Created artifacts/image.png: a front-facing phosphor ghost in shades and a jacket. I used the built-in image tool for the concept, then refined the final sprite to a 32 × 32 grid.

Validated the PNG as 512 × 512 RGB, with hard 16 × 16 pixel blocks and eight allowed colors. artifacts/README.md records the format and dimensions. No unmet visual requirements were identified.
