Build UNLOCK V2, a new Ethereum Uniswap v4 custom-token/hook application AND a usable public website. Publish all source to GitHub and host the website on IPFS under an available IMD HTTPS subdomain. Do not replace or modify V1. Deliver contracts, independent tests/review, deployment manifest, website and owner setup together. Trading must stay closed until setup and funding are complete.

IDENTITY AND ALLOCATION

Name UNLOCK V2, symbol UNLK2, 18 decimals, exactly 1 billion minted once to the launch factory. Holder-authorized burning reduces supply; no later mint, transfer tax, seizure, blacklist or upgrade. Pair only the official pool with Ethereum IMD 0xd34a99bc0f67ae1bbd63c660e6d0b0dd03e263b7. Owner/founder: 0x48e4e74fe1d0c14404ceb57b9fec5b21329c6ec9.

Allocation: 150m pool (poolBps=1500), 100m native swarm distribution, 700m migration reserve, 50m founder. Factory remainder is 750m to founder; explicitly implement and document funding 700m into the immutable migration vault before activation. Validate allocation conservation and actual remaining backing. No owner withdrawal of migration principal or participant rewards. Allow the actual factory to initialize exactly the intended PoolKey once, before companion setup; prevent other initialization. Initial liquidity setup must work while swaps remain closed. Activation seals configuration permanently, with no 48-hour delay.

MIGRATION

V1 token: 0x99fa82b022be4575891a43b757bc770691e18fda. Exchange 1 V1 for 1 V2, atomically locking V1 irreversibly and transferring funded V2. Any holder/acquisition date/source qualifies. Hard aggregate cap 700m, first come; reject amounts above remaining capacity. Never release/reuse deposited V1. No deadline or discretionary reserve recovery. Show clearly that this cap cannot cover the entire V1 supply. Migration works before/after activation and later gates; deduplicate credits and respect current globally unlocked rights.

SELL RIGHTS

Before gate 1: official-pool buy acquisitions have 20% cumulative selling allowance; migrated, founder and native swarm allocations have 0%. Keep separate origin buckets even within one account. After gate 1 all credited origins use the same global percentage below. Previous sales always count; opening gates never resets sales. Balance alone and ordinary incoming transfers do not create eligibility. Verify native swarm claim evidence and credit each claim once; founder credit is exactly its 50m allocation, never the 750m remainder. New buys mature after one block. Authenticate the actual trader through supported standard router interfaces; never trust arbitrary hookData or treat every router user as one account. Test shared-account limitations and explain them.

Burning cannot reset cumulative sales or create/recycle eligibility. Specify and test conservative eligibility debiting for burns, including mixed origins, uncredited balances and already partly sold holdings. Document the exact formula and burn preview before release; do not silently grant rights on transfers. Gate 10 permanently bypasses ALL quota checks for EVERY holder, including uncredited tokens. These quotas govern the official pool; do not claim third-party pools are prevented or impose an unrequested transfer penalty.

TEN PERMANENT GATES

Columns: gate | unlocked sell % | USD FDV | cumulative official USD volume | V2 burn target for THIS gate.

1 |25|250000|125000|25000000

2 |30|500000|375000|22000000

3 |35|1000000|750000|19000000

4 |40|2000000|1500000|16000000

5 |50|3500000|2500000|13000000

6 |60|5000000|4000000|10000000

7 |70|8000000|6000000|8000000

8 |80|12000000|9000000|6000000

9 |90|18000000|12500000|4000000

10 |100|25000000|20000000|2000000

ANY ONE threshold opens its gate globally forever. Evaluate sequential gates; one observation can cross multiple FDV/volume thresholds. Falling prices never relock. Volume accumulates from activation, never resets or double counts. Count each successful official swap's executed IMD leg once, converted to USD at execution, with immutable historical totals. Repeated same-account fee-paying trades count; label this gross volume, not organic demand. Exclude failed swaps, transfers and other pools.

FDV uses current totalSupply, including reserves and excluding burned supply. Implement the onchain pricing specification in the contract step.

BURNS AND REWARDS

Implement the complete irreversible burn, nontransferable points, extra 1% IMD fee, seven-day pre-point-pot streaming and weekly claims specified in the reward implementation step. This is mandatory launch scope, not an optional follow-up.

WEBSITE

Build and host the complete interactive frontend specified in the frontend step. Publish all sources and deployment evidence.

Also approved

Only the owner funds/configures and activates once; thereafter rules are immutable. Anyone may migrate or burn their own tokens, checkpoint or redeem fees; only each reward beneficiary claims their own accrued IMD. Founder fee recipient is the owner; contributor rewards go to contributors. GitHub source and IPFS website publication approved.

Build, test and independently review UNLOCK V2 contracts, deploy with trading closed, then publish the working website.

The website brief

Build and publicly host the complete website described in the request against real deployed contracts. Provide owner setup, funding and activation transactions, without broadcasting them. Verify wallet and all user flows with browser evidence.

Build/host an interactive responsive dark terminal interface: black background, monospace text, thin borders, restrained mint/cyan/amber accents, compact ladder and swap panel, no giant marketing hero. Screens: Trade UNLK2/IMD, Gates (all three progress bars), Migrate (1:1 cap/remaining/approvals), My Rights (origin eligibility/sales/burn preview), Burn & Points, Weekly IMD Rewards, Golden Vault, Rules/Contracts and founder setup. Real wallet discovery/chain switching, simulation/slippage/minimum output, pending/error/retry states. Walletless reads. Keep V1 accessible. No fabricated chart/history, NFT treasury or Labs. Explain irreversible burns, dilution, cap and external-pool limits. No private keys, hosted signing server or investor return promises.

Split three ways by the factory in the one transaction. The contributors' part is claimable from a distributor after 1 hour. The other 90% is the requester's: the share they chose seeds the pool, and the rest goes to their wallet.

2% of supply is split equally among the wallets that did accepted work on this launch; 8% is split equally among the paired seats connected when it was admitted, one share per seat. A wallet can earn both, combined into one claim.

Work

  1. Build contract projectAgent #132414 files changed

    Done. The UNLOCK V2 contract stage is implemented, tested and committed on main (commit 96d6358).

    What was built (Foundry project at the repo root, solc 0.8.26, via-IR, bytecode_hash = "none", all dependencies vendored as plain files under lib/):

    • src/UnlockV2Token.sol: ERC-20 "UNLOCK V2"/"UNLK2", 1,000,000,000 minted once to the factory, holder burn() that reports to the hook, one-time hook binding accepted only while the factory still holds the whole supply. No owner, mint, tax, blacklist, seizure or upgrade.
    • src/UnlockV2Hook.sol: factory-only one-time initialization of the exact PoolKey, trading closed until the owner's activate() seals configuration, origin-bucketed sell rights (20% buys / 0% other before gate 1, global percentage after), ten permanent gates by FDV, gross IMD volume or per-gate burn target, gate 10 bypass, 1% IMD hook fee on all four swap shapes kept as ERC-6909 IMD claims and never swapped to ETH, router authentication via msgSender(), swarm-claim and migration credits, on-chain pricing from the ETH/IMD v4 reference pool plus validated Chainlink ETH/USD. Invalid prices skip progress only.
    • src/MigrationVault.sol and src/RewardPot.sol: created by the hook's constructor. 700m hard cap with V1 locked forever and no withdrawal; burn points, seven-day streaming, one claim per weekly epoch.

    Verification

    CheckResult
    forge buildclean
    forge test (verifier fuzz seed)52 passed, 0 failed
    forge fmt --checkclean

    Tests cover the reference PoolId against the mainnet value, factory-only init, closed trading, every activation failure, all four fee shapes, maturity, allowances, transfers granting nothing, shared-account routers, multi-gate FDV crossing, burn gates, burn debit formula, migration cap, swarm evidence, reward streaming and claims, plus two fuzz tests.

    Documentation is in README.md (constructor arguments for the manifest, allocation and funding, owner setup guide, formulas, gate table, pricing validation, spot-manipulation disclosure, chosen constants, assumptions) and docs/abi/*.json.

    Open items for the requester and later stages

    • The owner must set the launch MerkleDistributor and the supported routers before activating; a wrong setting is permanent after sealing. The distributor is assumed to follow Uniswap's merkleRoot()/isClaimed() interface and leaf format.
    • Spot prices can be manipulated to open gates early; this is disclosed, not prevented, as the brief asked for no TWAP wait.
    • No launch.json was written. Website, publishing and the independent review are other assignments.

  2. Implement and testAgent #150313 files changedsent back

    The burn-points rewards are finished and wired into the hook and token. forge build succeeds and forge test passes all 70 tests with the verifier's fuzz seed. The reward fuzz test also passed a separate run of 2,000 inputs.

    Not committed: git commit failed because this machine has no git author identity, and I didn't change the machine's git config. All changes are staged in the working tree, under src/, test/ and docs/ only.

    What changed

    • src/RewardPot.sol (rewritten):
      • Each reward fee is credited to the reward pot in the same swap that earns it, so redeeming the IMD later can't give old earnings to new points.
      • Fees earned before anyone holds points go into a separate pot. The first burn starts a straight-line 7-day release of that pot, and each slice goes to whoever held points during it, so the first burner doesn't get it all at once.
      • Fees earned after that are shared right away among current point holders. People who burn later get no share of earlier fees.
      • Rewards mature in 7-day epochs starting at hook.activate(). Anything earned in a finished epoch can be claimed, and unclaimed rewards never expire.
      • Gas stays flat: nothing loops over holders or epochs.
      • Four running totals (accrued, vested, redeemed, paid) back the solvency() and isSolvent() views.
      • claim() pays only the caller and is protected against reentrancy. If the pot is short, it first moves pending fees in, which anyone can also trigger. There is no owner and no rescue function.
    • Token: new contribute(expectedGate, amount). It burns the whole amount or reverts with nothing burned when:
      • the gate number is no longer the one collecting burns (StaleGate);
      • the amount is more than the gate still needs (ExceedsGateRemaining);
      • the amount is zero;
      • gate 10 is open (GoldenVaultOpen).
    • Hook:
      • Reports each fee to the reward pot and starts the reward epochs at activation.
      • New views: contributionQuote() (the gate to name and the most it will take), gateBurnRemaining(), goldenVaultOpen(), hookFee() and feeSchedule().
      • Burns beyond a gate's target are no longer carried into the next gate.
    • Fee bases are written out per swap type in docs/README.md. The pool's 1.25% fee applies to the swap's input and the 1% reward fee to the IMD amount, so together they cost about 2.2375% (exact-input) or 2.2785% (exact-output), not 2.25%. A test against an identical pool without the hook confirms this exactly.
    • Tests: new test/Rewards.t.sol (21 tests, including the fuzz test, which checks solvency after every step). I updated the existing burn-gate, fee-redemption and test-helper tests to match the new rules, and moved the old reward tests out of Companions.t.sol.
    • ABIs: regenerated in docs/abi/.

    Decisions for you to check

    • Plain burn() no longer counts toward gates. It still earns points; only contribute moves a gate forward. This keeps any burn from silently landing in a later gate. Earlier, plain burns counted.
    • "Activation" means the hook's activate(). Epoch 0 starts then.
    • The owner can earn rewards. It has no special access to reward funds, but if it burns its own tokens it earns points like anyone else.

    Known limits

    • Rounding always goes down, so a tiny remainder (well under 1 wei per settlement) stays in the pot.
    • If claim() is called while the pool's swap/settlement is mid-transaction (a Uniswap "unlock") and the pot holds too little IMD, it reverts.
    • The root README.md is outside my allowed paths, so it still describes the old reward pot and the old "excess burns carry over" rule. The up-to-date version is docs/README.md.

  3. Write foundry testsAgent #2183 files changedsent back

    I added three test files. The full suite now passes: 93 tests, 0 failed, run with the verifier's fuzz seed and MAINNET_RPC_URL set. The 5 fork tests reached mainnet and passed. With the variable empty they skip, and the suite still passes.

    What I added (all under test/):

    • ForkRehearsal.t.sol (fork, chain 1, block 26333609): deploys the launch on a copy of mainnet and runs it against the real PoolManager, IMD, UNLOCK V1, the Chainlink ETH/USD feed, the ETH/IMD reference pool and the real Uniswap Universal Router. All balances are created inside the fork, so no real money moves and nothing is activated on chain. It covers:
      • trading closed before activation, and activation refused while the vault is unfunded;
      • activation itself, and settings locked afterwards;
      • exact-input and exact-output buys and sells through the Universal Router, with rights going to the real trader;
      • new buys only sellable one block later;
      • the 1% fee adding up through to the reward pot;
      • sells over the allowance reverting;
      • migration with real V1, including the 700m cap, which is smaller than V1's actual 1e9 supply;
      • a stale live feed adding no volume while trading carries on.
    • Scenarios.t.sol (17 tests, mock contracts): founder credit is exactly 50m, migration runs out and doesn't credit twice, late migration, mixed origins, sales counted across gates, transfer and burn recycling attempts, a fuzz test that a burn never increases allowance (and matches previewBurn), same-block buys, the shared-router limitation, gate races, gates staying open when prices fall, five kinds of bad feed data, ~3 years idle, late burners, the weekly boundary down to one second, two claims in one block, and fee totals for every swap type.
    • Invariants.t.sol: random sequences of 11 actions (buy, sell, overselling, burn, contribute, migrate, transfer, time jumps, redeem, claim, checkpoint). Across 2,560 calls these held:
      • supply plus burned tokens always equals 1 billion, with one point per burned token;
      • the vault always holds enough V2 for remaining migrations, and its V1 is never released;
      • the reward pot holds exactly what it still owes and never promises more than has been released;
      • gates and volume only go up, sales match what was actually sold, and selling past the allowance always fails.

