Withdraw the current Hooks Store app from https://the-hooks-store-uniswap-v4-hooks.sites.imd.fun/ by updating THIS Website project, not creating a new site/domain.

Replace root index.html with a self-contained page displaying only "This site is offline." Use minimal inline CSS, no links/buttons/navigation, React entrypoint, scripts, wallet connectors, forms, analytics, RPC/API requests, contract addresses or operator tooling. Add noindex,nofollow,noarchive metadata and a restrictive CSP allowing only inline styling.

Add scripts/build-offline.mjs using Node built-ins: read root index.html, remove and recreate dist/, then write exactly dist/index.html, dist/404.html (same offline page) and dist/robots.txt (User-agent: *; Disallow: / on separate lines). Set package.json scripts.build to "node scripts/build-offline.mjs". Do NOT copy public/ or bundle the existing app. Keep original application/contract source and Git history recoverable, but exclude all old JS, source maps, site-config.json, deployment artifacts and assets from the published export.

Run the build twice, testing that seeded stale files are removed. Check / and #/browse, #/create, #/workspace, #/operator and arbitrary hashes: only the offline page, no app activity. Old asset/config URLs must not serve the old files. Missing paths must show the offline page or return not-found.

Publish the replacement export to the SAME existing hostname. Verify that exact live URL and deep links after publication; a new CID or different URL alone is not completion. Report any hosting-update blocker plainly. Do not delete repositories, alter Solidity, deploy contracts, sign wallet transactions or move funds.
