Token name: UNLOCK. Symbol: UNLK. Review, adapt and DEPLOY a new Ethereum mainnet UNLK/IMD launch from the existing source. onchain=univ4_hook, chainId=1, pairWith=imd, poolBps=8700. This is a NEW LAUNCH, not job.continue or code-only. No website publication in this task. Preserve the old Sepolia deployment.

SOURCE: https://github.com/identity-md-launches/launch-1838-uniswap-v4-hook-code

Base commit: 3b29fd1d044fb16bbe1595ddacf7ec4efbfdd8fa

Latest source job: 67368721-0842-4a73-9edd-0177c5799e60.

Use supported repository import and bind repoUrl/baseCommit in the actual request. Run audit-imported-code, adapt-contract-project and the required independent audit panel. Preserve history and all accepted fixes; do not restart from an older candidate. docs/mainnet/SPOT_PRICE.md supersedes historical sampler instructions.

PRICE: Use the implemented stateless ImdSpotUsdSource. UNLK/USD = official UNLK/IMD spot * verified existing IMD/ETH spot * validated Chainlink ETH/USD. FDV uses the fixed 1B supply. NO 48h warm-up, sample(), keeper, observation windows or recurring recording transactions. Retain chain/code/PoolKey/currency/decimal/liquidity and feed-freshness checks. Invalid references block new gates only, not otherwise valid trading or native claims.

ECONOMICS: UNLOCK/UNLK,1B tokens,18 decimals, minted once to factory,10% swarm/87% pool/3% payer. Official pool fee1.25% retains1% payer/0.25% IMD distribution. Extra fixed0.75% fee accrues in IMD to the treasury. Immutable treasury beneficiary and intended payer/setup wallet: 0x48e4e74fe1d0c14404ceb57b9fec5b21329c6ec9. Verify actual payer/owner records. NFT buying remains manual; no automated purchases or burns.

GATES: initial20%; $100K25%,250K30%,500K35%,1M40%,2M45%,3.5M50%,5M55%,7.5M60%,10M65%,15M70%,20M75%,25M80%,30M85%,35M90%,40M95%. At $50M permanently bypass quotas for ALL holders. Valid instantaneous touches open the highest crossed gate permanently; no confirmation wait or relocking. Preserve cumulative mature E/S and prior sales:1000 acquired,200 sold at20%,then30% allows only100 more. Preserve one-block buy maturity, standard-router initiator semantics, ordinary transfers, native claims independent of synchronization and principal protection. No upgrades, pauses, resets, exemptions or later rule changes.

EXPLICIT RISK ACCEPTANCE: The requester accepts mature shared-executor quota pooling AND manipulation of either pool, including same-transaction/flash manipulation of the external IMD reference, opening gates early and permanently up to the final bypass. Retain disclosures/tests and reassess under this intended design. These risks are not claimed fixed; unrelated defects and mandatory platform checks are not waived.

RELEASE: Rebuild the pinned source, refresh final ABIs/artifacts, verify all sizes, independently review the new spot source and run protected admission plus an actual recorded-block factory/router/setup rehearsal. Generate the correct mainnet manifest and remine hook flags/salt against final initcode. No stale manifest or synthetic release inputs.

Before stage1, establish the exact supported factory release service and executable owner-signed stage2 path. Factory creates token, hook, distributor and official pool with the enforcing hook from initialization. Then stage ImdSpotUsdSource, deploy companions, certify the actual native round0 tree, and configureAndActivate atomically when current price is valid. No time-based warm-up. If owner signatures are required, deliver a wallet-ready transaction sequence with verified targets, calldata, chain and expected effects; never request private keys. Do not broadcast stage1 without an executable stage2 path.

DELIVER: published source commit, review/test results and skips, actual mainnet addresses, explorer links, transactions, PoolKey/PoolId, source-verification status and sealed-setup evidence. Validate real standard-router buy/sell paths, quota failures, fees, claims and principal; label simulations separately. Stage1 alone means pool deployed/trading inactive. Identify exact policy rejections or missing operations without fabricating success.

Work

  1. Posted8 minto the first attempt
  2. Audit imported codeAgent #3found 2 medium

I found two medium-severity defects and nothing critical or high. Both are in .imd-findings.json, and both quoted snippets match the tree at the stated lines. I changed no files.

    Findings

    1. Medium: launch.json is still the old Sepolia manifest (launch.json:4).

      • What it says: it names UnlkHook paired with native ETH, lists 8 permissions (flags 0x3fc0), and its notes give the old schedule with the full bypass at $5M.
      • What the brief needs: an UNLK/IMD launch with the 0.75% IMD treasury fee and a $50M bypass. Only src/mainnet/UnlkImdHook.sol implements that, and it needs ten permissions (flags 0x3fcc, both return-delta flags).
      • Why it matters: if this manifest is deployed on chainId 1, UnlkHook._verifyServices skips every factory, PoolManager, fees and registry pin, because it returns early on any chain other than Sepolia (src/UnlkHook.sol:270). The launch would get the wrong pair, no IMD treasury fee and the wrong gates.
      • Fix: regenerate the manifest for UnlkImdHook, paired with IMD 0xd34a99bc0f67ae1bbd63c660e6d0b0dd03e263b7, with the ten permissions and the same four constructor words.
    2. Medium: a Uniswap protocol fee would halt the official pool indefinitely (src/mainnet/UnlkImdHook.sol:399).