    Findings (in .imd-findings.json):

    • Medium – one buy can open all 10 gates, and the buyer gets almost everything back. Gates open on the pool's current price. Once gate 10 opens, nobody has a sell limit, including the buyer's tokens from that same block. In the mock setup, one buy of 5,000 IMD opened all 10 gates, and selling everything back in the same block cost the buyer only about 161 IMD (~$162). That makes every holder's tokens 100% sellable for good. docs/README.md says this kind of manipulation is accepted and that the trader pays the price impact. In fact the price impact comes back in the same transaction, so that understates it. I didn't receive the pricing spec, so whoever owns the contract or audit should decide whether this needs fixing. I didn't write a test that treats it as correct behaviour.
    • Low – sell rights belong to the account, not to particular tokens. An account that has rights can sell tokens it receives later. Total selling is still capped by everyone's rights combined.
    • Info: volume from swaps made while the price feed is stale is lost for good. Separately, all users of a router that wasn't registered share one set of rights, and no router can be added after activation.

    I didn't commit anything. The deployment, verification and website items in the brief are outside this assignment, which only lets me write under test/. Passing tests, including the fork tests, don't prove the contracts are safe or that any router other than the Universal Router checked here is trustworthy.

    • mediumSpot-price FDV gate plus immediate gate-10 bypass lets one atomic buy/sell round trip open all 10 gates forever for fees onlysrc/UnlockV2Hook.sol:431

      afterSwap calls _observe(imdLeg), which reads the official pool's post-swap spot sqrtPrice (and the reference pool's spot price) and opens every gate whose FDV threshold the spot FDV reaches. Gates never close. When gate 10 opens, _debitSell (line 777) skips every quota check immediately, including for the same trader's same-block pending buy.

      So a single buy that pushes the spot price over $25M FDV, followed in the same block/transaction (flash-loanable) by selling the bought tokens back, permanently unlocks 100% of every holder's tokens (700m migration reserve, founder 50m, swarm 100m) while the attacker recovers the price impact and pays only LP fee + 1% hook fee + curve asymmetry. docs/README.md 'Spot-manipulation disclosure' says the trader pays 'the price impact'; with the gate-10 bypass the price impact is recovered in the same transaction, so the disclosed cost is understated.

      Whether a TWAP/minimum-duration rule is required depends on the pricing specification of the contract step, which this assignment did not receive; reported for the implementer/auditors to decide.

      Mock launch from test/Base.t.sol (official pool liquidity 1e24 over +-6000 ticks at 1e-4 IMD/UNLK2, IMD ~= $1.006). bob: buy(bob, -5000e18) through the registered AuthRouter -> hook.gatesOpen() == 10 after that single swap; then sell(bob, -token.balanceOf(bob)) in the same block succeeds (no quota after gate 10).

      Net IMD spent by bob: 161.5 IMD ($162).

      Expected: a single-transaction price spike that is reverted in the same block should not permanently open gates (or at least the buyer's own same-block buy should not become sellable).

      Actual: all 10 gates open forever, sellAllowance(OWNER) == type(uint256).max.

      On-chain cost scales with the depth of the real launch liquidity but is always fees, not price impact.

      See test/Scenarios.t.sol test_gatesNeverRelockWhenPriceFalls for the opening step.

    • lowSell credits are per account, not per token: a credited account can sell tokens it receives from uncredited holderssrc/UnlockV2Hook.sol:773

      Rights are counters per account; transfers do not move or reduce them (by design no transfer hook). An account that bought or migrated keeps its full allowance after transferring its tokens away, and can later sell any tokens it receives (e.g. tokens acquired on third-party pools, swarm tokens before crediting, or another holder's uncredited tokens) into the official pool.

      Total official-pool selling stays bounded by the sum of credits times the unlocked percentage, so this is not a quota bypass in aggregate, but the brief's 'ordinary incoming transfers do not create eligibility' is enforced only for the receiver, not for what a credited account may sell. Document it next to the shared-account limitation.

      alice buys 1000 IMD of UNLK2, rolls one block (allowance A = 20% of bought), transfers her whole balance to bob.

      Owner (uncredited for these tokens) transfers A tokens to alice; alice sells A tokens successfully.

      Expected per a strict per-token reading: those tokens are not eligible.

      Actual: allowed.

      See test/Scenarios.t.sol test_transferRoundTripDoesNotCreateNewRights (alice's allowance is unchanged after sending her tokens away).

    • infoVolume of swaps executed while the price is invalid is permanently lostsrc/UnlockV2Hook.sol:707

      When the Chainlink feed is stale (>90 min), reverts, or the reference pool is empty, _observe adds no volume for that swap and never back-fills it. The brief says each successful official swap's IMD leg counts once; during feed outages it counts zero times. Documented in docs as 'skips price and volume progress', reported so the requester can confirm it is acceptable.

      Verified on the mainnet fork: two hours after block 26333609 without a feed update, a 100 IMD buy adds 0 volume (test/ForkRehearsal.t.sol test_fork_staleLiveFeedSkipsProgressButTradingContinues).

      feed updatedAt = now - 91 minutes; buy 100 IMD; cumulativeVolumeUsd unchanged.

      Expected (strict brief): +~$100.

      Actual: +0.

    • infoTrader attribution depends on the registered router's msgSender(); unregistered routers are one shared accountsrc/UnlockV2Hook.sol:685

      _resolveTrader trusts msgSender() of any owner-registered router and otherwise attributes the swap to the calling contract. All users of an unregistered router (e.g. a v4 router the owner forgot to register before sealing) share one rights bucket: one user's buy creates allowance another user can spend. Registration is sealed at activation, so routers deployed later can never be added.

      The live Ethereum Universal Router (0x66a9893cC07D91D95644AEDD05D03f95e1dBA8Af) returns the real caller and was verified on the fork; a passing fork test is not proof any other router's msgSender() is trustworthy.

      test/Scenarios.t.sol test_sharedRouterUsersShareOneBucket: alice buys through the unregistered PoolSwapTest, bob (never bought) sells the resulting allowance.

    The medium finding is fixed: a price spike undone within one block can no longer open a gate. forge build succeeds and forge test passes all 84 tests with the required fuzz seed (70 existing, 14 new). The changes aren't committed, and .imd-responses.json is written (git-excluded here, so it won't show in git status).

    Medium finding: one round trip opens all 10 gates

    It reproduced on the old code: one 5000 IMD buy gave gatesOpen == 10, the same-block sell succeeded, and the net cost was 161.49 IMD.

    That buy also used up all the liquidity in the mock pool, so the price it reached was artificial. The cause is still real.

    I made two changes in src/UnlockV2Hook.sol:

    • FDV reading: FDV is now read once per block, before that block's first official swap moves the price. Every official swap goes through the hook, so this is the price the previous block left. One reading can still open several gates.
    • Reference pool: the finding only mentioned this in passing, but the ETH/IMD pool has no hook, so it can be pushed within one transaction too, which also inflated volume. FDV and volume now value IMD using the larger of the pool's IMD-per-ETH spot and a tracker limited to 5% per hour and 20% per update. IMD is therefore never valued above spot, though real IMD rises count with a lag.

    The new tests are in test/Manipulation.t.sol, and 8 of the 14 fail when I deliberately break the fix. The ABI export only gained entries: gateImdUsdPrice, lastFdvBlock, trackedImdPerEth, trackedAt and the two new constants.

    Advisory findings

    All three reproduced:

    FindingVerdictOutcome
    Sell credits are per account, not per tokenfixed (documented)Behaviour kept because selling stays bounded by total credits; now documented and covered by a test
    Volume lost while the price is invaliddisputedThe brief converts at execution and no valid price exists then; it can only undercount, now documented
    Trader attribution depends on registered routersdisputedRegistered routers and sealing at activation are brief requirements; documented that later routers can never be added

    I ran no fork tests, so the reviewer's check of the Universal Router on the mainnet fork isn't independently confirmed.

    Decision for the requester

    Should gates require a price to hold for longer than one block? A buy held across a single block boundary still counts as a valid reading and can open every gate through gate 10, permanently. The buyer can then sell back.

    This now takes real capital and one block of market exposure rather than a flash loan, but someone controlling consecutive blocks carries little of that risk. I didn't add a longer holding rule because the existing docs specify no TWAP or waiting period, and I never received the contract step's pricing specification. The risk is disclosed in docs/README.md, and deeper official liquidity raises the cost.

    docs/README.md also covers the smaller remaining risks: sustained pressure on the reference pool, griefing that delays gates, a skewed tracker seed at activation, and buying volume through wash trades. The root README.md is outside my write scope and still describes spot-only pricing, so docs/README.md now says it replaces that section.

  5. Write foundry testsAgent #14313 files changedsent back

    The full suite passes now: 109 of 109 tests, run with the verifier's fuzz seed and MAINNET_RPC_URL set. All 6 fork tests reached the chain at block 26333609 and passed; none were skipped.

    What was failing: one invariant, invariant_rightsAndGatesMonotonic, flagged a sell inside the allowance as reverting. I replayed the 7-call sequence that broke it and looked at the trace. The fault was in the test's own random-call contract (the handler), not the contract under test:

    • A spike held across a block boundary opened all 10 gates. This is the disclosed behaviour.
    • An 80m-token sell then drained the mock pool's liquidity, leaving its price at the swap limit.
    • The next sell was rejected by the Uniswap pool manager with PriceLimitAlreadyExceeded before the hook ran. The quota check never made that decision, so this is not a defect.

    The fix is a small change to test/Invariants.t.sol only. The handler now records why a swap reverted. A sell that reverts with PriceLimitAlreadyExceeded is no longer counted as a wrongly blocked sell; any other revert still is, including every hook quota revert. No other test file changed, so the accepted work is untouched.

    Earlier findings: these were already settled by the tests from the previous round, and they all pass:

    • The in-block price-spike fix is covered by test/Manipulation.t.sol and the fork test test_fork_spikeThroughLiveRouterOpensNothingInItsBlock.
    • The three documented behaviours are each pinned by a test: per-account sell credits, no volume counted while the price feed is invalid, and users of an unregistered router sharing one account.

    I found no new defects, so there is no .imd-findings.json. The change is not committed.

    • infosellAllowance() and contributionQuote() do not preview the block's pending settled-FDV reading, so they under-quote until the block's first official swapsrc/UnlockV2Hook.sol:617

      After the fix for 3284f846, FDV gates open only in beforeSwap of a block's first official swap (_observeSettledFdv). The views sellAllowance() and contributionQuote() read the stored gatesOpen and do not simulate that pending reading. When the previous block left an FDV above the next threshold, the views report the old allowance and gate, but the block's first swap is judged with the newly opened gates.

      A sell larger than the reported allowance then succeeds, up to the gate-10 bypass. This is conservative for sellers: nothing is over-sold relative to the gates that are actually open at execution. But a frontend that relies on these views shows 0 allowance or a stale gate number, and a contributor quoting gate N can get StaleGate if a swap lands first.

      The author's own test_firstSwapOfBlockSeesGateBeforeItsOwnQuotaCheck shows this is intended. Reported so docs and frontend quote this, or a view that previews the reading can be added.

      test/Invariants.t.sol sequence found under seed 0x362a...c93d before the handler was adjusted: spikeAndSellBack (one actor buys about 5000 IMD in block N, which runs the mock position to its price limit), then warp to block N+1, then sellTooMuch by an actor with sellAllowance() == 0 that sells allowance + 1e12.

      Expected from the view: the sell reverts.

      Actual: it succeeds, because beforeSwap opens gate 10 first.

      The handler now performs the block's reading before it compares against the view.

  7. Audit mathAgent #1183found 1 high, 1 medium, 1 low

    I found three defects in the math review, two of them with proof tests that fail on the current code. They're written to .imd-findings.json with coverage rows for all 25 entry points plus two invariants. No source files were changed. The two proof tests are in test/scratch/, and the existing suite passes (103 passed, 6 skipped).

    Findings

    1. High: a 1‑wei donation permanently blocks reward payouts (src/RewardPot.sol:172, together with UnlockV2Hook.redeemFees at line 515)

    • redeemFees() redeems the hook's whole ERC‑6909 IMD balance (pendingFees()), not just the fees it earned. onRedeemed then reverts if more is redeemed than was accrued.
    • Anyone can add to that balance by minting or transferring a 1‑wei IMD claim to the hook. From then on, every redeemFees() reverts, and the donated claim can never be removed.
    • claim() calls redeemFees() whenever the pot is short of IMD, and IMD only reaches the pot through redeemFees. So all rewards stay locked for good. The attack costs 1 wei of IMD plus gas.
    • Proof: test/scratch/DonationBricksRedeem.t.sol fails with RedeemExceedsAccrued().
    • Fix: redeem only what has accrued and not yet been redeemed (min(pendingFees, totalAccrued − totalRedeemed)), or book any surplus as a fee instead of reverting.

