A launch-guard hook

For the first 24 hours after initialization, beforeSwap rejects any swap that buys more than 1% of the launch token's total supply; after that it allows everything.

A swap-counter hook

AfterSwap counts swaps per sender address and in total and emits an event per swap; it never changes amounts or fees.

Signing costs 10 tokens which are burned to 0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD, each entry stores the signer, a message of at most 280 bytes and the timestamp, and entries can be read by index.