      • The trigger: beforeSwap reverts every swap when the pool's protocolFee != 0, and UnlkImdOracle.fdvUsd (:102) reverts on the same condition. The v4 protocol fee controller can set that fee on any pool. On mainnet it is set: protocolFeeController() returns 0x89A5D5bF00a27D55c02951E49078a5C5771051dB (read from a public RPC today).
      • The effect: while the fee is nonzero, all trading and all gate progress stop. The seed principal also stays locked, because liquidity can never be removed. That gives a third party a pause switch, which the brief rules out, and the accepted risks don't cover it.
      • No proof test: a self-contained one needs the mainnet pins and a fork, which aren't allowed. A proof is only required for critical and high findings.

    Contracts read

    • The mainnet launch path, all of it: UnlkImdHook, ImdSpotUsdSource, ImdSpotMath, UnlkImdOracle, ImdFeeVault, ImdSetupVerifier, ImdSeedDepth, ImdReviewedCode, MainnetPins, WalletExecutor, UnlkToken, MerkleClaimEvidence, SuccessorFeeMath, NativeFeeMath, interfaces/IIntegration.sol and script/mainnet/PrepareImdLaunch.s.sol.
    • Partly: src/UnlkHook.sol, only far enough to see what the manifest would deploy.
    • Not reviewed in my time budget: UnlkSwapRouter, HookDeployer, HookFlags, src/candidate/*, src/successor/UnlkHookV3, and the historical price sources (ImdSampledUsdSource, ImdV4UsdSource, ImdUsdSource, StateProof, BlockState). The hook refuses those price sources' code, so none of them is the reference that gets admitted.

    Checks run

    • Build: forge build succeeds. UnlkImdHook runtime is 20,984 bytes, under the 24,576-byte limit.
    • Pinned code hashes: all six (token, evidence, oracle, vault, verifier, price source) match the freshly built creation code.
    • IMD/ETH pool id: the hard-coded POOL_ID matches the hash of its PoolKey (native ETH, IMD, 10000, 200, no hooks), checked with cast.
    • Live chain: all nine pinned mainnet code hashes (factory, PoolManager, Universal Router, Quoter, Permit2, IMD, Chainlink ETH/USD, fees, registry) match the current chain. Chainlink's latest round was fresh.
    • Tests: forge test --match-path 'test/mainnet/*' gave 134 passed, 0 failed, 0 skipped in 22 suites. I did not run the full suite or any fork test.

    Checked and found sound

    • The fee math in all four swap modes.
    • The full-fill check.
    • Buy and sell classification for both token orders.
    • Swap sender checks (Universal Router and Quoter) and the initiator ledger.
    • The quota formula and the brief's 1000 / 200 / +100 example.
    • Same-block buy credit not being spendable until the next block.
    • The 16-

    • mediumlaunch.json still describes the old Sepolia native-ETH UnlkHook, not the mainnet UNLK/IMD UnlkImdHooklaunch.json:4

The manifest that came with the source is the Sepolia launch's. It names hook.contract UnlkHook (src/UnlkHook.sol), sets pool.pairedCurrency to native ETH (0x000...0), lists eight permissions (flags 0x3fc0, no beforeSwapReturnDelta/afterSwapReturnDelta), and its notes give the old schedule (p=2500, tiers $100K-$2.5M, $5M bypass).

The requested launch is chainId 1, paired with IMD 0xd34a99bc0f67ae1bbd63c660e6d0b0dd03e263b7, with the 0.75% IMD treasury fee and 16 gates up to a $50M bypass. Those are implemented only by src/mainnet/UnlkImdHook.sol (FLAGS 0x3fcc, ten permissions including both return-delta flags). If this manifest is used on mainnet, the deployer instantiates UnlkHook.

Its _verifyServices (src/UnlkHook.sol:270) returns early on any chain other than 11155111, so no factory/manager/fees/registry codehash pin is enforced. _verifyFeed accepts any 8-decimal feed, and the tier function bypasses at $5M (src/UnlkHook.sol:664). The deployed launch would have the wrong pair, no IMD treasury fee and the wrong gate schedule.

Because the manifest permissions omit the return-delta flags, a hook mined for these permissions also cannot be UnlkImdHook: Hooks.validateHookPermissions in its constructor reverts.

      Read launch.json: hook.contract="UnlkHook", pool.pairedCurrency="0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000", permissions has 8 entries.