    2. Medium: the 1% fee is charged on the requested amount, not the executed amount (src/UnlockV2Hook.sol:401)

    • For exact‑input buys and exact‑output sells, beforeSwap fixes the fee at 1% of the requested amount before the swap runs.
    • If the swap only partly fills (it hits the trader's price limit or runs out of liquidity), the trader still pays the full fee.
    • Measured: a 1,000 IMD buy with a price limit one tick spacing (60 ticks) away executed 30.44 IMD but paid a 10 IMD fee, about 33%.
    • Proof: test/scratch/PartialFillFee.t.sol fails on this.

    3. Low: the IMD price tracker moves at about 3% an hour, not the documented 5% (src/UnlockV2Hook.sol:746)

    • moveBps = gap*500/3600 rounds down, and the leftover fraction is thrown away on each update. With 12‑second blocks, each update moves 1 bps instead of 1.67 bps.
    • When official swaps land in consecutive blocks, the tracker therefore moves about 3.0% an hour. After IMD rises, FDV and volume stay undercounted longer than specified, so gates open later. Anyone can force this slower rate with a dust swap every block.
    • This one is worked out from the arithmetic and has no test.

    Coverage

    • Checked in depth: fee bases and sign conventions on all four swap shapes; the rounding and overflow bounds in RewardPot's accumulator, epoch and pre‑point streaming logic (payouts never exceed what accrued); sqrt‑price → price → FDV and USD‑volume scaling; tracker limits; sell‑allowance and burn‑debit math; gate‑threshold boundaries; integer casts; and the vault's cap and backing.
    • Unit assumptions confirmed on mainnet: IMD and V1 both have 18 decimals, the Chainlink feed has 8, and V1's supply is 1e27.
    • Not done: fuzzing and fork tests. No helpers were used; I made all passes myself.

    • highA 1-wei ERC-6909 IMD claim donated to the hook makes redeemFees() and every claim() that needs redemption revert forever (rewards locked)src/RewardPot.sol:172

      UnlockV2Hook.redeemFees() redeems amount = pendingFees(), which is poolManager.balanceOf(hook, IMD id): the hook's whole ERC-6909 IMD balance, not the fees it accrued. RewardPot.onRedeemed then requires totalRedeemed <= totalAccrued. Anyone can raise the hook's ERC-6909 IMD balance without a swap, either with PoolManager.mint(hook, imdId, x) inside their own unlock after settling x IMD, or with PoolManager.transfer(hook, imdId, x) on claims they already hold.

      After that, totalRedeemed + pendingFees() = totalAccrued + x for good. Every redeemFees() call (src/UnlockV2Hook.sol:515 amount = pendingFees();) redeems too much and reverts in onRedeemed. The donated claim cannot be removed, because redeemFees is the hook's only way to move claims out.

      RewardPot.claim() calls redeemFees() whenever the pot's IMD balance is below the claim, so once the pot runs out every reward claim reverts permanently. IMD reaches the pot only through redeemFees. Swap fees keep accruing to points but can never be paid out.

      Cost to the attacker: 1 wei of IMD plus gas. This breaks the 'liabilities always covered / claim pays matured entitlement' guarantee. It is a gap between the pendingFees number and the accrual number: the code assumes they are always equal.

      1. Launch and activate (pool and reference pool seeded, vault funded with 700m, owner calls activate()).
      2. Alice burns 1e18 UNLK2 (the only points).
      3. Bob buys with an exact input of 1,000e18 IMD; the hook mints 10e18 IMD claims and RewardPot.totalAccrued = 10e18.
      4. Attacker unlocks the PoolManager, sync(IMD), transfers 1 wei IMD, settle(), mint(hook, IMD id, 1). pendingFees() = 10e18 + 1.
      5. Warp 8 days; Alice calls RewardPot.claim(). Expected: Alice receives ~10e18 IMD. Actual: claim -> hook.redeemFees() -> unlock (burn and take 10e18+1) -> rewardPot.onRedeemed(10e18+1) reverts RedeemExceedsAccrued(), so the claim reverts. A direct hook.redeemFees() reverts the same way, now and after every later swap. Proof: test/scratch/DonationBricksRedeem.t.sol fails with [FAIL: RedeemExceedsAccrued()]. Minimal fix that keeps the design: in redeemFees, redeem min(pendingFees(), rewardPot.totalAccrued() - rewardPot.totalRedeemed()). Alternatively, book any surplus as a reward fee (onFeeAccrued(surplus)) before onRedeemed, rather than reverting.

    • mediumSpecified-side 1% hook fee is charged on the requested amount, not the executed amount, so partially filled swaps pay more than 1% of the IMD legsrc/UnlockV2Hook.sol:401

      For exact-input buys and exact-output sells, beforeSwap fixes the fee at 1% of params.amountSpecified before the swap runs, mints that much in claims, and returns it as the specified BeforeSwapDelta. v4 then swaps amountSpecified+fee, but the swap stops early when it reaches sqrtPriceLimitX96 or runs out of liquidity. The trader's delta is then the executed amount minus the hook delta, so the trader still pays the whole fee on the part that never executed.

      The NatSpec on hookFee says the fee is 1% of the trader's gross IMD input or requested output, which only holds for full fills. The afterSwap (unspecified-side) path uses the executed imdLeg correctly, so exact-input sells and exact-output buys are not affected.

      Official pool and reference pool seeded as in test/Base.t.sol (official tick -/+92100, liquidity 1e24 over +/-6000 ticks), activated.

      Bob calls PoolSwapTest.swap with an exact-input IMD buy, amountSpecified = -1000e18, sqrtPriceLimitX96 = one tick spacing (60 ticks) past the current price.

      Expected: reward fee = 1% of the IMD leg actually swapped.

      Actual (measured): Bob pays 40.436e18 IMD, of which hook.pendingFees() = 10e18 is the reward fee (1% of the 1,000e18 requested), on an executed pool leg of 30.436e18: an effective 33% fee.

      Proof: test/scratch/PartialFillFee.t.sol fails with 'assertion failed: 10000000000000000000 > 304360233823036053'.

      Fix: take the specified-side fee in afterSwap from the executed delta (on the unspecified side where possible).

      Alternatively, refund the excess (fee - 1% of executed) in afterSwap through the returned delta.

    • lowReference tracker rate truncates to 1 bps per 12 s block, so it follows IMD at ~3%/hour, not the documented 5%/hour, whenever official swaps land in consecutive blockssrc/UnlockV2Hook.sol:746

      _nextTracked floors moveBps = gap*500/3600. _settleImdUsd then sets trackedAt = block.timestamp whenever the timestamp changes, so the fractional bps is thrown away on every update rather than carried forward. On Ethereum (expectedChainId 1, 12 s slots) gap is a multiple of 12 s. For gap = 12 the rate is 6000/3600 = 1 bps per update, where 1.667 bps is intended: a 40% loss.

      For gap = 24 it is 3 bps where 3.33 is intended. If official swaps happen in every block (normal activity, or someone sending a dust swap each block), the tracker moves at most 1.0001^300 - 1 = 3.0% per hour. docs/README.md documents 5% per hour (REFERENCE_MOVE_BPS_PER_HOUR = 500). FDV and volume value IMD at the lower of spot and tracker.

      After a real IMD rise, gate FDV and cumulative USD volume therefore stay undercounted about 1.7x longer than specified, and gates open later. The rate is a cap, so this is conservative, but the specified rate is not what the code does, and anyone can force the slower rate cheaply.

      After activate() seeds trackedImdPerEth = T, the reference pool moves so spot imdPerEth = T/2 (IMD doubles in ETH terms).

      Run one official swap in each of 300 consecutive 12 s blocks (1 hour).

      Expected per spec: tracker = T/1.05 (5%/hour) and gateImdUsdPrice ~5% above the seed.

      Actual: each update has gap = 12, so moveBps = 1 and lower = tracked*10000/10001.

      After 300 updates the tracker is T/1.0304 (~3.0%).

      With one swap per hour instead, it moves the full 5% (moveBps = 500).

      Fix: carry the remainder (advance trackedAt only by the time actually used, i.e. trackedAt += moveBps*3600/500), or compute the bound with full-precision exponent math instead of a floored integer bps.

  8. Audit permissionsAgent #6found 1 high, 2 medium, 1 low

    The review is complete. No tracked file was changed; .imd-findings.json holds four findings and a 27-row coverage record, and every snippet was verified against the tree.

    Findings (permissions area: Access Control, Trust Gap, Asymmetry)

    1. High. Anyone bricks reward redemption with 1 wei. redeemFees() redeems the hook's whole ERC-6909 IMD balance, which any account can inflate via ERC6909.transfer/mint. RewardPot.onRedeemed then reverts with RedeemExceedsAccrued, and keeps reverting forever since later fees raise accrued and pending equally. All reward fees still inside the PoolManager are locked, and claim() fails once the pot's held IMD runs out. Proof attached at test/scratch/ClaimDonationDos.t.sol: both tests fail on the current code and pass with a one-line cap in redeemFees() (verified, then the source was restored).

    2. Medium. Sell quotas bypassed through liquidity positions. The hook has no liquidity callbacks, so a migrated holder with 0% allowance can add single-sided UNLK2 liquidity to the official pool, let buyers swap through it, and remove IMD. Reproduced in a scratch test: 3.4 IMD extracted while sellAllowance stayed 0. The fix needs a scope decision, since enabling beforeAddLiquidity changes the hook flags and manifest permissions.

    3. Medium. Unguarded registerHook plus an activate() that never checks isBound(). Any address can bind itself as the token's hook while the factory holds the supply. Reachable only if the token is on chain before the hook's transaction; if exploited, every burn and contribution reverts and the owner can still seal the launch. Reproduced in a scratch test.

    4. Low. activate() seals without requiring swarmDistributor. Activating with it unset leaves swarm claims uncreditable forever.

    Coverage. All 25 listed entry points have rows, plus one for the liquidity path and one for launch.json. The manifest's constructor arguments, permissions, pool fee and tick spacing match the implementation. Not reached: the real swarm distributor's leaf format and the mainnet reference pool's existence, which need network access I did not spend time on.

    • highAnyone can permanently brick redeemFees() and reward claims by transferring 1 wei of ERC-6909 IMD claim to the hooksrc/RewardPot.sol:171

      Asymmetry between the writer of the hook's ERC-6909 IMD balance and the accounting that bounds it. UnlockV2Hook.redeemFees() (src/UnlockV2Hook.sol:514-522) always redeems its entire PoolManager claim balance: amount = pendingFees() = poolManager.balanceOf(address(this), imdId). That balance is written by the hook's own fee mints but also by anyone, since ERC6909.transfer/mint (lib/v4-core/src/ERC6909.sol:25) lets any account hand the hook an IMD claim.

      RewardPot.onRedeemed then enforces totalRedeemed <= totalAccrued, where totalAccrued only grows by fees the hook itself minted. Once an outsider adds D wei of claims, pending = (accrued - redeemed) + D for the rest of the contract's life (every later fee adds equally to accrued and to the balance), so every redeemFees() call reverts with RedeemExceedsAccrued.

      There is no other path that burns or takes the hook's claims (unlockCallback only runs inside redeemFees), so all reward fees that are still inside the PoolManager, and all future ones, are locked forever. RewardPot.claim() (src/RewardPot.sol:196-197) calls redeemFees() whenever its held IMD is short and pendingFees() != 0, so beneficiaries' claims revert as well once the pot's previously redeemed balance is exhausted. Cost to the attacker: 1 wei of IMD plus gas; no privilege.

      The workflow requires that anyone may redeem fees and that beneficiaries can claim matured rewards; both guarantees break permanently.

      State: launched and activated (official pool seeded, reference pool seeded, feed fresh).

      1. alice swaps 1000e18 IMD exact-input for UNLK2 through any router: hook.pendingFees() == 10e18, pot.totalAccrued() == 10e18.

      2. attacker contract calls poolManager.unlock, and in unlockCallback: sync(IMD), transfer 1 wei IMD to the PoolManager, settle(), mint(hook, IMD.toId(), 1).

      Now hook.pendingFees() == 10e18 + 1.

      1. anyone calls hook.redeemFees(): expected: the 10e18 IMD of attributed fees reach the RewardPot; actual: revert RedeemExceedsAccrued() from RewardPot.onRedeemed (totalRedeemed 10e18+1 > totalAccrued 10e18).

      2. alice burns her UNLK2 (only point holder), warp 14 days, pot.claimable(alice) > 0, alice calls pot.claim(): expected: paid; actual: revert RedeemExceedsAccrued() via the redeemFees() call at src/RewardPot.sol:197.

      Repeating step 1 with more swaps never clears it.

      Fix (minimal, keeps design): in redeemFees() redeem only min(pendingFees(), rewardPot.totalAccrued() - rewardPot.totalRedeemed()), or have onRedeemed accept and account excess as a donation instead of reverting.

      Proof: test/scratch/ClaimDonationDos.t.sol (both tests fail now with RedeemExceedsAccrued).

    • mediumSell quotas are bypassed inside the official pool by parking tokens as a liquidity position instead of swappingsrc/UnlockV2Hook.sol:259

      Asymmetry between the two ways UNLK2 is converted to IMD in the official pool. The swap path is guarded: afterSwap debits the authenticated trader's origin buckets and reverts with SellExceedsAllowance when the sale exceeds the unlocked percentage (src/UnlockV2Hook.sol:852-867).

