NEW DESIGN AUTHORIZATION: standard compatibility takes priority over the previous actual-final-recipient/actual-funding-source definition and ETH-only per-swap fee settlement. Implement the necessary explicit successor redesign; do not repeat a custom-router-only candidate and call it compatible. Use deployed standard routes/empty hookData; no IMD/router patch.
B-01: adopt an explicit INITIATOR ledger for the successor. Authenticate the exact immutable approved Universal Router address/runtime and derive the logical executing EOA or smart account through its verified msgSender(). All official-pool buys/sells in that execution affect that initiator's E/S, regardless of subsequent TAKE recipient, prefunding source or intermediate routing. An arbitrary final recipient receives tokens, not the initiator's credit. Transfers never migrate rights. This intentionally changes eligibility semantics; update docs/UI/events/examples accordingly. Do not claim it proves actual payer/delivery. Original proven payer allocation/native claim credits stay assigned to rightful recipients and deduplicated. Test diverted delivery, prefunding, Permit2, smart wallets, batches/multihop/cycles/quota farming. Quantify risks; no tx.origin, asserted identity or mutable router allowlist. Disclose remaining critical/high counterexamples; never delete quotas or invent approval.
B-02: redesign fixed 75bps treasury fees using standard v4 settlement. The earlier requirement to collect exactly executed-ETH-leg fees in native ETH in every mode may change where technically necessary. Evaluate unspecified-currency fees/return deltas, exact-output/partial fills; implement a justified model for the unchanged router/quoter. Record fee asset/base/timing and gross/net formulas separately for each mode. Never charge unexecuted volume, retain hidden overpayment, strand debt or add a fee to transfers/rewards/liquidity. Preserve official pool fee12500 and 1% payer/0.25% IMD distribution; extra treasury rate remains75bps. Do not claim arithmetic 2% is exact effective cost if bases differ.
The treasury's intended spending asset is ETH. If fees arrive in UNLK, explicitly implement/review the conversion and withdrawal lifecycle before claiming this goal achieved. Address vault zero-E quota, self-fee recursion, slippage/MEV, price manipulation and oracle effects. No unrestricted vault/trader exemption or administrator swap executor. Conversion must authenticate fee provenance, exclude donations/user principal and never borrow others' quota. If safe automatic conversion is unavailable, deliver token-denominated treasury balances/manual withdrawal support and clearly disclose that automatic ETH accumulation remains incomplete; do not silently equate UNLK fees with ETH.
Preserve UNLOCK/UNLK,1B/18decimals,10/87/3 allocation, native eligible claims independent of sync, ordinary unrestricted transfers, protected principal, fixed beneficiary 0x48e4e74fe1d0c14404ceb57b9fec5b21329c6ec9 and all sixteen accepted20%-to100%/$50M tiers. Preserve sequential oracle confirmations, permanent final bypass, sealed setup and no later upgrades/pauses/rule changes/resets. No other economic change is authorized. Retain risk disclosures.
PROVE COMPATIBILITY: reverify deployed addresses/runtime and current Explorer encoding; run recorded-block forks with actual UniversalRouter/Quoter/Permit2/PoolManager. Execute the exact Explorer buy and sell command payloads, empty hookData, fee-inclusive limits, both directions/modes, partial fills, claims/sync and quota rejection. Generic quotes must revert simulation without state/fee credit and are not wallet-capacity proof. Rejecting Universal Router is not success. Every claimed supported mode must execute successfully; label unsupported ones and IMD UI coverage precisely. Keep a supported immutable route through final unlock; no open direct bypass.
Update manifests/permissions/mining/setup/code pins, ABIs, website fee and initiator explanations, token/ETH treasury balances and gallery while preserving current live deployment config. Run all prior checks and new fuzz/invariants; never weaken protected inputs or size limits. Obtain independent review or explicitly report pending; critical/high findings block release. Deliver published commit, before/after semantic matrix, exact results/skips, residual risks and separate Sepolia release/hosting instructions. No fabricated success.