Compare UnlkImdHook.getHookPermissions(), which also sets beforeSwapReturnDelta and afterSwapReturnDelta (FLAGS=0x3fcc, src/mainnet/UnlkImdHook.sol:62).

State: the deployer builds the chainId-1 launch from this manifest.

Expected: a UnlkImdHook paired with IMD, permissions matching 0x3fcc, constructorArgs [$poolManager,$token,$factory,$owner].

      Actual: UnlkHook paired with ETH.

On chain 1, UnlkHook._verifyServices returns without checking any pin, and tierFor(5_000_000e18) already returns the bypass tier 6, against the brief's $50M bypass.

Fix: regenerate launch.json for UnlkImdHook, with pairedCurrency 0xd34a99bc0f67ae1bbd63c660e6d0b0dd03e263b7, the ten permissions, the same four constructor words, fee 12500 and tickSpacing 60, and notes for the mainnet design.

    • mediumA nonzero Uniswap v4 protocol fee on the official pool permanently halts all official trading and gate progress while LP principal stays lockedsrc/mainnet/UnlkImdHook.sol:399

beforeSwap reverts every swap when slot0.protocolFee != 0, and UnlkImdOracle.fdvUsd (src/mainnet/UnlkImdOracle.sol:102) reverts on the same condition. The protocol fee of a v4 pool is not controlled by this launch. PoolManager.setProtocolFee(key, fee) can be called for any initialized pool by the PoolManager's protocolFeeController.

On mainnet that controller is set: protocolFeeController() on 0x000000000004444c5dc75cB358380D2e3dE08A90 returns 0x89A5D5bF00a27D55c02951E49078a5C5771051dB (read via public RPC on 2026-10-17). Once any nonzero protocol fee is set on the UNLK/IMD pool, every buy and sell through the Universal Router reverts with InvalidPool, and no gate can open.

Nothing in the hook can react: it has no admin, by design. beforeRemoveLiquidity only allows liquidityDelta == 0, so the 87% UNLK seed and all IMD paid in stay locked for as long as the fee is nonzero. In effect a third party holds a pause switch over the launch, against the brief's 'no pauses'. The requester's risk acceptance covers manipulation and shared-executor pooling, not this.

Only governance can trigger it, so severity is medium.

State: activated launch, official PoolKey (UNLK, IMD, 12500, 60, hook).

      Step 1: the v4 protocolFeeController calls PoolManager.setProtocolFee(officialKey, 0x000a000a) (10 pips each direction).

Step 2: any holder with quota calls UniversalRouter.execute with V4_SWAP SWAP_EXACT_IN_SINGLE on the official key.

Expected: the swap settles with the promised fees, or the hook absorbs or accounts for the protocol fee.

Actual: beforeSwap reads protocolFee=0x000a000a and reverts InvalidPool.

Every later swap reverts too, checkpoint() can never advance (fdvUsd reverts), and the seed cannot be withdrawn (beforeRemoveLiquidity reverts PrincipalLocked for liquidityDelta != 0).

Trading resumes only if the controller resets the fee to 0.

Fix options, which need the requester's decision: accept a nonzero protocolFee and disclose that the effective fee can rise; or account for it in the fee math; or at least keep sells within quota possible.

  3. Adapt contract projectAgent #50154 files changed

Implemented both audit fixes, corrected the mainnet manifest and added verified owner-transaction preparation. Sepolia is preserved.

Checks passed: forge build, 438 submitted tests and 102 recorded-block simulation tests.

Mainnet deployment remains pending. Protected admission lacks its supplied harness; the mandatory platform panel, publication and actual release inputs are outstanding. No deployment was broadcast.

  4. Audit mathAgent #293found nothing

The review is complete. The findings file holds an empty findings list and 94 coverage rows, the working tree is clean, and the scratch tests are removed.

Outcome: no reproducible math, boundary or numerical-gap defect in the mainnet release path. The findings list in .imd-findings.json is empty, and that is a verified result, not a skipped one.

What I traced in depth (the mainnet bundle that launch.json describes):

    • Spot math. The 512-bit ImdSpotMath.fdv was differential-fuzzed in both currency orders against independent exact references: nested floor division for the inverted high-sqrt branch, single mulDiv for the low branch, and a reordered mulDiv for the direct high branch. All agreed. Saturation to uint256.max only occurs when the result already exceeds every gate, as the library comment claims.
    • Fee rounding. Exact-input buy base was fuzz-proven maximal and exact-output sell gross fuzz-proven minimal, so the treasury fee is 75 bps within one wei in all four swap modes. The int128 casts in beforeSwap and afterSwap are bounded by the Universal Router's uint128 inputs.
    • Gates and quota. Threshold comparison is strict-less on sixteen thresholds, so an exact touch opens the gate; p maps to 2000 plus 500 per tier with tier 16 the permanent bypass. Floor rounding in the IMD/USD and FDV steps can only delay a touch, never advance one. The cumulative E/S example from the brief and exact-threshold tests pass on this tree.
    • Seed boundary. The floor-rounded principal is at or below the factory's round-up pull, which is at or below 870M and above the 861.3M band at the policy opening tick in both token orders, using the exact liquidity formula from the launch preparation script. Token-only boundary checks are inclusive on the correct side for each sorting.
    • Claim evidence and vault. The heap layout of certifyRound and chunked reduce matches OpenZeppelin's StandardMerkleTree including the single-leaf case. The vault's accrual, redeem and payout accounting cannot underflow given its receipt checks.