      The liquidity path is unguarded: getHookPermissions() disables every liquidity callback, so any holder, including one whose only origin is migration, swarm or the founder bucket (0% before gate 1), can call PoolManager.modifyLiquidity on the official PoolKey with a single-sided UNLK2 range just past the current price, wait for buyers to swap through it, and remove the position to receive IMD.

      No bucket is debited, cumulativeVolume still counts the buyer's leg, and sellAllowance stays 0 throughout. The workflow states migrated/founder/swarm allocations have 0% selling allowance before gate 1 and that the quotas govern the official pool; this path sells in the official pool with no quota at all. It is distinct from the documented third-party-pool and shared-router limitations: it needs no other pool and no router.

      The README only says liquidity can be added while trading is closed and that the factory's fee collection is not intercepted; it does not disclose that liquidity is an unquota'd exit for restricted holders.

      State: launched and activated, gatesOpen == 0, official pool seeded by the factory at tick +-92100.

      1. bob mints/holds 1,000,000e18 V1, approves the vault and calls MigrationVault.migrate(1_000_000e18): hook.sellAllowance(bob) == 0.

      2. bob approves PoolModifyLiquidityTest (or any caller of PoolManager.modifyLiquidity) and adds liquidityDelta 1e22 on the official key in the range [nextTick+60, nextTick+660] when UNLK2 is currency0 (or the mirror range below the tick when UNLK2 is currency1), which takes only UNLK2 from bob; the hook is not called.

      3. alice swaps 100_000e18 IMD exact-input for UNLK2 through any router, moving the price through bob's range (the hook credits alice and counts volume).

      4. bob removes the position with liquidityDelta -1e22.

      Expected (per the 0% rule): bob cannot obtain IMD from the official pool before gate 1.

      Actual: bob's IMD balance goes from 0 to 3,406,118,216,498,304,872 (3.4 IMD for ~26,757 UNLK2 at the opening price; scales with position size), hook.sellAllowance(bob) still 0, no SellDebited event.

      Verified with a scratch Foundry test using the project's own PoolManager/PoolModifyLiquidityTest setup.

      Fix needs a scope decision: either enable beforeAddLiquidity (restricted to the factory or, after activation, to accounts within their allowance, debiting the UNLK2 side), which changes the hook's address flags and the manifest's permissions list, or document explicitly in README/launch notes that liquidity provision is an unquota'd exit so the requester can accept it.

    • mediumUnlockV2Token.registerHook has no caller check and activate() never verifies the binding, so a front-run binding leaves the launch with a dead hooksrc/UnlockV2Token.sol:39

      Unprotected one-time initialization. registerHook binds msg.sender as the token's hook; its only checks are that no hook is bound yet, that the caller passes the token's public factory address as the argument, and that the factory still holds the whole supply. Nothing ties msg.sender to a hook deployed by the factory.

      If the token exists on chain before the hook's constructor runs in a later transaction (the hook constructor and README explicitly plan for the token not yet being bound and ignore the registerHook result at src/UnlockV2Hook.sol:249-250), any address can call token.registerHook(token.factory()) first and become the permanent hook.

      The real hook then deploys with isBound() == false, and the owner's activate() (src/UnlockV2Hook.sol:298-319) reads no token.hook(), so trading can be opened on a token whose burn() and contribute() call the attacker's address: an EOA makes every burn and contribution revert forever (high-level call to codeless address), and a contract lets the attacker swallow burns so no points, no gate burn progress and no sell-credit debits ever reach the hook.

      Reachability depends on the launch factory deploying the token and the hook in separate transactions; if both are in one factory transaction the window does not exist. Even then, activate() sealing an unbound hook is a missing enforcement of the approved burn/points/gate requirements that a one-line check removes.

      1. Factory deploys UnlockV2Token (factory == msg.sender, holds 1e27).
      2. Before the hook is deployed, attacker (any EOA) calls token.registerHook(token.factory()): succeeds, token.hook() == attacker.
      3. Factory deploys UnlockV2Hook at its flag address with this token: the constructor's low-level registerHook call fails silently, hook.isBound() == false.
      4. Factory transfers 1e18 UNLK2 to alice; alice calls token.burn(1e18): expected: burn succeeds and hook records points/debits; actual: revert (call to attacker EOA as IUnlockV2Hook). token.contribute(1, x) reverts the same way.
      5. Owner proceeds with setup and activate(): passes every check without the binding. Verified with a scratch Foundry test (registerHook from an unrelated EOA succeeds; isBound() false; burn reverts). Minimal fix preserving the design: in activate() add if (token.hook() != address(this)) revert NotBound(); so an unbound launch cannot be sealed; optionally, in registerHook require msg.sender.code.length != 0 and that UnlockV2Hook(msg.sender).factory() == factory to tie the binding to a hook deployed for this factory.
    • lowactivate() seals configuration without requiring the swarm distributor, so forgetting it locks every native swarm claim out of sell rights foreversrc/UnlockV2Hook.sol:298

      Inconsistent guard between the sealing action and the configuration it seals. setSwarmDistributor is notSealed (src/UnlockV2Hook.sol:290), creditSwarmClaim reverts DistributorNotSet while swarmDistributor == 0 (src/UnlockV2Hook.sol:498), and activate() checks pool, chain, vault backing, feed decimals and prices but not that swarmDistributor (or at least one router) is set.

      The workflow requires verifying native swarm claim evidence and crediting each claim; after an activation with the distributor unset there is no path left to satisfy it: the 100m swarm allocation stays uncredited for every gate below 10 and holders can only sell through the shared-account limitation. The manifest notes acknowledge activate() does not enforce it, which makes it an operational foot-gun with a permanent outcome, not a disclosed trade-off with a recovery.

      State: official and reference pools initialized and seeded, vault funded with 700m, feed fresh, swarmDistributor == address(0).

      1. Owner calls hook.activate(): succeeds, activated == true.
      2. Owner calls hook.setSwarmDistributor(d): reverts Sealed().
      3. Any swarm recipient calls hook.creditSwarmClaim(index, account, amount, proof) with valid evidence: reverts DistributorNotSet(), permanently. Expected: activation refuses to seal an incomplete configuration (revert DistributorNotSet in activate()), or the distributor is a constructor argument. Fix: add if (swarmDistributor == address(0)) revert DistributorNotSet(); to activate().
  9. Audit flowAgent #785found 1 high, 1 medium, 1 low

    Review complete. The findings file .imd-findings.json holds three findings and 26 coverage rows (25 entry points plus the manifest), all snippet line numbers verified against the tree. No source files were changed; only the findings file and my scratch tests under test/scratch/ were written.

    Findings

    • High: anyone can permanently brick fee redemption. redeemFees() always redeems the hook's whole ERC-6909 IMD balance and reports it to RewardPot.onRedeemed, which reverts when the total redeemed would exceed the total accrued. Any unlocked caller can mint 1 wei of IMD claims to the hook address through the PoolManager. After that, every redeemFees() call reverts forever, all later reward fees stay locked in the PoolManager, and claim() reverts for any beneficiary whose matured entitlement exceeds the IMD already in the pot. Proof test test/scratch/RedeemDonationDos.t.sol fails on this tree with RedeemExceedsAccrued(). Minimal fix: redeem only the accrued-but-unredeemed amount, or let the pot book a surplus instead of reverting.

    • Medium: activate() never checks isBound(). The constructor's registerHook call ignores failure, and registerHook accepts any caller while the factory still holds the full supply. If the token is deployed before the hook in a separate transaction, or the factory moves tokens before deploying the hook, a stranger can hold the binding or nothing does. Activation then seals a launch where burns earn no points, contributions revert or reach the squatter, and the burn path to the gates is dead. Demonstrated in test/scratch/UnboundActivate.t.sol. Fix: require token.hook() == address(this) in activate().

    • Low: fee on the specified IMD side uses the requested amount. For exact-input buys and exact-output sells the 1% fee is computed in beforeSwap from the requested amount. A partial fill caused by a tight price limit pays the full fee anyway. Measured: a 100 IMD exact-input buy that executed only 0.5 IMD through the pool paid 1 IMD in fee. For exact-output sells a small fill can leave the trader paying IMD while selling tokens. Surplus goes to the pot, so impact is bounded to traders using price limits.

    Coverage

    All 25 listed entry points have rows: 19 hold, 6 reference a finding, none unreached. The swap path, trader-context handoff, unlockCallback guard, migration vault, swarm-claim verification, token ERC-20 surface and the manifest were traced in full. The manifest matches the constructor in order and type, permissions match getHookPermissions, addresses are lowercase, and notes are under the length cap.

    Not reached in depth: RewardPot accumulator arithmetic and gate-threshold economics, which belong to the math and economics specialists. The root README.md is stale against docs/README.md on the burn-carry rule and reward constants, but docs/README.md already declares that it supersedes the root file, so I did not file it.

    • highAnyone can brick redeemFees() forever by minting 1 wei of IMD ERC-6909 claims to the hook; all later reward fees are stranded in the PoolManager and claim() reverts once the pot runs drysrc/UnlockV2Hook.sol:515

      redeemFees() always redeems the hook's entire ERC-6909 IMD balance (pendingFees()) and then reports that amount to RewardPot.onRedeemed, which reverts with RedeemExceedsAccrued when totalRedeemed would exceed totalAccrued (src/RewardPot.sol:171-175). pendingFees() is the hook's ERC-6909 balance in the PoolManager, and PoolManager.mint(to, id, amount) / ERC-6909 transfer let any unlocked caller credit claims to any address.

      An unprivileged actor therefore mints 1 wei of IMD claims to the hook; from then on pendingFees() == (totalAccrued - totalRedeemed) + 1, so every redeemFees() call reverts. The hook has no other path that burns or transfers its claims (unlockCallback only runs inside redeemFees and always burns the full amount), so the condition is permanent.

      Consequences: every 1% reward fee earned after the donation stays locked in the PoolManager; RewardPot.claim() calls redeemFees() whenever imd.balanceOf(pot) < amount and pendingFees() != 0 (src/RewardPot.sol:196-198), so beneficiaries whose matured entitlement exceeds the IMD already in the pot can never claim. Cost to the attacker: 1 wei of IMD plus gas. This breaks the brief's mandatory burn-points/weekly-claims reward system permanently.

      Fix (minimal, keeps design): redeem only min(pendingFees(), totalAccrued - totalRedeemed) and leave the surplus, or let onRedeemed accept a surplus and book it as an extra accrual (prePointPot/accumulator) instead of reverting.

      State: launched and activated (any state, even before the first swap works).

      1. Attacker contract A calls poolManager.unlock(); in unlockCallback: poolManager.mint(hook, Currency.wrap(imd).toId(), 1); poolManager.sync(imd); imd.transfer(poolManager, 1); poolManager.settle(). Now hook.pendingFees() == 1 while rewardPot.totalAccrued() == 0.
      2. Alice buys with 100e18 IMD exact input through any router: the hook mints a 1e18 IMD fee claim and calls onFeeAccrued(1e18); totalAccrued == 1e18, pendingFees() == 1e18 + 1.
      3. Anyone calls hook.redeemFees(): expected: 1e18 IMD moves to the RewardPot. Actual: unlockCallback burns 1e18+1 claims and takes them to the pot, then rewardPot.onRedeemed(1e18+1) reverts RedeemExceedsAccrued() and the whole call reverts. Every later redeemFees() reverts the same way.
      4. Alice burns 1e18 UNLK2 (points), warp 8 days, pot.claim(): balanceOf(pot) == 0 < matured and pendingFees() != 0, so claim() calls redeemFees() and reverts. Proof test: test/scratch/RedeemDonationDos.t.sol fails on this tree with RedeemExceedsAccrued().

    • mediumactivate() seals the launch without checking that the hook is the token's bound hook; registerHook() is open to any caller during the launch window, so a squatted or failed binding yields a permanentlsrc/UnlockV2Hook.sol:299

      The hook binds itself to the token with a low-level call whose failure is ignored (src/UnlockV2Hook.sol:249-250) and exposes isBound() for that reason, but activate() never reads it. UnlockV2Token.registerHook(factory_) (src/UnlockV2Token.sol:39-45) accepts msg.sender from anyone as long as hook is unset, factory_ equals the factory and the factory still holds the whole supply.

      If the token is deployed in an earlier transaction than the hook, or the factory moves any UNLK2 (pool seed, swarm, founder) before deploying the hook, the hook's registerHook call fails silently: a stranger's contract can hold the binding, or nothing does. activate() then succeeds, seals configuration forever (notSealed), credits the founder, and opens trading.

      Afterwards UNLK2.burn() calls the squatter (or nobody), so burns earn no points (RewardPot.totalPoints stays 0 and every fee sits in the pre-point pot forever), sell credits are never debited on burn, UNLK2.contribute() reverts HookNotRegistered or hits the squatter, and the burn path to the ten gates is dead. This contradicts the brief's mandatory burn, points and gate-burn scope and the manifest note that isBound() exposes binding success only as information.

      Fix: in activate(), require token.hook() == address(this) (revert otherwise); optionally restrict registerHook to a caller whose factory() matches, which closes the squatting window.

      Factory F deploys UnlockV2Token (F holds 1e27).

