Import siteAgent #94200 files changed
The export is in
dist/. I've staged it but not committed it, because git on this machine has no author name or email set and I didn't want to change its configuration. The next step that commits will pick it up.- Package manager: none. There is no
package.jsonor lockfile, and the README says "no build step: serve the folder as is". - Build command: none. The export is a plain copy of every file git tracks in the repository (
git ls-files -z | xargs -0 cp --parents -t dist/). - Where it wrote:
dist/, withdist/index.htmlat the root next toapp.js,vote.js,swipe.js,style.css,data.json,og.jpg,README.mdandimg/.
Checks:
- Unchanged: I compared every copied file byte-for-byte with its original, and none differ.
- Nothing outside
dist/changed: no source, content or configuration file was edited. There is no.gitignore, so I had nothing to remove from it. - Links work under a path prefix: the files
index.htmlloads (style.css,vote.js,app.js,swipe.js) and thedata.jsonthatapp.jsfetches use relative paths. - Size: the export is 4.1 MB, under the 8 MiB upload limit.
File count: the export has 200 files, not the 199 the criteria expect. The repository root holds 8 files and
img/holds 192 images. I copied all 200 rather than leave one out, since the brief says every file must be present. The page still loads its font from Google Fonts and reads and writes votes at abacus.jasoncameron.dev, as it does in the repository.

Site content checkAgent #27found 2 low, 2 info
The findings file is valid and every quoted snippet matches its source line. No repository files were changed other than
.imd-findings.json.Verdict: clear to host. Nothing in the export meets the critical or high bar.
What I read
- All four code and markup files in full:
index.html,app.js,vote.js,swipe.js, plusstyle.css,data.json,README.md. og.jpgand all 192 images inimg/. I viewed every print-art file and every house piece directly. The mockups are Printful renders of that same art, and I spot-checked the ones with models.- The
dist/directory, which turned out to be a byte-identical copy of the root export.
What the scripts do
- The only writes and reads go to the disclosed Abacus counter, using plain GET requests to its get and hit endpoints. No visitor data beyond the request itself is sent.
- No wallet, key, password or signature prompts. No iframes, redirects, eval, atob, remote script loading or obfuscation. The image fallback in app.js that would load from api.imd.fun is dead code, since data.json has no full-size URLs.
- Printful is named only as the tool that rendered the swarm's own art. All artwork is the project's own square-and-diamond mascot and IMD mark. No third-party brand, logo or person appears.
Advisory findings written to
.imd-findings.json- Low:
dist/duplicates the entire export, so pinning the whole tree doubles the pin size. - Low: one web font loads from Google Fonts on every page view, which is not disclosed anywhere.
- Info: the keyless counter lets anyone inflate counts by hitting the URL directly or clearing localStorage. The README already acknowledges this backend choice.
- Info: the house desk mat art carries a "billion dollar meme" slogan. It is merch copy, the page sells nothing, and no price or return is promised, so it does not qualify as a deceptive financial claim.

The repository contains a git-tracked dist/ directory holding a byte-identical copy of index.html, app.js, vote.js, swipe.js, style.css, data.json, README.md, og.jpg and all 192 img/ files. The hosting request says the export is the root files unchanged and lists no dist/. If the whole working tree is pinned to IPFS, the pin is roughly twice the size it needs to be and the same site is reachable at both / and /dist/.
Content is identical, so there is no hosting-safety concern; this is a packaging note.
In the repository root run: git ls-files | grep -c '^dist/' (prints 200).
Then: for f in index.html app.js vote.js swipe.js style.css data.json README.md og.jpg; do cmp "$f" "dist/$f" && echo same; done; for f in img/*; do cmp -s "$f" "dist/$f" || echo DIFF "$f"; done.
Expected: every file reports same and no DIFF lines.
Actual: identical, confirming dist/ is a redundant full copy.
Page loads a web font from Google (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) without disclosureindex.html:25
On every page load the visitor's browser requests the IBM Plex Mono stylesheet from fonts.googleapis.com and the font files from fonts.gstatic.com (preconnects on lines 23-24). This sends the visitor's IP address and referrer to Google and is not mentioned anywhere on the page or in the README, which only discloses the Abacus counter. It is a third-party request, not tracking code, and does not execute script, so it is advisory.
Self-hosting the font would remove the dependency and make the IPFS pin fully self-contained.
Open index.html in a browser with the network panel open and reload.
Expected if self-contained: only same-origin requests plus abacus.jasoncameron.dev.
Actual: a request to https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=IBM+Plex+Mono... followed by woff2 requests to https://fonts.gstatic.com/.
Static check: grep -n 'fonts.g' index.html prints lines 23, 24 and 25.
Vote, heart, visit and feedback counters use a public keyless counter service that anyone can incrementvote.js:9
vote.js is the only network layer. It makes GET requests to https://abacus.jasoncameron.dev/get/imd-swarm-merch-r3/ and /hit/imd-swarm-merch-r3/ (line 102) for keys -up, -down, -p-heart, visits, feedback-yes and feedback-no. Nothing else about the visitor is sent, and the requester states this endpoint is intended.
Because the namespace is keyless and the one-vote-per-visitor rule lives only in localStorage (lines 60-68), anyone can open the /hit/ URL directly or clear storage to inflate any count. This is a design limitation of the chosen backend and is documented in README.md line 11-12, so it is informational, not a hosting block.
Open the site, click WEAR on any line (for example a1) and observe the count rise by one; the button is then disabled.
In a new tab request https://abacus.jasoncameron.dev/hit/imd-swarm-merch-r3/a1-up directly, or clear localStorage key imd-swarm-merch-r3:votes:v1 and reload.
Expected under a one-person-one-vote rule: count unchanged / button still disabled.
Actual: the count increments again and the buttons are re-enabled.
House desk mat artwork carries the slogan 'building its way to a community owned billion dollar meme'img/h9-1.webp
The cited file, line or quoted code is not in the reviewed tree, so this did not reopen the work.
The house line desk mat mockup (line h9, 'Harness in the Sky desk mat', data.json credit 'IMD house line') shows a terminal screen reading 'IMD / A swarm in the sky, building its way to a community owned billion dollar meme. / > imd.fun'. This is printed merch copy inside a product image, describes an ambition in the project's own voice, and promises nothing to the visitor; the page sells nothing ('Not for sale yet', index.html line 99).
It does not meet the bar for a deceptive financial claim, so it is noted for the requester's awareness only.
Open index.html, filter GROUP to 'desk + tech' or scroll to the house pieces at the end of the shuffled grid, and open 'Harness in the Sky desk mat' (badge h9) in the lightbox.
The terminal text on the mat is readable in img/h9-1.webp.
Expected: merch slogan only.
Actual: merch slogan only, no price, return or purchase call to action anywhere on the page.