Static-analysis leads in my area (divide-before-multiply, uninitialized locals, strict equalities, weak PRNG) were each checked and found to be either intentional floor arithmetic, zero-initialized locals, or exact balance receipts. None reproduced as a defect.

Coverage record. Every one of the 90 listed entry points has a row, plus four invariant rows. The mainnet contracts (UnlkImdHook, UnlkImdOracle, ImdFeeVault, MerkleClaimEvidence, UnlkToken, WalletExecutor) are marked holds. The preserved Sepolia hook and router, the undeployed candidate and successor hooks, the candidate native vault, and the proof-based historical source are honestly marked unreached: they are outside the release path and I did not re-trace them within budget. The historical sampled source is marked holds on its arithmetic only, since deployPriceSource rejects its code.

Limitations to note. I did not reproduce the gas-dependent seam where a swap with a tight gas limit lets the oracle call run out of gas inside the try/catch, so that swap's touch is not recorded. The existing suite documents that unobserved touches are not backfilled and anyone may checkpoint later, so I did not treat it as a defect.

  6. Audit permissionsAgent #1199found 1 low

The review is complete. The findings file is written and valid, the working tree is clean apart from the ignored findings file and my scratch test, and no repository file was changed.

    Outcome

The mainnet production path (UnlkImdHook, ImdSpotUsdSource, UnlkImdOracle, ImdFeeVault, ImdSetupVerifier, MerkleClaimEvidence, UnlkToken, WalletExecutor) holds against the Access Control, Trust Gap and Asymmetry checklists. I found one low-severity trust gap and no higher-severity defect.

Finding 1 (low), anchored at src/mainnet/UnlkImdHook.sol:329. Activation is the only route out of stage 1 and it hard-requires round 0 to be certified by MerkleClaimEvidence. That contract refuses any tree with a repeated recipient, while the verified IMD distributor accepts such a tree and pays it out natively. If the platform records a round-0 root with a duplicate account, no call sequence can ever certify it, configureAndActivate reverts forever, and 87% of supply stays locked in a pool that rejects every swap. The off-chain plan builder checks uniqueness, but only when run before stage 1 against the exact root. Reproduced in test/scratch/DuplicateRoundZero.t.sol, which passes as a demonstration of the uncertifiable state.

    What I verified as holding

    • Every hook callback is manager-only and pool-bound. Initialization and liquidity are factory-only, principal removal is impossible, and the fee-claim path is zero-delta only.
    • Swaps authenticate the pinned Universal Router by address and codehash and use its lock owner as initiator. The Quoter path can only run inside an always-reverting unlock. No spoofed sender or direct unlocker reaches accounting.
    • Stage 2 is setup-authority-only, pre-activation-only, and can only deploy pinned creation code with on-chain-derived arguments. The pins match the current build, since the fixture tests stage real creation code and pass.
    • Treasury fee flows symmetrically across all four swap modes into a vault whose beneficiary is the fixed wallet named in the brief. Payer and reward credits are deduplicated and never caller-chosen.
    • The manifest matches the implementation. Constructor order, the ten permissions, flags 0x3fcc, fee and tick spacing all agree.

    Test evidence

    SuiteResult
    test/mainnet/*.t.sol170 passed, 0 failed
    test/scratch/DuplicateRoundZero.t.sol1 passed (demonstration)

Coverage and limits. All 90 listed entry points have rows. The 31 production entry points are traced. The 59 historical and candidate entry points (UnlkHook, UnlkHookV2, UnlkHookV3, NftFeeVault, UnlkOracle, both custom routers) are marked unreached, since they are outside the mainnet release path and my budget went to the deployed design first. The Python artifact-pin script could not run because the host has no Python, so pin agreement rests on the Foundry fixtures instead.

    • lowActivation has an unrecoverable on-chain dependency on a unique-recipient round-0 tree that the verified distributor does not enforcesrc/mainnet/UnlkImdHook.sol:329

Trust gap (access x asymmetry). configureAndActivate is the only path from stage 1 (pool seeded, trading inactive) to trading, and it hard-requires MerkleClaimEvidence.certified(0). Certification (certifyRound line 81, _list line 130) reverts DuplicateRecipient whenever the same account appears twice in the round-0 tree.

The verified IMD MerkleDistributor (test/imd/MerkleDistributor.sol openRound/claim) accepts any nonzero root and tolerates duplicate accounts natively: claimed[round][account] is a per-account flag, so the first claim wins and the tree is 'valid' for the platform. The two contracts therefore disagree on what a valid round-0 tree is, and the hook has no setter, reset or alternative evidence path (by design: no upgrades/resets).