      Before F deploys the hook (next transaction, or same transaction after any transfer), attacker S calls token.registerHook(F): passes, token.hook() == S.

      F deploys UnlockV2Hook(poolManager, token, imd, F, owner, v1, feed, 1): the constructor's token_.call(registerHook) returns ok == false (HookAlreadyRegistered) and is ignored; hook.isBound() == false.

      F initializes the pool, seeds liquidity, owner funds 700m to the vault and calls activate(): expected: revert because the hook is not bound; actual: activated() == true, Sealed forever.

      Owner then calls token.burn(1_000e18): pot.points(owner) == 0 and hook.totalBurned() == 0; token.contribute(1, 1e18) runs S.onContribute and never reaches the hook.

      Demonstrated in test/scratch/UnboundActivate.t.sol (passes on this tree, i.e. the unbound activation goes through).

    • lowHook fee on the specified IMD side is charged on the requested amount, not the executed leg: a partially filled exact-input buy or exact-output sell (price limit hit) pays far more than 1% of the IMD src/UnlockV2Hook.sol:400

      When IMD is the specified currency the fee is computed in beforeSwap from params.amountSpecified and returned as a specified-currency BeforeSwapDelta. Uniswap v4 then swaps amountSpecified + fee; if the trader's sqrtPriceLimitX96 stops the swap early, the pool consumes or delivers only part of that, but the hook has already taken the full fee of the requested amount.

      The brief and docs/README.md describe the reward fee as 1% of the IMD leg of every swap; on a partial fill the effective rate is unbounded. For an exact-output sell whose fill delivers less IMD than the fee, the trader's IMD delta turns negative: they give up UNLK2 and also pay IMD. The surplus goes to the reward pot, not to an attacker, and only traders who set a tight price limit are affected, hence low.

      Fix: for these two shapes, take the fee in afterSwap from the executed IMD delta (as the other two shapes already do), or document that partial fills are charged on the requested amount.

      Activated launch with the test liquidity of test/Base.t.sol (official pool at tick +-92100, 1e24 liquidity).

      Alice: exact-input buy amountSpecified = -100e18 IMD with sqrtPriceLimitX96 one tick past the current price.

      Measured (test/scratch/PartialFillFee.t.sol): trader pays 1.5065e18 IMD, the pool's IMD leg is 0.5065e18, the hook fee is 1.0e18, i.e. 197% of the executed leg instead of 1%.

      Expected: fee about 0.005e18.

      Same path for an exact-output sell amountSpecified = +1000e18 IMD with a limit that lets the pool deliver 5e18: hook takes 10e18, trader's IMD delta is -5e18.

  10. Audit economicsAgent #884found 1 critical, 1 high, 2 medium

    The economics audit found four defects: one critical, one high and two medium. They're written to .imd-findings.json with 30 coverage rows, covering all 25 entry points plus 5 invariants, and no tracked files changed.

    Findings

    Each finding has a Foundry proof that fails on the current code. Each proof passes on a throwaway patched copy of the fix, which I've since deleted.

    #SeverityDefectReproduction
    1CriticalA 1 wei donation freezes rewards permanently. redeemFees() redeems the hook's whole ERC-6909 IMD balance, so any donated claim trips the check at RewardPot.sol:173.After the donation, redeemFees() always reverts with RedeemExceedsAccrued. claim() reverts the same way once the pot runs short, while isSolvent() and rewardsOf() still look healthy. Activation has sealed the hook, so it can't be repaired.
    2HighLiquidity positions bypass the sell quota. The official pool has no liquidity callbacks (UnlockV2Hook.sol:259), so a range order sells without touching the allowance.A migrated holder with a 0% allowance gave up 294,526 UNLK2 and received 30.94 IMD before gate 1. No sale was recorded.
    3MediumBurning before the swarm credit keeps the rights. Credits are only reduced by burns made after they exist (UnlockV2Hook.sol:504).Burn then credit leaves 1,000,000 UNLK2 of credit; credit then burn leaves 0. The owner's 50m credit at activation has the same gap.
    4MediumThe reward fee is charged on the requested amount, not the executed amount (UnlockV2Hook.sol:402).A price-limited buy of 1000 IMD executed 30.44 IMD and paid a 10 IMD fee, 32.9% instead of 1%.

    Decision for you on finding 2: the fix needs a scope decision. You can either limit liquidity to the factory or meter removals against sell rights. Both change the hook's address flags and the launch.json permissions (currently 0x20cc).

    Coverage

    • Guides applied: the Mindset, Economic Security, Invariant and Flow Gap guides, by my own passes with no helpers.
    • Coverage rows: every entry point has a row, and none is unreached.
    • Existing test suite: 103 passed, 0 failed, 6 skipped; the skipped ones are one suite of 6 tests, which I took to be the fork rehearsal without checking.

    Not covered or not re-reported

    • Disclosed risks: I didn't re-report the one-block FDV hold, tracker pressure, activation seeding or wash volume. docs/README.md already discloses them, and marks the one-block hold as your decision before release. That hold can still open all ten gates, removing every quota, so it deserves a real decision.
    • Live mainnet state: I didn't read the V1 or IMD tokens, the reference pool's depth, or the launch's actual distributor interface. The results rest on the local mock fixture and assume both tokens behave like plain ERC-20s.
    • Variants not tested:
      • In finding 2, a just-in-time position on a large buy was not run.
      • In finding 4, exact-output sells were confirmed by reading the code, not by a test.

    • criticalOne wei of ERC-6909 IMD sent to the hook permanently freezes redeemFees() and every reward claim that needs redeemed IMDsrc/RewardPot.sol:173

      Invariant broken: accrued - redeemed == hook.pendingFees() (stated in docs/README.md, Solvency). UnlockV2Hook.redeemFees() (src/UnlockV2Hook.sol:515) redeems the hook's whole ERC-6909 IMD balance in the PoolManager, and pendingFees() reads that balance rather than what was attributed. PoolManager.mint(to, id, amount) and the ERC-6909 transfer(to, id, amount) let anyone give the hook claims it never earned.

      From then on amount = (accrued - redeemed) + donation, so onRedeemed always sees totalRedeemed > totalAccrued and reverts. New fees raise both sides equally, so the excess never clears. The hook has no way to burn or skip the surplus, and activation sealed it, so there is no repair.

      RewardPot.claim() (src/RewardPot.sol:196-198) calls redeemFees() whenever the pot holds less than the claim and pendingFees() != 0, and pendingFees() can never reach 0 again, so claims revert too. Once the donation lands, the IMD already in the pot is the only amount that can still be paid; every fee not yet redeemed, and every fee earned afterwards, stays locked in the PoolManager. isSolvent() and rewardsOf() keep reporting a healthy, claimable position.

      Economics: cost is 1 wei of IMD plus gas, and the loss is all future reward fees of all burn-point holders, the mandatory reward scope in the workflow.

      Minimal fix: redeem min(pendingFees, totalAccrued - totalRedeemed) and leave or sweep the surplus to the pot, so a donation cannot revert redemption. The fix was checked on a patched copy outside the repo; the proof passes there.

      State: activated launch. bob burns 1000e18 UNLK2 (points). alice buys with exact input 1000e18 IMD, so totalAccrued = 10e18.

      Attacker: PoolManager.unlock -> sync(IMD), transfer 1 wei IMD to the manager, settle(), mint(hook, IMD id, 1). alice buys again for another 10e18 of fees.

      Warp 8 days. rewardsOf(bob) reports about 20e18 claimable and isSolvent() is true.

      Expected: bob.claim() pays it.

      Actual: bob.claim() reverts RedeemExceedsAccrued(), and redeemFees() reverts for the same reason, permanently. forge test on the proof fails with [FAIL: RedeemExceedsAccrued()].

    • highOfficial-pool liquidity is an unmetered sell path: a holder with a 0% allowance converts locked UNLK2 to IMD through a range ordersrc/UnlockV2Hook.sol:259

      Flow gap (execution x periphery x intent). The workflow caps selling in the official pool: migrated, founder and swarm origins have 0% before gate 1 and the gate percentage after it, sales are cumulative, and only gate 10 removes the quota. _debitSell only runs in afterSwap (src/UnlockV2Hook.sol:441-442). The hook has no liquidity callbacks (lines 259-262, 346-382), so anyone can add token-only liquidity just past the current price in the official pool.

      Each buy that crosses the range pays that position IMD for its UNLK2, and removing the position delivers the IMD to the holder with no SellDebited, no bucket change and no allowance check. This is not the third-party-pool exception the workflow carves out, because the buyers and the IMD are in the official pool itself. The docs say only that the hook has no liquidity callbacks; the Manipulation disclosure does not list this path.

      It also defeats one-block maturity and the 20% buy limit, and the holder needs no counterparty cooperation beyond ordinary buy flow. A just-in-time position on a visible large buy should capture a larger share of that buy; I did not test that variant.

      Who loses: buyers and LPs relying on 800m+ of locked supply staying locked until the gates open. Fix needs a scope decision: either refuse beforeAddLiquidity from anyone but the factory (factory-only liquidity, confirmed on a patched copy: the proof passes), or meter removals against sell rights. Either one changes the hook's address flags and the launch.json permissions, currently 0x20cc.

      State: activated launch, gatesOpen == 0. alice migrates 1,000,000e18 V1; sellAllowance(alice) == 0, and a direct sell reverts SellExceedsAllowance. alice calls modifyLiquidity on the official PoolKey with liquidityDelta 1e23 on a token-only range 60 to 660 ticks past the current tick. bob buys with exact input 1000e18 IMD. alice removes the position.

      Expected: no IMD for a 0% holder.

      Actual: alice gave up 294,526.93 UNLK2 and received 30.94 IMD, with sellAllowance(alice) still 0, gatesOpen still 0 and no sale recorded. forge test on the proof fails with: a 0% holder must not receive IMD ...

      30943506860223616090 != 0.

    • mediumBurning before the swarm credit is submitted keeps full sell rights on burned tokens; call order changes the resultsrc/UnlockV2Hook.sol:504

      Path divergence against the requirement that burning cannot create or recycle eligibility (workflow; docs/README.md: 'Burns can never create or recycle eligibility'). _burnDebits (src/UnlockV2Hook.sol:871-884) only debits credits that already exist. A swarm claim is credited in a separate, later, permissionless call that adds the full leaf amount regardless of what the account has burned since claiming. Credit then burn leaves otherCredited 0.

      Burn then credit leaves otherCredited at the full amount, plus the burn's points and gate progress. The credit is then spendable against any UNLK2 the account later receives. The same gap exists for the founder credit at activate() (src/UnlockV2Hook.sol:316): the owner can burn or contribute before activation and is still credited 50m, though that path is privileged, while the swarm path is open to every claimant.

      Minimal fix: record each account's burned-while-uncredited amount and net it against later swarm and founder credits (checked on a patched copy; the proof passes).

      leaf = keccak256(abi.encodePacked(0, alice, 1_000_000e18)) is the distributor root. alice claims 1,000,000e18 (isClaimed(0) true), calls token.burn(1_000_000e18) with balance now 0, then creditSwarmClaim(0, alice, 1_000_000e18, []).

      Expected, matching credit-then-burn: otherCredited == 0.

      Actual: otherCredited == 1,000,000e18.

      Once gate 5 (50%) is open, alice may sell 500,000e18 of tokens received from anyone, against 0 had the calls run in the other order. forge test on the proof fails with: credit for tokens that no longer exist.

    • mediumReward fee is charged on the requested IMD amount, not the executed leg, so a partial fill pays 1% of IMD that never tradedsrc/UnlockV2Hook.sol:402

      Fee and execution diverge. For exact-input buys and exact-output sells, beforeSwap computes the fee from params.amountSpecified before the pool runs. A v4 swap stops early at sqrtPriceLimitX96 or when in-range liquidity runs out, and the fee is not reduced to match.

      The trader's delta is the executed leg plus the full fee, so the effective rate is unbounded as the fill shrinks. The brief specifies an extra 1% IMD fee, and the excess goes irrecoverably to burn-point holders. The docs table states the base as the trader's gross input but does not cover partial fills.

      The other two swap shapes compute the fee from the executed leg in afterSwap and are not affected. Exact-output sells share this code path; I confirmed that by reading it, while the test covers exact-input buys.

      Fix: refund the difference in afterSwap, or revert when the executed leg is short of the specified amount (the revert variant was checked on a patched copy; the proof passes).

      Activated launch with the fixture's official liquidity (1e24 over +/-6000 ticks). alice buys with exact input 1000e18 IMD and sqrtPriceLimitX96 one tick spacing (60 ticks) past the current price.

      Expected: fee of about 1% of the executed leg, about 0.30 IMD.

      Actual: pool IMD leg 30.436e18, reward fee 10e18, which is 32.9% of the executed amount.

      Overcharge about 9.7 IMD. forge test on the proof fails with: fee must not exceed 1% of the executed IMD: 10000000000000000000 > 307434579619228337.

  11. Audit judgeAgent #1155found 1 high, 4 medium, 2 low, 1 info

    The review is complete. .imd-findings.json holds 8 findings and a 27-row coverage record (all 25 listed entry points plus two invariant rows). No source files were changed; only test/scratch/ and the findings file were written.

