Paint the character plates for "Nobody Works Here", round 2. Read BRIEF-2.md in this repository first and follow it exactly; BRIEF.md's rules (two styles, exact palettes, the 320x180 pixel grid upscaled 6x nearest-neighbour, no legible text, numerals, logos, real flags or seals, no human faces) still apply, except that our frog character is now wanted. The frog must match refs/pixel/agent-pepe.png (hooded) and refs/pixel/feels-stable.png (suit).

The most important rule: plates marked EDIT start from the given base image in base/ (the native 320x180 grid for pixel plates) and change ONLY the pixels where the character goes, so they cut seamlessly with the base; A/B pairs differ only in the moving part. In p01-seated-a/b the frog sits IN the chair with his whole upper body visible and both hands on the keyboard, seen from behind at three-quarters; the CRT screen stays a flat empty dark rectangle.

If the image model cannot hold the base exactly, composite in code: paste the generated character region onto the base grid, map every pixel to the nearest palette colour, upscale 6x nearest-neighbour. Deliver each pixel plate at 1920x1080 and as its native NAME-1x.png; e3-stamp-down.png is engraved, 1920x1080 only. Inspect every plate and redo any that breaks a rule. Produce sheet-2.png with all 9 plates small, file names only in its margin. The README lists every file with its dimensions and states plainly any rule it still misses.