If the platform's actual round-0 root contains a repeated recipient, or any leaf shape the evidence contract cannot reproduce, stage 1 is final: 87% of supply stays locked as principal in a pool whose hook reverts every swap with NotActivated, forever.

The off-chain plan builder (script/mainnet/PrepareOwnerTransactions.s.sol _tree, docs/mainnet/release/OPERATIONS.md step 2) checks uniqueness, but only if it is run before stage 1 and against the exact root the factory will record; nothing on chain blocks stage 1 for such a tree. Not covered by the requester's risk acceptance (that covers quota pooling and price manipulation, not activation liveness).

      State: distributor round 0 root = commutativeKeccak256(leaf(alice,1e18), leaf(alice,2e18)) with leaf(a,v)=keccak256(bytes.concat(keccak256(abi.encode(a,v)))) (MerkleDistributor.openRound accepts it; MerkleDistributor.claim(0, alice, 1e18, [leaf(alice,2e18)]) succeeds).

Calls: (1) evidence.certifyRound(0,[alice,alice],[1e18,2e18]) -> reverts DuplicateRecipient; (2) evidence.submitLeaves(0,2,[alice,alice],[1e18,2e18]) -> reverts DuplicateRecipient; no other leaf multiset hashes to that root, so certified(0) stays false; (3) owner calls hook.configureAndActivate(evidence, oracle, number) -> reverts InvalidEvidence at line 329, and every later attempt too; (4) any Universal Router swap on the official pool -> beforeSwap reverts NotActivated.

Expected: a tree the native distributor pays out from should either be certifiable or be rejected before the factory records it on chain.

Actual: permanent stage-1 lock with no recovery path.

Scratch test test/scratch/DuplicateRoundZero.t.sol demonstrates steps 1-2 and the resulting uncertifiable state; the existing test/SecurityRegression.t.sol::testDuplicateRecipientCannotOvercreditSmallerActualClaim shows the same divergence on a later round, where it is harmless because activation does not depend on it.

  7. Audit flowAgent #1073found nothing

The review is complete. .imd-findings.json holds an empty findings list and a 93-row coverage record.

Result: no reproducible defect in the assigned area. I traced the Execution Trace, Periphery and First Principles failure modes through the mainnet release path and could not substantiate any finding against the tree, so the findings list is empty rather than padded.

    What I traced and confirmed

    • UnlkImdHook swap flow. For all four swap modes, the hook's specified-side fee from beforeSwap, the unspecified-side fee from afterSwap, and the ERC-6909 mint to the vault net to a zero PoolManager delta. The pending-operation hash, complete-fill and in-range checks, pre-swap gate ordering for sales, one-block buy maturity and the quote path writing nothing all behave as the design states.
    • Staging and activation. Companion code is pinned by creation-code hash with on-chain derived arguments, every check precedes every write, restaging the price source correctly invalidates a previously staged oracle, and activation requires a certified round 0 plus a valid current price.
    • Periphery math. The hand-rolled 512-bit division in ImdSpotMath matched 392 Python big-integer reference vectors, including both currency orders, sqrt prices above 2^128 and saturation.
    • Claim evidence. Chunked certification equals single-call certification on a 5-leaf tree, attestation accepts the correct leaf once and rejects a wrong amount, and leaf/internal-node second preimages are structurally impossible.
    • Fee vault, token, wallet executor, legacy swap router. Access, accounting and balance-check paths hold.
    • Manifest. Constructor argument order, ten permissions, fee 12500, spacing 60, lowercase paired currency and the 3100-character notes all conform.

Coverage honesty. Rows for the historical and candidate contracts not deployed by this launch are marked unreached with the reason stated. Those are the original Sepolia UnlkHook, UnlkHookV2, UnlkHookV3, UnlkOracle, UnlkRouterV2, NftFeeVault, ImdSampledUsdSource and ImdV4UsdSource.

Items that are not code defects but remain open for the release, all already recorded in the repository's status: no published commit, launch number, addresses, salt or sealed-setup evidence exists yet, and the explicitly accepted spot-manipulation and shared-executor risks remain disclosed rather than fixed.

The existing mainnet suite ran clean during the review (170 tests, 0 failures). Scratch tests were removed, so the only new file is the findings record.

  8. Audit economicsAgent #970found 1 low, 1 info

The review is complete and .imd-findings.json holds the results. No code files were changed; the scratch probe was removed.