    What I kept, after reproducing each against the code

    1. High. ERC-6909 claim donation bricks redeemFees and claims forever. All four specialists reported it; merged into one. The hook redeems its whole claim balance at src/UnlockV2Hook.sol:515, and the pot's bound check then reverts permanently after anyone mints 1 wei of IMD claims to the hook. Proof attached (fails with RedeemExceedsAccrued). Rated high rather than critical because IMD is locked, not stolen.
    2. Medium. Specified-side reward fee charged on the requested amount, not the executed leg. Merged from three specialists. Proof attached (fee of 10e18 on an executed leg of 0.30e18). My own FDV-push test showed the same overcharge at 10,000 IMD scale.
    3. Medium. Token-only range orders in the official pool bypass sell quotas. Merged from permissions and economics; I wrote my own self-contained proof (a migrated 0% holder receives 30.94 IMD). Rated medium, not high, because the workflow already accepts third-party exits, and the fix changes hook flags and the manifest.
    4. Medium. registerHook is open to any caller and activate() never checks the binding. Merged from flow and permissions. Both the squat and the failed-binding paths verified; the unbound hook activates and seals.
    5. Medium. Burn before swarm credit keeps the full credit. Verified: otherCredited stays 1,000,000e18 with zero balance.
    6. Low. Tracker follows at 3.04% per hour with per-block swaps, measured over 300 blocks, against the documented 5%.
    7. Low. activate() does not require the swarm distributor. Verified; disclosed in the manifest notes.
    8. Info. One-block FDV hold opens all ten gates for roughly swap fees. The README marks this a requester decision, so it is not a defect, but I quantified it for that decision.

    Dropped or downgraded: nothing was dropped outright. The flow specialist's low rating of the partial-fill fee was raised to medium; the economics specialist's critical and high ratings for findings 1 and 3 were lowered one step each, with reasons stated in the file.

    Also checked: launch.json constructor arguments, permissions, flags, token supply and pool fee all match the source; contract sizes are within limits; the mainnet reference pool, feed decimals, IMD and V1 were read through the chain 1 endpoint and match what the hook expects. Static-analysis leads not covered above (strict equalities, unused returns, casts) did not reproduce as defects.

    • highAnyone can permanently brick redeemFees() and reward claims by giving the hook 1 wei of ERC-6909 IMD claims (merged: flow, math, permissions, economics)src/UnlockV2Hook.sol:515

      redeemFees() redeems the hook's entire ERC-6909 IMD balance in the PoolManager (pendingFees() = poolManager.balanceOf(hook, imdId)), then reports that amount to RewardPot.onRedeemed, which reverts RedeemExceedsAccrued when totalRedeemed would exceed totalAccrued (src/RewardPot.sol:172-173). totalAccrued only grows by the fees the hook itself minted, but the hook's claim balance can be raised by anyone: PoolManager.mint(hook, imdId, x) inside the caller's own unlock after settling x IMD, or an ERC-6909 transfer of claims the caller already holds.

      After a donation of D wei, pendingFees() == (totalAccrued - totalRedeemed) + D for the rest of the contract's life, because every later fee raises both sides equally and unlockCallback (the only path that burns the hook's claims) runs only inside redeemFees and always burns the full amount. So every redeemFees() call reverts.

      RewardPot.claim() (src/RewardPot.sol:196-197) calls redeemFees() whenever the pot holds less IMD than the claim and pendingFees() != 0, so once the IMD already in the pot is exhausted every claim reverts as well. All reward fees still inside the PoolManager and every fee earned afterwards are locked forever; configuration is sealed so there is no repair. Cost to the attacker: 1 wei of IMD plus gas, no privilege.

      This breaks the mandatory burn-points reward system and the documented solvency invariant (accrued - redeemed == pendingFees).

      Severity: permanent breakage and locked funds, triggerable by anyone; the IMD is not stolen, so high rather than critical. All four specialists reported this with the same root cause; merged into one. Minimal fix keeping the design: redeem min(pendingFees(), rewardPot.totalAccrued() - rewardPot.totalRedeemed()), or book any surplus as an extra accrual (onFeeAccrued(surplus)) before onRedeemed instead of reverting.

      State: launched and activated (official pool seeded at tick +-92100 with 1e24 liquidity, reference pool seeded, feed fresh), alice holds 1e18 UNLK2.

      1. alice calls token.burn(1e18): she is the only points holder.

      2. bob buys with exact input 1,000e18 IMD through PoolSwapTest: pot.totalAccrued() == 10e18, hook.pendingFees() == 10e18.

      3. attacker contract calls poolManager.unlock; in unlockCallback: sync(IMD), transfer 1 wei IMD to the PoolManager, settle(), mint(hook, Currency.wrap(imd).toId(), 1).

      Now hook.pendingFees() == 10e18 + 1.

      1. warp 8 days; alice calls pot.claim().

      Expected: alice receives about 10e18 IMD.

      Actual: claim -> hook.redeemFees() -> unlockCallback burns and takes 10e18+1 -> rewardPot.onRedeemed(10e18+1) reverts RedeemExceedsAccrued(), the whole claim reverts.

      A direct hook.redeemFees() reverts the same way, now and after every later swap.

      Verified: the attached test fails on this tree with [FAIL: RedeemExceedsAccrued()]; the flow specialist's variant (donation before any fee, then redeemFees) fails identically.

    • mediumReward fee on the specified IMD side is charged on the requested amount, not the executed leg: partially filled exact-input buys and exact-output sells pay far more than 1% (merged: flow, math, economsrc/UnlockV2Hook.sol:401

      For exact-input buys and exact-output sells, beforeSwap computes hookFee(amount) from params.amountSpecified before the pool runs, mints that many IMD claims, attributes them to the RewardPot and returns the fee as the specified-currency BeforeSwapDelta. Uniswap v4 then swaps amountSpecified + fee, but the swap stops early at sqrtPriceLimitX96 or when in-range liquidity runs out, and the fee is never reduced to match.

      The trader's delta is the executed leg plus the full fee of the requested amount, so the effective rate is unbounded as the fill shrinks. For an exact-output sell whose fill delivers less IMD than the fee, the trader's IMD delta turns negative: they give up UNLK2 and also pay IMD. The brief specifies an extra 1% IMD fee and the manifest notes say '1% of the executed IMD leg'; the other two swap shapes (afterSwap, line 432) use the executed delta and are correct.

      The excess goes irrecoverably to the reward pot. Measured in my own FDV-push test: an exact-input buy of 1e24 IMD that only executed about 3,500e18 before running out of liquidity paid a 10,000e18 fee.

      Severity: loss of trader funds under a specific condition (price limit or liquidity exhaustion), so medium.

      Fix: take the specified-side fee in afterSwap from the executed delta (return the difference through the afterSwap delta), or revert when the executed leg is short of the requested amount.

      Activated launch with the fixture's official liquidity (1e24 over +-6000 ticks around tick +-92100). bob calls PoolSwapTest.swap with zeroForOne = !tokenIs0, amountSpecified = -1_000e18 (exact-input IMD buy) and sqrtPriceLimitX96 = getSqrtPriceAtTick(current tick +- 60).

      Expected: reward fee about 1% of the executed IMD leg, about 0.30e18.

      Actual: bob pays 40.436e18 IMD, hook.pendingFees() == 10e18 (1% of the requested 1,000e18), executed pool leg 30.436e18, an effective 32.9% fee.

      The attached test fails on this tree with 'assertion failed: 10000000000000000000 > 304360233823036053'.

    • mediumOfficial-pool liquidity is an unmetered sell path: a holder with 0% allowance converts locked UNLK2 to IMD through a token-only range order (merged: permissions, economics)src/UnlockV2Hook.sol:259

      Sell quotas are enforced only in afterSwap via _debitSell (lines 441-442, 852-867). getHookPermissions() disables every liquidity callback (lines 259-262) and the liquidity hook functions revert HookNotImplemented, so PoolManager.modifyLiquidity on the official PoolKey never reaches the hook.

      Any holder whose only origin is migration, founder or swarm (0% before gate 1, the gate percentage after) can add a single-sided UNLK2 position just past the current price, wait for ordinary buys to swap through it, and remove the position to receive IMD. No bucket is debited, no SellDebited event, sellAllowance stays 0, and the buyer's leg still counts as volume.

      This is inside the official pool, so it is not the third-party-pool carve-out the workflow makes; the README discloses only that liquidity can be added while trading is closed and that the factory's fee collection is not intercepted.

      Severity: a broken guarantee of the official pool's sell rights, affecting the 850m locked allocation, but no funds are taken from others and the workflow already accepts third-party exits, so medium.

      A fix needs a scope decision: enable beforeAddLiquidity (factory-only, or metered against the adder's allowance on the UNLK2 side), which changes the hook's address flags (currently 0x20cc) and the launch.json permissions list, or disclose explicitly that liquidity provision is an unquota'd exit.

      State: activated launch, gatesOpen == 0, official pool seeded at tick +-92100 with 1e24 liquidity.

      1. alice migrates 1_000_000e18 V1 through MigrationVault.migrate: hook.sellAllowance(alice) == 0; a direct sell of 1_000e18 through PoolSwapTest reverts.

      2. alice calls PoolModifyLiquidityTest.modifyLiquidity on the official key with liquidityDelta 1e23 on the token-only range [t+60, t+660] when UNLK2 is currency0 (mirror range [t-660, t-60] otherwise): only UNLK2 is taken, the hook is not called.

      3. bob buys with exact input 1_000e18 IMD.

      4. alice removes the position (liquidityDelta -1e23).

      Expected: a 0% holder receives no IMD from the official pool.

      Actual: imd.balanceOf(alice) == 30943506860223616090 (30.94 IMD), hook.sellAllowance(alice) still 0, gatesOpen still 0, no SellDebited.

      The attached test fails on this tree with 'a 0% holder must not receive IMD from the official pool: 30943506860223616090 != 0'.

    • mediumUnlockV2Token.registerHook has no caller check and activate() never verifies the binding, so a squatted or failed binding is sealed into a launch whose burns and contributions never reach the hook (mesrc/UnlockV2Token.sol:39

      registerHook binds msg.sender as the token's permanent hook; its only checks are that no hook is bound, that the argument equals the public factory address, and that the factory still holds the whole supply (lines 40-42). Nothing ties msg.sender to a hook deployed by the factory.

      The hook binds itself with a low-level call whose result is discarded (src/UnlockV2Hook.sol:249-250) and exposes isBound() for that reason, but activate() (src/UnlockV2Hook.sol:298-319) never reads token.hook(): it seals configuration forever, credits the founder and opens trading on a token that is bound to a stranger or to nobody.

      Two ways to reach it: (a) if the token exists on chain before the hook's deployment transaction, any address calls token.registerHook(token.factory()) first; (b) if the factory moves any UNLK2 (pool seed, swarm, founder payout) before the hook's constructor runs, registerHook fails NotDuringLaunch and the token can never be bound (balanceOf(factory) != totalSupply forever).

      In case (a) with an EOA squatter, token.burn() and contribute() revert forever (high-level call to codeless address); with a contract squatter, burns are swallowed. In case (b) burns earn no points, debit no sell credits and contribute() reverts HookNotRegistered, so the mandatory burn, points and gate-burn scope is dead.

      Reachability of (a) depends on the launch not deploying token and hook in one transaction; (b) depends on the factory's internal order; both are decided outside this tree, but activate() sealing an unbound hook is a missing enforcement that one line removes.

      Fix: in activate(), revert unless token.hook() == address(this); optionally require in registerHook that msg.sender is a contract whose factory() equals factory.

      (a) Deploy UnlockV2Token from F.

      From an unrelated EOA S call token.registerHook(F): expected revert, actual success, token.hook() == S.

      Deploy UnlockV2Hook(poolManager, token, imd, F, owner, v1, feed, chainId) at a flag address: hook.isBound() == false.

      Transfer 1e18 to alice; alice calls token.burn(1e18): reverts (call to S).

      (b) Deploy UnlockV2Token from F, F transfers 1 wei, then deploys the hook: isBound() == false, token.hook() == 0, registerHook now reverts NotDuringLaunch for everyone.

      F initializes the official pool, seeds liquidity, seeds the reference pool, sends 750m to the owner; owner funds 700m to the vault and calls hook.activate().

      Expected: revert (not bound).

      Actual: activated() == true, isBound() == false, Sealed forever.

      Owner calls token.burn(1e18): rewardPot.points(owner) == 0; token.contribute(1, 1e18) reverts HookNotRegistered.

      Both scenarios verified in a scratch Foundry test on this tree (test/scratch/Misc.t.sol: test_registerHookFrontRunAndUnboundActivate, test_unboundHookActivates pass, i.e. the unbound activation goes through).

    • mediumBurning before a swarm claim is credited keeps the full sell credit on tokens that no longer exist; call order decides the outcome (economics)src/UnlockV2Hook.sol:504

      _burnDebits (lines 871-884) only debits credits that already exist in the account's Rights. A native swarm claim is credited in a separate, later, permissionless creditSwarmClaim call that adds the full leaf amount regardless of what the account burned since claiming from the distributor. Credit then burn leaves otherCredited == 0 (the documented formula); burn then credit leaves otherCredited at the full amount, plus the burn's points.

      The credit is then spendable, at the gate percentage, against UNLK2 the account later receives by ordinary transfer, which the brief says must not create eligibility ('Burning cannot reset cumulative sales or create/recycle eligibility'; README: 'Burns can never create or recycle eligibility'). The same gap exists for the founder credit at activate() (line 316) if the owner burns before activation, but that path is privileged.

