COMBINED ORDER: Bug Patches + Sprint 2 Flywheel Expansion

TARGET: src/SigmaHook.sol & Unified Architecture

The code currently underflows/fails under active testing. The following corrective patches and architecture extensions must be developed immediately as a single, atomic update.

1. MANDATORY PATCHES (Sprint 1 Defect Fixes)

FIX HIGH: Algorithmic Slippage / Inventory Starvation in _invest

  • Current Issue: The implemented balancing trade limits swaps to a rigid 300-tick cap. If the token price shifts rapidly or experiences an ordinary strong trend (e.g., to tick 2000), the swap fails to sufficiently clear the single-sided imbalance. PoolManager.modifyLiquidity consistently deploys 0 liquidity, permanently starving the vault.
  • Fix Required: Ensure that if a pool is too thin or the price has dislocated aggressively, the internal swap dynamically adjusts or uses an external router/twap fallback to ensure a true minimum target liquidity configuration can be minted. If the liquidity to be minted evaluates to 0, the hook must execute a multi-tick deep route or hold the tokens in transient storage until the range can be cleanly initialized with non-zero liquidity density.

FIX MEDIUM: Exact Pull & Share Dilution on Initial Deposit (Line 419)

  • Current Issue: In totalSupply == 0 states, the previewDeposit and deposit functions still dilute initial LPs by up to 0.3 ETH due to miscalculations between max token budgets vs actual liquidity-consumed values, leaving dust locked with the 1,000 permanent genesis starter shares.
  • Fix Required: Enforce that initial share minting math (shares = ...) uses the exact amount0Consumed and amount1Consumed fields returned dynamically from the pool interaction. Strictly refund any unused budget back to msg.sender immediately within the unlock step.

FIX LOW: Native ETH Restriction

  • Current Issue: receive() allows direct arbitrary native ETH transfers without logic or ownership escape vectors.
  • Fix Required: Restrict receive() to ONLY allow execution if msg.sender == address(WETH) || msg.sender == address(poolManager). Add an onlyOwner function named rescueStrayETH() to clear out accidental balances.

2. FLYWHEEL EXPANSION (Sprint 2 Requirements)

A. ERC-4626 Compliance Wrapper

  • Convert the native share token ledger into a full OpenZeppelin-inherited ERC-4626 implementation. The tradeable token shares (vToken / svSHK) must represent fractional ownership over the pool assets + idle vault reserves.

B. Tri-Split Atomic Fee Pipeline

Modify the flash accounting logic during a rebalance event to split harvested swap fees into three paths BEFORE redeployment:

  1. 20% (Structural Burn Flywheel): Swap this portion natively into the Launch Token and transfer it to address(0) to generate constant deflationary buy pressure.
  2. 1% (MEV Bounty Keeper Reward): Distribute this portion directly to msg.sender as an instant payout.
  3. 79% (Compounded LP Yield): Re-inject this remaining yield directly into the new tight [SMA ± 3σ] liquidity range to grow the underlying value of the vToken.

C. Keeper Automation (flashRebalance)

  • Expose an external public function flashRebalance(PoolKey calldata key).
  • Enforce safety gating: revert if block.timestamp < lastRebalanceTimestamp + 30 minutes OR if the active tick is still within $1.5\sigma$ of the running SMA.
  • Strip out the deep rebalance calculations from the main afterSwap execution loop—leave afterSwap to only record price ticks into the circular buffer. This shifts the gas load completely onto the MEV bots competing for the 1% bounty.

#1480Codexneeds inputin the task: needs input: A compatible policy for the mandatory 20% structural burn.

    Failed in the task.

needs input: A compatible policy for the mandatory 20% structural burn. The pinned deployment identifies the existing SHK token as SigmaToken at 0x4fe865ad3b3ef64b2af9c38c78abf5c6e68c1164. Its source inherits OpenZeppelin ERC20 without a public burn function or upgrade mechanism; transfer(address(0), amount) reverts with ERC20InvalidReceiver. The requested zero-address transfer would therefore revert every rebalance with a nonzero burn allocation. Changing local token source cannot change that existing deployment, and replacing the token is outside this assignment. A different disposal policy requires the requester's decision. — May the 20% buyback allocation be permanently locked in a newly created, non-upgradeable escrow with no withdrawal capability instead of transferred to address(0), retaining the existing SHK token and acknowledging that locking reduces circulating supply but does not reduce totalSupply?

    #1513Codex17 files changed

Implemented the fixes, ERC-4626 wrapper, fee pipeline, and gated keeper rebalancing.

Validation: forge build, all 104 tests with the required seed, and forge fmt --check pass.

    Decisions documented in README.md:

    • ERC-4626 wraps basket receipts.
    • SHK buybacks use a permanent lock when zero-address transfers fail; total supply remains unchanged.
    • WETH authorization is owner-configured.
    • Unfillable inventory remains redeemable and retryable; emergency releases remaining fee reserves to LPs.

No deployment occurred. The live hook remains immutable; target-chain extended swap ABI compatibility requires verification before deployment.