What I covered (economics, invariants, flow gaps) on the mainnet bundle

    • UnlkImdHook swap path end to end: router and quoter admission, the 75 bps IMD fee in all four swap modes through before and after swap return deltas, complete-fill and seed-range checks, initiator E/S ledger, one-block buy maturity, sale checked against the gate already open, milestone update after accounting.
    • The spot price chain: ImdSpotUsdSource (pool identity, liquidity, Chainlink freshness and bounds, currency order), UnlkImdOracle.fdvUsd (range, factory position liquidity, 1B supply scaling), and ImdSpotMath branches.
    • ImdFeeVault accrual, redeem, withdraw and donation accounting; MerkleClaimEvidence certification and attestation; UnlkToken allocation receipts; ImdSetupVerifier allocation and position checks; stage 2 staging and activation.
    • Manifest and policy compatibility: constructor order, ten permissions and flags 0x3fcc, fee 12500 in policy 34, IMD in the allowlist, 2500 IMD cap, notes length. The pinned creation-code hashes match the compiled contracts. The 96 existing mainnet economics tests pass.

    Findings

    1. Info, accepted-risk reassessment with numbers. Under the exact seed derivation, about 115.6K IMD of IMD-to-UNLK input walks the official pool to the $50M FDV bypass, buying about 854M UNLK. The same batch can then sell it all back because fullyUnlocked skips the quota. Net cost is roughly 4% in fees, about 4,600 IMD (around $31K at the recorded reference). After that every holder is permanently unquota'd. This is exactly what the requester accepted, so it is reported for the record, not as a defect.
    2. Low, release input. The hook refuses any pool seed below 861.3M UNLK, while policy 34 carries liquidityBps 8000. If the deployer bound the policy split instead of the request's poolBps 8700, the stage-1 transaction reverts atomically in _recordSeed and the paid request is spent. The request body carries poolBps 8700 and the service check returned no blockers, so the deliverable is explicit confirmation of that binding before broadcast.

Not reached: the historical and candidate contracts not in the mainnet bundle (UnlkHook, V2, V3, NftFeeVault, both custom routers, UnlkOracle, the sampled and proof-based price sources) are marked unreached in the coverage record.

    • infoAccepted-risk reassessment: the $50M permanent bypass is reachable for about 115.6K IMD of round-trip capital and roughly 4% of that in feessrc/mainnet/UnlkImdHook.sol:705

This is the requester's explicitly accepted design (same-transaction manipulation of either spot pool may open gates early and permanently). It is reported as information only, with the concrete economics the acceptance should be weighed against, not as a defect to fix.

With the preparation script's exact seed derivation (opening cap 2500 IMD, token0 ordering, seed tick -129000, seed liquidity 1375497783751825012883122, 870M UNLK single-sided to the max usable tick) and the recorded IMD/USD reference of 6.818840237269049093, the official pool reaches FDV = $50,000,000 (7,332,625 IMD) after 115,610.2 IMD of IMD->UNLK input, which buys 853.94M UNLK.

The next afterSwap runs _updateMilestone, tierForFdv returns 16, p becomes 10000 and fullyUnlocked is set permanently (lines 703-705). Because fullyUnlocked skips the quota check in _account, the same initiator can sell all 853.94M UNLK back in the same Universal Router batch.

Net cost is only the fees: LP 1.25% + hook 0.75% on the buy leg (1,445.1 + 867.1 IMD) and the same rates on the sell leg, about 4,600 IMD (roughly $31K at the recorded reference), plus Uniswap protocol fee if enabled. If the capital is sourced from ETH via the hookless IMD/ETH pool in the same transaction, that pool's 1% fee and slippage add to the cost but the IMD/USD reference read by ImdSpotUsdSource rises too, lowering the UNLK/IMD level needed.

After that one transaction every holder (100M swarm, 30M payer, all buyers) is permanently unquota'd; no later rule change can relock. Nothing in the hook mitigates this; the SPOT_PRICE.md disclosure and ImdSpotUsdSource header already state it. The figures above come from test/scratch/EconProbe.t.sol (not kept).

State: activated hook, token0 ordering, seed from PrepareImdLaunch (openingFdvImd=2500e18), IMD/USD = 6.818840237269049093e18. Call sequence in one Universal Router execute by initiator A with 115,610.2 IMD (or an ETH flash loan swapped to IMD on the hookless IMD/ETH pool first):

      1. V4 exact-input buy IMD->UNLK of 115,610,200,038,165,977,006,458 wei IMD gross: afterSwap credits A with 853,936,870,877,765,930,026,930,349 wei UNLK and _updateMilestone observes fdvUsd >= 50,000,000e18, so tier=16, p=10000, fullyUnlocked=true;
      2. V4 exact-input sell of the full 853.94M UNLK: _account skips the quota because fullyUnlocked, the sale settles and the price returns to the seed boundary. Expected under a quota design: A, with E only one block old, could sell nothing; actual: all quotas for all holders are permanently bypassed at a cost of about 4,600 IMD in fees. Observed numbers: seed tick -129000; seed liquidity 1375497783751825012883122; IMD in 115610200038165977006458; UNLK out 853936870877765930026930349; LP fee buy leg 1445127500477074712580; hook fee buy leg 867076500286244827548.
    • lowStage 1 reverts atomically if the deployer seeds the policy's default liquidityBps 8000 instead of the request's poolBps 8700; the release must bind poolBps=8700 explicitlysrc/mainnet/UnlkImdHook.sol:535

The hook, token and verifier hard-code the 10/87/3 split: _recordSeed rejects any factory seed whose UNLK principal is below MIN_POOL_ALLOCATION = 861,300,000e18, and ImdSetupVerifier._allocations repeats the same floor at stage 2. The recorded launch policy for this launch (docs/mainnet/network/policies.json, version 34, chainId 1, univ4_hook) carries liquidityBps = 8000, and the task reference states the deployer copies the policy's split into the deployment task.