      Bounded by the claim amount and costs the burner the burned tokens, so medium (broken documented guarantee, no loss to others).

      Fix: record each account's burned-while-uncredited amount and net it against later swarm and founder credits, or debit a swarm credit by the account's burns since the distributor claim.

      Distributor root = keccak256(abi.encodePacked(uint256(0), alice, uint256(1_000_000e18))) (one leaf, empty proof), isClaimed(0) == true, set on the hook before activation; alice holds the 1,000,000e18 payout. alice calls token.burn(1_000_000e18) (balance now 0), then anyone calls hook.creditSwarmClaim(0, alice, 1_000_000e18, []).

      Expected, matching the credit-then-burn order: rightsOf(alice).otherCredited == 0.

      Actual: otherCredited == 1_000_000e18 and pot.points(alice) == 1_000_000e18.

      Once gate 5 (50%) is open, alice may sell 500,000e18 of tokens received from anyone, against 0 had the calls run in the other order.

    • lowReference tracker rate truncates to whole basis points per update, so with a swap every 12-second block it follows IMD at about 3% per hour instead of the documented 5% (math)src/UnlockV2Hook.sol:746

      _nextTracked floors moveBps = gap * 500 / 3600, and _settleImdUsd (lines 761-764) sets trackedAt = block.timestamp on every update, so the fractional basis point is discarded rather than carried forward. On Ethereum (expectedChainId 1, 12 s slots) a swap in every block gives gap = 12 and moveBps = 1 where 1.667 is intended; gap = 24 gives 3 where 3.33 is intended. The README and the constant document 5% per hour.

      FDV and volume value IMD at the lower of spot and tracker, so after a real IMD rise gate FDV and USD volume stay undercounted about 1.7x longer than specified, and anyone can force the slower rate cheaply with a dust swap per block. Conservative direction only (gates open later, never earlier), so low.

      Fix: advance trackedAt only by the time actually consumed (trackedAt += moveBps * 3600 / 500) or compute the bound with higher precision.

      Activated launch; trackedImdPerEth seeded at T = 2979765921746221306476.

      Move the reference pool so spot IMD-per-ETH is about 7.7% below T (sell 5 ETH into it).

      Then run one official buy of 1e18 IMD in each of 300 consecutive blocks 12 s apart (feed refreshed each block).

      Expected per spec: tracker = T / 1.05 after the hour.

      Actual: each update computes moveBps = 12 * 500 / 3600 = 1 and lower = tracked * 10000 / 10001; after 300 updates trackedImdPerEth == 2891704867043573031837, i.e. T / 1.0304.

      With one swap per hour instead, moveBps = 500 and the tracker moves the full 5%.

    • lowactivate() seals configuration without requiring the swarm distributor, so an activation with it unset locks every native swarm claim out of sell rights forever (permissions)src/UnlockV2Hook.sol:298

      setSwarmDistributor is notSealed (line 290), creditSwarmClaim reverts DistributorNotSet while swarmDistributor == 0 (line 498), and activate() checks the pool, chain, vault backing, feed decimals and prices but not that swarmDistributor is set. After an activation with it unset there is no path left to credit the 100m swarm allocation: holders have 0% until gate 10.

      The launch.json notes disclose that activate() does not enforce it, so this is an operational foot-gun with a permanent outcome rather than a bypass; owner-only precondition, so low.

      Fix: revert DistributorNotSet in activate() when swarmDistributor == 0 (and optionally require at least one router).

      State: official and reference pools initialized and seeded, vault funded with 700m, feed fresh, swarmDistributor == address(0).

      1. owner calls hook.activate(): succeeds, activated() == true.

      2. owner calls hook.setSwarmDistributor(d): reverts Sealed().

      3. anyone calls hook.creditSwarmClaim(0, alice, 1, []): reverts DistributorNotSet(), permanently.

      Expected: activation refuses to seal without the distributor.

      Verified in test/scratch/Misc.t.sol test_activateWithoutDistributor on this tree.

    • infoDisclosed design limit, quantified: a buy held across one block boundary opens every gate including gate 10 for little more than swap fees (own pass; requester decision per README)src/UnlockV2Hook.sol:773

      FDV gates read the official pool's spot price once per block at the first swap, before that swap moves the price (lines 772-783), with no TWAP or minimum duration. docs/README.md 'Manipulation disclosure' states this and marks it a requester decision before release, so it is not reported as a defect.

      For the requester's decision, the cost measured on the test fixture: one exact-input buy sweeps the 1e24 in-range liquidity and the price then runs to the limit with no further input; the first swap of the next block (the attacker's own sell-back) opens gates 1-10 and that sell is judged with no quota, so the attacker recovers the tokens' value.

      The net cost was 10,111 IMD, of which about 10,000 IMD is finding 2's partial-fill fee on the requested 1e24 (an exact-output buy would avoid it), leaving swap fees of a few hundred IMD plus one block of market exposure. Afterwards every holder, including the 700m migration and 100m swarm allocations, has sellAllowance == type(uint256).max.

      Concentrated factory liquidity makes this cheaper, since beyond the range the price moves for free; a full-range seed at the policy's 2,500 IMD opening cap would cost on the order of tens of thousands of IMD before sell-back.

      Fixture of test/Base.t.sol after fullLaunch(). alice (1e27 IMD) buys through the registered router with exact input 1e24 IMD and limit MIN/MAX: spends 13,544e18 IMD, holds 25.9m UNLK2, gatesOpen still 0, fdvUsd() astronomically high.

      Roll one block, warp 12 s, refresh the feed. alice sells her whole balance: beforeSwap's _observeSettledFdv reads the held price and _advanceGates opens gates 1 through 10; the sell then passes with no quota.

      Result: gatesOpen == 10, net IMD cost 10,111e18, hook.sellAllowance(OWNER) == type(uint256).max for the founder's 0% bucket.

    Things for the manifest step and the requester to note:

    • The hook's required address flags changed from 0x20CC to 0x28CC, and the permissions list must include beforeAddLiquidity.
    • After activation only the factory, calling the PoolManager directly, can add official-pool liquidity. If the factory seeds through a position manager it must do so before activation, which the README documents.
    • The partial-fill refund reaches the trader's wallet directly rather than through the router's settlement.

    Verification: 102 delivered tests pass (forge test --no-match-path 'test/scratch/*'). With the three proof copies under test/scratch included, only the disputed liquidity proof fails. The hook ABI export in docs/abi/UnlockV2Hook.json was regenerated. The other three ABIs are unchanged. Nothing was committed.

    The fix for e4f2d829 works for the case I reported, but it adds a new defect in the same function. I've reported that in .imd-findings.json instead of writing a test that treats it as correct.

    The full suite passes with the verifier's fuzz seed: 130 tests, 0 failures. That includes the 6 fork tests, which reached mainnet at block 26333609. The only test that fails is the proof for the new defect; it lives in test/scratch/ and fails on purpose.

    What I checked of the author's fix (pendingGatesOpen())

    • The original case is fixed. test_pendingGatesOpen_previewsHeldSpikeBeforeFirstSwap in test/Scenarios.t.sol reruns the reproduction I reported. A price spike is held into the next block. Before that block's first swap, the stored state still says 0 gates open, a quote for gate 1 and an allowance below the seller's balance, while pendingGatesOpen() already says 10. The sell beyond the stored allowance then succeeds, and a contribution quoted for gate 1 reverts with GoldenVaultOpen.
    • A stale price feed (test_pendingGatesOpen_staleFeedPreviewsNothing): an old feed reading predicts no new gates and opens none. Once the same price is fresh, the preview says 3 and the next block's first swap opens exactly 3. Within a block that has already been read, the preview doesn't change.
    • Small burn progress (test_pendingGatesOpen_withSmallBurnProgressMatchesReading): with 1m already contributed toward gate 1, the preview matches what the reading opens.
    • Random sequences: test/Invariants.t.sol now records the preview before every block's first swap. Afterwards it requires that the gates opened match the preview, except for extra gates the swap's own volume legitimately opened. A new invariant, ghostPreviewMismatch, enforces this, and in a sample run it was checked 28 times.

    New finding (low), with a proof that fails now and passes once fixed The view's loop keeps counting the burns already made toward the current gate for every later gate it simulates. The real gate logic restarts that count at zero after each gate opens. Burn targets fall from 25m for gate 1 to 2m for gate 10, so burns made toward gate 1 also look like they meet later gates' targets.

    • Reproduction: contribute 23m toward gate 1, then raise the price so the market value is about 295k USD. That is enough for gate 1 only.
    • Result: pendingGatesOpen() reports 10, which means unlimited selling, but the block's first swap opens only gate 1.
    • Impact: a frontend following the README would offer sells that then revert with SellExceedsAllowance. No funds are at risk, because the contract's own gate checks are correct.
    • Fix: keep the progress in a local variable and set it to zero after each gate the loop opens. I confirmed the proof passes with that change on a temporary local patch, then restored src/ unchanged.

    Until it's fixed, the invariant only compares the preview when burn progress is below 2m, the smallest target, where the view is exact. Above that the defect is reported in .imd-findings.json, not tested around.

    I changed only test/Invariants.t.sol and test/Scenarios.t.sol, and wrote .imd-findings.json in the repository root.

    • lowpendingGatesOpen() counts the current burn progress toward every later gate, so it can preview gate 10 (final bypass) when the reading opens only gate 1src/UnlockV2Hook.sol:658

      This is a new problem in the fix for e4f2d829, not that finding again. The fix itself works: test/Scenarios.t.sol test_pendingGatesOpen_previewsHeldSpikeBeforeFirstSwap reruns the original reproduction and passes. The invariant handler now also checks, after every block's first swap, that the reading opened exactly what the view predicted.

      The new problem is in the view's loop. It tests gateBurned - burnBaseline >= burnT for every gate it simulates, but never restarts that progress. _advanceGates sets burnBaseline = gateBurned each time a gate opens, so the next gate's burn count starts at zero. Burn targets fall from 25m (gate 1) to 2m (gate 10).

      So once an FDV reading opens a gate, any progress the open gate was collecting that is at least a later gate's target counts as meeting that target again in the view. This error goes the opposite way from the original finding: the view now says more gates are open than the reading will open. The docs tell frontends to read it first, so a frontend would show unrestricted selling (gate 10) and quote no contribution, while the real swap is judged at gate 1.

      Sells above the gate-1 allowance then revert with SellExceedsAllowance. No funds are at risk: the hook's own gate state and quota checks are correct, and only the view is wrong.

      Fix: keep a local progress = gateBurned - burnBaseline and set it to 0 after each open++, the same as _advanceGates does. With that change the proof passes; I checked this on a local patch, which is not part of the submission. Until it is fixed, test/Invariants.t.sol only checks the preview when burn progress is below 2m, the smallest target.

      In that range the view is exact.

      After activation (owner holds 50m credited): OWNER calls token.contribute(1, 23_000_000e18), so gatesOpen = 0 and burnProgress = 23m < 25m.

      Set ETH/USD to 9000e8 (fresh), which puts the settled FDV at about 295k USD: past gate 1's 250k, short of gate 2's 500k.

      Roll one block.

      Read pendingGatesOpen().

      Then make any official swap (alice buys 1e18 IMD exact-in).

      Expected: pendingGatesOpen() == 1, matching gatesOpen() == 1 after the swap (burnProgress becomes 0).

      Actual: pendingGatesOpen() == 10, while gatesOpen() == 1 after the swap.

  14. ManifestAgent #17101 file changed

    I fixed launch.json: it now lists every permission the hook declares. forge build passes, and forge test with the given fuzz seed shows 124 passed, 0 failed and 6 skipped. The change is not committed. Git refused because no author name or email is set on this machine, and I didn't change any git config, so the edit is still uncommitted in the working tree.

    What was wrong: UnlockV2Hook.getHookPermissions() turns on beforeAddLiquidity, but the manifest left it out. That also made the hook address flags in the notes wrong: they said 0x20cc, and the correct value is 0x28cc.

    What I changed:

    • Permissions: hook.permissions is now beforeInitialize, beforeAddLiquidity, beforeSwap, afterSwap, beforeSwapReturnDelta, afterSwapReturnDelta. That matches the hook source and its requiredAddressFlags().
    • Notes: they now give the 0x28cc flags. They also say that beforeAddLiquidity only accepts calls from the PoolManager and, after activation, only lets the launch factory add liquidity. Notes are 2,587 characters, under the 4,000 cap.

    I left everything else as it was, because it still matches the source:

    • Hook: 8 constructor arguments in declaration order.
    • Token: UnlockV2Token takes no constructor arguments and mints exactly 1,000,000,000e18 to msg.sender.
    • Pool: IMD pair, fee 12500, tickSpacing 60, initialPrice one to one.

    One thing a reviewer may still question: the approved workflow doesn't name an ETH/USD price feed. The hook's feed argument is 0x5f4ec3df9cbd43714fe2740f5e3616155c5b8419, the Ethereum Chainlink feed the repository's own README and fork test use, and the notes say so.

  15. Audit judgeAgent #83found 1 low, 1 info

    Review complete. The findings file is written at .imd-findings.json with 2 findings and a 36-row coverage record (all 25 entry points answered, none unreached). No source files were changed; only the findings file and test/scratch/ were written.

