px, which passes. The one failure ("no page errors") was already failing before this change and is recorded in the docs.
    • dist/imd-deployment.json was regenerated. Its 10 file hashes match and every field other than the file list is identical to the accepted version.
    • Only the CSS file and the hashed filenames inside the JS changed; the JS code is byte-identical to before.

    Not covered:

    • Only Chromium is installed here, so I didn't re-run WebKit, and the browser tool couldn't start because Chrome is missing (I used Playwright's own Chromium instead).
    • Real phones and wallets weren't tested.
    • Chinese labels still wrap onto two lines between 681 and about 700px without overflowing; that wasn't part of the finding, so I left it.

I updated both copies of DESIGN.md (web/ and docs/) and added a "Revision 3" section to docs/frontend-validation.md. The answer to the finding (verdict "fixed") is in .imd-responses.json.

Not committed: git has no author name or email set on this machine, so the commit failed. I didn't change the machine's git settings. Everything is staged instead, with the rebuilt dist/ force-added because the root .gitignore excludes it, so the harness can commit it the way it did earlier rounds. .imd-responses.json is in the working tree, outside the commit.

The reported navigation bug is fixed. In Chromium and WebKit at 320×844 with ss.lang=en, scrollWidth=320; all four navigation buttons measure 142×44px, and “How to play” ends at x=304px.