The request body in docs/mainnet/release/network/actual-launch-body.json carries economics.poolBps = 8700 and the service check returned no blockers, which is the evidence that the request value is what the factory receives (the pinned LaunchFactory accepts poolBps up to 9000).

This finding records the exact rejection if that binding is not honored: with poolBps = 8000 the factory transfers 800,000,000e18 UNLK to the PoolManager, the first beforeAddLiquidity reaches _recordSeed with principal = 800,000,000e18 < 861,300,000e18 and reverts InvalidPool inside the factory's launch transaction, so no token, hook, distributor or pool is created and the paid request is spent.

There is no fund loss and nothing to change in the code; the deliverable is that the release service must confirm poolBps=8700 is the value bound into LaunchParams.poolBps before stage 1 is broadcast, as docs/unlock-gates/DEPLOYMENT.md already asks.

Input: LaunchFactory.launch with params.poolBps = 8000 (the policy default) and otherwise the PrepareImdLaunch plan.

Trace: factory sends 100M to the distributor, computes allowed = 1e27 * 8000 / 10000 = 800,000,000e18, initializes the pool (beforeInitialize passes) and calls modifyLiquidity with liquidity derived for 800M tokens; UnlkImdHook.beforeAddLiquidity -> _recordSeed computes principal = SqrtPriceMath.getAmount0Delta(lower, upper, L, false) = 800,000,000e18 (minus rounding) which is < MIN_POOL_ALLOCATION (861,300,000e18) -> revert InvalidPool -> whole launch transaction reverts.

Expected by the request: 870,000,000e18 seeded (poolBps 8700) and the launch succeeding.

With poolBps = 8700 the same path records seedTokens = 870,000,000e18 - rounding and passes (confirmed by test/mainnet/ImdLaunchPlan.t.sol and the fixture at 870M).

    Outcome

.imd-findings.json holds 3 findings and a 90-row coverage record whose targets match the verifier's entry-point list exactly. No critical, high or medium defect was found in the mainnet bundle. The full mainnet suite passed when I ran it.

    Findings kept

    • Low, merged from audit_permissions. Activation hard-requires certified(0) on the hook, but the pinned distributor accepts and pays from a duplicate-recipient round-0 tree that the evidence contract can never certify. If the platform's real root has that shape, stage 1 is final with no on-chain recovery. I reproduced it with a scratch test against the real MerkleDistributor and MerkleClaimEvidence.
    • Info, merged from audit_economics. The $50M permanent bypass is reachable in one Universal Router batch for roughly the fees. This is the requester's accepted design, so it is reported as information with the code path traced, not as a defect.
    • Info, downgraded from audit_economics low. Stage 1 reverts atomically unless the release binds poolBps 8700 rather than the policy default 8000. It is a deployment-input dependency, not a code defect, and the request already binds 8700.

    Coverage

All 35 mainnet-bundle entry points are traced and marked holds, except configureAndActivate, which carries finding 1. The 55 entry points in preserved Sepolia and candidate code outside the manifest are marked unreached honestly, apart from NftFeeVault, which I diffed against ImdFeeVault and marked holds.

Static-analysis leads on the mainnet path (unused returns, uninitialized locals, reentrancy in afterSwap and the vault callback) were each checked and did not reproduce as defects. The scratch test under test/scratch/ is working material and is not part of the submission.

    • lowActivation hard-requires a certified unique-recipient round-0 tree that the verified distributor does not enforce; an uncertifiable platform tree locks the launch at stage 1 foreversrc/mainnet/UnlkImdHook.sol:329

configureAndActivate is the only path from stage 1 (pool seeded, every swap reverts NotActivated) to trading and it requires MerkleClaimEvidence.certified(0). Certification (certifyRound line 81 after heapsort, _list line 130 for chunks) reverts DuplicateRecipient whenever one account appears twice, and it can only reproduce StandardMerkleTree-shaped heap trees.

The pinned MerkleDistributor (test/imd/MerkleDistributor.sol openRound/claim) accepts any nonzero root the factory passes in params.merkleRoot at launch and pays out of a duplicate-recipient tree (claimed[round][account] is a per-account flag, first claim wins). The hook has no setter, reset, alternative evidence or later round path for activation (by design).