    Settlement of the earlier round

    • Claim donation bricks redeemFees (high): fixed. The held proof passes on this tree. redeemFees now attributes any claim surplus above what the pot is owed before redeeming, so a 1 wei gift becomes an ordinary reward fee. My own donation-then-claim test pays the full matured amount.
    • Fee on requested rather than executed amount (medium): fixed. The held proof passes. A 60-tick-limited exact-input buy now pays the executed leg plus exactly 1% of it, and the pot is attributed only the recomputed fee.
    • Official-pool liquidity exit (medium): fixed after activation. The held proof still fails, but only because its fixture deploys the hook without the BEFORE_ADD_LIQUIDITY bit, so the author's dispute of the proof is correct. At the right flags the migrated holder's range order reverts. A residual remains, reported below.
    • Unbound hook sealed (medium): fixed. activate() reverts HookNotBound unless the token reports this hook.
    • Burn before swarm credit (medium): fixed. Uncredited burns are recorded and netted against later swarm and founder credits.
    • Tracker rate truncation (low): fixed with 1e18 precision.
    • Activate without distributor and one-block FDV push: disputes accepted. Enforcing the distributor would fail the held proofs, and the FDV reading is a disclosed design limit. Both are documented in the README.

    What is reported this round

    1. Low, non-blocking: the liquidity guard is open before activation, and migration is live as soon as the vault is funded. A V1 holder who migrates and parks a token-only range order between funding and activation still exits it as IMD after activation at 0% allowance. Reproduced on the fixture. The README discloses it, but the owner's only remedy is never to activate. Two minimal fixes are stated.
    2. Info: the new partial-fill refund is sent to the resolved trader, so through an unregistered router it lands on the router contract. Disclosed in the README and consistent with the shared-account rule. Recorded for awareness only.

    Other checks: the full suite passes (124 tests, 6 fork tests skipped), all four ABI exports match the compiled contracts, the hook is within both size limits, and launch.json's keys, argument order, permissions and notes length are in order. Static-analysis leads were checked and none reproduced as a defect.

    • lowResidual of 567d9523d471: liquidity added between vault funding and activation is still an unmetered exit for a 0% holder (disclosed; non-blocking)src/UnlockV2Hook.sol:373

      The fix closes the post-activation path: with the hook at flags 0x28CC a migrated holder's token-only range order now reverts LiquidityRestricted (verified in test/scratch/Round2.t.sol test_postActivationRangeOrderRefused; the held proof only still fails because its fixture deploys the hook at 0x20CC, without the BEFORE_ADD_LIQUIDITY bit, so the author's dispute of the proof is correct).

      What remains is the window the guard leaves open by design: beforeAddLiquidity admits anyone while activated == false, and MigrationVault.migrate is live as soon as the owner has funded the vault, which the setup guide does in a separate transaction before activate().

      A V1 holder who migrates in that window and parks a token-only range order just past the opening price keeps it through activation (removal is never intercepted), ordinary buys fill it, and the holder removes IMD with sellAllowance still 0 and gatesOpen 0. docs/README.md 'Liquidity' discloses this and says the owner can read the pool's liquidity before sealing, but the owner's only remedy is never to activate, which is not a real option, and the position's owner cannot be removed.

      Bounded by what a migrator parks in the window and dependent on the owner's two-step setup, so low.

      Minimal fixes that keep the design: (a) have MigrationVault.migrate require hook.activated(), so no migrated UNLK2 exists before the seal (the owner's 750m and the swarm allocation are the only pre-activation holders left; the swarm distributor can be set after activation-time by policy); or (b) if the factory holds its position directly (its zero-delta fee collection suggests it does), apply the factory-only rule in beforeAddLiquidity before activation as well.

      Fixture test/Base.t.sol with the hook at FLAGS 0x28CC.

      Factory initializes and seeds the official pool (tick +-92100, 1e24), seeds the reference pool, transfers 750m to OWNER; OWNER transfers 700m to the vault but has not yet called activate(). alice mints 1_000_000e18 V1, approves and calls vault.migrate(1_000_000e18): token.balanceOf(alice) == 1e24, hook.sellAllowance(alice) == 0. alice calls PoolModifyLiquidityTest.modifyLiquidity on the official key with liquidityDelta 1e23 on [t+60, t+660] (t = current tick rounded to spacing; mirror range below t when UNLK2 is currency1): succeeds, only UNLK2 taken.

      OWNER sets the router and calls activate(). bob buys 1_000e18 IMD exact input through the registered router. alice removes the position (liquidityDelta -1e23).

      Expected per the 0%-before-gate-1 rule: no IMD for alice.

      Actual (test/scratch/Round2.t.sol test_preActivationRangeOrderStillExits): imd.balanceOf(alice) == 30943506860223616090 for 294526932937733158123445 UNLK2 parked, hook.sellAllowance(alice) == 0, gatesOpen == 0, no SellDebited.

      After activation the same add reverts LiquidityRestricted.

    • infoPartial-fill refund introduced by the 92c672ee fix is paid to the resolved trader, so through an unregistered router it lands on the router contract (disclosed)src/UnlockV2Hook.sol:471

      The refund path is correct for registered routers: an exact-input buy of 1_000e18 IMD limited to 60 ticks executed 30.436e18, the pot was attributed 304360233823036052 (exactly hookFee of the executed leg) and bob's net IMD cost was 30740383616126641331 = executed + 1% of executed.

      For a swap sent through a contract that is not a registered router, _resolveTrader returns the contract itself, so PoolManager.take sends the refund (here 9695639766176963948 IMD, 97% of the up-front fee) to that contract rather than to the user who paid it; on routers with a public sweep (the Universal Router) anyone can collect it.

      README 'Partial fills' discloses this and it is consistent with the documented shared-account treatment of unregistered routers, so it is recorded for the requester's awareness and does not reopen the work. The mitigation is operational: register every router users are expected to use before activation, since setRouter is sealed afterwards.

      Fixture test/Base.t.sol after fullLaunch() (PoolSwapTest not registered). bob holds 1e24 IMD. bob calls PoolSwapTest.swap with zeroForOne = !tokenIs0, amountSpecified = -1_000e18, sqrtPriceLimitX96 = getSqrtPriceAtTick(current tick -+ 60).

      Expected for a registered router: bob pays executed leg + 1%.

      Actual (test/scratch/Round2.t.sol test_refundViaUnregisteredRouterGoesToRouter): bob pays 40436023382303605279 IMD, hook.pendingFees() == 304360233823036052, and imd.balanceOf(PoolSwapTest) rose by 9695639766176963948, the refund, which bob cannot recover from PoolSwapTest.

    Saved five verified findings in [.imd-findings.json][report]: four medium, one low. The website is unchanged.

    • Medium — bug: editing a burn amount during loading can restore an outdated preview. Entering 100 can produce a review for 10. Discard responses whose inputs have changed.
    • Medium — accessibility: wallet and transaction dialogs lack accessible names. Associate each dialog with its heading.
    • Medium — accessibility: “Skip to content” changes secondary screens back to Trade. Move focus without changing the route.
    • Medium — bug: the transfer form advertises ENS support, but every name fails because its client lacks an ENS resolver. Remove the unsupported option or implement it.
    • Low — bug: “Open voluntary burn” opens Gate contribution instead. Preserve the requested mode when navigating.

    Each JSON finding includes exact source citations, the required change, and a concrete reproduction.

    Build and typecheck passed; the rebuild was byte-identical. All five core tests, 18 Chromium fixture checks, and the WebKit primary flow passed. Live reads rendered all nine screens without overflow at 320, 390, 768, and 1440px. At 390×844, the trade action ends at y=795. No transactions were broadcast.

    The two taste flags are required monospace prose and a navigation link incorrectly identified as a kicker. The visual idea is consistent: a compact Ethereum terminal carried by a permanent gate ladder beside the swap controls.

    The checklist below covers frontend implementation and presentation; contract-rule rows do not constitute another Solidity audit.

    • mediumbug: an outdated burn preview can overwrite a changed amountweb/src/Screens.tsx:588

      Now: readPreview unconditionally stores its response after awaiting RPC reads. Editing the amount, mode or wallet clears the current preview but does not invalidate the outstanding request, so its old amount and debits become actionable again.

      Change to: invalidate outstanding preview requests whenever amount, mode, account or chain changes, and commit a response only when its request identifier and captured inputs still match the current form. Clear the old preview when a refresh begins.

      Why: the irreversible-burn flow must preview and review the amount currently entered, rather than silently offering a previous burn.

      At 390×844 in both Chromium and WebKit, use the existing synthetic wallet/RPC fixture from web/tests/mock.mjs, connect, and open Burn & Points.

      Hold the eth_call response for previewBurn(address,uint256).

      Enter 10 and click Preview burn and rights; while that request is held, change Amount to burn (UNLK2) to 100, then release the response.

      Actual: the field reads 100 while the returned panel says Points added: 10.

      Clicking Review irreversible burn opens a review beginning Destroy 10 UNLK2 permanently and prepares contribute(gate,10e18), as specified by the captured preview.n in the request arguments.

      Expected: discard the response for 10 and require a fresh preview for 100.

      This requires no signature or broadcast; delaying a real read has the same input/response ordering.

    • mediumaccessibility: wallet and transaction dialogs have no accessible nameweb/src/components.tsx:287

      Now: the transaction dialog renders a heading but has neither aria-labelledby nor aria-label. WalletDialog repeats this pattern in web/src/wallet.tsx:181-190. Both dialogs are exposed without a name.

      Change to: give each dialog heading a unique id and reference it with aria-labelledby on its dialog element.

      Why: a dialog needs an accessible name so assistive technology announces whether the visitor is connecting a wallet or reviewing an irreversible transaction.

      At 390×844 in Chromium, click Connect wallet.

      The accessibility snapshot begins "- dialog:" with a nested heading "Connect wallet"; getByRole("dialog", {name:"Connect wallet", exact:true}) returns 0, while dialog[open] returns 1.

      With the existing synthetic wallet fixture, open a burn review: getByRole("dialog", {name:"Contribute and burn", exact:true}) likewise returns 0.

      Expected: both open dialog roles have the displayed heading as their accessible name.

      No real wallet or signing is required.

    • mediumaccessibility: the skip link switches every secondary screen back to Tradeweb/src/App.tsx:102

      Now: Skip to content changes location.hash to #main-content, but the same hash is the application router. current() treats that fragment as unknown and selects Trade, replacing the screen the visitor was trying to reach.

      Change to: prevent the skip link’s default hash navigation, focus a programmatically focusable main-content element and scroll it into view while preserving the selected route.

      Why: keyboard visitors must be able to bypass repeated navigation and reach the current screen without losing their task.

      At 390×844 in Chromium with live chain reads, select Gates, focus the Skip to content link (first Tab stop after loading the route) and press Enter.

      Actual: location.hash becomes #main-content and h1 changes from Gates to Trade UNLK2 / IMD.

      Expected: Gates remains selected and keyboard focus moves to main-content.

      The same fallback applies to Migrate, My Rights, Burn & Points, Weekly IMD Rewards, Golden Vault, Rules / Contracts and Founder setup.

      No wallet is needed.

    • mediumbug: the advertised ENS transfer input rejects every ENS nameweb/src/Screens.tsx:489

      Now: the transfer form promises Recipient address or ENS, then calls getEnsAddress on the runtime client. config.ts defines Ethereum without an ensUniversalResolver contract, so this branch throws before making a resolver request for any name.

      Change to: since ENS is outside the required brief, remove the unsupported ENS option: label the field Recipient Ethereum address, validate it as an address and show Enter a valid Ethereum address for other inputs. Retain the working direct-address transfer flow.

      Why: an advertised recipient format must work or be removed from the interface; the current failure prevents visitors from reviewing a transfer using the promised input.

      At 390×844 in Chromium, connect using the existing synthetic wallet/RPC fixture, open My Rights, expand Transfer UNLK2, enter vitalik.eth as Recipient address or ENS and 1 as Amount (UNLK2), then click Review transfer.

      Actual alert: Chain "Ethereum" does not support contract "ensUniversalResolver".

      No resolver RPC call or review dialog is produced.

      Expected: either resolve the recipient and review the transfer, or only advertise Ethereum addresses and give a clear validation error.

      The exception is caused by the client metadata, independent of ENS availability; no signing or real transfer is needed.

    • lowbug: Open voluntary burn selects gate contribution insteadweb/src/Screens.tsx:933

      Now: the Golden Vault button labeled Open voluntary burn navigates to Burn & Points, whose contribute state always initializes to true. The visitor therefore lands on Gate contribution.

      Change to: pass the voluntary-burn mode through this navigation and initialize the destination with Voluntary burn selected.

      Why: the named action should open the promised burn mode; after gate 10 the contribution mode is unavailable.

      At 390×844, navigate to Golden Vault and click Open voluntary burn.

      Actual: on Burn & Points, Voluntary burn has aria-pressed="false" and Gate contribution has aria-pressed="true".

      This is reproducible without a wallet against live reads.

      With gates=10 in web/tests/mock.mjs, the same link lands on the disabled contribution flow and asks the visitor to select voluntary burn manually.

      Expected: Voluntary burn has aria-pressed="true" immediately after following the link.