So if the platform's actual round-0 root carries a repeated recipient or a shape the evidence contract cannot rebuild, stage 1 is final: 870M UNLK stays locked as principal in a pool whose hook reverts every swap, with no on-chain recovery. The off-chain check in script/mainnet/PrepareOwnerTransactions.s.sol _tree and OPERATIONS.md step 2 catches this only if run against the exact root before stage 1; nothing on chain blocks stage 1 for such a tree.

Merged from audit_permissions; reproduced with test/scratch/DuplicateRoundZero.t.sol (passes on this tree, demonstrating the uncertifiable state). Not covered by the risk acceptance (quota pooling, price manipulation).

Severity low: requires a platform-side tree defect and only affects liveness before activation; fix options are a pre-stage-1 service check of certifiability against the final root, or accepting certification of a tree where duplicate accounts are summed.

      State: distributor round 0 root = commutativeKeccak256(leaf(alice,1e18), leaf(alice,2e18)) with leaf(a,v)=keccak256(bytes.concat(keccak256(abi.encode(a,v)))).

      MerkleDistributor.openRound accepts it; MerkleDistributor.claim(0, alice, 1e18, [leaf(alice,2e18)]) succeeds and alice receives 1e18.

Then: evidence.certifyRound(0,[alice,alice],[1e18,2e18]) reverts DuplicateRecipient; evidence.submitLeaves(0,2,[alice,alice],[1e18,2e18]) reverts DuplicateRecipient; no other leaf multiset hashes to that root so certified(0) stays false; owner hook.configureAndActivate(evidence, oracle, number) reverts InvalidEvidence at line 329 on every attempt; every Universal Router swap on the official pool reverts NotActivated.

Expected: a tree the native distributor pays from is certifiable, or is rejected before the factory records it.

      Actual: permanent stage-1 lock.

Scratch test test/scratch/DuplicateRoundZero.t.sol (forge test --match-path) demonstrates steps 1-3.

Reported as information under the requester's explicit acceptance (same-transaction/flash manipulation of either pool may open gates early and permanently).

Code path reproduced: afterSwap runs _account (sale checked against the gate already open) then _updateMilestone; tierForFdv(fdvUsd) returns 16 at FDV >= 50,000,000e18, p becomes 10000 and fullyUnlocked is set permanently; the next sale in the same execute skips the quota check at line 475 (if (!fullyUnlocked && next > ...)), so the initiator with only immature buy credit can sell the whole position back. audit_economics computed, from the PrepareImdLaunch seed (opening cap 2500 IMD, token0 ordering, seed tick -129000, liquidity 1375497783751825012883122) and the recorded IMD/USD 6.818840237269049093, that about 115,610 IMD of IMD->UNLK input reaches $50M, buying about 853.94M UNLK, and that the round trip costs about 4,600 IMD in LP (1.25%) plus hook (0.75%) fees (about $31K at the recorded reference).

Manipulating the external IMD/ETH pool in the same transaction lowers the UNLK/IMD level needed. After that one transaction every holder (100M swarm, 30M payer, all buyers) is permanently unquota'd and nothing can relock. SPOT_PRICE.md, the ImdSpotUsdSource header and test/mainnet/OneWayGates.t.sol already disclose this.

No change requested; the acceptance should be weighed against these numbers.

    • infoStage 1 reverts atomically unless the release binds poolBps=8700 (policy default liquidityBps 8000 would fail the hard-coded 87% seed band)src/mainnet/UnlkImdHook.sol:535

The hook, token constants and ImdSetupVerifier._allocations hard-code the 10/87/3 split: _recordSeed rejects a factory seed whose UNLK principal is below MIN_POOL_ALLOCATION = 861,300,000e18. docs/mainnet/network/policies.json (version 34, chainId 1, univ4_hook) carries liquidityBps = 8000 while the request body docs/mainnet/release/network/actual-launch-body.json carries economics.poolBps = 8700, which the service check accepted.

Not a code defect and nothing to change in the tree; the release step must confirm LaunchParams.poolBps = 8700 before stage 1 is broadcast (docs/unlock-gates/DEPLOYMENT.md already asks for it). Merged from audit_economics; reproduced by tracing test/imd/LaunchFactory.sol launch -> _seedRequesterPool -> unlockCallback -> modifyLiquidity -> hook beforeAddLiquidity.

LaunchFactory.launch with params.poolBps = 8000 and otherwise the PrepareImdLaunch plan.

If params.liquidity is derived for 800M UNLK: beforeAddLiquidity -> _recordSeed computes principal = getAmount0Delta(lower, upper, L, false) about 800,000,000e18 < 861,300,000e18 -> revert InvalidPool inside the factory's unlock, whole launch reverts.

If params.liquidity stays derived for 870M: the hook accepts, then the factory's taken > allowed (870M > 800M) reverts PoolShareExceeded.

Either way no token, hook, distributor or pool is created and the paid request is spent.

With poolBps = 8700 the same path records seedTokens about 870,000,000e18 and succeeds (test/mainnet/ImdLaunchPlan.t.sol).
